Warm, welcome, hospitality superb,great imfomation book in room, honesty bar was FAB,great facilities, superb,breakfast -great produce,excellent service, Room 2 was beautiful, beautiful gardens with nice sitting areas ,1st visit here, and to llandudno, will certainly be back,will tell all my collegues , only Down side is, book restaurants ahead of holiday.

It was a very comfortable and clean b and b. Welcoming family run business with a flexible approach to running the business in order to make the guests stay more enjoyable and cost effective. Lovely place I felt right at home.

Lovely hotel owned by lovely people. What more can you ask? We stayed in room 3. A large bright room with outstanding views. Breakfast was cooked and served perfectly. Enjoyable break.

Fabulous setting. Awesome room. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend, but not if you have an issue climbing stairs and an inclined ramp to the front door. But once in there is an elevator.

The room are so clean, and the people so friendly,we had amazing time. But the showroom was not so good,as there shower hose very low pressure which takes ages to get shower and also the bed not so comfy. Party from that the view was stunning from our bedroom , everything is walking distance bar restaurants and the beach.

Lovely stay and great host

Lovely weekend stay at The View Guest House. Everything was great, location near pier. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was excellent and everything was just right.

It was average. Not as great as it seemed in the reviews. The breakfast experience wasn't comfortable and you have to be there by the chosen time. Attendant was abrupt in her response. They are abit hesitant to serve extra items.The owners were generally friendly though.

Relaxing weekend in Llandudno

Relaxing 3 day trip in a place which holds many happy memories and never disappoints. Fantastic views across the bay and very handy for local shops, cafes and restaurants. We were met by the lovely Hao who explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation. Our room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The sign of a great place to me are the little extras and The View had lots of those including large fluffy towels and dressing gowns and a good selection of teas with other drinks in small cute containers. The bed was comfy with good quality pillows, an added bonus. Breakfast was well organised and ordered the previous day and was excellent with a good selection of fresh fruits and cereals including superb porridge and hot meal choices.

Great position and warm welcome.

It was lovely, with a friendly welcome and great service. Close to some great restaurants and with a lovely view. It was warm and cosy and the owner had thought of everything. Beautiful terrace too. We only marked it down slightly because the lift wasn't working and we were up a lot of stairs. They had got a company to look at it though. Still, highly recommended. Still, highly recommended,

Seaside break

A lovely family-run hotel where we were welcomed like old friends! Comfortable room and a lovy breakfast. All the staff were wonderful. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and very comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a great location overlooking the Pier. Sea View was perfect. Room was very comfortable. Convenient for everything. Parked about 300 yards away for free otherwise £5 a day. Short walk no hardship - just drop your bags off and then park up. Breakfast first class. Definitely return. Lovely front garden to sit outside overlooking the beach.

An enjoyable break!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant and approachable. The room was good (although a little small) with views over the beach and further coastline. Lots of choice for breakfast, which was delicious! Overall a smashing place to stay.

Beautiful room ,very clean with en-suite, fantastic view of LLandudno Prom. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again

Brilliant weather

We where very fortunate to stay here and have brilliant sunshine for the whole time we stayed this was also enjoyed by the beautiful sea views with windows that opened right up 👍

Disappointed with our stay!

The room wasnt particularly clean, thick dust on skirting boards, unfinished hospitality tray, no teabags. A strange 'cuddly toy' sitting on a dust covered mirrored table greeted us. The cover on the bed was dirty, and the mattress was sagging and needs replacing, along with the stained carpet. The room decor was very tired and miss matched, it needs a good update and deep clean.

We loved the staff the cleanliness, the beautiful location. Treated so well.

Best view in llandudno

What a great place to stay the veiw from our room is the best in llandudno looks straight across the bay. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast I've ever had. Excellent location for everything shops and all the bars top quality B&B will be returning next time I am in llandudno.

Fabulous B&B, perfect location

Very welcoming, organised and beautifully kept place. Friendly and helpful owner who is jolly and happy to help you find what you’re looking for around and about. Loved staying here, classy place with no riff raff.

It is in an excellent situation by the sea at the end of the esplanade, handy to pop back too in the day if its very hot as it was with our stay. We were made very welcome by all the family who all played their part in providing an excellent service with nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts were delightful and enjoyed by all with a good selection of items to choose from. Pity there is no parking near-by but that’s true of many seaside places and no fault of the owners of The View

The views were spectacular and having the opportunity to be able to have a drink on the terrace overlooking the beach was spot on. The bed in our room was so comfortable and breakfast came with plenty of options to choose from and was delicious every time. The honesty bar was great for when you fancied a drink after a long day walking about too!

We spent 2 nights at Lake View and cannot fault anything highly recommend.

Weekend break

We were staying for Wales Rally GB. The location was great. We had a sea view room which was very clean and the bed had the specific bedding that we had asked for. Breakfast was good and we even had a packed breakfast for our very early start.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The personal touch goes a long way to make it a home away from home. Wonderful and varied choice of breakfasts to suit all. Will be seeing you again soon. Thanks

The View gave us a great view of the sea and pier. The Head Waitdress was a tad too intrusive and she was far too familiar with the guests. She publicly reprimanded us for misunderstanding the hotel's breakfast 'regime.' Which is another story. I didn't like how they had removed the Gideon Bible from the room under the pretext that this is no longer a Christian country, but rather a so- called multifaith one.

Great position with an excellent view of the bay. The guest house had everything you could need in the rooms and honesty bar where you could help yourself to teas and coffee and sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend.

Well positioned & cared for retreat

A well positioned guest house, with wonderful views across the bay. Restaurants & bars all within a very short walk of the property. Attention to detail with all the little extras helped make this a really enjoyable stay. Would recommend this guest house for anyone looking for a short break in Llandudno.

The best place to stay in Llandudno!

Having stayed in over twenty other guest houses or hotels in Llandudno, this is by far the best!

The view guest house was a lovely place to stay the room was excellent the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our only problem was parking which we were warned about by the guest house before hand so we were prepared for that. Lovely relaxing holiday all round.

Good location.

The View turned out to be a good choice being close to the Promenade, shops, restaurants and cafe,s and also within 5 minutes of the Tram and Cable Car stations. The property is owned and run by people who care as do the staff, we would recommend it to friends and family and would return.

Lovely hotel. Everything is set up for comfort especially the beds. The breakfast was superb, they have thought of everything. Would definitely book again. Well done Claire and Roman

Best Views ever!

Fantastic guest house, one of the best we've ever stayed. Attention is paid to every detail to make your stay comfortable, even down to choice of bedding and pillows! We chose a sea view room which simply took our breath away! Excellent breakfast with perfect fried eggs. I think we chose the best in Llandudno.

Great experience at The View

A lovely homely hotel, very welcoming and ambience which relaxed us both. Great service and breakfast, fantastic view and location for all Llandudno offers. 10/10 and will be returning here for our next break to Llandudno. Recommended and you will not be disappointed should you book with Claire & Roman for a stay.
