The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I loved having my coffee sitting on the walkway outside our door. And, as a bonus, it's right across the street from the best breakfast spot in Eureka Springs!

My stay was due to a funeral service for my brother. My 6 days at Trails Inn was awesome. My only worry was not having a assigned parking space. But there was no issue with that inconvenience. I will definitely stay with Trails Inn on my next visit to Eureka Springs This Summer. But I will call the Hotel for reservations instead of booking online.

We were looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep; days were spent adventuring. This was the perfect place to rest after a long day! The owner/manager was very accommodating to our needs for a room on the ground floor too! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything with this stay was perfect. Friendly check-in, clean, nice amenities, comfy bedding, thick fluffy towels. It’s convenient to historic old town and many restaurants. Great experience, would definitely stay again.

Room to small but was clean and had what we needed

It was a place to sleep. Beds weren’t as soft as I like and pillows were flat. Tv didn’t work. They did have a grab and go for breakfast. Pleasant staff.

It was nice to have seating to sit outside. Some microwave breakfast sandwiches would have been nice for breakfast and a toaster for toast and bagels. Hot chocolate would be good. Rooms were clean water good and hot for showers.

Friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The only problem was our shower head. (Room 102.)

Pros: The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, towels were large and nice, newish TV, arctic AC, parking right outside my door, couldnt hear any neighbors through the thick walls. I spoke with two members of the staff - both were friendly and helpful. The area felt safe. Cons: I could hear a fair amount of traffic on Van Buren until about midnight and even though the area seemed safe, I felt the room could use a chain lock on the door.

Was clean Hotel next to main road. So quite noisy with traffic. Refrigerator in room quite noisy also.

Our room was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice little front patio area for each room and a cute patio area with picnic tables around the side. Quite a few resturants and a bar within walking distance. Thrifty... ? Pizza Hut is next door. Thai and BBQ across the street and an Irish Pub next door too. The trolly stops out front. Super nice family owned and operated motel. 🇺🇸 I looked around so I feel comfortable saying, at this price point, you couldn't find anything nicer, or cleaner in this town. I highy recommend~family travelers from St. Louis

Overall great place. Breakfast place right across the street. Hotel is a bit dated, but who cares. For the price, it’s great. One suggestion: request a room in the back. They’re away from the road and quieter. Place has a pool too. Not bad at all.

Alot of stores and restaurants were not open after 5pm when we showed up. Very little to do between then and our ghost tour at 9pm

My husband and I went for a last minute getaway and picked this as our place to stay. The ownwer is great and we will be going back in June for the bike rally! Can’t wait.

Enjoyed our stay. Owners were nice & room was clean & everything worked fine. They had coffee & lite fare in the office for breakfast. Will surely stay there again when visiting beautiful Eureka Springs.

I always enjoy returning to this hotel. It is in excellent shape and the owners always greet you so cheerfully. They have added a lot of extra touches to the rooms that give you that down home comfort feel. I would always recomment them to about anyone.

The property was conveniently located on the eastern side of Eureka Springs with easy access to restaurants.

I booked online & their communication was excellent. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the condition & cleanliness of the room. Very nice, clean, friendly place! Would definitely stay here again.

Great starting point for motorcyclist for many different directions to ride loops and end back near the hotel.

Quaint little hotel with lots of charm and character. It's an older hotel but very well maintained!!! That just adds to it's character! Conveniently located without being right downtown. We had a relaxing, comfortable overnight stay here.

Friendly and nice, but only problem was toilet for small children not for tall elderly adults.

This is wonderful locally owned gem with amazing staff. I like that the pool is in the back of the property.

Great place to stay. We spent 3 nights last week and our experience could not have been better. Very budget friendly. Clean. Everything we needed. Great staff. Pool. Space to sit outside and even bar-b-que if we wanted to. Close enough to walk to 4 restaurants, a coffee/ice cream shop, a gas station and several small shops. Trolley picked us up across the street and dropped us off right out front. You can pretty much take the trolley everywhere for a small price. Short driving distance to main street and all the shops, the ghost tours, a winery and a fun place with minature golf, go-carts, pool tables, and arcade games. I really don't have one bad thing to say about this place Definitely someplace we will stay again. Thank you so much for having us!

This was a great place to stay, especially for the price. The room was big and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m ever in Eureka Springs.

Conveniently located, parking okay for small cars not great for large SUVs or trucks. I booked 2 nights and could only stay for 1 night. I let them know at the time of check-in but they refused to do a refund. They would not give me credit in writing. I was able to book another night for the future, but was told if I needed to reschedule there would not be a refund. The breakfast is dollar tree item pastry, doing without next time. Next time, I would not stay at any place that states no refunds, even with insurance. They don’t make any exceptions. Best bet is book 1 night and if you like it, book another night once you arrive.

Very nice, clean room. I wasn’t expecting much because the price was so low, but was pleasantly surprised. Cute little hotel! Had everything we needed. Breakfast was a simple grab and go with muffins, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet room, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, no issues.

Such a clean inn! Very clean with real glass coffee mugs and drinking glasses-not plastic! Bathroom was very adequate with blue towels-a great change! Ac/heat worked like a charm.

We stayed in a bottom floor room and it was beautiful and very clean; obviously recently re-done. The staff was wonderful -- the coffee, however, with one pod, was like colored water, but you can ask for, and will get, two pods. We will stay there again.

We stayed on March 12 2023. We like everything. The owner operator Mr and Mrs Chuck are superb communicator. The location is excellant. We can walk to all restaurents and most of the attractions. Continental breakfast, Fruits, enough to start a happy day

The owners are amazing! Very accommodating. When i called to let them know we were running a little late, they just told us to drive safe and that they would be there when we got there. The room was very comfortable. Had a homey feel to it. We WILL be staying here again hopefully this summer!

Owners were extremely pleasant and restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Back tier of rooms are quiet and private. Value was great. A microwaveable breakfast sandwich would have been excellent.

The owners and staff of this hotel are welcoming, courteous and friendly. The location is great and offers dining and some shopping within walking distance. The price was reasonable for such a popular tourist destination. Trolley stop just outside the front door, too! Great coffee in the lobby each morning along with simple continental breakfast choices- muffins, sweet roll, oatmeal, yogurt and bananas.

This is probably the worst run lodging we have encountered. The man and woman running the hotel were unhelpful and rude. For people 79 and 78 years old having to climb 14 steps to get to the room, with no elevator, is wrong. They said we booked a 2nd floor room and would not change it even though the parking lot was empty all three days of our visit. They could have accommodated us. Don't signs everywhere threatening charges if violations were made. Who does that.

Perfect Getaway!!!

Chuck and Kathy were so awesome during our stay. Check in was super easy and fast. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, shower had great pressure. Everything was perfect!! Will definitely stay there again.

Bikers at the Trails!

This is an older hotel which was very clean and very well-kept we had a great check in and we liked our room. The first night there were people sitting on the deck outside our window and it was somewhat noisy. When we came home the second night at least 50% of the hotel was filled with bikers. We could not get to our assigned parking place as someone had parked there. We could not get to our room with out walking through a crowd of bikers that were drinking and smoking one even had a fire arm strapped to his waist! We left immediately! Worth noting, I had a motorcycle I have a motorcycle endorsement still on my drivers license, I do not hate bikers. However when you fill a hotel with any special interest group exceeding 50% of the occupants there will be problems and you should inform all guests of what is going to happen!

I loved the quaint feeling of the motel. Quiet, old fashioned but up to date. Very friendly staff.

Quaint and clean

We have stayed here before and made a point to come back. We really liked the former owners, and were not disappointed by the new ones. Very friendly, informative, and accessable. We will definitely stay there the next time in town.
