Checkout at 10 am and having activities planned still at their property was a little skittish but otherwise love this place
Love parking right in front. Clean. Would’ve been nice for washer dryer in unit. Coffee machine broken. Would stay again. Great weekend
Will book again
Great experience, clean, and well stocked
We had a great stay at The Summit. The layout of the two condos was perfect for our situation. Well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The jacuzzi tub was a huge hit. We made memories to last a lifetime
We love this resort
Will stay again
Everything packed and far away
Great views from the apartment. There were a lot of activities for the family nearby.
Beautiful views. Condos were great to stay with family. Love the kitchen. I was able to cook all meals for my family of 4. Jet tubs were dirty so I cleaned it but still felt uneasy taking a bath. Aesthetic of it was nice though. I also loved the options of different activities for adults and family.
Time with Grands
Very nice place to stay, enough space, very clean and close to a lot of activities. We would stay here again
Overall condition of the unit I stayed in was in pretty good shape, nicely renovated and beds were comfortable. However, there were two critical issues: 1. Noise coming from upper unit was hard to ignore. I could easily hear someone walking and squicky noise when someone was moving. 2. I found dead cockroach on the first day then next day, I found live one crowling around on the wall. Ended up sanitizing everything pretty much everything I took for this trip when I got to my home.
We will definitely be back next year
Very nice get away
Great getaway location
My family and I had an amazing stay! We arrived late and the staff was pleasant. The Pizza place adjacent to the check-in was delicious and fast. Rooms were very clean with beautiful upgrades and hard wood floors. Plan to visit again in several months.
Great place, great value
Loved this wonderfully clean condo in the mountains with a lovely treetop view. The only thing i will do next time is ask for the top floor. There were 18 steps and my older legs were fine with the initial trips up, but a chronic overpacker, i had to make 4 trips.....It was entirely worth it. Great value Wonderful Staff at check in
Great place nice neat and clean!
Really large and nice suite! We stayed for four nights on a vacation, the suite we booked is the Summit which is on the very top of the hill in the resort. The suite is very spacious, kids had plenty space to play; the kitchen (semi kitchen) and laundry are very handy. We all enjoyed the stay. The balcony is very nice, the mountain view is amazing, we ate breakfast on balcony, which is really nice. The only issue is the Jacuzzi tub, it is quite old and looks a little rusty, which made us not wanna use it. A minor tip: driving downhill from the suite during night time is a bit tricky, there is not street lights and the hill is quite steep, so you gotta pay close attention.
Had a great time
Loved that this was very spacious. Kids absolutely loved it and enjoyed staying there. Everything was close by.

Massanutten trip 2025
When I got to the property, I noticed water inside the dishwater. I started the cleaning cycle and again it was not draining so I had to call for service and they sent a tech to fix this first issue. In addition, the blow dryer in the master suite did not work so they came and replaced it and it still did not work. They said they will send someone to replace the electrical outlet but no one ever showed up. We kept getting zapped/ electrocuted every time we turned the lights in both bathrooms. Finally, I noticed a red light on the GFI breaker in the laundry room and re -set it and the blow dryer started working but we kept getting electrical shocks from the light switches constantly. Lastly, the snow spreading machine/tractor was working all night under our windows to spread out the snow they were making for the sky resort and every time the machine would go in reverse it makes a loud beeping noise, alerting everyone that it is going backwards, which was about every two minutes when it is going backwards. I could not sleep for the two nights we stayed there because of the never-ending beep sounds that would stop and go from 10PM until almost 6:30AM. Overall, not a great experience.
