Prefect as usual

An eye opening experience with St. Regis Zhuhai Butlers did an incredible job making us feeling most welcome! Jason Shawn Ambe Were a great team. Jason ,one of the butlers was the highlight of our stay , he is a true gem and he was willing to go above and beyond!

The hotel is in the center of the city and the location is very convenient. The lobby is magnificent, the rooms are newly decorated and clean.

Very luxurious. Kind English speaking staff who were very helpful. Stunning views and facilities

Window was dirty. Some ocean view room can see Macau, some has tricky angle and can only allow you see ocean. Most staff has difficulty communicating in English. The facility itself as a whole was pleasant.

Simply Amazing

This property gotta be one of my most memorable stay ever. The room and service are top notch. Will definitely come back again for sure.

We reserved just one night in the St. Regis Zhuhai. We wish we could have stayed a whole week! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most professional, kind, courteous and sincere service from every staff member. This is such an elegant hotel, and yet it's so nice to be welcomed in such a friendly, down to earth manner. Stella showed us to our room, provided us with some information and answered our questions. In the fitness centre, Bianca and her team were so nice and friendly! The only constructive feedback we can offer is that the jacuzzi pool has a drain that is incredibly loud and we found it distracting from being able to really enjoy the space. We spoke to the staff working at the pool and it seems they are aware of this so hopefully steps are being taken to silence the drain soon. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zhuhai that values outstanding amenities, friendly, sincere staff and the amazing views of Zhuhai!

The hardware and services of this hotel was unbeatable! While it situated in an developing area and was surrounded by construction sites, the relatively cheap price tag compensated it well enough.

Certainly will come back

The design of the room is perfect with closet area and big bathroom. Excellent view. The service rendered is high-end. The only problem is the leaking of water from the shower area to the bathroom which is subject to improvement.

Great hotel, far from city Centre

location of the hotel is bit far away from city centre. Nothing nearby except the Convention Centre and another hotel. Hotel is gorgeous, with excellent service.

Very new, nicely renovated hotel. Excellent service. Swimming pools (both outdoor and indoor) are a bit small. Difficult to hire a taxi during peak hour due to the remote location of the hotel.

超级遲交房，4点多也沒有準備好房間。雖然作出一些補常也有点不快。作為超5星酒店早及晚自助餐食物真的很一般

服務同價錢配不上

冷氣故障，不能下調，凌晨一點工程人員在房檢查，所有隔塵網滿佈灰塵，令人擔心多久沒有清潔過？工程人員馬上清洗再安裝，但都沒太大幫助，由於已經接近二時，我們只好繼續休息。 到酒店大堂有人員上前接過行李，給我一個號碼牌，表示會送上房間，之後到前台check in，服務員沒有提過有關行李牌的跟進，我不以為然，上房很久都沒有人送行李上房。致電前台，原來他們沒有同concierge 溝通過，無人知道行李是我房間的。折騰一段時間才有人送行李上房。 以 St Regis 級數同價錢，服務水平同質素都配不上。

酒店各様都十分好！只是check in 等候時間太耐！

我們一家五口book了兩間雙床房，我們三點check-in，我們要求兩間隔壁的房間，員工們說一層樓只得兩間房係雙床房要等其他住客check out安排給我們，但仲要清潔，我們起碼等1小時之後才安排到給我們，所以我們也要自費去coffee shop度飲房，卒之等到4:30後才有房給給我們入住！除此之外，酒店各樣嘢都十分之好職員有禮也10分helpful，房衛生環境也很好，自助早餐種類比想像中少，但可以接受！之後我也會再次入住的

很好的住宿體驗

整體非常好，大堂服務員能照顧到顧客可能等得太久, 會定時跟進和盡快安排上房, 管家服務都很到位，但早餐就差少少。

早餐酒店有很大的改善空間

酒店的職員非常有禮貌，上下每一位職員見到面也會問候，笑容滿面。 我們各人抱着很大的期望去吃早餐，但最終很失望。因為食物質素有很大的改善空間，款式雖多但味道不是太好吃，例如油條亦較硬，蝦餃皮很易爛，亦都較厚，連生果也不夠甜，雪糕像溶溶地。

Poor standard, not worth for this level of price

First of all, usually I'm not a demanding customer BUT in view of the price and class of this hotel, I have a reasonable expectation on the service and thus I make the following comments:- 1. The buffet breakfast is POOR. The waitress led us to the table after a long time queuing, and we sat down, another family showed up and told us that we were using their table, while there was no any indication on the table was being used and the F&B staff did not have any record on the table arrangement so that they did not even know that the table was being occupied by the others!! After they arranged another table to us, they served coffee, and you can see in the photo that the coffee leads and make the cup looks so dirty, and the hot coffee was NOT hot!! 2. Room is nice but not clean enough, while dirt were found in the drawer of the cup cabinet. 3. Butler service was so-so. When we requested for ice bucket with ice, they only sent the ice to our room and claimed that we didn't ask for bucket. 4. When my friend called and asked for some arrangement before check-in, the staff doesn't knows English!! Conclusion: I won't recommend this hotel to others and this was definitely the one and only one time I would stay in the hotel. I cannot believe the standard of this hotel is so poor!!!

非常好！👍無論景色，服務，食物，各方面都非常好，尤其係職員，服務一流，特別係餐飲部，Ben哥，同埋，前台部經理，有少少肥，但唔記得姓名，非常抱歉！佢哋都做得非常好！令到我有回家嘅感覺，一個月有三次入住，都非常之吸引，嚟緊仲會繼續入住😜

很閒和沒脾氣才再去

3點前抵達及辦理入住，5點40分終於才有房間。 跟之前在其他瑞吉建立的印象完全消失了。 前台某女服務生態度很不好，問她東西就碎碎唸「都聽不懂」，再說便跑路，質素沒2星級的專業。 要讚揚行李部同事、泳池接待同事、早餐餐飲部同事，他們是5星專業的。 我想某些樓層台的管理很有問題。 問題一直出在他們身上，在安排入住期間不少顧客生氣。 即使文章刊登了，他們應該都是用範本回應留言，真的不能有期望

床褥承托力左右不平均

酒店位於十字門附近，鄰近會議中心及華發商都，周邊環境不俗；內部硬件亦能配合酒店氣派及質素。 唯酒店車庫環境（指示不清晰、照明及衛生欠佳）及大部份值班職員態度（笑容欠奉、未見積極回應求助）一般，完全不會令顧客想再次入住。 值得一讚的是入住翌日，招待我們享用早餐的職員是相當有禮，亦主動提供幫忙及介紹，算是是次入住經驗中的亮點！

住宿環境非常好，職員及管家服務態度非常好。 中餐餐廳服務很好，對食物都很滿意。 只是房間迷你吧有個別玻璃杯未完全清潔。
