Excellent location with so much choice for restaurants in walking distance.

The room had some beach views which was lovely. We felt the room to feel dark. No island bench in oir room either which made it hard for cooking. The curtains had stains. It was an average room. Facilities were good.

Location 10/10! Close to supermarket, restaurants, beach, pacific fair - would recommend as can walk everywhere. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment with good amenities. Big living/dining area for 2 bedroom apartment, great for families. Washing machine / dryer and a big ensuite was great for kids. View from apartment was great - beach views. Big pool for kids. We would stay again and recommend!

Highly recommend it great location, great facilities,

Property was clean and well presented. Kitchen and laundry had all we needed. Disappointing there was no storage in 2nd bedroom which meant the kids lived out of suitcase. Hotel and surroundings were also clean. Pool was not lit up like picture! Didn't realise there was only one bathroom either not their fault but mine. Very easy walk to groceries, dining and beach

Great property very spacious and upmarket

On the smaller side for a two bedroom apartment. The pillows and bed both on the hard side. Otherwise pretty much as expected.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants

Pool was so small. Especially for a building with this many apartments. Advertising photos of this pool were false as it looked much bigger.

The apartment itself wasn’t too clean had a lot of dust in the vents and on the carpet. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for dining.

The room was great plenty of room for 4 adults

A great central place to stay

The rooms and amenities were clean. Everything is within walking distance from the resort. Furthermore, the view of the beach from the resort is breathtaking

Falsely advertised room as partial ocean view but actual view is nothing like the photos on the booking

It was hard to locate where the keys were to be picked up from. Three ladies sharing only 2 toilet rolls. The lifts weren’t working for 30 floors only one lift working the whole time we were there.

Wonderful holiday we had at this property ! Perfectly Clean 2 bedroom unit , well appointed, spacious and comfortable with the great building facilities ! An excellent location , close to the beach, Woolies and restaurants! A very easy /clear check in / out instructions and prompt bond return, Freindly team to collect keys ( 2 sets of keys as well ) ! Thank you GCLR ! We will be back !

A truly amazing stay with kids!

The only thing we didn;t like was the amount of construction around the hotel. This is hardly to be blamed on Oracle though. Otherwise, a great experience.

The property was right in the middle of broadbeach with easy access to all shopping, eateries and the beach. The facilities were great with the gym and multiple swimming pools.

A beautiful apartment

The property and location exceeded our expectations. Our only criticism would be that we only got one towel each to use for three nights and four days so had to keep reusing a wet towel. And we only got two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people. So extra towels and spare toilet paper for would’ve been great.

The Pool areas were fantastic and overall the apartment was great, but there is definitely signs of wear and tear in bathrooms and walls desparately need a paint. Furnishings were mostly very good, but the bed mattress whilst comfortable had stains and there were no mattress protectors on the bed. The second bedroom also did not have a lamp to night time. Balconies were very very dirty with soot all over them.

Family holiday

A great central place in Broadbeach, which is across the road from the beach. Multiple restaurants and cafes in very close proximity. Family holiday 2 adults 2 teenagers in a two bedroom apartment. Simple check in process. Room clean and new appliances. Beds comfy. Blockout curtains and soundproof windows. Access to WiFi, Netflix, Stan The room a touch on the small side for our family. More ideal for a couple or young family, Access to outdoor heated pool, gym, pool table. Would definitely stay again, but in a bigger apartment.

The communication provided by the managing Luxury Apartments was a little hit and miss. Overcharging us for our stay and also adding a fee for this via Amex which was not warranted. We paid Wotif. Then we weren't provided any details of which Tower we were staying in or Apartment number. Thank fully the apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable.

The unit was clean and modern, easy access to all amenities in the hotel. The Oracle’s location is close to everything you need while on holiday.

Never again though this agency

Apartment was nice - 2 bedroom but only one bathroom, second bedroom internal with no window. This property is managed off site by an agent - the whole experience was terrible - 30min round trip to collect keys from their office, parking was confirmed but wasn't available so we had to park a block away in a public car park at my expense - they never answer the phone to assist but just sent me over 10 emails and txt, there should be full disclosure PRIOR to booking of the key situation and parking - lesson learned here

Location is great. Plenty of food options. Didnt like lack of wheelchair access to sauna and steam room.

Great place to stay. Upmarket and mostly owner occupied so is not really tailored for families which I like.

We loved the oracle. Stayed in tower 1. Level 35 in superior apartment. View is breathtaking. Definitely recommend. Gorgeously decorated. Great location. Right across from the beach and easy walk to restaurants and cafes.

Lovely but not a Peppers

There is a stark difference between this apartment and those managed by Peppers. The furniture is tired, the appliances did not all work, the apartment was under resourced in terms of kitchenware. It is a lovely apartment but just not worth the same money as the equivalent apartment managed by Peppers in the same building.

Property cannot be faulted. Location, cleanliness etc. However, when staying in a 5 star property for a week with four people, one would expect more then 2 rolls of toilet paper. Also the double bed requested is simply 2 singles pushed together with no topper, just a queen sheet to hold them together. I was also disappointed that there was no wifi, Chromecast etc which is not made clear when you book.

Defects

Some of the items in the department were not working i.e. kids door locked automatically and we had to call after hours service to fix it. bed lamp and living room was not working. Some of the apartments had mould and visible rust.

Very clean 2nd bedroom with twin beds a little cramped for 2 adults. Would have liked a power point in the bathroom so hair dryer could be used in front of a mirror. Overall a pleasant stay pool area good. A quiet place.

Great property in a great location with great ocean views. We always love staying at the oracle, the units are modern, spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Apartment was very beat up. Stains every where on carpets, hole in entrance door Looked like someone’s fist, chips & chunks out of joinery. Curtains broken. Was expecting a lot more.

Expedia’s presentation of this property as a resort is mis-leading. It is in fact mostly a building of self- contained apartments, with no daily servicing or staff of any kind. Guests have to collect keys off-site and the check out process could not be more inconvenient. Terrible.

Amazing views and relaxing getaway

no second bathroom

its the nly 2 bed apt we have stayed in at broadbeach without 2 bathrooms, so for 3 or 4 people always a queue to use faciltys, 2 nd bed had no window so was in fact a cupboard view was ok

Disappointed

Very limited facilities in the apartment eg no water jug to put into the fridge, no TV in bedroom, no Foxtel to name some. Hard pillows but was great service from managing agency to deliver two soft pillows to the apartment thank you. Mattress hard too

Location is great, short walk to great shops and restaurants, very quiet location, only complaint is that we expected a king size bed and the carpet was in need of a clean, but we would definitely stay again

Great location close to so many restaurants and shopping. Rooms clean and apartment had a great view. Understand it’s an unserviced apartment however only supplied with one roll of toilet paper for a family for 4 days. There was also construction going on outside from very early in the morning which was extremely loud. Would have been good to have been warned about this

LOCATION AND VIEW SENSATIONAL AND SECURITY WAS GREAT

Our property was not as big as the one pictured when we booked, with the lounge dinning smaller. Great location with shops below. 5 minute walk to the beach and a easy 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Mall which you could spend a few hours shopping.30 minute drive to Movie World & Wet and Wild.

Location was convenient; walkable to many restaurants n shopping mall right across the street although check in was at a different location Couch n pillows had body odor smell; didn’t want to sit on it

We have holidayed many times at Broadbeach and this was our first stay at The Oracle. Exceptional position and views in an outstanding spacious apartment. We will be back.

Fantastic location, great standard of accommodation for a family and the views were amazing

Glamorous rooms. Upon entering the balcony on arrival I leaned on the balcony rail and stained my white shirt all black. The vacuum attachment was broken would really have liked to of been able to vacuum. No mirrors in the wir or the main bedroom had to keep walking back and forth to the 2nd bedroom. No remote controle to tv in main bedroom.

Amazing location in Broadbeach

Check in was done off-site. Check out was simple and easy - loved it. There's only service between business hours, after hours problems incur a charge (as do extra towels). There's no in-room wifi unless you connect to Peppers as a guest (in 2 hour increments). Bath tub is incredible!! Bring bubble bath or Epson salts and enjoy a long soak. Beautiful pool. Great gym. They require guests to fully clean up after themselves (including taking out trash and washing up so I'd advise washing things yourself before using them) and ask no shoes in the unit which is a bit much in my opinion. Overall it's a good place to stay. Oh, the sliding door squealed every time we opened or shut it, it needs greasing.

The locations was excellent. Slightly disappointed that the pool was closed due to maintenance.

The proximity to all amenities that we required. The apartment was roomy easily accommodating four adults.

The view is breath taking. Can walk anywhere. Apartment is clean & spacious.

The location is fantastic, the staff nice and most of the facilities great but the carpets were all stained and the pool’s heater was broken for half the time we were there so we didn’t use it. The apartment we were in needs a bit of an update as it’s very tired and basic.

It is a beautiful modern building and apartment. Ideally located within central Broadbeach; close to the beach and Pacific Fair mall, easy walk to supermarket within Oasis centre and far enough away from the Pacific Highway to not be disturbed by road noise. The disappointing things were that the swimming pool heating and sauna were not working for the 13 days of my stay.

Great apartment - excellent Japanese restaurant attached. Love the Loose Moose bar for drinks or breakfast (attached to Sofitel) - also the Roosevelt Bar attached too

Great Broadbeach Location

The Oracle is located ideally for the Gold Coast. Away from the hustle and bustle and across from Oasis Shopping with restaurants below. The facilities are excellent for families and couples with a very short walk to the beach. Obviously, the higher the floor the better, but with an apartment on the 8th Floor you view of the ocean is sufficient. We can highly recommend The Oracle.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, but the carpet had lots of stains on it, really needs an upgrade. The view was spectacular but there are lots of rules and regulations. The heated pool was not working which i think has been broken for a long time, this was the main thing i would have liked as i have a sore back and the doctors told me to make sure i exercised in the pool. Very disappointed. As we booked through Expedia which was Oracle you have to book in at a different location which is unbelievable as the foyer has a reception for Peppers guest. Not a good start to your holiday.

Disappointing

Sadly this was not a great experience for our little get away on the Gold Coast. From booking to departure the experience was awkward. The carpet was stained throughout, furniture dirty and rusting. Bedding appeared to be clean but after 2nd day we discovered that the inner duvet had makeup/blood stains on. Lovely location, great building but apartment needs attention.

We booked the sea facing apartment (premium), thus, we had a good view. In one of the bathrooms, the drainage for water is not so smooth.

It was a lovely property. Clean, comfortable and great views. It’s self contained, which made life easy with a baby.

The room was south facing and therefore did not get any sun at anytime of day. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and served the purpose for a couple of nights stay.

Lovely apartment - good size - the only off putting thing was the smell of the carpet in the hallway.

Lovely clean hotel in great location. Unfortunately, there are so many terms and conditions that carry additional fees such as $30 if you forget to empty your bin! It wasn’t clear if that was $30 per bin. These conditions are sent on the day of travel, leaving no time to find alternative accommodation. They send a text message requesting that you upload your credit card and driving licence (which is a major security concern.) and when I called them to confirm if this was legitimate by confirming the SMS number, they were unable to do so! Once you get through the online check in process, you are then directed to collect the keys from a couple of blocks away. The terms and conditions state that if you are there when the cleaner turns up (anytime after 10am) you will be charged a late fee. It doesn’t state how much!! On departure, you cannot leave your luggage at reception. So if you have a later flight, you are stuck with your luggage!! We won’t stay here again due to all the terms, fees and no flexibility!

The apartment was a great size and modern. In a good area close to restaurants and the beach and shops. Also quiet.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you I was not at all pleased with the appartment 23204 we stayed in for 10 days at the Oracle. Upon entry my wife tripped over the stupid carpet rug installed at the entry door way. Twice once during initial entry and the other during bringing in our shopping. If she had injured herself I would had claimed all expenses and losses from you. I removed the rug and set this aside for safety reasons only to find the original 10 year old carpet thread bear and badly stained. The oven requires constant monitoring during use as the temperature controls do not adjust and are stuck on high. The so called complementry espressor coffee machine is complete B#$@.S&€#. The unit is broken and does not hold the coffee pods in place. All we did was waste our money buying the coffee pods. The ensuite shower screen door does not close properly. The glass door hits the side glass panel making it dangerous to use the shower. NOT to have the safe operational is unsatisfactory. To come to an apartment and not be able to confidently securely valuables is Very Poor. I disapprove of having to pay good money to stay in a rental appartment and have to ring maintenance. This occurred three times, the more it happened the unhappy we became. All for the sake of a couple of dollars. No safe and blown globes. We frequent Queensland Broadbeach and have stayed at theOracle twice prior, I will not be staying in appartment 23204 again.

The location was great and the property had everything except access to the internet. I am visually impaired and need access to emails and my daily newspaper all online. I do not have any data on my phone hence I was disappointed. My bond has not been deposited in my account. T
