This is a unique place to stay in Magnolia. Very quiet and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I have stayed here twice and never disappointed.

Special date night

The Loft gave me and my gal a place to relax and unwind a bit. The host has thought of everything. All amenities were covered.

Cute studio apartment! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We particularly enjoyed it as it had a homey feeling. And love the town square as it brought back memories of when I was a little girl and my mother would take me shopping or we would go to the movies. I hope to return to spend a weekend. Thank you. Debra McKeever

Great alternative to a traditional hotel. Very comfortable and homey. Self check in and out.

First time to stay here, but not my last! What a quaint and wonderful place to stay. Extremely comfortable bed and very homey space. Coffee maker in the hallway and water and juice in the kitchen fridge. Very quiet too.

Great room and quiet! I stay here about once a quarter and its my favorite hotel in Magnolia!

Painless check in and all was very nice. Good communication with the owner also. This is where we will stay from now on when we are in this area. 5 stars from us.

I loved the convenience of just walking straight to the room and not having to wait to check in like at a hotel. The place had character and was quite roomy. Will stay again

This is our third time to stay at The Loft and it did not disappoint. We are welcomed by clean and beautifully decorated rooms. The Loft is conveniently located to everything in Magnolia. Heather is such an amazing host and was available anytime we needed anything. I highly recommend The Loft. I know we will choose to stay here anytime we are visiting family on Magnolia!

The directions sent by email were very precise; we were very impressed by the home atmosphere; accessibility to condiments and the kitchen area was very helpful. We were also very impressed by the little things; the key to the door with our name; we will definitely come again!

Highly recommend! Clean property close to dining and shops. I locked myself out of the room and they were quick to respond and help. I will be back!

I liked the location of the Loft and the size of the room I chose. With my being there late Sat evening and Sun, no businesses were open which made it really boring. My bathroom shower had not been cleaned and the milk left for guests in the fridge was sour so we were not able to eat the cereal provided. Because there are so few guests, it's really peaceful. If you cannot climb stairs, don't stay here. I would stay here again and I do recommend it .

Beautiful property

The good: it’s a beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable, located close to everything in Magnolia. The bad: when we arrived our door code didn’t work, so we called the number provided. It went straight to voicemail. So we were left sitting outside in the dark in Magnolia hoping we’d get a callback sooner than later. Luckily, another guest came and let us in. About 20 minutes later, we did get a callback from Jeff. He was very friendly and apologetic and gave us another code. When we did get in, the air conditioning was off. Mind you, this is August in south Arkansas, so it was pretty brutal for the first few hours as a couple of window units worked to cool down the whole 2 bedroom suite with its 12’ ceilings. I’d probably book again if I needed the space, but I’d definitely be proactive in calling about the A/C ahead of time and I wish it was a little easier to get in touch with someone when the door code doesn’t work.

Nostalgic

Cute and nostalgic place. Bedroom was great. Comfy bed and pillows. Room temp great but a/c unit outside window a little loud. Bathroom was fair. I prefer a sink with countertop. The pedestal sinks are quaint but not very practical.

Great place to stay

The Loft is a great place to stay in Magnolia Ar! The owners sent a text to help with check in! Very clean room, great location shopping and a bar and grill within walking distance! Will definitely try to stay there again when visiting my son at SAU!

we got the family sweet which has 3 beds it perfectly fit my crew the place was beautiful and it was nice and quiet they had snacks available and the internet was extremely fast they also have hulu available for you to watch with the option of renting movies overall it was one of the best places i’ve stayed

I loved this stay at the loft! It was so comfortable & a home like feeling! It was clean & there was a smart tv with Netflix & all other movie platform that you can watch for free! It was very nice! There was a kitchen & a snack area with free snacks & drinks. It was very very nice!

comfortable enough

It is a really nice place. It feels like staying in a home instead of a hotel. I don’t like the shared bathroom aspect. That kinda sucks. The owner was very nice and attentive and had very quick response times.

As usual the staff took care of us! We have use this Hotel several times and have always enjoyed it.

The Loft

My wife and I enjoyed the Loft. It was very clean, and had a great atmosphere. The only fault we found there, was there no elevator. Being that we are in our eighties, we had some difficulty, climbing the double staircase with a heavy suitcase. Probably, if we had known earlier, we might have looked for other hotels. Everything else, was great.

The website never indicated that this hotel did not have private baths in each room. I will never stay at a Loft hotel again.

The coffee maker didn't work. When I turned on the water it sprayed all around the kitchen from the leaky faucet. Worst was the window heating unit which loudly chugged into life every five minutes all night, blowing right into my face no matter how I turned the louvers. Lovely, eclectic hotel, but needs some closer attention to guest comfort.

Really liked the ambiance but it seems to still need some renovations. It would also be nice if it was handicap accessible- the only way to get to the rooms is via stairs. We will likely stay there again even though stairs are quite difficult for me.

Taking our daughter to SAU so we will be there often. Only complaint is the water pressure. We’ve stayed there before and were the only occupants. This time, it was full and there was no water pressure for about 20 minutes.

Perfect Location!

Room was clean and well appointed, not much storage, but I didn't need much. Had to set up a table for my computer, so I had to move a few things around, but it was not a big deal. The sheets were wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic since I had business downtown, so everything was right across the street. Love the unique feel of the whole hotel. Having access to the living area was perfect.

You have to share a bathroom and there is no closet in the room. WiFi did not work.
