The staff are very friendly and genuine. The location of the hotel is calm
Seriously one of the best staff I’ve seen in the hotel business. They have a car service that you can use for free that takes you near by. That was really handy.
They put me in the wrong room at first, and It was a hassle getting the wifi code to work
The hotel is pretty, modern, and extremely clean. The breakfast they serve is yummy and plentiful. The staff (specifically Christine, Khaled, Rita, Paul, Marc, and Nathalie) are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay in Beirut. I highly recommend staying here when coming to Beirut!
Best Property in Beirut for your money... Staff is amazing and the rooms are impeccable !
Excellent and friendly service and room upgrade! Perfect stay at Key Hotel!
Overall this was a great stay. Exactly what you need in a hotel. Clean. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Accomodating staff. Free shuttle drop-offs within the city.
The check in girl was rude and I will not return again here
Good , but the towels wasn't change , and the cleaning was fair ..
It was central to my family.Place is really clean.Staff were very helpful.breakfast was great.
We stayed at The Key for 5 nights on our first visit to Beirut, and enjoyed every second. We had a deluxe one-bedroom apartment with balcony that was in excellent condition. The hotel's housekeeping standards are very high; our room was spotless, as were the lobby, bar, and all other public areas. The hotel is a short taxi ride from downtown Beirut and the airport. The hotel provides a free car shuttle service on a first come, first served basis and the drivers, Paul & Mark, are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as were all the staff I met at the hotel. We took advantage of the shuttle service each day to start us off on our exploration of this amazing city. Taxis in Beirut (identified by red number plates) are plentiful and affordable. Uber also operates in the city, so it's easy to get around. The hotel also has a small grocery store, which came in very handy to stock up on basic supplies. The bottled water and local beer were very reasonably priced. One of the hotel's big pluses is that it is 100% smoke free, one of the reasons we chose to book. We enjoyed our stay so much that the Key will be our first choice when visiting the Lebanon in the future, which we hope to do very soon.
Every thing was perfect , the staff was super friendly and the room is really nice and neat , one of the best hotels in Lebanon.
The food was exceptional, the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful esp Christane, Sam and Nathalie, Hassan in housekeeping and Crystal in the spa.
It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely, well- trained staff team. My room was gorgeous. It’s just a little bit out of the way with no amenities within walking distance, which is a real shame. However the food in the hotel was very good (a bit pricey) and the breakfast was excellent.
Little far(not walking distance) from the downtown area but they have free shuttle service to downtown area. The roomis very clean and have small mart open 24hr which was very convenient to buy breakfas snuck or local wine.
Initially we had a problem with our room, when management became aware of our issue they addressed it with prfessionalism and went overboard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They really do care about their customers.
Modern and comfortable
Great Place. Highly recommended. We stayed longer because we loved it. Booked a room with terrace. The stuff is super friendly , they helped to organise private transport to Baalbek and Byblos. The buffet breakfast is extraordinary. So is lunch and dinner. The beds are extremely comfortable , the place very clean and everyone greets you with a smile. The complimentary car for trips within Beirut is also a bonus. Not always available but if not an uber driver is never too far. Conveniently located for the National Museum and MIM.
It’s clean and had prompt service for all of my needs. Also is a great location
This was a great experience for us. We stayed in a junior suite. The facility is great the staff is extremely professional. The market is very convenience and reasonably priced. The spa is amazing. The gym does the job. Location is great especially once you figure out the shortcuts to get you on the right side of the main roads. Highly recommended. Shout out to all the awesome members of staff, to name a few: Samira Anthony Rana Yara The trainee at front design George Sam nikola Christiane Bilal Roy Taha Jalal. Kudos to the management team behind all this.
Fri3ndly staff good location clean property but no bag service
I like its modern look and prices are acceptable. My only two comments are: 1. Toilet is veryy small for the size of the room 2. The property doesn't seem ro jave noise cancellation system in the rooms, because i woke up at 7 am from the noise of the construction zone right next to the hotel. Plus you can easily hear the housekeeping staff and other guests sounds and movements outside your doors But i still recommend it for its cleanliness and location
Quiet and calm hotel with nice city view. And very clean.
cool place, different from other hotels in Beirut. I will keep coming back
It was a great place to stay. Within walking distance to a couple museums, but off the beaten path, and having a full suite of amenities. It was the perfect place to base the trip out of.
Really comfortable, clean, good customer service
The hotel is not right in the middle of Beirut but is close enough. I had a car and parking was available. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and I cannot fault this hotel.
it was a great experience.... calm, simple, away from Beirut traffic districts. great expense all over.
Great Value for Money in Style!
This hotel sports a trendy decoration, an excellent location, and great customer service. To top it all, it offers great value for your money. I highly recommend The Key to European and American guests.
Beautiful hotel. Still new. The quality vs price is excellent. Internet is super slow, with no option to upgrade. Room service is below average. Hotel staff are keen to help, but probably need training.
Nice and comfortable and lovely staff. Clean and calm
spacious modern roon with eye to details in a convenient area
New hotel in perfect condition with great services
Had a wonderful stay. New hotel / apartment, very clean and in perfect condition. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great area, easy access to almost everything. 24/7 supermarket. Amazing Free shuttle to anything in the center. They even thought of little things like fb mondial projected in the little outdoor café. Highly recommend!
Everything was simply perfect
Comfortable apartment hotel
The apartment hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Service also very good. The limited breakfast options could be improved. Smooth airport taxi arrangement. The location is fine if coming on a business trip.
Great loved it
Loved it here onky downside for me was it's not walking distance to the shopping district but still a great place an great views quiet area.
nice new hotel in excellent condition
I had a pleasant 2 days stay in the hotel , with helpful staff and excellent services
Comfortable Stay
The hotel is cost-friendly and comfortable but far away from everything so you can't go anywhere on foot and you need a car. Their free transport is not available all the time and they made me pay for airport transportation. The staff are polite and offer good service. The menu is limited and doesn't offer any Arabic cuisine options.
Clean Hotel and Great Staff
The apartment hotel was built in 2016 and is very well kept. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is great and very friendly! They also offer a free shuttle around Beirut. I highly recommend it!
Very bad staying ever
Unfortunately chickin was bad, no greeting staff no parking facilities welcoming no warm staff bad attitude. Also in checkoI'm not recommended this hotel to any body Also they give room with very bad view.ut I asked them for late chickout for 1 hour only they said No with bad attitude. Thanks the key hotel I feel all reviews on traveler websites is fake
Nice Hotel Near the city , easy transportation
Everything is great in this hotel. Professional staff, luxurious rooms, free shuffle around Beirut. Quiet Neighborhood.
New clean hotel
Clean new comftable hotel but the staff especially the concigre they lack professionalism and respect towards their guests
A wonderful experience
I stayed there with my wife after our wedding celebration. Our room was better than expected, it was very romantically decorated with red flowers everywhere. The hotel is very well designed from the interior with very high quality finishing materials. Nadia and Rana were excellent at the Front Desk. The market on the ground floor is very handy and the food in the restaurant is very good. Overall it was an amazing experience we really enjoyed our time staying there. Thank you so much The Key Aparthotel
Beautiful hotel.. new.. very clean and comfy.. friendly staff.. food is just ok
Fantastic hotel
Close to the airport, downtown etc....not too far to walk to many restaurants etc!! Bedding and pillows are awesome and blackout curtains that you could sleep forever with!! Loved it
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room design is very comfortable. Very good Internet service. This is one of the best hotels in Beirut.
Good value price/quality
I stay regularly at the Key Apart Hotel. It is located in the centre, walking distance from Badaro and good restaurants and bars. A market is located in the hotel and is open 24/7 which is very convenient.
Exceptional
Sometimes after a 5 hours trip you don't have the right attitude to talk with anyone, what you want is your room the quickest possible. My experience with this hotel was great, from check in to check out, the guys at the front desk were really helpful, they guided me throughout the city and even did a reservation for me in a posh restaurant in Achrafieh. Before going to dinner with their car (to mention complementary) i went for a ride with the bicycles they have, verry nice area and calm. Good luck guy you ROCK!!!! Next visit i'm staying with you for sure.
Great Quite location for peace of mind...
I had a great two day getaway, in a very quite location, but close by all the attraction by car with in 10 to 15 minutes.
Confortable, Cozy and reliable
We stayed @ the key with the family for a couple of days. I was looking for a descent accommodation in the heart of Beirut but without being in the crowded area, so I booked at the key and my stay was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the best of all is the market where my kids enjoyed buying their favorite chocolate bars (only on vacation mode). In terms of transportation I used their 'key car' to drop me around the city which was verry efficient. I'll come back for sure to meet also the great staff that were always helpful answering my questions. :) thumbs up great job.
Amazing
superior hotel with excellent location near by all scenery locations in Beirut.
