TravellerThe place was rather run down. Toilet had cobwebs. Full of mold around the sink. Outdoor bathtub was extremely dirty. Bedsheets were torn. There were thousands and thousands of midges in the room during the night. Entire bed, room and ceiling were filled with them. Mosquito net provided was only enough to cover 30% of the bed. The worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.

Original room had an ant infestation. One of the front desk receptionists were rude whilst rectifying the situation. Food in the restaurant was abysmal. Chicken was too salty, omelette was overcooked, and the fish was too sweet.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and cafe, and The resort offers river boat ride to the national park. But it was dirty and bugs and insets everywhere inside the room and bathroom... also, the room gets so cold at night

The hotel is in nice place and view however the staff need more train, even order food, receive almost 2 hours later. Service is very poor.
