Suits well for one night stay.

We stayed one night and this hotel suits well for this purpose. It is clean and they even have a small pool. The staff is nice and ready to help. There is a strange smell in the rooms, but again for one night it's OK.

Close to amenities and beaches

Interesting 90s decor! But hey, you're on Koh Chang so doesn't matter. This hotel is in a very good location at one end of the main road with restaurants etc at the Hat Khlong Phrao stretch of beach. It's a ten minute walk to the beach itself and several others nearby.

Nice hotel with great service provided

Great service, staff were very friendly and accommodating, nice and clean room, serviced everyday. Location was not great but we had a scooter which allowed us to travel to where we needed to go. The bar across the street had a band playing every night, quite loud and singers were not in tune. A bit annoying when we chose to stay in for the night. Overall a nice hotel with great service. Just not the greatest location.

Friendly staff, expensive and overrated.

Stayed for three nights. Upon arrival we had to change pillows since they smelled terrible. Additionally, one of the lights didn't work in the room (a problem that hasn't been solved during our stay). The owners had the splendid idea to install a bar in the same corridor as some rooms. So, be aware for some loud music until 1pm. Breakfast is there, but no great deal. In general: friendly helpfull staff, but the hotel isn't worth it's price.

You won't find a better hotel for the price...

Brand new hotel. Good breakfast and pricey but nice bar on roof. Maids broke a bottle of whiskey in my room and it was promptly replaced with a new bottle. I would definitely stay again!

Noisy guests. Young staff. Good sister hotel

A new hotel, situated in a good place for getting to the local bars & restaurants. The staff speak very good English but they are all fairly young, so when I complained about noisy guests in the room above (feet banging on the floor from about 6o'clock every morning) they didn't do anything about it. So I had to make my feelings known directly to the guests which then caused friction. The breakfast was always cold. The tea was like water and undrinkable. I eventually complained and was able to get a teabag for my tea and ordered scrambled eggs which did come down hot. The bread was left out and uncovered so was often rock hard. The good thing is that the hotel has a bar on the top floor & plays music from about 9o'clock every evening so you can sit and chill. It also has a sister hotel that you can use the beach and swimming pools there (only 10 minute walk).

5 star design poorly built but highly caring staff

Top modern hotel, best building materials used, cool design, but completed by surprisingly low-skulled workers. Best, full breakfast, top cleanliness, great outside swimming pool and bar area, very friendly and helpfull staff doing their absolute best.

Recommendable

Good value for money as you can use Emerald coves facilities and beach for free, mini van pick up service etc. The Gallery also has a very cheap Japanese buffet if your into sushi and all that.

Modern, clean & lovely staff

Staff very friendly and hotel modern and clean. Beach is some distant away but free shuttle bus to sister hotel in the day time.

I had a great time!

I stayed at The Gallery for 4 nights. I originally booked for 3, but enjoyed the island so much that I extended my stay. The Gallery is a brand new hotel so the facilities are sparkling. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. They helped me plan some day trips snorkeling and trekking. The pool area is very nice, although underused. They've even got a happy hour deal! Because The Gallery doesn't have direct access to a beach, they run a free shuttle (although you could easily walk) to their sister hotel Emerald Cove. Fabulous!!

Nice hotel with beach at walking distance

Newly built hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and really nice pool. The area is not much to see, but it's only a few minutes walk (or a short ride with complimentary minibus) from the beach at the sister hotel. Would stay again.

Modern hotel with lovely pool

Lovely brand new hotel. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Nicw quiet chilled pool which serves nice cocktails. Only downside was had to walk a little distance to the beach although there is a shuttle bus to take you to the sister hotel to Emerald Cove very nice beach. Also balcony was to small and bars blocked the views. Would recommend this hotel as the pros out weighed the cons. Also beds very comfortable :)

โรงแรมไม่วุ่นวายสะดวกสบาย ใกล้ทะเลเดินทางไม่ยาก บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ มีรถสองแถวขับผ่านไปมา ทำให้คนที่ไม่มีรถเดินทางได้ง่ายขึ้น มีฟิตเนสเล็กๆ และมีสระว่ายน้ำสำหรับคนชอบออกกำลังกาย

La carte pour entrer dans la chambre n a pas fonctionner a notre retour vers 2h du matin on a du attendre un technicien ,une fois dans la chambre la clim fonctionner mais ne donnait pas de froid du coup très chaud toute la nuit et a 5:30 du matin toute les lumière se sont soudainement allumée toute seule ! Quand a la piscine le carrelage n est pas fini donc très facile de se couper !!

Siisti ja uudehko hotelli. Parvekkeen ritilät vähän oudot, estivät maiseman katselun. Rannalle oli matkaa, mutta hotellilta ilmainen, moitteeton kuljetus. Hotellin uima-allas hyvä ja lavitsoja tarpeeksi. Lähellä hyviä ravintoloita.

Nettes Hotel an guter Lage

Hatte ein Studiozimmer für Fr. 100.--. Abgesehen vom üblen Modergeruch wars gut. Schöner Pool. Die Lage ist super. Manchmal lärmig in der Nacht, konnte trotzdem gut schlafen.

Hotellet var väldigt prisvärt, fin pool men dock lite liten, men vi var nästan alltid helt ensama där så det gjorde inte så mycket. Bra läge om man vill hyra moped, annars ca 5-10 minuters promenad till en fin mysig strand. Dålig internationell frukost dock.

Olimme esittäneet toiveen huoneesta, jossa oli kaksi erillistä sänkyä, mutta saimme huoneen parisängyllä. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja meille luvattiin että voimme vaihtaa huoneen seuraavana päivänä kun vapautuu ja sen myös teimme. Uusi huoneemme oli kuitenkin hieman epäsiisti ja jostakin sinne oli päässyt gekko livahtamaan, mutta eivät ne nyt niin haitannut lomailua. Netti hotellissa oli aika surkea ja pätki usein.

In der Nebensaison bietet The Gallery ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für wenig Geld bekamen wir ein komfortables Zimmer mit allem, was zu einem guten Zimmer gehört und die Möglichkeit, den schönen Pool und die bequemen Liegen am Strand beim Schwesterhotel Emerald zu nutzen. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal im The Gallery zu Gast und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Kleines Boutique Hotel mit kleinem Pool

Musste einmal umziehen, da es im Zimmer streng roch. Wurde aber mit großer Freundlichkeit umquartiert. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind es etwas laut.

Laut und ungemütlich

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel, um es vorneweg zu sagen: ohne die Möglichkeit die Anlage des Schwesterhotels Emerald Cove nutzen zu können wären wir nach einem Tag wieder abgereist. Das Hotel weist massive Baumängel auf, alles wirkt schmuddelig und schlecht durchdacht. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, hartes Toastbrot, Zuckersäfte, schlechter Kaffee. Regelmäßig am Wochenende gibt es Partys auf der Rooftopbar, die Musik ist deutlich im Zimmer zu hören. Die Managerin rechtfertigt sich damit, dass ab 1 Uhr leisere Musik gespielt wird. Pool ist nicht benutzbar, da ab 8 Uhr laute Musik gespielt wird. Die Gäste werden unnötig verärgert, es wäre wirklich leicht mit ein paar Handgriffen (Frühstück, Pool) das Gesamtbild etwas zu verbessern.

Nie wieder

Das Hotel befindet sich an der Hauptstrasse von der Insel. Es gibt kaum Parkmöglichkeiten wenn man mit dem Auto anreist (ca. 6 Parkplätze). Das Personal könnte sich etwas mehr mit dem Gast befassen (lange Wartezeiten). Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr klein. Der Balkon ist ein Käfig, Aussicht gleich null. Die Poolbesucher können jedoch auf den Balkon sehen. Preis-Leistung: nicht empfehlenswert werde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Nichts für Leute, die Ruhe mögen!

Pro: - das Hotel macht einen neuwertigen, modernen, recht schicken Eindruck - Restaurants + Geschäfte in der Nähe - Privatstrand des Schwesternhotels problemlos nutzbar + Liegen und Schirm vorhanden - Tv, Safe, Klimaanlage Contra: - trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Bergblick wurde mir zunächst ein dunkler Raum im Untergeschoss angeboten - Umtausch erst auf Nachfrage - mir war nicht bewusst dass sich auf dem Dach eine Open Air Disco befindet, d.h. fast tägliche Beschallung bis 00:30 Uhr!!! - Luftlinie sind es zum Strand nur wenige Hundert Meter, aber da ist eine Lagune dazwischen, d.h. mindestens 10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg - Ameisen im Badezimmer - bloß nichts essbares rumliegen lassen!

I will stay there again next time!! Better than Hyatt hotel. Nice restaurant. Swimming pool. Rooftop bar. Autobike rent opposite side. Kind staff. Clean.

tres bon sejour au galery je vous le recommandes..

Nous avons sejourne dans cet hotel entre amis pendant 5 jours et nous avons ete tres bien recus..hotel bien entretenus le menage et changement de serviettes tous les jours le personnel est tres a l ecoute et sympatique ..nous avons pus profiter de la piscine et de la plage du emerald cove gratuitement .ce qui est un gros plus car la piscine est magnifique et la plage aussi ..tres contant de se sejour le raport qualitee prix est plus que correct comparativement a beaucoup d hotel de l ile qui sont souvent trop chere vieux et mal entretenus.

It is clean and comfort to stay. The cost in staying in Kohchang island is relatively expensive.

Balkongen var en besvikelse, helt utan utsikt då det växte klätterväxt för hela... Vi bodde på första våning vilket vi till slut insåg var positivt då det ändå lät från nattklubben på taket. Väldigt rent, fräscht och super service! Samt ett stort plus att man fick ligga på hotell emeralds solstolar!

The hotel is a building site on the roof, drill hammer from 7 in the morning til 10 in the night. No letter from the staff, no excuse, of the trouble on the rouf = no respekt for the geust, and because og christmas they where charching 90 % for the last 4 dayes. That somhow does not fit reality.

It's a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I'd really recommend this hotel for families.

соотношение цена качество отличное. отзывчивый и приветливый стаф. замечательная терраса. тук-тукер Нисом, билеты на все сайты и даже на автобус до таиланда не отходя от кассы. очень довольны.

Prisvärd och sjukt najs

Väldigt fräscht, nytt hotell. Skönaste sömnen i Thailand eftersom sängarna var fantastiska. Nära till mat och standard massage och barställen. Själva Gallery har bara en ganska liten pool, men när vi var där i början av december 2015 så hade vi poolen för oss själva för det mesta. De erbjuder även tillgång till en fin strand och en fantastisk pool på partnerhotellet Emerald Cove, de erbjuder transfer dit 4 gånger om dagen med deras bil men man kan också promenera dit på ca 10 minuter. väldigt prisvärt och najs hotell. Rummet är som ett rum på ett mycket dyrare hotell eftersom de inte har strand eller stor pool.

Все было замечательно. Отел понравился, завтраки хорошие, чисто, до моря далековато, но дорожка очень живописная через лес и лагуну, окупается тем, что можно отдыхать на шикарном пляже 5 звездочного Эмеральда. Пляж прекрасный, живописный, намного лучше, чем Вайтсенд. Отличное впечатление испортилось из-за того, что в последний день исчезли деньги у двоих, причем не совсем маленькие, у подруги 1000 батт, у друга - 2000. Лежали не в сейфе, просто в сумках. Администрация после проверки видео регистраторов заявила, что никто кроме горничной в номер не входил. Будто бы мы думали, что кто-то посторонний деньги стащил. Совет - не оставляйте деньги просто так, кладите в сейф или держите при себе. В общем ложка дегтя в бочке меда оказалась.

Нам было здесь хорошо!!!!

Это была  первая поездка на Ко .  Наташа  и Саша привет!   И выбор  данного  отеля  оказался очень удачным 1 новый небольшой отель с хорошим сервисом в части уборки номера, чистоты белья и места расположение 2 возможность пользоваться услугами на пляже отеля эмиралд  3 рядом все кафе слоновья ферма , и малочисленность  туристов Отель предоставляет завтраки , но они очень бедные ( не по-тайски ) , однообразные и можно от них отказаться,  а завтракать в кафе  или в пекарне с горячими круасанами и вкусным кофе. Телевизор  большой ,но нет русскоязычного канала.  Номера с разным видом отличаются величиной балкона ( горы символично больше крышы бунгало соседнего отеля ), с делюкса  вид на бассейн , но мебель интереснее в простых номерах.   Бассейн небольшой чистый работоет до 21 часа . Халаты и тапочки прекрасные;  кровать , подушки, белье , полотенца отличные.Персонал очень приветливый и услужливый Нам было в этом отеле хорошо Я думаю вернусь в этот отель и рекомендую его  для проживания и ознакомления с островом

가격이 저렴하지만 시설은 장말 최고입니다. 직원의 서비스도 매우 훌륭하고 친절하네요. 룸 컨디션도 매우 깨끗하고 방 크기도 좋았습니다. 혹시 코창 여행을 다시가면 꼭 이것에서 다시 묵고싶네요

Здравствуйте) мы отдыхали семьёй на Ко Чанге, отель выбирали сами, "опирались" на отзывы, и ни сколько не пожалели, очень приветливый персонал, не знаю в каком году построен отель, но там очень чистенько и аккуратно! В номерах убирались Ежедневно, завтраки хорошие) Хороший бассейн для детей и взрослых!

ได้รับการต้อนรับที่ดีมากๆนับตั้งแต่ก้าวย่างเข้าไปที่โรงแรม มีผ้าเย็นและเวลคัมดริ๊งค์ต้อนรับ จากโรงแรมเดินไปเล่นน้ำทะเลประมาณ 500 เมตรเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดีมากๆครับ

Hotel und Zimmer sind gut.Zum Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Ich habe mit Frühstück gebucht und musste beim Check Out das Frühstück bezahlen.Das Hotel ist sehr sauber.Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und essen gehen.

this hotel is brand new hotel in 2015. small hotel which is not good for Resort area but their maintenance, room cleaning and facility are really great.. with about $20, you can enjoy new hotel facility and breakfast but when I was here the elevator was out of order so I have to move my huge carrier by myself if they ask me first to carry the luggage before I check out it would be much much better and if you stay this hotel you can use emerald Cove hotel swimming pool and beach for free the Emerald Cove hotel is fantastic, I spent all day at Emerald Cove 대략 2만 5천원 정도에 여기에 호텔에 머물렀는데 시설은 괜찮았어요 방은 정말 깔끔하고 욕실도 깨끗 했어요 침대와 침구는 정말 좋았구요 아침식사도 부페는 아니지만 깔끔 했어요 그러나 베란다에 나무막을 너무 많이 해놔서 밖을 보기가 힘들어 구요 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 무거운 짐을 계단으로 혼자 왔다갔다 했어요 여기 호텔이랑 자매 호텔인데 에머 랄드 코브 호텔이라고 대략 700 미터 정도 걸어가면 나오는 호텔이 있는데 이호텔 수영장과 비치를 무료로 사용할 수 있었어요 에메랄드 호텔은 정말 최고였어요 낮 세시부터 해피아워 시간 동안 모든 음료를 반값에 파는데 정말 맛있었어요 대략 칵테일 한 잔에 3천원 정도라고 생각하시면 되요
