Nice stayed but felt like the hotel needs to revamp the surrounding of the hotel. New paint would be great and sweep the stairs, there was a lot of debris and dead bugs. The shower wall has mold all around it.
I must’ve come in very slow season there was no one in the hotel. When I showed up for breakfast, I was the only one there. No one in the pool no place nearby to go too far away. But beautiful place.
Very much enjoyed our stay at the elements. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are wonderful - steam room was out of action but plenty more to keep us occupied. Over the road from the beach which has some beautiful views. There are bikes available to get around which is handy. Room was spotless. Shuttle service available to Ao Nang but is slightly limited. That said, we had no problem getting around with Bolt/Grab.
The hotel is nice, the room was big and conenient, the staff is very polite and welcoming, but the location in not the best. It's 20 min drive from the city and 2-3 km from the closest village. The beach across the road is not a beach you want to go to. The is a shuttle frim the hotel to the city which is nice, but it's not as often as it should. The breakfast is okay.
Very relaxing area, very kind staff and clean.
This is a great place to stay and overall a wonderful experience. Its about a 15 min drive from Krabi. We were able to get a private long boat through the front desk that picked us up on the beach out front. The restaurant at the resort is nice with lots of options. The staff is very helpful, they evem helped us with a last minute shuttle very early in the morning when our Grab canceled (pre booking doesnt work)
This was a wonderful resort to stay! We were so pleased with how peaceful and quiet it was and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! The only downside was the distance to Aunang (15 minute cab ride) but they offer a shuttle service 3x/day. We were so pleased with this resort!
Super relaxed spa hotel. Wonderful separate pool area for the best rooms but honestly both pools were very nice. The restaurant was good with lots of choices. Limited choices within walking distance, 1 restaurant and an 7/11 are it. although they offer bicycles for free and motorbikes for inexpensive daily rates. The beach is rocky and not inviting Krabi town is a 30 min taxi ride away, but the do offer free daily shuttles. The rooms are large and inviting and full of dark woods and great lighting. I especially appreciated the private lanai.
A slice of heaven in paradise
My over 2 week stay here was an absolute dream, if I could move here permanently I would. The staff was extremely friendly and showed an incredible amount of hospitality, the pool was wonderful, and you can walk right across the street to the beach to watch the sunset. The restaurant had great food at great prices to match, and the breakfast in the morning was diverse and delicious. Ao Nong is just a short taxi away or you can take the free shuttle from and back to the resort. There’s so much to do around the area, and it’s nice to come back and relax at the resort where there is far less commotion than in the towns. The massage services are wonderful as well so don’t skip on them. Honestly if I could give this place 10/5 stars a would. Next time I’m in Thailand I will be definitely be returning here, and highly suggest others do so as well.
The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond for me and my family. It was a great stay.
Their staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond. I wanted to buy a copy of a book that was in my room, after searching for a few hours they found one for me! I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything about our stay was perfect. The room, the amenities, the breakfast buffet, and particularly the staff -- all we're first class. We'll be back!
Serene, asteful, accommodating, exquisite staff
Nice pool and rooms, hotel needs to be updated
The hotel is a little bit old overall, which can be seen in public areas such as the pool and the lobby. The rooms however are very clean and have been updated just recently. Service was exceptional and the breakfast was quite pleasant as well. The beach in front of the hotel is not recommendable, however there are nice beaches within a 4 to 5 minutes drive. Overall however, I do recommend this hotel if you were only staying for a short stay
Upon arrival, we were given a room on top floor, where AC was not working. Also no internet in the room. By the evening, AC was fixed, but at 10:30 I had to ask for internet connection repair to stop until the following day (an engineer was repeatedly sent to our room to fix it!). Staff is nice, always smiling, courteous, but not helpful. I had to ask for the room to be changed, and by the afternoon we were given a new room and upgraded, which was really nice. Other things that I found strange in a 4 star hotel is the state of reclining chairs by the pool (plastic wicker armrests were all falling apart, foam cushions undone at seams), the fact that drilling and repairs on the location would start at 2 pm (?!), and one evening when I attempted to order G&T the waiter came back to tell me they had no tonic water in the hotel. Just strange. Hotel provides afternoon shuttle to Ao Nang, which is very convenient if you want to explore the area a bit. Also, motorbikes are available for rent, and bicycles for free. Very efficient taxi service to the airport is also available.
Great resort not too far from Krabi and Ao Nang
Out of the busy areas- still close to great beach's and eating places. Quiet and relaxing.
We could not rate this place highly enough. Justin and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. They worked so hard to make our wedding day and the rest of the trip special. Nothing was a hassle for them and they always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
The staff were lovely and friendly!! And the hotel was beautiful
Beautiful location. 10 minutes from the party zone. Nice an quiet. The staff was amazing! We rented a 150cc scooter from them an went all around. It was perfect. Food was good. Beer was cold. Only down side was internet is poor because of the more remote location. We had a wonderful time there an would definitely recommend it. Also the staff is amazing!!
Fantastic staff. Very picturesque grounds, design and landscaping. Pool area is legendary. Quiet. We should have stayed another night.
Meh
I really really wanted to love Elements, but it just wasn't amazing. Service & food both were incredibly hit or miss; some staff/cooks were high-functioning with common sense, others really lacked. The whole team would benefit greatly from Hospitality Training 101. The actual place is nice enough, amenities good. Krabi is worth a trip IF you take a boat trip to the islands. If you're just going to the resort to be at a resort? You'll likely be disappointed. But the rooms are nice & exceptionally clean, thankfully!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff recognized us throughout the stay and helped with every need. The resort the smaller than expected but made for an even better experience.
Not bad but not the best.
We stayed in a premier room. Very nice with access to a private pool. The service was good. Concerns: WiFi was not the greatest and you had to enter the password constantly. There is essentially one menu and one restaurant. You get tired of the food quickly. Great breakfast but the rest of the food was not tasty and for Thailand expensive. Plus several items that I requested they were out were out of. The pool bar was never open during my 6 days there. Poor location and poor food. But great service and our Rooney was lovely.
Good stay in Krabi
Great resort a bit north of Klong Muang Beach. Had a four night stay during an unfortunate rare January storm, but was greatly accommodated by staff. I wasn't happy with my initial room and they quickly upgraded me to an amazing and quiet suite. Good gym, pool, shuttle and bike rental, and easy to catch a Grab into/from town.
Not so good. Staff is not well trained. They don’t speak English so it’s not easy to make them understand our needs. The hotel location is not the best, it’s far from everything. There was never enough deck chairs along the swimming pool. My daughters lost the bags and sleepers and they made us pay around 30 euros for that!!! I was very upset with our stay there!
Pleasant place to have calm week-end
nothing much to say, place is pleasant, nice set up.
Hotel is on a dirt road far out of town. I wasn’t expecting this. The hotel up priced item such as tours, taxi, massages, etc. we didn’t appreciate this.
Quiet Getaway
Although the resort just slightly off the beaten path (literally, the road outside isn't paved) but that was no issue. It's about equidistance from both Klong Muang and Tubkaek beach on a motorbike. Motorbikes are available to rent directly from the hotel at 300 baht per day. The local restaurant less than 2 minutes walk from the hotel is great and overlooking the beach. The prices are also extremely reasonable. About a 5-10 minute drive, the bustling restaurants and bars are right ahead. The drive to Ao Nang is also roughly around 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As someone with a bit of OCD, I usually bring travel sheets, something similar to a sleeping bag/bed sheets to use when traveling and luckily I did as I noticed there were blood stains on the sheets when I was packing to go on the last day and some dirt stains on the blanket. Apart from that, the hotel provided a great 10 day vacation to get away from the busy and hectic lifestyle of any city dweller.
Quiet Nice Hotel
The location might not be at the center of the action, but that makes it even better. It's a nice, quiet hotel, with excellent service. We booked our tour to the surrounding islands through the hotel, and they gave us great recommendation on which package to take and took care of the reservation. Eating area with good selection of restaurants and bars is within the walking distance from the hotel, and you can get there by walking along the beach when the tide is low. And there's this excellent small local restaurant just 5 minutes away from the hotel which we can never get tired of.
Great Service & Resort
The Elements is a great property. The service was excellent, the pool was great, the food was surprisingly good and they even have a pool (billiards) & fooseball table. The property has flowing water & flowers nearly everywhere. The gym & recreation room even have water running down tiled walls. There were many activities for children but this wasn’t relevant for our trip. The beach across from the resort is beautiful to watch the sunset, but difficult to swim. You really have to take the shuttle to another beach for swimming. Our boat tours to islands were conveniently able to drop us off on the beach in front of the Resort which saved at least an hour each way of travel. Overall, great resort and good value!
Nice lil getaway
The hotel was very secluded very nice and friendly staff when I arrived. Plenty of amenities room was nice and comfy with flip flop for the pool and slippers for the room. Not much lounge chairs for the pool but the beach was really close. It is far from main part of town have to get hotel shuttle to beach town. Hotel was very accommodating. Just far off the beaten path.
Nice stay with our good memories.
I had spent more than 3 hours for reading and chosing the good hotels for our sister's family's home coming. Finally, Among them I had found "The Eliment" hotel which was very perfect and seemed to suit to our styles. At first visit, I was so happy that I had made the right choice. The staffs were so nice and very helpful. Everyone in my family fell in love with this hotel and oftenly admire me for the best selected. The rooms were well-designed and good equipped. The breakfasts were very nice and suited to everyone. The spa rooms were clean and so relaxing. We had a chance to sing a song together in the 'Karaoke' room. Our family had a very good memory here, since we had departed for 10 years. 'The Eliment' hotel, you will be in our thoughts forever. Specially thanks to Justin, the front Manager. You are wonderful..! Thank you.
Great value
The service was great and the room was lovely. Nice amenities on-site as well, including a spa, buffet breakfast, pool. Strangely though the water pressure in the shower doesn't work at certain times of the day (seems to happen more frequently at night). Great family-style restaurant called "See the Sea" within 3 mins' walk from the hotel.
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff.
Stayed for Christmas holidays. 6 nights. Liked it very much. Took thai cooking classes with the chef. Very good!
Most memorable hotel.
This hotel was the highlight of a 3 week adventure in Thailand. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and gracious. We stayed over our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorial. The food at the hotel was some of the best we had in Thailand. We had breakfast included with our room and they offered a good mix of Asian and North America choices. The area is developing and is still one of the places you can really get away from the crowds of Thailand. If you're looking for a quiet place to sit by a pool and relax this is absolutely the place to stay.
A little remote
Remote and with poor transport links. Be prepared to walk or rent motorbike.
An amazing stay in a relaxing resort
Amazing, new resort with a lovely stuff and exceptionally breakfast. The hotel offers free shuttles to town, spa and a spectacular pool.
Experience with Elements…..
The hotel is facing the beach but across a small road. The area is pretty quiet but the beach in front of the hotel is not the ideal place for swimming or relaxing because there are 2 commercial piers on either sides of the hotel ( around 1 km away.) I think the piers are used for transporting sand or rock for construction. However, there is a beautiful beach around 2 km away from the hotel. They need to maintain good air circulation for the rooms. The rooms we checked in have unpleasant smell. At the end, what really made my stay enjoyable are the staffs. Every staff, maintenance staffs, drivers, waitresses, breakfast chef and especially the front desk receptionists are ever so friendly. They always greet their guests with a smiley face and always ready to assist with great suggestions and recommendations to make our trip enjoyable. Sometimes I don't even get in a five stars hotel. Thank you !!
Excellent hotel in Krabi
Everything was nearly perfect except for 2 things. The WiFi didn't work and needs an upgrade. Also, the cleanliness of the water bodies need to improve. There is moss and algae left for ages in some of them. The hotel food was great, the employees were terrific and the room was great too.
simply the best
absolutely wonderful- we have stayed at 5 star resorts before and I don't think I have ever received the type of treatment that we were given at the elements- Justin is the manager and is simply the best- they will help you book excursions , set up driving services and have a spa on the premise - it was simply the best time we have had on vacation and this hotel is awesome-
Book if you plan to stay out of hotel whole day
It wasn't what i expected when i saw the pics and reviews. If you are looking for some activities and ok to travel to Ao-Nang (20mins ride) then it's absolutely right place within budget. Also don't expect any food other than what's available in the hotel. B-fast option was really bad, just few things which were repetitive every day and lot of flies on the food- totally un-hygenic. Overall, if u r travelling with a budget it's an ok option but don't expect it to be a great place.
All Elements Tranquil Calm Easy and Peaceful
Smooth from check in to check out. Lovely peaceful stay with no drama. Great Team at the hotel strive to make the stay enjoyable all the time. Kudos to them. This is my 2nd visit and rightly so.
Lovely hotel, great staff
We were here for just over a week and felt very much at Home! All all the staff spoke excellent English and were more than happy to help us in any way they could! The resort itself was very well kept and looked after, spacious rooms with balconies and very good air-conditioning made for a very comfortable stay! The food that they served both traditional Thai and Western was amazing! I would highly recommend this resort!
Excellent
Lovely hotel in a quiet part of Krabi. Super rooms, good food, good pool. The staff was top-notch especially Justin, Lin and Gems. Will definitely go back here again and recommend to friends and family
Peace and Tranquiliy
The Elements Resort was such a relaxing place. Even though it was a long way up the coast from Krabi it was worth it. It was off season at the time of our stay and how perfect for us was that! One night we were the only ones in and we felt we were treated like kings! The grounds , the pool , the food and staff were marvelous . Our room was upgraded and we had great views out to the Islands . The room had the most comfortable bed and soft hotel pillows! Loved it . I would recommend this hotel to any one who wants to get away from the madding crowds especially over the off season.
Very cozy hotel
Very nice and cozy hotel, with large swimming pool and sauna. In addition there's a playroom for kids and court if wanna play badminton. My kids n myself love this hotel so much!! It's a lil bit far from aonang which requires abt 20 min driving from the hotel. Other than that, its extremely superb :)
Location was not that great . Luckily got free upg
. It was a very pleasant experience; love the friendly staff over at Elements of Krabi. The staff were just lovely and did everything they could to help us. We also enjoyed the pool . Breakfast was also very good Overall, a nice place .
Good rooms, bad location
Stayed at elements in pool access rooms for 3 nights.Service and room decor are good and as seen in the photos, but there are no options to eat out or buy something outside the resort. The beach is across the road and not that great. I would recommend Beyond or Sheraton instead of Elements to stay for the beach and better accessibility.
The place to relax
We enjoyed our 5 nights stay and will return. Breakfast was okay but avoid going to the hotel restaurant. There's a local restaurant outside the hotel, next to the beach offers delicious Thai cuisines.
Boutique hôtel on a quiet beach
Ideal location if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. The hotel itself is not directly on the beach, you have to cross a small road to get to the beach. But the pool area is lovely and there are many sun loungers to chill out by the pool. Nearby the Tub Taek beach is stunning, the hotel offers free bicycles and it's a 2km cycle uphill if you are feeling adventurous.
Great hotel!
Really good hotel, friendly staff, just in front of a quiet, nice beach. They offer free tranfers to Ao Nang and are always happy to help. Great experience!
The Elements Krabi
We experienced a lovely holiday at this hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Great resort next to beach
Well worth staying here, out of the seedy hustle and bustle of Thailand perfect spot for a family or couples vacation, this is so affordable heaps cheaper than its resort neighbours the staff are fantastic would stay there again
Not what it seems
Firstly, the location is quite far removed from anything else. The restuarant food leaves a lot to be desired and the restuarant staff are not the friendliest. The main reception staff are excellant though and tried to make our stay as memorable as possible. The beach opposite the hotel is not suitable for swimming, so its a taxi ride away, so are other restuarants. If a getaway where you only spend your time at the resort is what you want then maybe this will apeal to you.
nice boutique hotel with great service staff
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Rooms are big with nice decor. The only problem is the location. There is nothing much in the area and we had to take the hotel shuttle or taxi to get to aonang.
Must try!
Nice modern hotel remote in a quiet area. Staff is helpful and smily. Easy access to islands. However you might rent a scooter to look around, although bicycles are offered at the lobby. Would definitely not mind to stay there again.
Great Rooms, Great Service
Very helpful and hospitable staff. Nice, BIG rooms, clean. Not much in close proximity. Nicely landscaped. Good food, reasonable prices.
Rent a scooter!!!!!!
The hotel and staff are great!!!!!! Unfortunately there is NOTHING going on around the resort and the beach is not the nicest one. Rent a scooter and your life will change dramatically. Food is quite bad so eat elsewhere or buy A TON of snacks.
great place except location
great time, great staff...except their typical thai bookkeeping...they forgot to collect for a food bill at checkout time and we had to pay their driver in cash on the way to the airport....but....all thais are like that, so no big deal.
Krabi Break
Great hotel, great staff. Hotel, yes a little out of the way but perfect no noise from clubs or bars. Beach not great but does not detract from the hotel. Everything there and no need to go anywhere else. Justin and other staff were great.
Lovely Hotel
This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff. They were very happy to arrange day trips and taxis for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with balconies overlooking the pool. The only downside is the distance to Ao Nang. The hotel does provide a shuttle to Ao Nang twice a day in the early evening, otherwise it's about 400 Baht each way. It was disappointing that they ran out of rum during our stay and never were able to get anymore. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.
We have enjoy our stay!
The Hotel lives from the very friendly staff in the lobby and in the restaurant.
Good value for the money
Its a very well maintained place, and the view of the beach from the hotel is awesome. The service is awesome and the people in the front desk are really helpful. The problem is with the restaurant. The quality of food isn't great, and the service is painfully slow. There aren't any restaurants that you can walk too either. Overall, its a good place to stay. Quiet and peaceful with a nice beach view. I would definitely recommend renting a bike if you stay there as there are a lot of restaurants and good beaches close by.
Great resort with wonderful staff
Nice, quiet resort with warm and helpful staff, who are willing to offer you with great suggestions in terms of activities and restaurants in Krabi. The resort is located at a remote place, which suits our need for a quiet and relaxing stay. No nice beach though, is a bad point for this
We were treated as if we were their only guests...
We loved our stay at The Elements Resort in Krabi. The staff and front office personnel treated us with utmost respect and made sure our stay was not only comfortable but exciting and memorable!!
Extremely happy with the front office, especially a lady by the name of Lin. The front office let us spend a few hours using the facilities even after check out as they could not provide a late check out. As the hotel is located away from the main city, transfer to the beach and main market are provided free of cost. The rooms are great with very well thought of amenities like slippers, sarong and a bag for the beach. The only bad experience was with the room service that never brought salt pepper with the food and when asked, the delivery person made a face and some grunting noises showing displeasure, said he would get it later and still did not bring it even when requested again!
Beautiful Hotel...
A lovely hotel - food was good, massage was good, and service was great. A definite return to this hotel for me. Only downside was that the hotel is a distance from Aonang, although they do provide shuttle services...meaning that getting to any amenities was difficult. But overall a great hotel...a place for some quiet and relaxation.
Excellent
Overall, this hotel is very good. Rooms, staffs, etc are excellent. We definetly recommend it.
tranquil if you want to avoid crowds
I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very well maintained and clean. There is a beach you can walk to, but besides entertaining our 3 year old's need for sand castles it is not a useful beach for swimming. The hotel offers free shuttles to Ao Nang and a nice beach for swimming nearby. If you want to go to Krabi Town it is about 45 minutes and cost 2300 baht. I was not impressed and would not stay there, but maybe the taxi driver brought us to the ugly part of town. Most of the other activities the hotel will arrange for you, like Elephant trekking and Island trips by boat. It was convenient to just pay one bill at the end of the stay. We were there for 3 nights, just enough to enjoy the area and recharge. Not many guests then which could be good or bad depending what you like. I don't think I ever saw more than 2 families at one time when we were dining. The food at their restaurant was as good or better in some cases than any other restaurants we tried, great breakfast buffet. Only one small gripe was when our door key stopped working. My husband had to go down 3 times, on the 2nd time he asked someone to come back up to help, but they didn't until the 3rd trip. Maybe a fluke since all the rest of the service was excellent.
The Elements
Upon arrival we were offered to upgrade to one of the villas with private pool for a small fee. The villas are superb and very comfortable, given that this is low season for them and there were only few guests staying at the hotel, I think they could offered us a free upgrade. But we were happy to pay as it was really worth it in the end. I did not find mentioned anywhere that the hotel is directly opposite a very busy pier with large boats coming in to fill up with sand and other constructions materials and the road just outside is busy day and night with tracks driving up and down. You won't hear any noise from the hotel, but if you are planning to sit on the beach this might somehow affect you. The beach itself is a very small strip of sand and def spoilt by the view of the loading pier. There are plenty of other nice beaches nearby if you are prepared to drive (we hired a scooter and had no issues with traffic, felt safe overall) or go out for boat trips to the nearby islands.
Good.
NICE PLACE, BIT SMALL AND NEEDS BETTER CLEANING OF ROOMS. IT IS FAR AWAY FROM THE CITY.
Good apart from the service
Apart from the Kids that run the hotel it was ok... Really out of the way but they do offer shuttles there and back 2 times a day.
👌

Staff were super friendly shame hotel was to far from amenities.
