The room was nice, had a picnic table and small grill on the patio. There is an outdoor and indoor pool with a hot tub
Love the spacious rooms that are like suites! There is a kitchenette, eating/ hanging out area besides the bedroom that can be closed off. The property has indoor and outdoor pools too. My favorite part is that they have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use while you stay...you don’t have to bring them on your vacation! There is a great convenient store across the street with fresh breakfast items and a deli too. Great location and owners are awesome!
FAMILY TRIP Clean , quaint, accommodating. Great barbeque area out back. Excellent . Perfect walking distance to beach.Cant wait to return.Great customer service.
Loved the room. High ceilings made it feel like home and spacious. Nice kitchenette. It was nice to have picnic table and outdoor space as well.
Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was tiny and had the bare minimum of items. The whole place is just really dated, but it was comfortable for the three of us. Good location about 7 blocks from the beach.
It was nice. Convenient location
Great place to stay with kids. We loved having a kitchenette and the kids loved having a little area outside of a back patio to play some ball. The owners were super friendly and sweet. It does need a little updating but was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location, only 7 minutes walk to the beach! The hosts were great people and went out of their way to help us explore the area. We were provided beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs to take with us to the beach, which was awesome! The indoor and outdoor pools are clean, kid-friendly (had multiple flotation jackets for little kids) and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable- we liked the beds and small kitchenette- worked great for us as a family with young children! Outdoor space behind each room was great, with picnic tables, chairs and barbecue grills (although we did not get time to grill). WiFi speed was great and the kids were able to watch their shows during downtime without any issues. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again if we visit Cape Cod again! Highly recommend it!
Pleasant
The stay was very pleasant and the people were kind. We would stay again!
Very close to the beach, quiet and small food store right close
Nice
This place was pretty good, just a bit outdated. The owners were really nice though and super helpful about things to do in the area. The beach is also just right down the street and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The room was nice and clean and there’s like a backyard area right out the back door for the kids to run around.
Very cute and cozy set-up. The kitchenette is not biggest, nor the highest in quality but definitely your best friend for a trip on a budget if you do your own cooking. Didn't get a chance to use the pools or hot tub because of the length of our stay but it was good to know that aside from those they also offered beach towels and chairs. That was extremely convenient since we were traveling light. There is a deli across the street. The beach is just down the street of walking distance. There is a pub very close by and also next door neighbor Pizza Joint. The sundae school icecream shop, with the best in-house made icecream I tried, is only a 3 minute drive, easily walkable distance. Honestly location is prime. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.
Great place and great owners!!! Very close to beach, shops, restaurants
Amazing place! So comfortable and spacious and great indoor/outdoor pool that the kids loved! Fantastic location too, only an hour’s drive to Provincetown for the whale watching which is well worth doing. And only 15mins to Mayflower beach which is absolutely stunning! Staff very helpful, had a great experience here!
Great value
Fantastic service from host Steven, great location. Rooms need a little updating but overall not bad.
Quaint New England style. Walking distance to the beach. Convenient store across the street. Owners friendly and helpful. We loved the room and property. Quiet and private, which is perfect for us.
This Motel is in a great area of mid-Cape. Rooms are spacious, clean but are dated and could use some TLC. Rooms have a kitchenette with everything you need to have meals in room. The property has indoor and out door pools, and a hot tub. Wifi was good and included. The property is very close to beaches and restaurants. The two things I did not like was the showers are stand up closet type which are very tight to maneuver in. The other gripe is the floors and doors from the other rooms reverberate room to room. So if the room next to you has children running around you will hear and feel it! Other than that, the owners are very nice people. Over all I would consider staying there again, due to its location.
Great vacay
It was really amazing that we got checked in earlier and that made the day easier and was able to organize luggage and go to the beach. Had everything that was needed, the kitchen was lifesaver and the yard was great. Hotel service was excellent. Beach umbrella was a life saver too. Hope to go back again in the future . The area was peaceful and local beach was walking distance ! Thank you
Nice location, about 10 min walk to the beach. Room is nice and very quiet, with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch bed. Great for a family of four.
Repeatable Vacation locale
Convenient to east and western and areas of The Cape. Easily accessible, quiet. Had a nice patio for each unit.
Great Place
We found this place to be convenient to the beaches, shopping, convenient to other areas of the Cape and decently clean and neat. The owners were willing to share their knowledge of the Cape to make our visit even better.
Cape Cod
Air conditioner was noisy. Windows hard to open. Blinds on window in disrepair
Nice place to stay
We stayed for a few days mid-week and found it perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the location which was a short walk to the town beach and a good little pizza place.
Great place to stay and great owner
This motel was great. The location to the beach was so close and it had a few nice restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and offered lots of suggestions in the area. It is a first class place to stay.
Classic Cape Vacation Inn
Comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Great beach accessible location. As an older property it's a bit worn-down but still delivers. WiFi was available but so weak I could only use it for email and light browsing.
Great stay
The owners are genuinely nice people and go out of their way to make the customers happy.
Nice hotel close to the beach
We enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. A perfect beach hotel.
STAY AWAY!
The review you are about to read is long, but trust me it will save you money and your dignity! Let me begin by saying we have stayed at The Club at Cape Cod many times and referred it to numerous friends. It was never perfect but we are not the type of people to complain about small imperfections especially at the Cape where it doesn’t really matter where you stay as long as you are close to the beach. This time around we were traveling with a toddler and therefor brought everything but the kitchen sink. When we came into our room right away I noticed that there were only 2 sets of towels even though we booked the room for 3 people. Thankfully I had some extras with me. When I went into the bathroom the white floor tile had clear shoe marks on it and that’s when I realized I am going to have to clean this place before I can let my toddler in here. I had Clorox wipes with me…..everything I touched in the bathroom was disgusting…the wipes were all yellow after wiping down the shower stall. A couple of hours later my little one asked for oatmeal….so I went ahead to use the “stove”. 2 out of 4 burners were working….1 of the working burners was crooked and the last burner was so dirty that when I turned it on it started to smoke up the kitchen area. I cleaned the stove. I went ahead and pulled out a plate from the kitchen cabinet…..filthy, oily. Washed all the dishes. An hour went by, we spotted a cockroach. Killed it! Looked under our bed and found SOMEONES BOXERS – EEW!
Nice Motel with Plenty of Amenities
Everything was just great. There is an outdoor and indoor pool, plus a hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, plus they offer free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The room was big with a kitchenette. The price was decent two. The surrounding area has a small convenience store and some restaurants within easy walking, and the neighborhood was mellow with only light traffic.
Super rooms with great lication
Rooms are like mini apartments. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. In walking distance of beach and restaurants. Owners are super friendly and make guests feel like they are st a resort. Use of beach chairs and towels.
Great place to stay. Quite
Wonderful great location no problem great. Great.
Dated needing much attention
Good location on Cape to explore other towns and beaches. Place needs much attention. It is shabby and run down. There are many better places to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Club at the Cape Cod
the motel was very nice, and the staff very friendly, parking free. we always could take beach towels, chairs and even the beach stroller anytime. room was cleaned every time we requested without any delays, but Wi-Fi was very weak unfortunately(( also when the weather did not allow us to go to the beach, the inside pool was usefulness as well, because the water was pretty cold also. otherwise we liked our stay at the motel. thank you very much for everything
Great place for price and location.
Hotel staff extremely friendly.
Clean, spacious, comfortable, quaint, good location. However, we were unaware until we got there that there would not be daily maid service. It was posted in the room that clean towels and trash removal were provided daily however, I had to go to the front dest to get clean towels.
Nice, close to everything
Room was clean, entire staff very gracious, easy walking distance to 4 good places to eat. Walking distance to beach and kids loved both pools. Will stay again for 3 or 4 night but would go for a house if staying 2 or 3 weeks.
Great place for the price.
Great place for the value. Would stay there again. It's quiet and is a 15 to 20 minutes from local entertainment. It's 45 minutes or so to get to Provincetown (tip of the Cape) The only thing that was I need to mention is that the shower was a little tight. If you're a very big person the shower may be a challenge. The decor was older however it was clean, carpet was new. Overall great place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Great stay and very sweet owners
The couple that owned the hotel was very sweet. But it really is a kind of out of the way motel. That said, I would probably stay again.
Perfect for our needs. Close to all activities.
We loved the layout of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! The location was central to many activities. The beach, shopping, dining, kayaking, bike trail and movie theater were all close by. Some improvements could be made by providing a quieter air conditioning unit, an easier door lock and a larger bathroom/shower area. The room worked for us and we are certainly not complaining. Our suggestions are just so the owners can evaluate these specific areas and have an idea of what to work on in the future. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Thank you!
Good place to stay.
6 night stay to enjoy the cape cod area. This was an older but well kept hotel. We were quite comfortable.
.
The people working there were great, the water pressure in the shower was too low. Very scenic and short walk to the beach.
Owner was very friendly. Housekeeper did a great job. Only concern coffee area in room not well stocked had to search for sugar disposable cups etc
Charming Inn
Such very nice owners and a wonderful staff. I had such a nice stay there in the off season. The rooms are so clean and the owners are terribly nice.
Great price great location
Great 1 block from beach & restaurants
Nice hotel
We loved this hotel. There is a small grocery store across the street. A lot of restaurants & shopping within 10 minutes of hotel. The owners of hotel go above & beyond letting you know where restaurants are, things to do & will even make reservations for you to go whale watching. Hotel is clean & we loved having the patio to sit outside in the mornings & evening. I would definetly stay here again.
Extremely comfortable and affordable.
The owner's are extremely polite and knowledgeable about the area and willing to help provide information and suggestions. Room was clean and comfortable. It is not a new property or high class like the Ritz, but more on the homey feel. My husband and I would definitely return to this property. I am already thinking about next year.
Pleasant location, needs a little bit of work. Great for the kayaks, and paddle boards.
Cozy facility, walking distance to beach.
I stayed at the Club for two nights. I used it mostly as a place to sleep so I cannot elaborate on the amenities as much. It did come with a kitchenette, but I did not cook. I noticed both an indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel staff/owner seemed friendly and very accommodating. Overall, great experience!!!

Great stay
The front desk man(I didn’t get his name) was great! Best check in experience ever. The neighborhood is nice. A short walk to the water. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely will stay there again.
