The Aspens is a great location for ski-in/ski-out at Blackcomb. The ski valet was very convenient and it was a very short walk past the pool to the slopes. It was also a convenient walk to everything in Whistler village (about 20 minutes).
Well kept, easy access to the Whistler Village. Spacious enough for a family of 5 to sleep and stay comfortably.
Nice, comfortable, and quiet stay for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool/hot tub... our 2 bedroom was spacious and very comfy. Walking distance to Blackcomb village and not too far to walk to Whistler Village either. Would come back.
It's ok.
It is ok. However, the check out time is 10:00 AM. It is too early. Moreover, we need to throw trash by ourselves and put all dishes into dish washer. Feel like we rent a air b&b. The good thing is the communication. It is easy.
Close to gondola, true ski in ski out, walkable to whistler village. Whisky Jack Realty Management very responsive and helpful
They were very accommodating to my requests and was smooth check in and easy code access. Spacious and nice balcony too
Nice quiet place, 1 pool and 3 hot tubs were great amenities, 10 minute walking access to Whistler village also nice. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. 3 fans and AC in unit. Toiletries could use an upgrade. No hand soap provided. TV’s were small And dated. No access to streaming apps. Easy parking and friendly efficient communication with property management made it for quick check in check out.
Didn’t get what we paid for room configuration check in and check out were to early and to late Had an event there and was very disappointing Do not like to get an email stating we have to do the cleaning recycling due to lack of staff excuse when you are paying tip $$$ dirty kids underwear found in the bedroom no air conditioner in room only in the one bedroom and did not cool the room but made the bedroom uncomfortable as we were so cold trying to cool off the rest of the unit. We only book suit conditioned hotel rooms in the summer especially when it was over 30 degrees would like some compensation $$ taken off as it was not what we booked
Great location and very good front desk service
The wi fi code left for us was incorrect needed to get correct code off modem. Fridge door hard to close scraped against counter edge. Other than those minor things the unit was lovely well kept and clean.
Ski in ski out. 3 hot tubs.
Great stay Perfect ski in ski out
Weekend get-away
Was there with family for the long weekend was most enjoyable property was clean and quiet we had a most enjoyable time and will return .
Perfect family stay.
Was a perfect place to stay with the family for Whistler activities. Easy walk into town and pool was great when not out and about.
We decided to extend our stay by one more night. The process itself was not as easy as we did hope, but ok. The annoying part: we didn't get the new door code so we stood in front of a locked door. After calling we received a new code that didn't work either. But IT finally worked out.
Very clean, contemporary and quiet. Bed was firm, water hot and three fans for the unusually hot days. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of kitchen ware for our stay. We liked the short walk up and down the hill for exercise before and after meals.
It was a very nice for families and kids and very quiet at night. It would have been even better if there was AC in the unit as it was extremely hot.
The condo was beautiful! The beds and towels were crisp and clean. Check in/out was super easy and the building facilities were amazing. Great view too!! The bike storage was a bit of a gongshow but we made it work
Nicely kept property. Too bad there's no restaurant or cafe nearby
Our family had a great stay at the Aspens. The unit was clean and spacious, and and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Also, a very walkable location to the village.
Spacious place with a view down the mountain and rare ski in-ski out location. Decor is dated but the space and location more than make up for it!
Nice kitchen with all the equipment needed for meal preparation, useful as many restaurants were closed for renovations/staff breaks. Beds were comfy and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, soaps and lots of towels.
Property was not very clean, dated and could use maintenance. I thought the aspens was a bit more high end.
The location of the property was really good. The property managers were responding to phone calls, emails very quickly
Nice property, clean, nice groups, no A/C in units though.
Great location and great for families
I would stay here again.
Overall really impressed with all the gear in the kitchen and bathroom. All well stocked. The place was great. Sofas aren’t comfy but they are new and clean. My only issue is 10am checkout is too early. Also taking your own garbage and recycle out I think is really not something a hotel should have you do on check out day. I would stay here again.
Family getaway
Excellent condo for a family visit to Whistler. Great location, wonderful views and amenities!
The suite was very spacious, and we loved the easy access to the mountain!!
like that it is close to the upper village and walking distance to main village, ski and ski out, has ski valet, pool with three hot tubs.
Good location
Great location with pool and hot tub. Room was super dirty and not good service
Amazing unit, amazing location and great staff!
Check-in was easy and efficient (online). The unit (366) was very nice and updated). The kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and more. The sofas looked brand new. The TVs were newer (bit small) and the unit had a Bluetooth speaker to play music as well. Everything was super clean. Only complaints were the washer didn’t work and about 3/4 of the power outlets weren’t working either. I’d suggest a tv in the second bedroom as a bonus. The master bath had a huge shower and big tub to soak in! Will be back!!!
Have been to the Aspens many times in the winter and summer - and it's a great location for both. Very convenient for Whistler village. Apartments are spacious and well equipped - good for couples or families. Great to have the pool and hot tub! Check in with Whiski Jack was very easy.
I was in Whistler for a hiking trip . The location near the base of Blackcomb gondola was perfect. The condo was in excellent condition and the kitchen while a bit dated was well supplied. The pool and hot tub were great and the staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Good stay, great value.
The location is pretty great and the property is wonderful. Easy access to the bike park. Liked the pools area and the bike lock up in the parkade. We would definitely be staying there again. Both toilets in our unit were broken (draining on their own and not flushing properly) and the dishwasher is terribly loud, but worked fine. Beds were comfy and it was very clean.
Great quiet location. Near access to Valley Trail. Good size pool and 3 hot tubs so they were never too crowded even though it was a busy holiday weekend. Room was a little dated but very clean and very well-stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Super-friendly, quick and helpful check-in staff.
Excellent location
Great location by the slope and new gondola, great rooms, great with pool and hot tubs. A bit slow ski valet service when many people wanted their skis in the morning.
It’s location to the lifts could not be better. Short walk to the lower village but away from all that busy crowd. Stay here every year. Perfect for family’s.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good place for family vocation. But it is inconvenient to check-in at the office in Creekside about 3 miles away from this lodge.
Check in was difficult and convoluted. The garage was too low for our truck with rack so we couldn't park there. The bike storage either wouldn't open for us or after we stored our bikes we couldn't get into them because lock key code kept not working. We spent a good deal of our time at hotel trying to get into locked areas with key codes that didn't work.
We walked into a completely opposite room as what we booked. Decided to leave it so we could just have the nice stay we planned with our kids. Next morning woke up at 8am to jack hammering outside of our window. We complained and the girl on the phone said that they had just found out on the Wednesday that the pool maintenance would start on the weekend. The maddening part is that we checked in on the Thursday afternoon and they failed to mention this. We then packed up all our stuff and they sent us to their other lodge up the block. After wasting half of our day doing this, all they offered us was free parking. I fought with them for a voucher for anything....but they refused. We were very disappointed to say the least. The lodge we ended up in was much larger, just wish they would have been honest with us at check in so we could have avoided the frustration and wasted time. We won't be booking with Whiski Jack again.
Peaceful, quiet and roomy stay!
Overall a good and memorable trip to Whistler. We loved that there was plenty of space for my family of three to spread out. Also full kitchen and dining table which was nice for meals in. The aspens is a walk around 15-17 min walk to the Village, but definitely a beautiful walk. Only thing was that I did not like that we had to pay for parking 1 car; if you are ok with that, this is a great place!!!
Great trip!
Great but cleanliness was below expectations
It was about what we expected form a condo set up with a pool etc. All staff at the site and at the office were very good and helpful. The pool was small so very crowded with kids. Cleanliness in the room was below expectations. Worst of it was someone else's diarrhea splatter still on the rim of the toilet. Generally not a clean feel. More like being at your friends house than a hotel or resort. There was AC in the room so that was great but was only in the master so the other bdrm was very hot and the master was very cold. Still glad to have it than not.
Awesome long weekend getaway
Stayed at the Aspens for the Victoria long weekend and had an amazing time. The location of this place is at He upper village so it is a lot quitter and calmer than the lower village. From the Aspens to the lower village takes about 10min of walking not too bad. Totally going to come back
Great location
The property location is great, ski in/out with a ski valet which was nice to not have to haul the skis every day. The property is old and the unit we had could use some updating. It was fairly clean but the unit had a musty smell. The pool and hot tub were great.
Condo was nice, location very good. Had everything you would need for a nice weekend.
Was a bit disappointed when the info we received checking in. Front door code was tricky, still don't understand why it opened sometimes and not others. Procedure with the fobs was not clear. Had to sign it out at the front desk but not the same place where we picked up the access info. Seems unorganized. A 10am checkout is very early!! And all the work required to do when leaving (recycling, garbage, dishes) why are the prices so high if all the cleaners do is wash the sheets. This was my first time using this organization. Not sure if I would do it again.
Book here, you won't regret it
Absolutely amazing, great stay in a wonderful location. We will be back
Great place
Thank you to the management company that runs the hotel I did not stop by and pick up the key like I was told to They ran somebody up with the key and parking pass Great condo two bedroom plenty of room

I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing. I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests. Overall, our experience was a very good one.
