We had a large bedroom condo with 3 balconies and amazing views of the mountains. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had complimentary rides to and from anywhere in the village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we were greated with hot chocolate and pastries. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the convenience/amenities of staying in a hotel with the space of a condo. I was very sad to leave, we had the best time!

The Arrebella is in my top 3 hotels around the world. The service is unbeatable your every need is anticipated. The beds are comfortable the bathtub is divine after a long day on the slopes. The Tavern has the yummiest lobster Mac and cheese

Enjoyed the easy access to lifts. Convenience of valet ski. Great little village with center ice ring.

There is not a more convenient ski-in / ski-out property in Vail. The Arrabelle is top notch!

One of the nicest hotel I have stayed in and even though it is not a new hotel, every thing is in impeccable condition. I think it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where every single person on staff was super friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff were. Highly recommended!!!!

PERFECT location for ski in and out. Walk everywhere. Very nice. Pool isn't really heated nor is the hot tubs hot tho. The rest is amazing

Amazing location in the heart of vail and a walk from slopes! Loved the european vibes and ambience, and staff were very friendly and welcoming! Our daily waiter Rich was the best giving us tips, being so friendly and helpful! He was the highlight of our mornings with his great mood and smile everyday! Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi was out of service which was a bummer but everything else was perfect! We’ll def come back and recommend!

The property has an old world beautiful charm.

The best breakfast spread I’ve seen in a while. The room had a proper coffee bar which was bonus! It is only a step away from the ski lift and Gondola which made it very convenient! Highly recommended!

The property is wonderful. We had a very difficult time finding the hotel as neither Expedia, or the resort sent directions. We called the resort and they told us to use the Map App. We did this but the map took us to the wrong hotel . We finally had to stop at another hotel and get directions. Also 2 charges on American Express Card from Hotel were charged to other entities. Causing some concern.

great anniversary trip

Amazing first time stay; definitely will not be the last. We were here for a belated anniversary trip; mountain was still closed so very quiet in the village. Breakfast was delicious and looking forward to a return

Best resort best service best everything!!

Beautiful hotel with EXCELLENT staff. The spa was lacking. Furniture in the waiting area was virtually non existent. The couch had no cushions to sit on and the walls were lined with a hodge podge of poofs and side tables. Water feature was turned off. Lobby furniture in main lobby was worn and area rug was filthy. Room was beautiful and again service was amazing!!

We really enjoyed are stay at the Arrabelle. It was off season so things were quiet, but the staff was very friendly and helpful with transportation and recommendations. The breakfast was served out of the cafe since the main restaurant was closed, but there was still a nice variety of options. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to get between the two villages.

There wasn't one single thing I would have added to our accomodations. Everything I could have wanted or needed was provided. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the property was exceptional.

Stunning property, with limited staff there due to arriving during "off season" i was blown away by the friendliness and welcome recieved on our arrival. My wife and i just needed a "reset" and we could not have found a more welcoming and beautiful location. The staff made us feel so welcomed and the accommodations were tastefully done exceeding our expectations. I could not have been more greatful for the experience.

I was initially leery after reading some of the reviews, but once I arrived, my husband and I received five-star treatment during our entire stay! The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. Zane was exceptional, going out of her way to make us feel very special. The housekeeping manager was also exceptional in his attention to making our stay special and stress free. Every communication with staff was kind and respectful. The facility was clean, well kept, up-to-date, simply divine! The only inconvenience was that the In-house restaurant was not open, but I was made aware of that before our arrival date. Another thing that I expected based on reading some of the reviews, was that there would be some hidden charges. Upon our checkout, I expected some charges, especially since we received such exceptional hospitality, including a complimentary bottle of wine, a charcuterie, board, an array of truffles in our room, and excellent valet services. We also knew that we would be responsible for tips for the complementary breakfast each morning, so we expected to see some charges on our final bill. To our surprise, our total charges for a five night stay was 17.00. I was certain that they forgot to put something on there so I asked a ton of questions to make sure nothing was forgotten and I was assured that it was accurate. I waited a few days to see if anything would show up on my credit card and it has not. The Arrabelle a 5-star must-stay and I highly recommend!

We came in early and requested if we can do an early check in and they have no issue arranging it for us. Everything is nice and the vallet guy Mike is awesome!

The door to the room would not latch without being slammed. The view was bad. The restaurant was closed.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable in early October. Weather was great and activities in Vail Village were enjoyable. Some restaurants closed this time of year (shoulder season) but there were still plenty of options. The Arrabelle restaurant/bar was closed so breakfast was provided by a walkable deli-style option. It served the purpose but would have liked a sit-down breakfast instead. Our first night there was a very annoying noise - loud clicking noise - coming from the intake vent. After a couple calls to the reception desk a service guy showed up and fixed the issue (failed actuator) quickly. The property is awesome and the room was great. Look forward to returning in the future.

The room was lovely but our AC did not work , our friends room was much cooler than ours , front desk and bell staff were great , loved the coffee & water machine

The staff was not helpful, the ac broke and we had to ask front desk for two days straight for help. Then they overcharged us and haven't handled that yet either, just too busy. Would not stay again or recommend it. To many other places around that are very nice. And we have yet to receive the credit that they screwed up on. The valet staff were awesome - it is a shame because the property is so pretty.

Gym was awesome! Espresso machines were awesome! We transport system was awesome! The fact that in room dining closed at 9 pm was not ok.

I really had a great time at this resort this fall. They were little short staff so a few things slipped through the cracks but the concierge, Natalie, was very accommodating and handled everything for us. The valet guys who also ran the hotel car service were top tier and so nice and accommodating. The only thing they don’t do is clean your room everyday, maybe it’s only in off season but this should be reviewed because it’s a perk of staying at a hotel… or at least should be, especially for a property like this. the robes, bath and fireplace in the room were amazing and enjoyable. Will definitely be back! thanks!

many things not working at hotel - fireplace, coffee machines, and in our room lamps by the beds did not work - asked to have fixed but no one did the entire stay. Have changed their cleaning to once every other day, and the maid showed up when we were dressing for dinner so we declined service at that time. Not the usual experience at the Arrabelle

We loved our brief stay. Kevin at Nell services was amazing. We stayed in a concierge suite at the fairmount lake Louise in June and we enjoyed the Arrabelle much better. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Best time to go to Vail - Labor Day!!! Off season, spectacular weather, very few people. Arrabelle is in a spectacular location. Rooms are beautiful and if you go off season, your daily resort fee includes all fitness, spa and free breakfast. Really great deal. Super easy to get everywhere.

We loved the space and the well appointed room with a very large balcony and spacious bathroom as well as seating area and fireplace. It was a comforting visit, receiving cookies as we came in and flavored and fresh water at all times. Room service fantastic, drinks at the bar fantastic.

We love this place and return every year! I will say the outside needs some attention. Needs to be pressure washed and it’s in bad need of some new outdoor furniture. The staff and amenities make the Arrabelle very special and we love it! See you next year!

A tip should be discretionary for good service.

Our room included a complimentary breakfast which, was very good! After breakfast however, we were CHARGED a gratuity. A gratuity is a voluntary thanks for exceptional service and should not be charged. Other than that, our room was elegantly appointed and clean. All staff was helpfull and extremely friendly.
