Nice staff very friendly and polite no lie felt like they Invested all their money into the pool area instead of the rooms.

The front desk was very nice

Great customer service. Shower made weird noises but worked great. Nice warm water. Clean rooms. Nothing to complain about. Nice and quiet as well.

Never Again

OMG never again. First off I was a female with 3 small children and immediately my safety was a concern. Imagine traveling with 3 small children under the age of 5 for a road trip to the zoo. Arriving at the hotel, People were just hanging out and I was afraid to get out of my car. Asked for a room/location change because we were in the far back, which was way better than where we were originally assigned. Front desk clerk very helpful, she tried to assure me of our safety. Get to the room, remote batteries dead. Kids wanting to watch cartoon because it was too quiet. Turned the air on, went somewhere for about 3 hours, returned only to discover the air not working. After the maintenance guy who was very friendly and a life saver being it was 70+ degrees, had to replace the entire unit. He did so in a timely manner.

The stay is pretty decent, if you are not looking for the bells and whistles. Over all clean and bed was comfortable. Only thing I hold against the hotel. There were no towels in the room.

I booked a double bed suite. I only got two beds There are roaches crawling on the wall the room smells horrible. The TV doesn't work no wifi no iron no clean linen no towels. I have an asthmatic child who is scared to go to sleep.I have never stayed in a room of this nature. I will not be returning

When testing the Jet tub roaches came out from the wall side.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night, then this will fit your bill. No Bells No Whistles It says Breakfast - but not so much Pretty run down Needs updates But it is cheap...

I would rate this a ZERO if possible!! Infestation of bedbugs and absolutely the most horrific customer service. After complaining and showing proof of the bedbugs, they produced a falsified extermination report dated the day after I checked out. I contacted the company listed on the inspection and they confirmed they have no business with this hotel. I booked for a 3 night stay and left after the first night! The deposit still has. It been returned and I am highly doubtful I will ever see it. I will not stop until this place is shut down. Unsafe, unclean, unfriendly and very unhealthy for anyone to stay in!!

Bedbugs!!!

When I first came into the room, it smelled really horrible and sour. I was exhausted but went out and got cleaning products including for breeze to make it smell better. I figured it was just an issue with the air conditioning. I cleaned the entire room for two hours to make it livable. After taking a bath and going to bed, I woke up in the early hours of the morning bitten by bedbugs. In that few hours bitten on both arms and legs.(photo will be attached) Room 153 This is the worst infestation of bedbugs I have ever seen from a very filthy room that I should’ve just turned around and left. Be warned, this is not a good place to stay!

Carpet was dirty, bathroom had hairs the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. The lil couch was dirty n had terrible stains

My stay was great and Christian at the front desk was awesome!! The only partial gripe I have is that like 30 percent of the time the shower water was lukewarm-cold within minutes. But overall a great stay

Stayed there 10 days while my baby was in the nicu born 2 months early

Easy check in and out, easy parking. The ceiling panel above the toilet was behind the toilet leaving opening wirh the floor joist, insulation, etc. showing. The chair would not roll due to the support/raising bar being pushed all the way through the wheel base and extending 4" below the wheels. A few patched spots on a wll that was bare drywall and not painted or finished out. Supposed to have breakfast, but only had 3 small muffins available and cereal, but no milk. When I asked, they had no more. Staff was courteous.

Not good at all...cockroaches and other bugs in our room...they were after our food and luggage...the guy at the desk gave us a mostly empty can of Raid...i killed what i could but they were still around in the morning...this has to be our worst stay ever...i went early in the morning to get breakfast...there was barely nothing there...the coffee was basically just warm water...now i notice i am also charged a 10$ charge because i left the key in the room...ive never heard of this before...i have been a loyal client of Hotel.com and i hope you will get back to me on this matter

Horrible

This stay was horrible. No power for 5 hrs after i checked in Front desk told me to use my crll phone flashlight to shower and be able to see Asked for towels and was given 1 big towel and the front desk said they would bring me another towel in 15 mins waited 30 and still no towel so they wanted me to use 1 towel to shower and dry off with not sure how that works but never got a towel r call back. There was hair on the side and top of the bed worst ever stay

Horrible! Roaches everywhere, no towels, sheets had stains on them. Everything was sticky. There were two fights last night, one domestic violence and the cops came. The lady at the front desk was so mean and tried to not give me my deposit back. Do not stay here!

We never stayed at this property because as soon as the room was entered we saw cockroaches. Left and went to Qualiday Inn.

Roaches in the bathroom. No soap or shampoo. Stains on the bedding. Scratches on the walls. Outside areas were trashy.

Nastiest place every roaches running everywhere in the room had to leave my luggage outside in cat didn't want to take roaches with me. When i was checking out the guy was complaining about roaches in his room so the whole place infested

If you stay more then one nite no maid service. Other then that parking was difficult but comfortable bed,relatively quite I give 3 outta 5..

Not recommended

My refrigerator never worked my whole trip, called 3 days in a row to inform front desk and nothing. Wasn’t able to keep food and water in my room for my kids, wasn’t able to have my soda or bottle water cold and we already bought some stuff from Walmart that wasted because unable to refrigerate.

Only cool thing is there is a bar mixed crowd, Motel I seen several bugs, homeless people hanging around the motel, blankets look very dirty I asked for non smoking and yet the quilt has numerous burn holes, When I first walked in the room there was still trash in the room and the bed didn't seem to be made correctly, the chair has numerous stains and burn holes also. Room has a nasty odor, only one washing machine which is typically where few homeless people could around. Free breakfast ha, that's a joke cereal and few fruit that looked old. I didn't eat a thing after seeing all the roaches running around. Truth be told Im sure it even has bed bugs. Lady working days was super sweet, however there is two people working nights English is poor, and the guy has a very very bad attitude at all times. But hey, the bar is awesome next door blacks,white,Mexicans, several pool tables and a nice dance floor. Don't think it has anything to do with the motel though. It is so close almost could be connected together.

The manager was having a conversation with worker completely inappropriate in front of me and another quest checking in! Keys didn't work staff very short was not told where room was located or best way to get there! Just bad all around lobby was hot and stunk so you didn't want to eat breakfast for sure.

Not what expected

Biological stains on both beds, horrible smell of the whole complex and room, plaster with the dry blood on the wall in the restroom, hair on the toilet seat, i was there with the child and i was forced to check out because of mentioned health and safety issues, i asked for the refund but i was told that it will be declined because i filed a complaint more than 30min after my arrival. They shouldn’t be even on 1star hotel market

The carpet desperately needs cleaning in the room we stayed in and the room had a very musky/moldy smell also the first room my adult children stayed in was literally right in front of the back door of the bar not to mention they had our grand children with them,then they were moved to another room and it had roaches and upon checking out we literally had to walk beside a group of people smoking Marijuana right in front my husband and i

So smelly! Horrible, bleck! But the bed was so comfy, I want one for myself. I hope they don’t have bedbugs, they do have roaches, little ones. Missing tile in the bathroom ceiling, filled up holes with foam. Wonder if the bugs did that. It was cheap. I mean like pre-Covid cheap. The pool looked nice from far away, I never saw it close up. Also someone was grilling, it smelled good. The inner rooms were better than usual sound-wise.The room looked somewhat worn out. The lobby looked ok, but smelled like mothballs. Whoever takes care of their lobby plants does a good job, they’re huge. I liked their assortment of things for sale.

I am reporting this nasty place to the BBB. I have so many pictures of this horrible place. I think I have seen dog shelters cleaner than this place. Pot smell so so strong!!!!!!

Got there, someone was in our room. They kicked the people out in our room and then didn’t check it before letting us in. Crumbs in the bed. “Non smoking” room yet the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. Roaches. Jacuzzi tub had to be cleaned by us and gunk came out the first time we ran the jets. Room reeked of smoke and mildew. We left after the first night because the smell and cleanliness was horrid. We were supposed to stay three nights.

A lot of roaches crawling in the room and on my bed. Sheets and towels were stained. Ironing board was very dirty. Driving uphill to the lot was too steep.

A/C stopped working that night and had to sleep in a hot room until the next day

Cheep place to stay and i see why.

I was there 8 nights and not ounce did a maid come into the room to clean or swap out the towels or change the sheets.

By far the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at "cheaper" places that were a lot cleaner than this place. Seeing a small roach or two ok, just kill them but this room had several crawling from what I saw on the night stand next to the bed and the bathroom area. The next morning when getting my cordless razor from a small bad, a roach crawled out. At that point I called the front desk and told her about the roaches, she didn't even apologize, she seemed bothered and offered me another room but that I would have to wait about two hours. I initially opted for that, but when I went to retrieve some clothes from the backpack on the bed, another roach was crawling on the side of the backpack. I had enough at that point and called Expedia, they proceeded to cancel the second night and refunded me thankfully! I know it's Super 8 "by Wyndham", but there's no accountability because these places are privately owned and these owners try and provide the bare minimum in services to maximize profits. They sent a maintenance guy after I first called the front desk, he came and I showed him where there was hair in the bathroom floor area and indicated to him that it had not even been cleaned before I checked in. Why send a "maintenance" person, he's not part control, what was he supposed to do!? Absolutely if you bother staying at that place, give it a thorough inspection before actually staying. I can say that room was disgusting!

Omg this is the WORST motel I’ve ever came across. Do not under any circumstances stay here. I was in the room for 5 mins and I had to leave. The roach staring at me was not the biggest problem. I checked in the man gave me a towel in a plastic bag. Strange. There are no towels in the room. Huh? Very suspect people outside. The whole place smelled like pee. Dirty! I mean broken chair, broken night stand and grime dirty. It smelled of weed and mold. I ran out of there. Returned the plastic covered towel and found a safer environment. Traumatized.

Seems safe

The gentleman that checked me in has a horrible attitude, seems as he hates life or just doesn’t like dealing with people He was short and a little rude No towels are in the room, a guest asked for towels and you would think she asked for 100 bucks. The lady that took the next shift was extremely pleasant and very nice.

Stayed a week. Wanted to leave the first day but it was non refundable. Still trying to get my money back. Roaches. Roach eggs in coffee pot. Electrical wiring sticking out. People fighting at the pool. Cops called out every day for something. No cleaning service. You have to go to the office to exchange towels. The complimentary breakfast was three choices of cereal. Mold and mildew. We constantly had to go get keys reprogrammed. It was a nightmare. Do NOT stay there. I have pictures to back my claims as well

People were outside smoking paraphernalia, assigned me a room that someone was already occupying(twice) I have little kids so for it to have been close enough to strongly smell it was not a safe secure (iny opinion) environment to have kids

I never leave negative reviews, and am extremely lax on hotels because I prefer cheap over fancy (I don’t judge an old crappy motel poorly just for being old and crappy), but this room had bugs. Lots. Little beetle looking things all over the bathroom area and even saw a few on the walls. Luckily we were only there for about 7 hours total as a stopover to sleep on a roadtrip. Otherwise it was actually decent condition.

The room had bed bugs. We noticed within 2 hours of our stay and informed the staff. They offered to fumigate the room, but no refund was given. We left and went to a different hotel.

Don’t bother unless u don’t care to pay for others

I paid for room when I arrived at 2 am yo check they were full and said they had no rooms i asked how they could be since I paid fir tge room at 8 o clock the guy just kept telling me to call to refund so the keft be stuck out in middle of night alone as a women when I had already been confirmed by hotel I was to have a room

Clean

The place changed a lot after the pandemic. They used to service a full breakfast before the pandemic, now they have very little breakfast items. The property has not been kept up, there is an ugly fence now and the front desk staff are paranoid. They locked all the doors except one and they question who you are when entering the lobby. The bathroom in my room was not working properly, The TV did not change channels, there were no filters in the coffee pots in the room. They did not clean the room. I stayed there two days. Not satisfied with the stay.

The property was a good price and the staff was nice but the room was not as clean as I thought it should be.
