We stayed at the facility for 2 weeks on a business trip and were very satisfied with the facility and particularly the friendliness of the staff.

Someone opened door of our suite at 1am took a step in we yelled what the hell soneone closed door and exited. Next am on checkout mentioned to front response nothing said will check our camera... Not oppriate response. Bathroom dirty and shower head spraying when running bath water .no eggs with sausages terrible breakfast menu muffins awful very disappointing compared to all Super 8 s we have stayed. Never again Expedia Please note would like refund or voucher.

The rooms smelt and were very dirty

Older hotel with dated rooms and carpet. Beds were not the most comfortable, and had 3 soft smaller pillows on each. Appreciated the microwave and bar fridge in the room. It could use a good renovation, especially in the bathroom area. Check in was very pleasant, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming and he provided the right amount of info. In the evening, I realized we did not have much toilet paper remaining as there was less than half a roll there at check in and we had used some since. I asked my husband to request a new roll in the morning since we were on the last few squares by then and he was interrogated as to why he would need more toilet paper and questioned if he really felt he needed one. There should have been a roll left in the room to begin with, considering how little was there was in the first place. Continental Breakfast was basic with the option of a bagel, waffle, toast or muffin. After dinner, pulling into the parking lot there were some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot but fortunately they didn’t try to ask for anything. While decently clean, and located to some handy amenities, I did not have a good sleep at all - something just felt strange/odd about the room. I’ve stayed in many many hotels for work and leisure and can fall asleep like hitting a light switch but for some reason I was uneasy, unable to sleep well. It wasn’t due to seeing the people hanging outside or anything since there really were no disturbances.

Can’t go wrong for the price. Room was clean… it’s older but again for the price… it was appropriate. 5 stars costumer service.

Checked in late and was tired. The staff sent us on a wild goose chase to our room. The floor creaked. Not worth staying.

Extended stay ( 10 weeks ) after 1 week will not return! One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Multiple complaints about various issues raised during my stay, each time was completely ignored by staff. Left without running water in room for over 2 hours with no reason or explanation, skipped by housekeeping, car damaged by vagrants living in parking lot, woken up by homeless people at 3 am cuz they wanted to use the bathroom in my room. Worst stay possible, I will give up the luxury of a smoking room to stay in better hotels from now on

The room was smelling like smoke or something like that, obviously tried to cover with some air freshener,but it was little heavy.The room was non-smoking,apparently someone before us didn’t follow the rules.

I stayed for just one night because of work. Everything was good until i tried to get some work done on the laptop and the wifi was terrible. Disconnected every couple of minutes and can't get back on, compared to free wifi from Tims and other establishments i would give a Super 8 wifi a 1. Try to hotspot from my phone data but telus was horrible in that area also. If not for the staff i would give this place a 1 star

Quiet hotel and easy access.

Reasonable price, but not as comfortable as hoped

We rented a room for two nights during a weekend. We found the area relatively calm with no night noise. The staff were helpful when they were needed. The accommodations were respectable and clean. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the facilitates, and the older building has very steep narrow stairs to go and come from the second floor rooms. We found the beds and pillows quite uncomfortable, and we didn't sleep very well because of that. Also, the in-room bathroom is very tiny - literally only space for the toilet and bathtub. So, comfort lacked for us, but other aspects of our stay were acceptable.

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast love this hotel in lethbridge, its our number 1 choice! Some of the grout needs replacing in the bathroom but otherwise it was clean and in great condition. The service is above and beyond

Property is old, but kept clean. Sidewalks were slippery and snow covered this morning, nobody had done them as we were loading up our vehicle at 8am. Bathroom needs work, small signs of black mold around the tub

Hard to find staff in the morning, coffee was empty at breakfast and I gave up waiting after 15 minutes and there was no front desk staff to contact. Really worn down place.

Nice friendly staff during all hours! The stairs leading up were very narrow and steep and with a recently reconstructed foot, it made it very hard to go up and down. Craig at the front did call and ask me every time he saw me, if I wanted to change rooms, but as we were already checked in, I didn’t want to create more work for the staff. I would definitely stay again!

Was able to enter room from the outside. Staff at check-in and check--out friendly. The room was drafty by the outside door. Heat system rattled. They had painted the tub and the paint was peeling in the soap dish. Was paint on the drain in the tub. Toilet seat was loose. Sink was all scaped up and looked dirty. Tap on the sink linked when turned to the cold

I cancelled stay as there is a charge for pets. I ended up staying at Motel 6 where there is a No Charge for pets (only a damage deposit on hold). We've een inrooms next to some pretty unruly children and had to switch rooms, but Never had to switch rooms with pets next door. Something Super 8 and other hotels/motels should think about.

Great spot. The bathroom was a little small and the room was really hot but other than that it was great!

Staff were very friendly. Room was very big and spacious which was great. Bed wasnt really comfortable and the pillows were really small. The room was very warm and we tried turning the thermostat down but it didn't turn down. Had it set all the way down.

A dirty towel from previous person left in our room. Toilet didn’t flush properly, always needed to help it stop running. Floor was extremely creaky while walking around. Staff were friendly.

An ok place to stay

Was good, I wished that breakfast had been more suitable for my diabetic diet. For a person with high sugar counts, I cannot have many carbs and that breakfast was all carbs. The hard boiled eggs would have been nice but by 6:30 am they were gone and when I asked, there were no more. Disappointing for sure.

A nice property in desperate need of an elevator. When you are tired after a long day of travel you should not have to haul your bags up a steep 2 flights of stairs. Good staff. Ownership need to install a proper elevator for any return business.

The room smelled bad and there was no shower curtain. When we arrived there was a group of people tweeting out beside the parking lot.

This is not a hotel but rather a bare minimum renovated motel. Steep stairwell. No elevator. Air conditioner was very noisy. Beds were average. Small room. Very dated layout. Small television that was hard to see from the beds. On the positive side, it was very clean. Convenient location.

The property was average. The room was average as it looked worn and not sparkling clean. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was basic but appreciated. For a sub-$100 rate per night for the booking it was adequate for budget conscious travellers. Overall, would stay again if I got a good rate.

Accommodation met our needs - great location, easy check-in, pleasant and super clean. Coffee provided in the room was very bland and weak and didn’t taste like coffee. Otherwise no complaints and would stay here again.

Bathroom was small but other than that a really decent room and stay!

We were very happy with all aspects of this stay from the friendly staff at check in , to the parking. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious . The bed was very comfortable and smelled so fresh and clean. We were upgraded thanks to our silver status and given a beverage and chocolate bar. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will return for sure. We would also recommend taking a Lime scooter to Proper Burger for the best burgers in Salt lake. Proper Burger is an 8 min scooter ride from the hotel.

The staff was wonderful

Breakfast was nice, but has been reduced in variety since last stay. Hair dryer kept falling off the wall; hard to use.

Small bathroom, can hardly move inside, tub needs renovation but staff and breakfast is good.

There was a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom sink drain. Noisy old AC unit which did not cool down the room heat. Hallway carpeting is older than dirt, and looks dirty.

In the morning I found a hair tie in the bed, which meant the sheets were not changed. I addressed this to the front desk and nothing was done about it and the manager did not reach out as I was told would happen. I would never recommend this hotel. It was hot, the air conditioner did not keep the room clean, the hair tie in the bed was disgusting and crumbs on the floor.

There is no elevator and the stairs are a little steep when climbing up so watch out if your feet are big. Staff was friendly and room was pretty clean. Overall hotel is a little dated but the price was right

Location is off main street and close to restaurants and Japanese Gardens. There is no elevator on site (at least to my knowledge) and the staircase used by our family to get to the 2nd floor was marked as steep stairs and I am a size 6.5 ladies and my foot was too large to fit on each stair so I had to walk sideways to go down and on tip toes to go up. Staff are friendly and attentive. During breakfast they were constantly replenishing when empty and cleaning tables. Breakfast had waffles, apples, yogurt, and bagels/bread for toasting. Checkout and check in was effortless. Beds were okay but pillows were very lumpy so I chose to sleep without one but happy to have very clean sheet and towels. A/C was off when we came into the room and I understand it is to conserve energy but it made the room smell like stale air and we had to prop the door open for 15 mins to circulate the air. Considering the price I paid during special event weekend, I am fine with the one night stay.

Breakfast was minimal. Staff were friendly. Coffee machine still had old bag inside. Beds were comfortable and ac works well. Over all okay for stop over. Dated property.

Next visit i will reserve a suite on the first floor no elevator. Everything was excellent. Parking was squishy but lots of parking on both sides. Staff very friendly.

Good staff

Everything was great but the stairs. Being a senior, it was too risky going up and down. I had an episode of hypertension one night because of tiredness going up and down.

Rooms are a little dated, bathroom was tiny, however overall we would stay again if in the area. Breakfast waffles were good, beds were comfortable.
