Our room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Jessica, at the Front Desk, was amazing.

The hotel was very clean. Jessica that worked the front desk was fantastic!

Problem at checkin due to front desk charging for room when it had been paid for by Expedia. Front desk realized the error and first attempt to rectify the issue was unsuccessful and I am now waiting the result of second attempt. That stated the front desk are trying their best.

Nice Stay

It was a great experience. The check-in staff were nice. The place was clean and kept up. I was nervous when I read some of the reviews, but I had no issues. No musty smell or humid air and water pressure in the shower was good. Definitely could use a little touch up in the bathrooms as far as tightening screws or repatching but still not a big deal unless your nitpicking. Everything was great especially for the price and for a weekend stay.

Looked for somewhere reasonable and clean and this was it. Was in for a family baby shower and locations was perfect. Wandered what we’d be staying at because I booked it for my two daughters,granddaughter and myself and it worked out great.

The hotel offers basic amenities. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was compact but clean. The tv was small but easy to use and had a full range of channels. The internet worked well. Breakfast was minimalistic. No bread, fruit, sausage or orange juice. The price of the room reflected the offerings.

Very friendly service and clean. Very loud at night from other guests, but of course this wasn’t the fault of the facility itself.

Hair dryer wasn’t working. No light in bathroom. Beds were good and room was clean.

Only issue was went to original room it had not been cleaned. They did promptly give us another room. Only other thing is would be nice if breakfast food had some kind of cover lid or aomething

Was worth the price and was pleasant. Lady who checked us in was excellent

Shower rod was upside down in room upside down and the curtain would not stay closed. Everything else was great! We borrowed tape from the front desk to keep the shower curtain closed.

Unfortunately the breakfast was very limited, but there were numerous restaurants close by. I believe that this property is a work in progress and the owner's are working hard. Extremely clean and staff very courteous.

Clean rooms, but a little dated. Excellent value for a night’s stay. Staff friendly and breakfast was good. I would stay here again for the bang for buck. There is construction next door that makes driving in parking lot more challenging.

Thanksgiving stay

The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallway on the second floor had a smell but didn't transfer into our room. These continental breakfast is pretty minimal. The property could use some improvements but overall everything was okay

People up and talking at 1:30am. Dog barking at same time. I know this isn’t hotels fault, just rude obnoxious humans.

Good value great comfortable mattress

This place for the price is solid. The location is near Panera, Cracker Barrel, Culver’s and more. This made it great for eating out near by and it’s so close to the interstate it made going to Lexington and Louisville as easy as possible. The beds are comfortable and the air is good. Good mini fridge and small but good microwave. The only downsides is that the other guests there make noise and you can hear it all. Conversations from outside the window are very audible. And if the tv was too loud we could even hear the neighbors tv. Another minor downside is the breakfast. I was glad we had ANYTHING at all, especially at this price point. And the food they DID have was good. Cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice and pretty good biscuits and gravy if I’m being honest. But gosh I was dying for a protein like eggs or sausage. The breakfast would benefit from just adding 1 protein. But I understand that’s not easy as I saw that the front desk lady was also tending to the breakfast buffet and gosh that’s too much work for them. So I really appreciate the front desk staff that all did a great job and the place is honestly amazing for the price. Just minor grievances that really don’t affect my overall stay. 4/5

The room smelled musty and there was mold around the shower. They served biscuits and gravy 4 mornings in a row. That was the only hot breakfast option.

Such a wonderful hotel.

Just needed a quick place to sleep near the interstate on my way home. Can't speak for anything around as I arrived in the dark and left in the dark.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was lovely. The beds were comfortsble. The bathroom was terribly small. We requested an ADA room and were guaranteed that, but there was none available. The bathroom was very difficult for my husband.

This is a great budget friendly option. It's clean the beds are super comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. It was everything we needed in a stay. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back for another horse show.

The hotel room itself was decent, with a comfortable bed. However, the pillows provided were not up to par, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Additionally, the shower head was rusted and the bathroom sink was placed at an unusually low height, making it difficult to use. These issues detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay.

Nice place. The room was large, great shower but really small bathroom. Slept well. Parking lot was tight! Breakfast had weak coffee, no gravy for the few biscuits that were available and few places to sit. Attendant did not seem to speak English. Guests were not happy,

Perfect stay

We were in a bind and we got the last room available, the staff at the desk was helpful and kind. The room was large, and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice. My next visit to Georgetown I will stay here. The area is perfect, so close to everything.

Conveniently located off I-75, the exit has a number of restaurant choices and gas stations. The multi-floored hotel does not present with glamour but meets short-term accommodation needs. Friendly welcome by staff was noted. Property appeared generally clean at my late arrival. A continental breakfast was provided. Parking was on site.

Great place nice building, nice room, great beds. Walls like paper could hear neighbour cough, could hear hallway noise, could hear upstairs, but it is near the highway I-75 and could not sleep after driving 10 hrs. Proceeded the next day in my journey and almost fell alseep at the wheel

Very nice room, just what we wanted, clean and neat, comfortable bed (though too high for short person). Hot breakfast was good plus juice and yogurt. Close to eats and shopping.

Was pretty clean but could have used some detailing in the bathroom. Some mildew in tub grout. Doors to the bathroom and room were pretty beat up. Dog barked non-stop Sunday morning starting at 7am.

friendly girl at check-in, room faced the roadway and there was constant engine braking being done all night long by trucks on the hiway, super loud, ASK FOR EVEN NUMBERED ROOMS TO AVOID SOME OF THIS. bathroom sink didn't drain, they need to adjust cover for drain. didn't try or even look at breakfast but it was available. SUPER SMALL BATHROOM WHICH IS JUST THE TOILET AND TUB/SHOWER.

After a long drive

A excellent hotel after a long day of driving.

Full hot breakfast bar, greeted and checked out like an old friend, spotless room, outdoor pool just right on 95degree day. One of my best hotel experiences. Usually I'm just staying overnight so can't speak to the area dining etc or any other hotel amenities.

Went home with a 2nd place finish at CFA Nationals

We stayed with our 2 daughters for CFA Cheer Nationals. The beds were a little narrow which meant sleeping closer together, our girls both toss alot in their sleep, and 1 of the girls fell out of bed a couple times. Housekeeping only stopped after night 1 to check on us. We were there 3 nights. There wasnt alot of trash or need for towels after being there less than 24 hours, however by the end of day 2 there was quite a bit. We left for about 6 hours and i had gathered all towels as well as towels and left them near the door incase they came while we were gone but when we arrived back to our room it was all still there. Breakfast was delicious everyday and my girls actually wanted to wake up early to eat. We will stay.

I chose this hotel because it was rated 8.4. If I would have been able to check out and get my money back, I would have. I did not feel safe in my room for the following reasons: there was a gap greater than 1 inch between the door and the floor and anyone could see directly into my room and see me in bed. The bathroom door had a hole punched through it, there was a strong and strange odor in the bathroom (curry?) and the peep hole to see into the hall had a strange item pushed into it. when I pulled back the blankets, there was a black hair about 6" long (I have blonde hair). I slept in my clothes and checked out as soon as I was rested enough to drive again. I would have felt better if the door at least reached the floor.

Had to go to Lexington for a competition & was able to find this place to accommodate us, which was 3 adults & 2 kids. The price was reasonable for the space we had in addition to it not being to far from where we needed to be. Cheryl was great with recommendations for places to see & things to do in the area. Definitely a budget friendly place.

I didn’t like that the front door lock/ handle was so damaged and vandalized that it gave a terrible first impression. Otherwise the facility was kept clean, the room was clean with fresh towels daily. Our stay was for a week on business

This property has all the basic needs and necessities for a room. As a big woman tho, I didn't like the space for the bathroom. Can be a bit struggling. Everything looked cleaned up at first glance, however, when I dropped one of their wash rags on the floor the floor was obviously very dirty. Beds were great! My ironing board was broken. Evening staff didn't know where the replacements were. Breakfast was very basic not much to choose from, better than nothing. Front desk morning staff was amazing! She was very understanding and helpful. She had all the paperwork finalized before I arrived. I was very thankful for my night because I wasn't having much luck anywhere else. Traveling is hard, but she made it easier to enjoy.

We were in room 117 and the smell so bad within a couple hours. My husband and I were both nauseous, had a massive headache and smelt terrible. We arrived around 7:30 PM that night and at 12:30 AM. We couldn’t take it any longer we called the front desk and she had to move us Room was much better, but still somewhat stale

The room was very clean and the staff was great. They helped in every way. The trip was for 5 nights. The hotel is near many different amenities like food and Walmart. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
