Great stay. Loved it.

Basic room but very nice. The bed was comfortable, the heater worked great, the shower was exceptional, the room was clean. An overall exceptional experience. We will be back

We were traveling through the area on our way to Texas and needed a place to stay with our dogs. You definitely get what you pay for here. We were in a room right next to the back entrance. The access lock on the outside entry door did not work so anyone could access the hotel. The hotel room doors seemed not that safe either. Wouldn't stay here again.

They were very very friendly and there was a free Christmas tree lights across the street and they had the lobby decorated for Christmas

Property was very outdated and our rooms stunk. We reserved non smoking rooms but they had clearly been smoked in based on the cigarette burns in the carpet. Floors were stained, all furniture was damaged and dirty, black out curtains were filthy. This hotel was in dire need of a remodel. We asked to change rooms but the attendant said it had been more than an hour and we were out of time to request a change. I had been getting our dogs outside and was unloading my mothers and our belongings. I booked based on a few recent and good reviews--I wonder if they had stayed at the same location???? Very disappointed and not worth even the little that we paid.

Mucho ruido

Everything was good only one of the rooms we rented out had a weird smell and the lighting and shower were messed up other than that it was good.

This was one of the best rooms we have stayed in for a long time. Clean, newly remodeled. Lg new micro, new fridge, clean drawers. Hangers, coffee , clean bathroom, new shower curtain. Good breakfast, nice people, very casual, but professional. GREAT PRICE. we stayed 3 days, great freeway access but not noisy. Stay here.

It was worth the money and a last minute booking.

It was fine for the money, we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. The lobby had a smell, but it was clean. The room was clean and the room was a good size. The staff was slow but friendly.

very clean, a/c worked, towels soft , plenty of hot water, bed was a little firmer than I liked but able to sleep just fine. breakfast looked good will have to eat next time I am there. will save on my list of "do again places to stay".

Smells

Just awful

The room had two queen beds had the smell of mold. The bathroom must have had a leak at some point because there was sheet rock mud on back of toilet. It smelled musty. The first room for the King bed smelled like an ashtray. We had to insist we have another room. The breakfast is simply white bread for toast. No juice. No hot water for tea. One of the cereal dispensers was broken. Apples some what old looking. It is an old Motel. The sheets are clean. The front desk person nice.

Quiet and accessible to highway

The room we got was not what the photos showed. Very old nasty bedding, floors were filthy and they have no elevator so you have to carry everything upstairs. Watch out for the crackheads who can easily access the doors from outside.

Never booking it.

When you get there the hotel is really hot!!! The hallways are just too hot!! You can smell the cigarette the second you open the door. I personally asked for a nonsmoking room and when i got inside the room that is all you smelled like if someone has just smoked inside. I let them know and people that worked there just sprayed a little bit of perfume and said there you go.The beds are places on top of some aluminum bed base and if you moved in the bed it just made too much noise. If you also book it thru the app you are ask to have to leave $100 in cash or card just in case anything goes missing. THERE IS NO ELEVATORS!! The pool is super super small!! Nothing like the pictures the have uploaded.

Left the reservation after trying to stay one night! We arrived 20 minutes before check in and was greeted with a very friendly staff member at check in. My family and I unloaded our luggage, changed and drove to OKC. We returned two minutes before 10pm. After checking to see if the pool was open or not we went to our room. Sleep was the last thing we got. The beds are on metal box framing where when we moved they made a bending metal sound. The person above us must have been half elephant because we heard every move they made. On top of it the walls were so thin we heard the tv from the next room. The worst part was that the ac that worked great when we got in the room. Kept shutting off through the night and not even close to the temp that was set. My husband who is an hvac technician for the last 30 years spent most of the night trying to get it to work. Which of course by morning started working great. The bathroom was beyond aged and deprecated. It had missing trim, holes in the wall. Some that I stuffed with tissue paper. And tile grout that literally was black. I told the kids no shower/bath and that they had to wear flip flops when using the bathroom. Oh and don’t forget the tarantula that was living inside the wall of the rear exit door. We then spent the next hour talking with Expedia as they put us on hold to talk to the hotel staff. They denied everything and said that we had to wait until the upcoming Monday for a manager to approve the refund for us not staying.

Friendly People

We arrived pretty late and Kelly at the front desk was just as friendly as if we had arrived early in the evening. She made us feel welcome, and I even spotted her holding the outside door for people who were struggling to bring all their bags into the hotel. I thought she went above and beyond, and she’s why I’m taking time to review this hotel.

the breakfast did not have any butter or peanut butter or cream cheese -- the only option was a white toast with jam; juice machine was still broken -- as previous complaints were.....did not have even hot water to make my tea....the service was horrible, I had to alert the man it's out of coffee....it took him forever to bring back one pot that probably filled out barely a half of the coffee container pump, and of course the eggs were watery and cold....no fruit of course

I didnt like that the receptionist asks for a security deposit and then they never return it, kinda of a scam. This has happened twice in this place.

It was clean, dry, serviceable. Water pressure was a little on the slow side, but is was hot. Neighbors were occasionally loud, but overall, as a day sleeper, I got some rest.

Just your average Super 8. Only positive was breakfast was good but I was glad there wasn’t a crowd.

It was ok. A place to sleep that’s it. It was cheap. Our room AC worked sporadically and the water was lukewarm. They don’t have an elevator either.

Very clean and friendly

We book last minute the night before the Eclipse. I was amazed we found such a wonderful place to stay on a very last minute wim. Front seat staff (specifically the gentleman on overnight) was so generous and kind. We will definitely stay here again! The only downside was the juci for breakfast was out or not working. I still give 5 stars!

Bugs and one room Tv no working and Other room wall dirty

This is the place where i had $100 taken from me... i wrote that it was in other places... but i was so upset that i didn't read the places properly... the earlier places i stayed were fine and no one took anything... i specifically put a do jot desterbe sign on the door because i had $ in my rm.. and was out every day... som one went into my suitcase and took $100.. i wouldn't have noticed except for my suitcase being messed up... i have no way to prove it... but i wouldn't recommend this particular motel... and it taught me not to leave $ in my rm... even tho it should be a safe place

The room was clean, quiet and the king bed was comfy. The only drawback was we had to drive to get something to eat.

Cheap, noisy and uncomfortable

Appears to be a decent place and value for the cost. Looks are deceiving. The bed had a huge wallow in it, luckily I was alone, so I could sleep on one side and avoid the pit. The heat options were off or on, no setting a comfortable temperature. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear even a normal conversation going on in the room next door, as well as anything else. I was planning to be there for a week, I was completely exhaust by the third day from no sleep. Overall the room was clean enough and would probably be bearable for overnight as a cheap option or last resort. I wouldn't stay more than a night and will certainly exhaust all other options before staying here again.

Nice hotel, substandard breakfast.

The hotel itself was nice. I had to change rooms due to a yelling occupant across the hall. The gentleman at the desk was awesome!!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the breakfast was awful. Lukewarm, sausage was cardboard an eggs were watery. Other than the waffle machine, that was your choice. The apples looked like they'd ben there awhile. Room was clean & fresh. A little out dated, but functional.

The A/C unit in my room did not work. Fortunately, it was cooler outside so it wasn't too hot inside my room. When I went to check out at 6:40am, the person at the front desk was fast asleep in their chair. I had trouble waking him up to try and check out. When I asked for a copy of my bill, he wasn't sure how to get that for me.

The beds sit on a metal box that makes a thunder noise if you move around on the bed or accidentally kick the bed base. Both our beds were like that and from the sounds of things the bed above us was the same also. Very annoying.

Not far off the highway. For the price it was just fine! Carpet could use a deep cleaning... but the breakfast wasn't bad!

We arrived after midnight, but had to wake the attendant, our room door had to be manhandled in order to use the deadbolt, the shower wouldn’t drain and at 8:00am, the breakfast was completley gone. We knew we had gone cheap, but didn’t expect THAT cheap. Positively, Staff was polite when we woke him and the morning staff was polite when we checked out, the towels smelled of bleach so I know they were cleanish.

Was given an occupied room at first, luckily they had chain on door. It was easily corrected, a little embarrassing.

Roaches in the room, unfinished repairs (drywall patch in bathroom was the worst, room smelled like smoke, but worst thing was the first floor hallway stunk of weed (seemed like every room)

We had a spontaneous trip to Turner Falls and booked this room last minute. It meet our needs perfectly. Only 20 min away from Turner Falls and Lake of the Arbuckles. Room was clean and hotel felt safe.

Building was extremely clean and stay was polite. Great location to restaurants. Will definitely be my first choice to stay again.

The hair dryer in Rm 222 is burnt out

It seemed clean over all. One side of the mattress had quite a valley/indention in it-not sure the cause. Also I woke up with several bites on my neck, head, and wrist area.

No phone works and wouldn’t answer cell call. Desk hostess was on cell phone and didn’t even notice I was at desk calling on speaker. They did come get tv on(unplugged). They were nice.

Enjoyed the breakfast, quite convenient, to Ardmore businesses

Front desk staff efficient. Room was dusty. Air conditioner sent dirt not dust but chunky particles onto desk top when started. Small refrigerator freezer was iced up and should be defrosted. Continental breakfast sufficient. This hotel was convenient for getting on the highway but we would stay at another hotel next time.

Comfortable & Quiet

It is always very comfortable and quiet here. Perfect for a one night stay especially with the price. I only stay here when I come to Ardmore for Disc Golf.

My room had bed bugs and roaches, when I asked for a new room I was told that they couldn't change my room because I booked it through Expedia. I had to bed them to change the room and I stayed at a different hotel in this town the other 4 days I stayed in Ardmore Ok

Absolute dirty roach infested horrible place! Roaches crawling on the walls and found roaches in the bed on the sheets.Rooms we're not cleaned properly .Worst mistake ever booking this place!

Very clean, very comfortable, very affordable.

Had an amazing experience, this time, at this super clean hotel. Great Continental Breakfast from 6am to 9am. Cleans rooms, tub, parking area and hotel in general. Nice to see the cleaning of the entire floors, too to bottom being thoroughly cleaned at check out. Bed very firm with a Roku TV or Direct TV. Unbelievable experience at a very affordable price. If you are in the area, you should definitely stay here as Regional Park is across the creek.

Good but loud

Everything was good about our stay except the level of sound from other rooms -- people talking, tv sound. tv sound. It would be nice if there could be something done to soundproof the rooms somewhat.

Front desk was good. The carpet was dirty. The sheets had holes and stains. TV was good. Breakfast had sausage and eggs. looked good but didn't eat.

The tv didn’t work very well, but the front desk girl came to the room and fixed it.

Supposedly they cleaned the room and still left dirty blankets on it bed skirt had stains . And they didnt bother cleaning the toilets. Went for breakfast and they didnt half the food they said they do. They didnt even bother making more eggs and sausage for the ppl that didnt get any and it was barely 730am. Atleast make enough for the guest you have staying that day..next day they didnt bother making anything. If youre looking to stay here for the breakfast DONT plus they leave the rooms dirty.

A comfortable stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had had a water line break shortly before we arrived. They were very apologetic and advised of options before check in. We chose to stay as was told the water would be repaired and on within 2 hours. It was, and our stay was fine. Breakfast was good as well, with pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juices, etc. Would stay again.

Overall, this was an okay facility. It's older and so a bit run-down. I wouldn't expect too much from breakfast either. However, it is balanced out with a fair price. I would also say that the service here was excellent that evening. I received a room in which someone had smoked in before (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room). The smell was super, super strong and the attendant, after talking with the owners, did exchange the room for me. Had no issues after this and the place was overall quiet and comfortable. So props to the staff that evening for making the situation into a positive one and I think that, overall, this is a good place to stay out in Ardmore.
