This property is old and is in need of some upgrade. To start, the lobby and the hallway reeks of musty smells and is a big turn off. Our room was spacious, but very basic. The sofa is stained, the bed creaks, and the bathroom fixtures are rusted and moldy. The housekeeping staff did their best to keep the place clean, but they cannot control things like stained on the sofa, rusted bathroom hardware, mold around the shower, broken toilet seat, severely clogged bathroom drain, and a toilet that doesn't flush completely. Also, we picked this property because it's outside of city center, but we found out it is really too far away from everything and it was really inconvenient to get anywhere. We will not be returning to this property or to Apt.

The hotel tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible when their air-conditioning was broken down. A fan was placed in our room. They also offered us free breakfast.

The location was good and better than I expected. It was clean and the bed was good. If I revisit the area, I'll book it again.

Spacious and clean!

Great hotel for the price. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. Just a 10 minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious and very clean.

Spacious and clean room but the bathroom was disappointing. Bathrooms are a big deal to me. The design, materials, and cleanliness was not matching the room. Also, the housekeeping did not replenish toiletries. Location of the hotel is good for visiting surrounding cities. 20 minutes to Gordes, 30 minutes to Lourmarin, etc. Not sure I will book again. Maybe if no other options.

Well equipped kitchenette, walking distance to town, clean, great staff and service. The only very minor complaint is that bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. Wifi is not great (as you need to login everytime and it's not secure) but acceptable.

Stayed one night in November.modern,smart and clean corporate hotel in a less than picturesque setting just outside town centre .did the job and happy with stay.

Convenient and comfortable.

We loved this little hotel. Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. Apt is a cute little town with charming restaurants near by. We were there on a climbing vacation and used this as our home base in between daily drives to Buoux. Highly recommend. The jacuzzi is great, although I would prefer a hotter temperature.

A good place to stay in Apt

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well appointed. There also was a well-equipped kitchenette in the room (toaster, microwave, kettle, hobs & fridge).

Great stay

The receptionist are so kind! In addition, you can enjoy 30 minutes Jacuzzi for free if you wish.

We used this hotel as somewhere to stay not far from Gordes. Very clean & modern place, would highly recommend. It was just a stopover, so no idea of location or what Apt is like!

Clean, modern hotel with all amenities.

In the heat of August, this hotel was a haven. The room has a stocked kitchenette, perfect for preparing foods purchased at local markets. A nice restaurant with a terrace and a bakery is across the street. It's modern and may not be storybook cute, but sometimes, this kind of hotel just hits the spot. Sometimes, you just want more space, working A/C, a truly cool fridge, really clean rooms, good water pressure, decent price, good sound and weather insulation, ample parking, decent wifi, and no smell of smoking in the hallways. The service was very friendly. The patio was comfortable to hang out in with a cute garden and fountain. Perfect for those cycling the route nearby. Stayed one night with husband and son. Additional bed available for extra fee.

Good efficiency apartment

Clean and clever efficiency accommodation with kitchen. It worked out fine since we were just passing through this town and needed a place to sleep for the night. Since we usually stay in 4-5 star accommodations, we were very pleased with the value for the price. We had a good night sleep, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and quiet. Neighborhood is safe but not pretty.

Jolie chambre avec Kitchenette. Très bien pour nos quelques nuits. La Clim fut appréciable par les chaudes nuits d’été

Au vue du prix de cette hotel je trouve cela inadmissible de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude. Nous étions deux avec chacun sa chambre et à un étage différent, idem pas d'eau chaude. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée

Très agréable et très bien situé

Wir waren im September für zwei Nächte in Apt, um die Ockerfelsen in Roussillon und in Rustrel zu besichtigen. Die Lage war grds dafür geeignet, aber Apt selbst hat uns nicht gefallen. Hier war alles wie ausgestorben, die Restaurants waren fast alle geschlossen. Das nächste mal würden wir eher direkt in Roussillon übernachten. Die Altstadt dort ist sehr schön und alle Restaurants waren auch im September geöffnet. Die Unterkunft an sich war schon okay so wie beschrieben. Tagsüber hört man die Straße recht laut, auch wenn wir unseren Balkon nicht direkt zur Straße hin hatten. Nachts war zum Glück weniger Verkehr.

Très bonne adresse à Apt

Toujours bien reçue au Suite Home. La directrice adjointe est très gentille et arrangeante. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et pratique avec le coin cuisine.

Le personnel est vraiment très réactif et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est bien situé et le parking à l’ombre bienvenu par ces grosses chaleurs.

Très bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Apt. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des principales attractions touristiques et des restaurants. La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs est irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l'aise et en sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. Le personnel est accueillant .

Hébergement et petit-déjeuner tres bien. Mais jacuzzi avec trop de chlore. Plusieurs clients ont ete intoxiqués.a la limite d aller à l hôpital. 1h30 pour récupérer la respiration....

Un hôtel propre et moderne

Une nuitée pour un mariage à quelques kilomètres. L’arrivée tardive a été rendue possible par un système bien huilé de codes communiqués à l’avance.

1 nuit c est peu, la literie est bonne , l'appartement etait propre et chaleureux.

Incroyable qu’il faille sortir dehors et entrer ds un autre hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. Une chance qu’il ne pleuvait pas . Mais il faisait très froid . Bruit toute la nuit de la machinerie de chauffage . Ronronnement permanent. TV a remplacer . De bien? L’espace et la propreté. Déplorable l’accueil.

Hôtel très propre, staff très amiable, serviable et accueillant. L’hôtel est parfait pour un court ou moyen séjour pour profiter de la ville d'Apt et de ses environs.

Good place and location. We used Apt as a base for excursions to the area (Roussilion, L'isle-sur-la-sorgue, Rustrel, Buoux, Saignon, ...). For this the apartment can be recommended. Private Parking and Center of Apt in walking distance. The city of Apt is quite nice, too - it has everything you need as a tourinst but is also scenic. The Saturday market is a must.

Bien en été, pas en hiver

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'etais pas revenu ici. L'appt n'a pas changé, simple et cosy, facile de se garer dedans (payant), wifi ok. Personnel ok. Problemes : chauffage ne marche pas et le matin pas d'eau chaude... en hiver c'est très limite. Peut-être une panne sur un cumulus ? en tout cas c'est dommage. Agreable en été et printemps.

Alles was weer prima, alleen de WiFi is daar erg slecht. Dat is jammer want nu denken we er over om volgend jaar iets anders te zoeken.

Dommage le clapet de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas et dans les wc ça ne tenait pas bien .

Je cherchais un hebergement proche de ma famille avec un service hôtelier tout en étant independant avec un peu de place et pouvoir fairz un peu de cuisine. Ces suites etaient exactement ce quil me fallait ! Propre, beau, en ville avec un parking sécurisé, je le recommande vivement a tous ceux qui ont les memes critetes.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Stanze grandi e pulite, la struttura è in un posto strategico per visitare la Provenza e per la zona è un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e tutto attorno i parcheggi sono gratuiti. Non consiglio la colazione perché è inporsonale e con poca scelta.

Esperienza molto positiva. Camera grande accogliente pulita. Bagno grande. Pulizie ottime. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi non siamo in grado di valutarla. Apt non è un paesino tra i più caratteristici nella zona ma è in posizione centrale quindi strategica per visitare il Louberon. Consigliatissimo

ottima posizione per raggiungere qualsiasi paesino in Luberon, si trova a 400 metri da un supermercato grande e a 1200 metri dal centro villaggio. L'angolo cucina è fantastico, un piccolo difetto: mancano i condimenti di base (sale, pepe e olio) e la carta da cucina.

Hôtel très bien placé et très agréable. Seul point négatif la propreté de la cuisine et le jacuzzi toujours complet

Week-end de Pâques

Pour une familiale, il manquait tous pour là 3ème personne ( serviettes-éponges, peignoir de bain, tasses à café etc etc). Il aurait fallu annoncé sur votre site Hôtel.com que le jacuzzi il faut le réserver à l’avance nous aurions pue téléphone à l’hôtel pour le réserver.

預訂飯店時，已經明確指出有三人入住，入住時，接待人員搞不清楚狀況，最過分的是，離開飯店五小時後，扣了一筆他們所稱的「清潔費」，共計50歐元，飯店指控我們沒有清潔，而實際上，我們把所有杯盤洗好後才離開，收費完全沒有事先的警示，退房也無任何異常，等旅客們走遠後再逕行扣費，各位旅客要記得拍照自保，非常差勁的入住經驗，坑殺外國旅客！ Quand j’ai réservé l’hôtel, j’ai clairement indiqué qu’il y avait trois personnes.Lors de mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception n’a pas su comprendre la situation. Le plus regrettable est qu’après avoir quitté l’hôtel pendant cinq heures, ils ont déduit ce qu’ils ont appelé des «frais de nettoyage» d’un montant total de 50 euros. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage, mais en fait, nous devons laver toutes les tasses avant de partir, sans préavis ni anomalie au check-out. Une fois les passagers partis, ils déduiront les frais. Très mauvaise expérience de séjour, tuant des touristes étrangers! When I booked the hotel, I clearly indicated that there were three people. When I checked in, the reception staff couldn’t figure out the situation. The most unfortunate thing was that after leaving the hotel for five hours, they deducted what they called a "cleaning fee" for a total of 50 euros. The hotel accused us. There is no cleaning before we leaving but in fact, we cleaned up all the dishes,cups and pots before leaving. There is no warning in advance, and there is no abnormality in check-out. After the passengers go far, they will deduct the fees. Very poor stay experience, killing foreign tourists!

Très bon accueil durant ces 4 jours, hyper bien placé à l'entrée d'Apt , calme , studio très fonctionnel, commerces à quelques pas, centré par rapport aux sites à visiter et randonnées à faire dans le Luberon

Roomy suite with full set of kichen ware. Very convenient for home cook.

Tout était parfait sauf le jacuzzi dont la résistance ne marchait plus et la salle de sport dont les éléments électroniques ne fonctionnnaient pas. Pas d’ecran, pas de programme.

O hotel é muito bom!! Ruim é a cidade!! Quem vier a Provence não fique por aqui, a cidade é suja, não tem nada no centro e os preços praticados são caríssimos para o que oferece.
