The owner is super nice, there were storms coming in producing tornadoes, and he gave me no problems coming in. The hotel was clean and neat, great value for the room. Best Hotel 6 I have been to.

The staff was always so helpful and got us anything we needed and our stay was very comfortable we stayed for about 4 to 5 weeks. I would recommend it to anybody

Very helpful and always making our needs. Clean, lots of room in our King size bed. Kitchenette was great too due to us having to stay way longer than expected

There was a huge hole in the wall like someone had punched through.. bathtub was nasty everything looked like it just not have been taken care of but the fact you sent me to a room with a hole in the wall.. they have let this place go down tremendously and even the people they rent to

I felt like i was staying at the bates motel. When going to enter the door was open already so i dudnt kniw if someone was inside. There was littlr soap bars fir toiletries . So many issues it was crazy.

The room i was given looked to be the room tgat was used for spair parts , the two burner stove top had both nolbs missing and when i tur ed the dial s the burners did not work. The manager had to come up and put in a new HMI cable and remote because they were missing I did not see enyone serviceing the rooms mine had no maid service my whole stay .

Repeat Customer

Studio 6 has been my go to place to stay for a couple years now. Never had an issue. Rooms are always clean, convenient & comfortable. This visit is the longest I’ve stayed (a week) and it went as good as I hoped. Booking again for another week. Much thanks to the team for servicing me and my mom’s needs.

Clean rooms not pests of any kind

This property should be condemned! There is literally a sink hole taking the parking lot! Glass top stove was shattered. No tub/shower water. Holes in walls filled with deodorant. Phone charger made up in the bed was HUGE indicator that it wasn't clean sheets! Bugs in light covers. Tub painted where finish is gone. Curtains hanging off hooks. Toilet tank cover held together with red tape. No one available at check out for complaints. IF EXPEDIA IS NOT CHECKING THE PROPERTIES FOR PHOTO ACCURACY AND READING PEOPLE'S COMMENTS AND BELIEVING THEM, WE ARE FINISHED WITH EXPEDIA AND HOTELS.COM. DISGUSTING AND SERIOUSLY MADE US HAVE TO UNPACK OUTSIDE TO ASSURE WE BROUGHT NOTHING NASTY HOME!!! Keep sucking people who truly can't afford it dry! Don't worry, we're smart enough to go to corporate!!! Every Motel 6 and Studio 6 needs to be inspected or removed from your site! Sparks, NV motel 6 had a curfew!!!??? By Reno...are you kidding me? Kingman, AZ was bad too. Done!!!

It was a great price because we just really slept there.We would leave really early in the morning and came back late!

Never go here

The front office was very ugly at times. I locked my key in my room and they argued with me about a new one. Then i paid for 15 days and they triedto kick me out on day 15 and make me pay more money to stay one more night that i had already paid. Website didnt tell how much the animal fee was so had to pay an additional 280 for my two small dogs. The sink started leaking in the bathroom no one came to fix it. The shower didn't work and there was no plug for the tub.Overall the stay was horrible.

Air conditioner in room didn't work at all. Remote had no batteries. Never will i stay there again. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to let them know about air conditioner not working.

first room ac did not work. Moved to another room where no coffee pot, no hot water in hand sink, no water in shower, tv did not work, telephone did not work, mattress moved off base

The first room we got in did not have a telephone to call office because ac did not work. Second room the tv did not work, no coffee pot, telephone broke, in the morning we found out there was no water in the shower, hand sink did not have hot water. Staff told us they did not know things did not work if we did not bring it to their attention. ALL the above things should be working if you rent a room.

No ice available..unaccommodating ck in.. Unsavory activity all night.. not a very clean room it was late so I tolerated at least I had my own quilt to sleep on

Disappointed

There was literally a foot long hole directly above our head when in bed, covered with Kleenex and tape. It kept falling off and getting hooked to our pillow case. The light over bathroom sink did not work. The ice machine did not work. There was no one available to talk to about any of this. Would definitely not use again.

easy late night check in, I was left alone and didn't need for anything. 1 burn hole in a comforter but for motel 6 that's not to bad. id stay again, id recommend others o to do the same if asked

Not service dog friendly

I travel with my service dog. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels around the country with no complaints or issues. The only issue I ever have is when I am discriminated against by staff that treat us like criminals and make the stay very uncomfortable. This was the experience given to us at Studio 6. I have a quiet, respectful /well trained service dog and I am a responsible owner who cleans up after my dog. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have a service dog or any pet for that matter. I did not feel welcome at all.

This was the worst stay ever. It was noisy well into 2:30 inthe morning the room was disgusting and much more

No remote for tv called @10:17pm right after check n let dem know he said he was tryna find 1 call me back in 10min called back 10:40pm still nuthin so went down to office and said he still tryna find 1. It’s 9:00am almost check out time n still no remote. I wasn’t pleased

No tv in first room then I get a different room and this room had no shower curtain. Asked twice for a shower curtain and never received one. Won’t stay here again

They changed more than the reservation was,then put us in the worst room, broken shower curtain rod and they never came back to fix it, so was unable to shower the whole weekend. The owner was very rude, this is my second time staying here, will not stay again, I travel to Tyler Texas at least once a month to see my grandkids, I like having a kitchen to cook in that's about the only good thing there. Very dirty the whole property.

Couldn't sleep from all the commotion outside from other guest, AC was leaking in room TV did not work

The price was right. The first room I was given, the door would not open. The second had leaky pipes at the sink...I was there 4 days and 3 nights. They never came to look or repair. Towels were used to mop up. I stopped at the office twice asking for towels...the third day an employee FINALLY got me A towel and REAL COFFEE.

Stayed for 2 days and they didn't even clean the room or bring clean towels. When we asked for clean towels they told us we had to bring the dirty towels to them and they would give us clean ones. We have 3 people in the room and they gave us 2 towels and a floor mat. We also asked for extra pillows and the said they didn't have any. The room wasn't very clean at all.

After waiting at the window for fifteen minutes, we called the main number for help. A man walked from the gas station next door and checked us in. Our first room had no tv. Second room had no remote. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was dirty, hair globs in bathtub, food in kitchen sink. Roaches everywhere, the tables were lopsided, like leaning,round stuff would roll off. There is cracks in the cement everywhere. No one cleaned up after there dogs , so poop everywhere. There is a guy two doors down from us that is selling drugs all night. Very noisy neighbors. I will never stay at this motel 6 again. There was no coffee maker, telephone in the room, manager had me get coffee maker out of another room.

The room wasn't clean.bra n panties in the bathroom i have pictures there was an water leak from somewhere but a water puddle was on the floor i had 2 children with me with all of that going on no t.v i called to the office they said they were going to get a tv out of another room and bring one but never came

First I’d like to say that the total you are given When booking a room does NOT include the deposit. The young lady at the front desk seemed like she either didn’t like her job or just didn’t like me. First room we got was on the second floor. The stair to get there were scary. The first step was broken off and on the ground. Steps were broken on the ends where they were bolted into the frame. It was scary carrying my daughter up them. Get in the room and first thing I noticed was the side table was torn off the wall and hanging. It was unbearably hot so we went to turn on the AC and the dial completely came off. The unit was broken and the dials didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to ask for another room and thankfully we got one. The second room was way better but every time we left and came back out keycard didn’t work and we would have to go to the office. I can’t help but think that it was some form of retaliation but I can’t say for certain. Definitely will NOT be returning. Thankfully I told my family who also traveled not to get rooms there before they booked them.

Crappy Service!!!

I was suppose to had stayed at the hotel for 3 days but stayed for only 2 days. After the first night I ask for fresh towels. The hotel was unable to provide saying they did not have any clean towels. I was not a happy camper. Thinking the hotel would provide clean towels the next day. That didn’t happen either. I told the hotel I would not be staying there and would not leave a friendly review. This is the first time I had ever had to deal with a hotel such as this. Please do not stay at this hotel ever.

They rent me a room me and my family go eat come back they rented the room that we were inn again,give me a key to another room they apologized get to the next room i walk inn on someone having relations with another persom.....

Functional accommodations

I felt comfortable coming and going at any time of the day. A few functional issues: only 1 clothes hangar and it was a joke, there was a partially useable ironing board (see pictures). The heater/AC unit looked like it didn't work but it worked fine. The in-room phone did not work to call the front desk, it looked like a prop phone from a comedy show. Calling the motel from my cellphone was a complete waste of time, no one answers during normal business hours

Well… no one was ever at the front desk. Had to either call a number or push a button. They stayed in their rooms 100% of the time. Now. The rooms, I booked 2, one was so badly damaged I had my daughter go around taking video and pictures to show we did not do any of that. (I wanted my deposit back). Lights didn’t work, toilet seats not attached. It was just.. bad. Also, had fleas jumping on me. Idk

The Tv didn't work the towels were dirty and the cold water in room223 doesn't work. When brushing our teeth you can only get the hot water.

This property shames Motel 6!! Hole in the wall and realized at 11:45pm the faucet to the shower didnt work.

Property is in disrepair, rooms unclean and in need major rehabilitation! Staff with poor communication skills and zero customer service skills! I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here!

Good sleep

Everything was great! Considering I stayed at a hotel across the street. That hotel was the exact opposite. Motel 6 was clean floor boards weren't coming up. Clean stain free bedding, outlets worked. But i will say the hotel like this one were very friendly. They did respond and pleasant. Motel 6 straight rocked it good sleep and everything was well kept up. Little trash in the parking lot but that's most motels. Consider the fact we watched an individual clean her car by throwing all the trash out onto to ground. So sad to watch her treat our country like that. I have never seen so much trash come from one car. WOW!! Disgusting and deplorable. An entire family basically living out of there car. Great stay. Great price. Friendly staff.

Ac didnt half work in either room, shower bar was ripped out wall just hanging there, hair n dust on toilet, coffee pot not clean, had to switch rooms bc tv and air cond wouldnt work..wasnt told about additional cash deposit and then had to wait 30 min to check out and get deposit back bc noone was at office during checkout times...bonus no bedbugs and bed was comfortable and had full kitchen and working ice machine

Reserved. They booked me and charged my card. The site showed one location and they were at another. They charged me for the night anyways blaming the booking entity and booking entity blaming hotel pointing the finger at the other to get money.

Was charged a security deposit, was told it was for my service dog. The room had graffiti on the inside surface of the main entry door, no shower mat, shower was very slippery when showering. Ice box would not keep anything cold.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean however, no hot water to take a shower so we had to leave without getting a shower. Took showers at my relatives house instead. We were not happy with that.

There was very very little hot water no shower. Had a kitchenette no dishes to use no shampoo or soap no hair dryer basically bare bone don't waste your money basic things you would have in a normal hotel visit were missing here

This was a surprisingly excellent stay. Every part of the stay from check-in to allowing us a late check-out was great. The room was very clean and nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay at this location everytime I need a room in Tyler.

Roaches were everywhere in the room. She could not stay there and sought different accommodations. Have sought a refund through Motel6 corporate. TV did not work. Uck!

Not much to like. It was$70 mistake. It seemed tolerable enough until I closed the door of my room only to discover there was only the lower deadbolt lock that worked. The standard top/sliding lock was missing. Half was broken off; leading me to speculate the door has been kicked in or something. Then, the chirping of the smoke detector battery set in. It was insidiously annoying and no way anybody gonna come change a battery. Inside the battery chirping and outside the natives were restless…. People loudly shooting the s$it outside and someone’s kids were running back and forth on the 2nd floor landing ( which shook my 2nd floor room).Then, the loud siren beeping as what sounded like a trash truck - but wasn’t- backed up and parked; moved forward then back off-and-on for 10 mins or so. I resolved to stay but after only 3 hours there and the popping of what I hoped was pre 4th fireworks in the parking lot downstairs I couldn’t take anymore. I wished I could have known someone around that needed the room I’d certainly have given them instead of wasting my money and then driven out by things that are within the owners control.
