No hot water. Bedsheet full of holes. Almost broken shower pipe. Noisy fridge.

Cold shower, doors don’t lock, roaches and smells

The first room I was in the door wouldn’t lock - so they moved me after everything was unpacked. The shower was COLD, there was roaches and the room had a horrible smell.

Not happy

I started and unpacked in 1 room, only to leave the next day and discover my door never locked. I played with the lock thinking maybe I did something wrong, then went to talk to the front desk. When the lady at the front desk came, the door wouldn’t unlock. Apparently this has been an issue before. After finally getting the door unlocked, I had to repack and move to a different room. The new room smelled horrible.

Over night front desk gentleman was rude to my husband. Everytime he went into the office after that he always gave my husband attitude unless I went inside myself. I have worked in customer service in the rental industry for years. That behavior is unacceptable.

Place was dirty . A/C didn’t work and there were roaches want a refund

I had the absolute worst experience ever. Upon arriving, I had great difficulty receiving the keys to my booked stay. After finally getting the keys, we arrive to a very filthy room. There was no remote either, so we couldn’t watch tv. A lot of roaches from the bathroom. Also, there were a lot of bed bugs. Finally, my partner accidentally left the keys in the room, so we were locked out. While we were waiting outside, trying to figure out what to do, some homeless people outside started to fighting. This caused a lot of people to check out what was going on. A lady that works there stepped outside and got them to leave. I had asked her if she could help me with my situation and she unlocked my door, but told my partner and I that we had to leave or she would call the cops. My partner and I were absolutely dumbfounded. We don’t cause any trouble and didn’t want to escalate anything so we left and got another hotel. The only thing I can think of why she was so upset is because she was interrupted of sleeping with a guest in one of the rooms. The absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Buildings are in set in wooded area and makes for a pleasing atmosphere. Area is very clean.

Hi some appliance doesn’t work properly

There is no comfort. Stiff beds no sitting available, no desk lamps, no lamps, also the towels are even stiff.

My one complaint would be that there was no shampoo offered. I had soap but no shampoo in the room all 4 nights I stayed there

Amazing service and room for the price.

It was good. The cold water did not work. I could not take a showerit had scalding hot water. It was clean bed was comfortable. I couldn't get ice from the ice machine because they didn't have any. They told me there was ice trays in the freezer. There was no ice trays in the freezer in my room.

Both Positive and Negative

Positive: we were given a goody bag upon arrival - waters snacks and candy. Excellent air conditioner - comfortable bed. Had a nice kitchenette, fridge, stove, microwave. Room was clean. Had a nice park area outside, with tables benches and a grill. Good location, close to everything. Negative: coffee machine was outdated, took a long time to perk no blow dryer in room. dresser drawers were broken and wouldn't open. only 2 hangers on the cloths rack. only given two pillows. strong smell of cleaning chemicals.

My stay at Studio 6 was good. The room was clean and it was rather quiet. Just the fridge was very noisy that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5.

I just needed a clean,comfortable bed with running hot water in a safe location. I was pleased with this motel. It was very quiet and comfortable.

It was not very nice at all. There was a $2 cash property fee. That’s crazy! Shower was moldy. Not my favorite at all.

When I arrived to the property, my reservation had been cancelled by a daytime manager? The young lady checking me in was wonderful but whomever she called didn’t do their due diligence on checking ids and canceling my reservation for a handicap accessible room. Check in took longer than expected. I went to my room to change clothes to leave because I was running late. Never had time to check the room. Got back around 11 and there was some sketchy individuals walking around (not with their dogs) and sitting in the most random spots. Almost looked like they were casing the place. One was wearing a red t shirt with jeans and the other a white t shirt and shorts. Both males. Fast forward to this morning prepping to leave, bathroom walls looked like there was smeared blood on the light switch and hair looked like it belonged to Pocahontas was just all over the shower curtain. I have a mid fade on my hair so not mine. Absolutely rough room. Rough stay. Never again.

Everything is nice at this location. Only thing I'd change is having "cast" friendly TVs. But that's a huge investment so I won't hold my breath

Nice quiet nestled in a nice neighborhood area off a major highway.

Property was sort of clean inside except for floors. You have to use a mop and bucket with degreaser in rooms with stovetops and microwaves. Grease always finds a way to get all over the floors.

Literally filed with drug addicts and there was a person in my room the day of check in.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request. Nice location off major Hwy 183 inset in a quiet neighborhood. Dining is within walking distance. Plenty of parking in a park like area with BBQ areas. Studio room is cozy and manageable. Surroundings are clean and no rifraf around area from what I’ve seen.

Clean and very quiet. Peaceful place to stay for a short while, or long time! Super sweet staff!

Clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price

For a quick night passing through town, it was fine. It could use some tlc overall; interior paint, minor repairs, clogged sink. Again for what it was, I would stay again. Convenient location to do some sight seeing within a 30 min ride or less on limited time. Quick access to major roadways a plus. Well lit, and empty trash bins.

Had a reservation for four nights, left after one. It was shabby, and I could deal with that, but unwilling to deal with the roaches on top of it.

It was so scary to stay here that I ended up leaving earlier. The place reeked of marijuana. I felt uncomfortable around other guests, a lady stood outside my door right out of camera view and just stayed staring at my door for about 10 minutes. I don’t know if she was a guest or what. But overall an unsafe and terrifying vibe. I will never come here again
