Not good

Surprised at the quality for value!

Just one night stay but what a perfect spot for us at a great price. Beds were like brand new, room was roomy and clean. Staff was great and breakfast was perfect!! Would stay here anytime we are traveling through Ardmore!

This was our first stay at Springhill Suites in Ardmore and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included and the room was very spacious

Very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly night front desk staff. Easy and fast check in

The only thing that needs attention was there was mold on the handrails in the shower/tub and there was only about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper with no backup roll in the holder!

The price was right.

None of the channels on the tv worked at all but the Marriott info. Next to the kitchen the person getting it ready was slamming everything and woke us up early early. That continued for a cpl hours.

the room was very nice, the only fault, was the bath tub, surface was very slippery when taking a shower with suds, would be very easy to slip and get hurt, or worse break some bones.

Room was way better than I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Nice motel and staff very nice

We live in the area, but needed a place to stay while our house was undergoing repairs. Facilities were clean, staff was nice. Housekeeping was a little slow on picking up the trash from our room. Overall a good stay.

Slight problems but good overall

This hotel was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The lights over my bed didn’t work and the bed frame stuck out about an inch from under the box spring which was a safety hazard. Also, the elevator makes an awful sound. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean roomy room

Very nice room. So nice to have the extra room of the suite with a sofa and a couple of tables. Small separate area for coffee with microwave and fridge. Indoor pool was small, but hot tub was large. One of the children got sick and we went downstairs to buy some Tums from the pantry, but they didn't have any. The desk clerk on duty gave us some Tums from the employee breakroom at no charge. Very nice to see caring attitude from a stranger. Breakfast had hot items and waffles along with typical cereals and pastry products. Would stay here again!

Great stay

It was a great stay, everything was clean and well maintained! Tv had options to sign into streaming services as well which made it even better

Great location to the interstate

Service was great.

I loved the room setup, it made it a great stay for me and my 2 children with us all having our own beds. And they loved the indoor pool!

Disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

Great property for the price. Conveniently right off of highway. Check in was smooth. Room was in fantastic shape and very roomy. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Will be staying here any time we visit Ardmore.

Very clean nice hotel room with living room couch & desk for computer. Had a ice box, microwave. Had a coffee maker which I did not use. Had my own coffee cup which I filled in breakfast room. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, there was not a full breakfast. Friday when we left, had a full breakfast with biscuit gravy, scrambled eggs & waffle with apple filling, very good. Bed was excellent & bathroom was closed off with door for Toilet, Tub. Sink was in open area. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Springhill is one of my favs

We always stay at a springhill suites every time we travel. And the reason for that is the cleanliness and the spacious room. Now with that being said we do usually find something that doesn’t work and on this particular trip it was the blow dryer. No big deal I just let my hair air dry and let them know that it was broken at the front desk and a not on top of the dryer.

I liked how clean the rooms were & the breakfast was excellent. Overall me & my husband enjoyed our stay.

Quiet excellent staff and service

This was a nice, clean hotel we ended up returning to even for an extra night. The staff was sweet and ended up even giving our family water bottles for free. We have friends in town and will more than likely be returning since it was a good experience.

Very nice from the desk managers to the lady servicing the breakfast room. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. Convenient to the interstate and several levels of dining available nearby, restaurants or fast foods!! Well lit parking close to the front door.

Indoor pool is down!

Indoor pool is Down… the front desk lady say that when’I asked her for pool hours, it was frustrating, when we searched for a hotel we always select the one with indoor pool in this season, We love swimming, we just let it go bc it was only for 1 night, but they should add a note about POOL IS DOWN TOILET NEEDS TO BE REPAIR, it was late, and we had a big plans for the next day so we closed the water key under and opened in the morning so we could sleep after the midnight with out the water noise

Stayed here after leaving the casino.

We attended a concert at the WinStar Casino in Thackerville but didn't want to pay casino room prices. The hotel provided us with affordable accommodations and we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff did an excellent job and was very helpful. I appreciate the quickness in bringing extra pillows to the room and being so friendly.

Perfect stay

Perfect room perfect stay. Easy check in, close to food, gas, snacks. Right off the highway and very clean.

Overall pretty clean property. Pool area had lots of dead bugs, hot tub was not working, some areas of hotel smelt musty

The hallway smelled moldy. The bedding on my bed was damp. Thankfully my room didn’t smell moldy. As much as this room cost, I expect no mold and a dry bed. Other than the mold and moisture, the property was clean.

Great place for the money. We just had a quick stop and did not shop or dine out so I can’t rate that section. Check in and check out staff was awesome

I liked the cleaniness of the rooms and how comfortable the beds were. The only things that were not that clean were the pool and hot tub area. It still was a good experience just need more cleaning in the pool area. Breakfast was great and staff was so helpful and still let me get food as they were cleaning. So friendly and helpful the staff was. Thank you for that.

Not the best..Not the worst

First night the whole floor smelt like marijuana. Not a fan. Luckily we stayed on the end and just shut our door. Very irritating being its a non-smoking hotel. There is no way the attendant couldnt smell it. For a Marriott you would think there would be better towels. The bath towels are like cheap thin dollar store towels. I highly recommend better towels. Pool was nice and clean. Room was amazingly clean. Even a little note from the house keeper. That brightened my day! Water pressure sucked but meh. Breakfast was on point. It was a busy weekend and the super sweet guy did his best to keep up! He deserves a raise.

Great suites. Spacey and divided wall for privacy. It felt like a small apartment which was super nice.

Did not clean room properly. Crumbs on couch and floor

Was originally given a completely dirty room that didn’t seem to be even looked at by cleaning service. Went to the front desk and was given another room yet no apologies of any sorts. Halls were extremely dirty with trash and stains everywhere. The second room had to be checked by the front desk employee to make sure it was clean before it was given to me. Very disappointed in the hotel overall especially for the price point. Springhills are normally nice, do not recommend this one.

Driving up the sign is missing several letters. Lobby is clean. Room was spacious bit the bathroom was sub par. The shower has a terrible patch job for 2 tiles that fell out. Caked all round it . Looked very sloppy. They had us in roo. Right next to elevator . Super loud and right above the entrance . So we heard people talking while oitside smoking . Very disappointed in this Springhill

I LOVED our room. It was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We only stayed one night and didn't get to try the breakfast. I have family in Ardmore and I will definitely be booking again.

Great, Good breakfast

The pool didn’t really look clean. The hot tub wasn’t working.

The bath tub was slick and I slipped when I took my shower. It could have been an ER trip but I was able to grab the shower curtain rail and it broke my fall. They do not refresh the room so the trash wasn't thrown.

Toilet seat was loose.

Everything was good, I was very pleased. I will go back and have my wife with me.

Our stay was quiet and room and beds nice but out tv didn’t ever work which was a downer.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicous. The room was big and clean! Pool was clean and warm! Only downside was the hot tube was not working. It looked to have been out for awhile. Will stay here again if i travel this way again.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was great! The water pressure in the shower was not very good. They had a shortage of towels because it was a holiday weekend and had many people. Overall it was fine.

Arrived at 5:45PM. Front desk was friendly and check in was quick. The cleanliness however was a whole different story. Bags of laundry sitting in the lobby. As we walked down the hall to our room there was trash and dirty rags on the floor. The cleaning cart and vacuum cleaner were sitting outside of our door. The smell was not pleasant. Although our room was tidy it is in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning. This property was far below the standard one would expect from a Marriott property.

Other family stayed in another room had A/c leaks and puddle of water in the room. Gym & pool were extremely small, with no hot tub working. Stayed in better Marriott hotels than this. Staffs were courteous. But facility itself doesn’t offer much.

The first time we stayed here in January we had a good stay. The hot tub was out of service, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The second time we stayed (May), it took 20 mins to check in, because the housekeeper hadn't cleared the rooms and it was already after 6 p.m.. They also didn't have the room type I paid for available, and I was promised a partial refund by the manager at check in. Not only did I not get a partial refund, but I had already paid for the room on Expedia, and they charged my card again. They assured me that they would call Expedia and get it straightened out, and that the pending charge would be cancelled and wouldn't come out of my bank account. I spoke to two different people about it, one of them being the manager. But come Monday morning the money came out of my account and I've yet to get my money back. It really put me in a bind. I've filed a fraudulent charge claim against them. We also got locked out of the hotel when we had to park in the back, then were also locked out of our room once someone let us in. The key had reset. Hot tub was still out of service.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Property was well lit and I felt safe coming and going.

Beds were comfortable, some stains on bedding though. Shower was good, room was clean in general. Breakfast was good, did not try out the pool/workout room though. Good parking area, well lit on both sides.

Clean and friendly

Bathtub drain did not allow water to drain. Couldn't take shower. Shower valve handle came off.
