Spa view

Beautiful Sea view room with a very comfortable bed and good shower. The hosts we're lovely and welcoming and the location is brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Pleasent host No breakfast as advertised when booking. Property in close proximity of spa where we were visiting

The price we paid advertised that it included a full English breakfast. The lady informed us this was not the case and did not offer compensation.

Two night stay at the spaview guesthouse

I enjoyed the location of this guesthouse as it was close to all the ameinities , & the beach front . We had a seaview which was great , the bedding & towels were spottlessly clean , so was the ensuite , the only recommendation i would put forward is , the pillows had seen better days , definatley needed new ones & maybe blinds for more privacy at the windows as workmen were working on the roof of Bridlington spa during our stay .Mike was very welcoming & my grandson loved the added extra of a tub of lego left on the landing to play with . I would revisit & recommend to family

Perfect location - close to the beach and great local restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Perfect value for money.

It was ok, reasonably clean, ok bed. Only two milk sachets, loo brush was absolutely disgusting, told the day before that they had stopped doing breakfast, but no partial refund offered.

One night stay.

Could not get in when arrived, owner was out. Room was ok, view of the North Sea. Bed slight uncomfortable. Traffic noisy outside. Very tight bathroom.

First class!!

Lovely friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing and cleanliness and comfort was second to none. Ideal location, we will definitely return.

Fab little place

We needed somewhere to stay over after a gig at the spa. Was pleasantly surprised on how good the place was, so convenient for the spa - it’s literally over the road from the entrance! Breakfast was fab. I love a good proper b&b and this was one. Clean, ideal for the beach, relaxed and friendly owners, just perfect for what we needed. Room was a good size and didn’t feel cramped. I imagine we’ll be back if we need somewhere again and will definitely recommend. Only issue was slight noise from bar next door but not too late and we both had ear plugs :-)

The owners were very welcoming on arrival the room was a decent size with an amazing view of the sea the bed was very comfy one of the best rooms we have stayed in!

The owner of the house welcomed us was happy and very hospitable. The breakfast was prepared in her English breakfast. Was not miss anything on the table portions were large and very tasty prepared. She always asked us if we were missing something and brought it to us.

Great location

Stayed here for one night. Given a permit to park on the road just behind the b & b, lovely couple running the place very chatty and good sense of humour, breakfast was nice although i couldnt eat it all the room was a good size with a great view of the sea, the bed was more comfortable than mine at home so that was nice, only negatives were the room was so dark and with the nights drawing in early i had to do my make-up using the torch on my phone, and it was cold in the room, i find this is the same in most hotels and b and bs though, would reccomend and would stay again.

It is central ,close to the beach and town centre. Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast .

Lovely little guest house

Barbara very welcoming. Room immaculate. Breakfast freshly cooked and dietary requirements catered for. Perfect for our stop over.

Lovely overnight stay at spa view, breakfast was lovely, and Mike the owner was very friendly. Location is central to all amenities, the spa is straight across the road, definitely stay again.

The good - Room clean, comfortable bed, good location. The bad- curb appeal was bad, fags around door, dead plants, rusty bean tin full of fags, mix match old chairs, two old dirty front doors. First impression was bad, we were worried till we got inside & then we were pleased, very nice/ tastefully decorated. booked online last min, Missed owners call to ask when we would arrive. Check in was After 2pm we got there about 5.30pmish I apologised by txt, man brought it up when he arrived, so I apologised again & in morning the lady brought it up again, asking if I had finally got my messages, said they liked a call so they could get on with their day. I apologised again and told her I assumed it was a hotel staffed all day, it’s not so please be aware to let them know as they did seem very put out by it. Breakfast Odd? we had to split my cooked breakfast three ways as the man told us the day before they do cooked for adults & just toast & cereal for the children. This was a big disappointment as my children are 12 & 14 years old and love a rare full cooked breakfast as a treat. For my girl I made a sausage sandwich with her toast, my son had the bacon in his toast & I had the egg. Parked many streets away, didn’t save me any money as Check in 2pm had already paid £3,90 & next day they wanted ticket back to save money for next guest? So we paid £3.90 again, had to drive back to hotel & hand it in? Odd? The hotel cutting costs in this way is a false economy won’t go back.

Location very good. Breakfast good. But sofa bed very uncomfortable and 1 window on 2nd floor bedroom would not close or lock shut.

The hosts were excellent Made us feel really welcome and looked after us really well Breakfast was great Beds clean and comfy Bathroom just needed a good clean overall ok but was mould in shower etc that I cleaned up before we used it

We liked it when we checked out.. there was dust everywhere.. definitely not the cleanest place to stay.. the breakfast wasn't up to scratch either & was charged £10 for 2 sausages and 2 rashers of bacon... definitely won't be booking again.

Everything was fine. It was my second time to be there and once again I liked it.

Perfect location

Nice guest house. Very comfortable and clean brilliant location...straight opposite spa theatre, and sandy beach and within 5 mins walk of town, harbour and other local amenities. Beautiful breakfast included.....cereals, fruit juice, yoghurt, toast, full English and coffee. Would recommend this to anyone and will deffinately be back. Thank you for everything. We ll be back.

Perfect for a getaway

This B&B is perfect for a couple of nights' stay. The owners are extremely friendly, everything is spotlessly clean and it is in a great location.

Fair value

Great location opposite Bridlington spa. Comfy bed but slightly small. Breakfast was good. Decor could do with an update.

The rooms were clean and offered everything you need for an over night away. Even though the weather wasn't its best staying in the room watching tv was just fine, thank you

Close to the beach, entertainment and eat places

The owners were friendly, the room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Everything was within walking distance. Would recommend this B&B to friends and family

Absolutely fantastic

We stayed over night with our two children in the luxury room, the room itself was beautiful and very clean, with a stunning sea view, the owners couldn't of done any more for us, they tended to our every need, the breakfast was one of the best and would highly recomend, all in all we can't wait to come back and stay (for longer next time) we all loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone that wants a luxury clean stay away at the seaside, hope to see you again soon

Great b&b

Lovely friendly b&b, the owners were very welcoming , nice room with tea/coffee making facilities...great spot overlooking the sea , the breakfast was great , will definitely return .

Hotel overlooking beach

We were warmly welcomend and the staff are exremely friendly and polite, excellent stay in a lovely bedroom, A full english breakfast included in price was served and was very good and more than enough. The overall stay wwas excellent and we cannot praise the owners enough, We have already booked to return later this year.

Lovely B and B

It was amazing and we can not fault anything. We loved the decor, it was clean and very well loved after. Breakfast was the best we have had in ages

The big let dowm was the nearest bathroom was down two flights of stairs and my mum is elderly and struggled with the stairs. Naively, I never imagined not having ensuite facilities

It was ideal for our couple of days.Would recommend it to anyone.

Quick Break.

Mike let us check in early as the room was ready and it had recently been decorated . Breakfast was really nice with fresh orange juice and a full English. Only drawback we had to go down a flight to use the shared bathroom and toilet. Location is perfect . Enjoyed our stay immensely.
