Ok stay
The room we stayed for the 1st night was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Very strong smell of the sewer from the bathroom and mixed of some old hotel smell, very hard to stay. I saw the same feedback from the other platforms, but I ignored it. So please don’t overlook the negative reviews. We tried to cancel the 2nd night in rje next day, but was not able to do so as we already paid. The receptionist who are at middle age was very nice (the young receptionists obviously need more training and put more smiles on the face ) and let us to checkout some other rooms. The rooms we checked out didn’t have that smell. We always felt hot at night and woke up as no AC in the winter. It happened to all the hotels we stayed in China during this trip.
Awesome place!
Great hotel. We have stayed here 2x on different year. Wanna thank all the staff here for pleasant stay, they helped us with museum booking and recommended places to go.
Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff!
Helpful and friendly staff! Great breakfast buffet. Location close to metro line 4, which is direct line to north train station- very convenient! Walking distance to Muslim quarter and mosque, and bell and drum towers. Easy trips out to hike Huashan, and to visit the terracotta warriors. Recommended. 😊
Very friendly, helpful services. Convenient to city center and subway
Everything was excellent
The mattress is too old/too soft. The shower water temperature is not consistent. The spa is too expensive. No shuttle bus to nearby busy area. It is stated in the hotel description that there is shuttle bus, so don’t know what it means then.
D
The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful! We received an upgrade on checkin and good advice on dining options.
Refined style
Will stay here again!
Very friendly and helpful reception and concierge staff. Location of the hotel is great, central and quick access to key attractions. Rooms are also nice with good amenities.
Fantastic concierge service from Andy
Nice hotel in a cozy private garden area. Staff was friendly and available and with a good spoken English level. Bfast was good. Very clean.
The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter and the drum tower. We booked the luxury room and were upgraded to a suite, thank you! Bed was amazing and bathroom had luxurious Lanvin amenities. Staff were very friendly and professional specially the concierge who went above and beyond helping us retrieve something we left behind in the train from Beijing. Exceptional service.
Very nice
Great staff
Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Concierge team was knowledgeable and especially helpful. English widely spoken.
Dated pricey hotel but decent breakfast
Very dated hotel. Beds were ok but bathrooms and carpet in the room are dirty and very old. Location is good, not right in the hustle and bustle and the breakfast is decent. Would be the most expensive but worst hotel on my trip through China
Interesting Luxury Stay
Amazing 5 star hotel with everything we could have asked for. Very luxury floors and lobby however rooms weren't as good as the rest of the hotel but still beautiful. Housekeeping is very helpful and makes sure the room is spotless. However some slight issues is that the toilet wasn't great as it would constantly get blocked and wouldn't flush and out tap over the sink was bent sideways plus the nearest metro station was 1.5km away .Kevin Guo was very helpful.
Great personalised service
The staff were so helpful and warm. Our luggage was misplaced and the manager 王敏 drove us all the way to the bus depot and back to retrieve it. Sophia from the front desk was very attentive to all our needs
Family stay
A great hotel with friendly, helpful staff who organised taxis for us to visit Terracotta Warriors and to get to the airport. Rooms very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very wide range of food at breakfast time.
The staff at Sofitel were proficient in English and were extremely helpful. They offered an upgrade for my family to give us more space, which the kids loved. We really enjoyed the stay here.
Huge hotel. Too hot to walk around the neighborhood much, but there was a lot of stuff nearby. Great restaurant nearby. Very centrally located.
Sofitel on Renmin Square exceeded our expectations in the quality and spaciousness of the room: for example, it had two toilets and a seperate Tub/Shower arrangement). It also exceeded our expectations in the breakfasts and the ambiance of the dining room. Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city.
I always stay here at this property, easy walkable distance to most famous attractions and delicious Xi’an food. The front desk Jack Luo is super professional and friendly, he was willing to help with a lot of the questions I had. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel situated in central Xian, convenient for exploring on foot as easily accessible to metro and train stations. Staff excellent throughout our stay to help with queries, especially the concierge and front desk reception staff. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Only problem is our stay was not longer there!
Hotel is in good shape, the staff amazing, location was not ideal.
Overall, great stay. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, nice breakfast and location. You can walk or take a bus nearby. Rooms a little old school but no issue everything works.
Our family enjoyed the Sofitel immensely. This is a great property for families with young children. Safe and quiet garden area. Easy access around the city to see the sites. Excellent pool for relaxing swims after a day of sight seeing. Excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Located in a quiet garden setting in the center of Xi’an, the Sofitel is the perfect location for business or pleasure. Excellent responsive and helpful staff. Tastefully decorated rooms and a well maintained pool. Great buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Many additional local dining options within either walking distance or a short cab ride away. Highly recommended.
Sofitel hotel Xian china
Used this company before in chengdu so I had some idea what to expect. Very professional hotel company. My stay was comfortable. Staff were very diligent.pleased with my time there.
Business Lounge Access is worth it; great staff!
I enjoyed my time at this hotel. I upgraded to a Jr. Suite for a few dollars more, so I had Business Lounge Access, which meant I could proceed directly to the lounge and have a drink while they checked me in. Was very, VERY smooth and easy. I want to especially mention the Business Lounge staff: Lynn Li, Winnie, and Michelle; they were all especially nice and accomodating! Thanks for helping make my stay comfortable. Furthermore, if you're wondering if the upgrade to the Lounge is worth it, for me it was because they had sushi and cocktails in the evening, as well as other beverages all day!
Very nice hotel with friendly people willing to help at any time. I would stay there again knowing it's comfortable, clean, and quiet.
It’s located in the Renmin Dasha together with the Legend hotel. Despite it’s on a main road but it’s very quiet. Most of hotel staff were amazing and helpful. We were traveling with my retired parents, and it was very hot in Xi’an in late May. The staff member helped us to book a local taxi to travel around Xi’an and even to the Huashan mountain (the driver was very friendly and was not overpriced at all). The hotel also offered to upgrade our rooms which was kind. One small thing I wish the hotel could pay more attention to going forward is the information sharing between the staff members. We were told by two front desk staff that they have made a note that we will have late checkout at 2:00pm, however, when we double checked with the front desk on our last day in the morning before we head out, the member at the front desk seemed not aware of this and said we can’t have late checkout because the hotel was quite full that day. When I told them we had the late checkout confirmation from two of the front desk members, they suggested we checkout one room and my parents can squeeze in with me and my husband in our room, which is not a feasible solution for us. At the end they finally agreed to give us 2pm check out for both rooms but all these back and forth could be avoid, if the staff members communicate and share information with each other more.
I had a great time staying here. It was close to everything and the stuff we're super helpful.
A Lovely Long Weekend
Had a very enjoyable stay here. May and the front desk team were polite and helpful from start to finish - I couldn't fault any of the service we received during our visit. It was my partner's birthday and everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. One thing to note is that the lounge is currently not open. However, the lobby bar provides alternative services. If this is highly important to your stay, then double check ahead of time. The hotel is located within a gated area alongside other hotels and gardens which allowed us to enjoy some time outdoors when the sun was shining.
A great hotel in a convenient location. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a nice selection of items. I would definitely recommend staying here.
swimming poor
the swimming pool is weird, not a rectangle one. Except from this, everything is great.
Awesome!! 10/10
Sofitel Xi’an was amazing! From the moment we arrived, Maple, took excellent care of us. She was nice enough to give us an upgrade and get us checked-in in a flash. In addition, during our trip it happened to be my wife’s birthday, they organized a wonderful cake. Finally, on the day we were left Sigrid was kind enough to give us a late check out. Staff at Sofitel were all great. 10 out of 10. We will be staying there again the next time we visit Xi’an. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip unforgettable. <3
Staff is great, very accommodating and attentive. We had a room that was a bit overheated and were swiftly relocated.
Very nice location and buildings. Definitely recommend the restaurants. Rooms very spacious and clean, but slightly aged.
Excellent location and hotel staff. Rooms were amazingly large and well appointed. There are some signs of wear and tear — thermostats need repair and shower leaks. Overall a most enjoyable stay. Kevin and Leo are very helpful with booking tours and cars.
We had complimentary upgrades to suites. They were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are very large with nice products. They also found us a driver to take us to the Terra Cotta Warriors, around the Old City & to the airport.
The property itself was excellent and a breakfast buffet was phenomenal
Good location and staff are super nice. Also got free upgrade to a better room.
Great club lounge
We had a junior suite with club lounge access. Room excellent and very comfortable. Club lounge good for a quiet breakfast or main option for more choice. Happy hour between 5.30 and 7.30 wine, beer, spirits and lots of snacks - sushi, dim sum, pizza bites etc, we didn’t need dinner afterwards!
Great hotel, caring service
Great hotel in fantastic location. Concierge Kevin was a big help. We paid for an upgrade at check in and enjoyed drinks and snacks at 5:30pm and delicious/ extensive breakfast buffet each morning. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I used the swimming pool a couple of times and gym seemed popular. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Xi’an
Don't pay for upgrade to club when offered at chec
We paid for an upgrade at check in. This was not worth it. Small suite and limited facilities from club lounge. Bit off-putting when cups are left in the toilet area after washing. We had a problem with the toilet reported four times all it needed was a new ball valve gave up in the end and turned it off. So no toilet other than the one by the door as it was a suite. So payed for a suite but got inferior standard room
Good location, efficient and very helpful staff. The property is well maintained and rooms clean and comfortable.
The staff were excellent. They went out of their way to please.
comfortable stay with good service
The suite we stayed in was very comfortable and service at the Club lounge was very good. Very comfortable bed.
Great location
We enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel. The location was perfect, quite close to the metro. The staff were very helpful. The concierge at the Hellman’s desk, Kevin was especially resourceful and gave us terrific suggestions. The new manager Joseph personally welcomed us to the hotel and made us feel quite comfortable.
Great location. Service staff were very pleasant, love the turn down service with our little M&M chocolates. Bath salts and loofah made a nice bath after a long day sightseeing. Room was very spacious and so was the bathroom, separate shower and toilet.
Nice stay but spa facilities need upkeep
Lovely room, friendly check in, room upgraded to a large suite. Hotel beautiful except spa and locker room was in poor condition. Locker room had lots of wall paper peeling off the walls and the floors were warped. The men’s spa area smelled strongly of mold and was unpleasant. Water in hot tub was dirty.
Great service and location!
We enjoyed our time at this hotel, the staff was fantastic, location convenient and our room was huge and comfortable. The only criticism of the hotel we have is that the property is beat up and smells like they only banned smoking recently.
Very friendly and helpful concierge staff but the building is tired
Staff is very nice , choice of restaurant is quite limited , location seems not easily accessible via public transportation
Family trip
The hardware really needs to up grade.
The property is not well-maintained for a 5-star hotel. Workmanship is poor. Facilities at the spa is poor, the hot pool is not working properly.
The exceptional service was the standout. My son was unwell and we had to get him medicines. Leo ( chief concierge) in particular was extremely helpful. Not only did he call the pharmacy to check If the medicines were available, he took us there and ensured we got what we wanted. As we had to cancel the group tour to Terra-cotta warriors, Leo also organised a private car with such short notice. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing too!
Excellent stay
Excellent and really enjoyed the hotel, area and facilities
Comfortable and pampered.
The room was amazing and huge. It was beautifully decorated and all modern conveniences.
Beautiful hotel located in a peaceful square within the city walls
The hotel is rather old and badly needs renovation. It is not like other Sofitel we stayed around the world. It was spring time, so the room feels a little warm during the day. However, the hotel central AC is not working until April 1st....lol
This hotel located in the strategic location between the Muslim street, city wall & etc. Friendly hotel staffs, but the hotel room layout is not up to the expectation. Especially the toilet. During our 4 nights stay, the WC has stuck for 3 times.
The staff, especially the concierge team, was extremely helpful to attend to our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was a bit of disappointment and multiple stains can be seen on the covers of the chairs, which was a bit unpleasant. The lights in the room are not working very well and we have to open the windows to get some cold breeze into the room. Conflicting instructions provided by the reception desk as we were lectured by the security guards - seeing an ashtray bin right outside the hotel doesn't mean it is a smoking area. We are being chased to go to the garden instead which is weird as most countries forbid smoking in the garden.
Place was fabulous. I wish we were able to stay five nights instead of just one. Great location and true five star comfort.
Offered upgrade at check-in but not entirely clear what was in it. Included use of club lounge but not explained that this shut at 7.30pm. Room was excessively hot - although air conditioning was installed, room temperature was set centrally. Was provided with fan but staff also opened windows letting in all the pollution. Staff at gym not very helpful and wine at Koi restaurant was corked. Staff at Koi also thought I should change my order (I didn’t) and couldn’t advise me as to whether I should order rice with my main course or pour wine without spilling it. Coffee at breakfast was cold on both days as was the cooked breakfast on the one day I had it. Generally disappointing for what is supposed to be a 4* hotel.
This is an older hotel. While their has been some updating it shows its age. The air conditioniing was broken in our first room so we were moved to a second which also lacked proper ventilation. The staff is helpfull but their English is limited. The spa/Jacuzi was only luke warm. Dinner buffet is expensive and rather average however the maitre d', Mr Kow (sp?) was extremely helpfull and friendly, a real bright spot.
Excellent hotel! Will come back next time.
Five-star hotel with an excellent breakfast. The concierge does over charge a bit, so may be best to do your own research on tours/taxis/etc. or use DiDi which is extremely easy and cheap
Beautiful hotel and room. Very convenient location.
I had the misfortune to have a medical emergency while in Xi'an at Sofitel. Thanks to My friend Nancy, I am alive to express My gratitude to the staff at Sofitel for their expedience in getting an ambulance to rescue me, within ten minutes! This Is unheard of in China! The staff sent an incredible Bell hop to accompany Nancy and I to the hospital. It was about 3 pm. Will, an excellent English speaker, remained with me until I was admitted and stable, well past 2 am. He sought out and purchased a bed pan , (who would have thought) and Gatorade, which ultimately kept the attacks at bay. The speed, concern for an Americans safety and the caring of the entire Hotel staff amazed me. I had No problem upon return to the hotel getting an extremely late checkout. In fact, they asked if they COULD Do moren! Living in China, as I Do, I expect little. I am sincerely grateful to Will, who gave me a sweet gift of his making....he makes figures of people, like small puppets, but the entire staffs genhine concern for me, My health, and My friend. I sincerely Thank My new friend Will, Fiona, Tancy, Nancy, Leo and Mark. I oWe you all My deeoest gratitude and appreciation for your dedication and prifesdionalism during My time of need. Thank Yiu all for your help and consideration. You saved My life!
Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the bell/drum tower and Muslim quarter. The hotel staff was great and the room was very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the massage offered at the hotels spa-a must!
AC broken in first room, so had to be changed. New room was smaller and no compensation for being without air for several hours/hastle of moving rooms. New room air was pretty poor as well, entire hotel quite hot. Food options way overpriced compared to hotel room prices.
Had a lovely stay at the Sofitel. Hotel is quite centrally located and in good walking distance to markets, drum/bell towers and city wall. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It was my birthday while we were there and a cake was delivered to my room which was a nice surprise.
Extremely safety conscious in a good way and close to most attractions.
Location location
Visited the hotel 8 years ago on my last visit to xian. Back then was one of top hotels. Recent additions have given more choices. On my recent visit stayed for 4 nights. First three nights was a terrible ordeal. The weather at the time in Xian was hot at 38d c . Imagine returning to a room with air conditioning not working properly for three nights was a real hassle. Did not get rested enough as we had to get up early for day trips. Complained but no resolution. Finally had to speak to duty manager and she prompted upgraded us to a suite room. Reception staff were very attentive and helpful.
Second visit to Xi’an Sofitel
As always Sofitel is lovely. Clean, big delicious breakfasts. Near the Muslim quarter. There was some confusion at check in as we had a large party and I had booked 4 of the 5 required rooms. The front desk soon smoothed it out. My immediate family (2 adults with 2 children) were given connecting rooms with a little anteroom, so there was only one main door out of our rooms. We loved it. The kids could have their room but still be in our “room”. We had dinner twice in the hotels that are part of the compound, one an Italian place, the other a Chinese restaurant. We had to eat at the hotel as one member of our large party was wheel chair bound. Both restaurants were expensive. The food and quality of service at the Italian restaurant at the Mecurer was good but highly over priced. The Chinese restaurant was not at all worth the price, and the food was not that great. The dinning room looked shabby. So if you can, avoid the nearby restaurants. We were able to rent a wheel chair from the Sofitel to visit the terra cotta warriors and the Muslim quarter.
Dated Hotel
Excellent staff services, however, the facilities have seen better days. The hotel needs a complete overhaul to fix the air conditioning system; it was not cold enough. Fortunately, we were provided with a stand alone unit to make the temperature more comfortable. We had gotten mosquito bites 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there (we did not open any windows). Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese and Western selections. Besides the terracotta soldiers, the Historical Museum is also a must see in Xian.
Wonderful and Pleasant Trip to Xi'an, China
Good location within the wall. Comfortable walking distance to various tourist site inside the wall, if the weather is not too hot. The staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly and the service provided by the concierge, Mr Leo Li and his team. Mr Leo was very helpful and arrange our local tour for us via the services provided by the hotel. Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they visit, Xi'an, China.
Lovely stay
We stayed here at the end of may 2018 with my family and grandparents. Wonderful hotel- clean and lots of things close to the hotel. Walking distance to the 603 double decker bus that is 1 yuan and takes you to a lot of the sights in town.
Perfect for a short stay in Xi'an
Located in a good spot in Xi'an. Got upgrade to mini-suite, which was very clean and spacious. Concierge was a great help in sorting out a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and getting us to the high-speed train in good time. Breakfast buffet was a good selection.
Meets expectations of a Sofitel
A well located (inside City walls and walking distance from many attractions) Caters to business international business travellers as well as independent tourists so has to meet and does standards that guests would expect. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Particular praise for restaurant manager who spoke good English and was very engaging and chatty and I admire his efforts to train his staff. Out of choice we avoided the buffet and found the stanard of al la Carte to be pretty good. Very satisfied with the hotel for our 4 night visit. Would stay here again.
Great hotel, great staff, inside city walls!
Perfect location
Convenient for using city bus 603 to get to the places I wanted to be. She is a beautiful property starting to show her age like we all are!
Nice lobby
This hotel is definitely overrated... yes it is nice and location is good but I stayed in a “superior room “ and would hate to think what you would get as a standard. I had to stand in reception for 15 min to book in, the reception foyer is the best part of the hotel I saw. The room I had was poorly maintained and definitely showing it’s age. All the exit doors and gates except one were closed off making exiting inconvenient. English was spoken by many staff but got the feeling that the only people this hotel was interested in were the high end big spending business ones. A bit disappointed in the lack of friendliness this hotel offered
Good sized room and comfortable rollaway for our 11 yr old. Recommended
Excellent location
Nice hotel, excellent location. Italian resturant great!
This hotel well situated for our needs to visit within the city wall is one of the best ratio quality to price ratio I have ever been. Particular mention should be made about the kindness of service and the gorgeous breakfast the cook did follow my special request to fry my egg only one side !
Fabulous hotel with all you need for a relaxing holiday, great location inside the city walls.
Very comfortable and cleab
Staff were all very helping in making our trip easier by helping to arrange cars for travel or day trips. Also provided helpful advise regarding travelling around the city. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight. There was still staff on duty to assist with check in, also was upgraded to a suite. Very happy with the service.
Noise during stay
We were there for 6 nights and were bothered by noise, drilling and pounding, satrtong from early morning. On the two days when we more or less stayed-in, the noise continued through the day. Otherwise, the room is nice and clean. The housekeeping is on point.
Great time in Xian
From Kevin the concierge who I spoke to the day before to book the airport pick up to James the bell boy who got us safely into the car when we left, we were looked after wonderfully throughout our whole stay. We had booked 2 rooms as our children are 10 and 12 and expected to be floors apart but were delighted when we were upgraded to a family suite (which was huge!) so we could all be together. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were huge, clean and fabulously laid out. Only small gripe was the internet was patchy at times and night time aircon wasn't strong enough but that resolved itself by Night #3. Location-wise was perfect for us. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend it.
Wonderful value at at great location
Top notch service at a great location. This was a wonderful value
Sofitel Xi’an.
Very convenient location for an evening walk after dinner.
Not bad
The staff is nice and speak English fairly well. We used this hotel as a jump off point for the terracotta warriors and it worked well for our purpose. The hotel seems very old and dated for its year of construction. There is no control over the heat in the room and it was sweltering. Other then that, the room was fine for our purpose and rather a good location in re center of Xi'an. It's a short walk to points of interest and the bus station/railstation.
Great hotel, nice location
The rooms are spacious, the breakfast buffet could improve a little bit offering more dumpling variety but if I had to go back to Xian I would definitely stay there again.
Generally Love Sofitel, this one was a Miss
The good- Staff provided excellent service, rooms were spacious and well apportioned, breakfast had amazing variety. The not so good- Both our rooms were very hot, like 85F/ 30C and the only way to cool the room was to allow in the polluted outside air and in order to sleep we covered ourselves in damp towels. I say both our rooms because staff moved us to a different floor for the second night. This was in December when the outside air was very smokey and rated as 'unhealthy to all groups'. Lest you think we are complainers we have a wide comfort band, have never had this issue at any hotel before including three weeks in China, the bell man said upon entering our room was how hot it was, and we adjusted the thermostats as low as possible in both rooms. Other than the heat the hotel is centrally located but not very close to anything (10-15 minute walk to a decent concentration of restaurants and shops). The bathrooms had visible mold, the beds had significant depressions, and a number of things in the room were off (back on the chair was broken, window supports were broken, etc.). While the breakfast had amazing variety the food didn't actually taste great. Lastly costs inside the Hotel were excessively high. I expect elevated prices and understand paying for convenience, this seemed a level too far. At the cafe, 2 basic, small, and unimpressive coffees were over 100 RMB. For comparison, in Xi'an an upscale dinner for two including drinks is about 125RMB.
A friendly stay!
Hotel staff, in particular Mae at the front desk and Leo at guest services, were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the city wall and restaurants. Although we were not able to chang the temperature of the room, our room did have large windows that were easily opened to allow fresh, cool air in to the hotel room to keep the room from heating up too much. The hotel had a promotion going which we used to upgrade our room and access the club lounge which was an unexpected bonus!
Worst Hotel Restaurant - Le Chinois
The Sofitel at Renmin Square is at best a 4 star hotel that wants to be 5 star. We stayed 3 nights beginning Nov 23, 2017 during a 3 week trip. Renmin Square is a very nice, secluded location with beautiful public areas. The buffet breakfast was excellent as is the Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant. BUT we had the worst meal in China at their Le Chinois Chinese Restaurant. The food & service were total disasters! There were only 2 other parties when we arrived but had to sit by the entrance because the other small tables were dirty & stayed that way the entire time. Our first two dishes could not be prepared because they had no noodles & then no beef… Seriously but that was not the worst. What did get served was cold & poorly prepared. Asking for rice & a soy sauce just delayed the meal even more. Even the hot tea was improperly prepared. Rather upset that no one would listen at the restaurant, I spoke with the front desk that night & had to meet with the desk manager 1 time & then the Food & Beverage Manager on another day. This would be a much better review if they would simply have refunded the meal but they refused. They did offer a hotel car / lemo to take us to the airport but that was totally misleading as it turned out to be a beat up old van. I will also add that a 5 star establishment would not have layers of dust on the bathroom light shades or on top of the furniture. I will return to Xian but will not stay at this Sofitel.

Jap buffet is nice and price reasonable @ cny period. CNY 238 per pax. And they serve delicious dishes.
