The property is very well located. There are restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful finding transportation for us from the airport to the hotel in other places.

The hotel is so modern with some very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast tip: You have 2 choices. Go to the Brasserie 7 on the sea front and have the 2 tier Fruit and Granola choice.

Wow! Excellent room, excellent location, excellent staff. AWESOME! The rooms are spacious, have all the typical amenities, plus extra pillows, blankets, plenty of toiletries. The staff are incredibly empowered, helpful, and kind. Can’t say enough great things about this property. Just steps away from Old Town and the waterfront harbor less than 10 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Location was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only issue was that because I lost the key to the room, I charged for it.

Great place, easy to find. The staff communicated very well so check in was smooth. They were very helpful, my room was clean and smelled fresh. So cigarette smell. Definitely would stay here again.

Very helpful. When I had to leave early they got me a breakfast to go. Great help with map of Split and Directions and also arranged for reasonably priced car service to and from airport.

Ivana and her husband were beyond helpful. From the time I booked the hotel until the time we checked out they were attentive and helpful. Ivana booked us a day tour with a very patient and friendly driver. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Split. The area is fantastic and it is a plus that right next door their is a shop. It is small walk to tourist sites and food.

Krešo was great. A little hard to find/notice but it was seamless. Parking a little far but safe in garage. Right where the action is. A 2 min walk from Diocletians palace. Wonderful room. Great customer service

Ultra modern, wonderfully comfortable rooms in a UNESCO protected building. Very short distance to the waterfront and old town within the Palace walls. Staff was very helpful with allowing me to leave my luggage coming and going. I give them my highest recommendation!

Room was clean, very nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. I would have preferred a different pillow but never asked. I’m sure they would have accommodated my request.

High reccomend

We only stayed for one-night but wish we'd had more time in Split. The check0in was effortless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was really spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It was also a geat location, within minutes walk of the centre and the seafront.

good location，very clean and modernized, extremely safe because you need open three doors by fob to get in your unit. Also get underground garage can park your car，however， it is offside and reservation is required. the reception desk staff is so nice and helpful,specially Andria, very professional and always smile, highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice place and centrally located. The check-in was not great with the staff member who was matter of fact and sped through the information after a long flight. The place itself is very nice and has a market next door, so very convenient. It’s a walk away to everything so it’s worth it. Just don’t expect friendly staff as we have encountered over past days which is disappointing given we come from so far. Everything else is great!

I love the 2 twins bed in our room. My husband and I were able to sleep comfortably as my 2 kids slept in their own bed :-) The location is great and everything is a walking distance away. We booked last minute and we were immediately contacted to arrange check in (we booked 15 mins before they closed the reception). The staff was friendly and so accommodating. I would defiantly return to this hotel next time we are in Split.

Great location!!

Overall, Sleep Split was a great place to stay in Split. I’m not sure why, but they didn’t make our bed the last day we were there, though they did replace towels, etc., so they serviced the room. That odd really our only complaint though. The location is hard to beat unless you want to stay inside Diocletian’s Palace. Easy walk to the water, the palace, and surrounding areas. Tons of restaurants, stores, etc near by. Despite being so central, we found it to be very quiet as well. Definitely recommend Sleep Split for your trip to Split!

A Lovrly Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. Location is away from the crowds but easily accessible to everything. No need for a taxi as you are steps away from the castle and port. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable The staff was efficientl and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A Great Stay

We had a wonderful experience! Our check-in process was smooth and the quality of the room was excellent!

My husband and I loved everything about sleep split. Every single detail was put into the rooms to make the stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. We dealt with the owner and from start to finish we were made feel like we were home. We would stay there again in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone going to Split.

From the street the property looks questionable but once we checked in we were pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped. Staff is very helpful, informative. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

Well situated on the edge of the old city. Room was up to date and clean, breakfast was very good but not in the same place.

The property was safe & peaceful & staff friendly. We arrived 2hrs prior to check in were allowed in our room as it was ready. We asked for a twin bed and on arrival the beds were together and we separated them and the floor under the beds had at least 1yrs supply of Dust and some Peanuts (guessing from the mini bar) there was also some hairs around the bathroom.

Location was excellent but couldn’t open windows due to car noise. Staff were very friendly l would give this place 4.5 we stayed in luxurious studio

Even I book only for two days and I decide to stay two more days they move my luggage to the neighbors hotel because they not have ability that days I wanted. Thanks to everyone there. Loved the property and the rooms - clean and excellent location. Outside the streets were filthy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Al was clean, new and delightful. The only thing I will mention is the buzzing sound coming from the Dan in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off.

The location was perfect! Right in front of old town and just a couple blocks to the water. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If bringing a car, make sure you let them know a head of time so they can reserve a spot for you in the garage. It is not very convenient to get your car in and out, better to park it for your full stay and walk. The room was beautiful. Only thing is one of the mattresses was a bit worn out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend Sleep Split.

The room we had was very nice, very clean and the construction was to a very high standard.

TLDR: stay at Sleep Split! We stayed at four different accomodations during our time in Croatia, and Sleep Split was the absolute best of the best. The property is very secure, the location is convenient, the units are of outstanding quality, and the staff are incredibly accomodating. **Be sure to communicate with them about your arrival, specifically whether or not you need parking, as this is a UNESCO protected site. We owe a very personal "thank you" to Kreso, one of the owners, who had an amazing impact on our entire trip. It's clear that Kreso loves what he does and is passionate about sharing his love of Croatia. His recommendations for our time in Split (places/activities) led to great experiences and special memories. He was an exceptional host - attentive and helpful - and assisted us in a minor emergency without any hesitation. More impactful than any of that was Kreso's kindness and warmth, which made Croatia feel familiar and welcoming. Meeting Kreso was a highlight of our trip. We didn't know it when we booked, but staying at Sleep Split was one of the best decisions that we made!

My wife and I stayed at Sleep Split for 1 night in September. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Yes. Would I stay here again knowing what I know? Yes! Our stay was fantastic. Sleep Split is just a short walk to the Old Town which makes it a great location. This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. It was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to the town center, so no car needed.

A good choice.

It was a flying visit staying only one night but the welcoming was good, the pre arrival information and contractibility was good, the room was clean with good facilities and the location for drop off and walking into the centre was also good. I would happily stay again.

This is an excellent hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking is available and included which was nice.

Going above and beyond!!!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. Not only is it perfectly located within walking distance to everything you will want to see in Split, clean and very comfortable but the owners are truly exceptional. I managed to hit another car when trying to park nearby and ended up waiting for the police to come for over three hours. The owner of the hotel called the rental car insurance for me to ask questions, translated for me with the other driver and sat the entire three hours outside with me helping me through everything. I might not have recovered my composure to enjoy Split after the accident if it wasn’t for him taking such incredible care of me. I have never been to any hotel with such incredibly compassionate and helpful hosts!!

Phenomenal location and hospitality!

Great place, phenomenal hospitality by owner and workers, and you can’t beat the location. It’s close to the old city, right outside the walls. Honestly, there are so many loud bars with music blaring into the night that if noise bothers you, I would avoid a hotel within the city walls. Sleep Split is literally on the corner of the palace wall and they are very responsive, if you need ANYTHING. I extended my stay for 3 extra nights. It has everything you need to be comfortable. They provided even a selfie stick. Yes, it was clean but some items in the bathroom (weight and top of toilet holder) had dust on them. One of the continuous days I booked, my room was not cleaned at all. I was so busy I didn’t say anything but I noticed. This is the only area I would say needs a little work on make sure everything in the bathroom is wiped down and the bathroom toiletries are fully refilled but otherwise, it was perfect! 😊👍

Great place in Split

Room very comfortable. Very close to the harbor and UNESCO sites. Price was reasonable. No breakfast served. The only downside is no pool and gym, which is usual for a family hotel. I'd stay here again.

Excellent stay except noisy neighbors.

I was very impressed with the property and loved my room. It was very modern and impeccably clean. However I was kept awake for three nights in a row because of the people in the room above me. The front desk made a noise complaint to them however the problem persisted and I literally did not sleep for my entire stay in Split. The location was excellent and close to absolutely everything.

On our two week road trip of the Damatian coast, Sleep Split was our favorite hotel, by far, thanks to the generosity and kindness of Cresho, our host. He welcomed us right from the get-go with a big smile and helpful information, and then kept in touch with us as we visited the islands, giving us fantastic recommendations for some of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip! The rooms (we stayed in two) were BIG, fabulously renovated and sparkling clean. Our first room had a stellar view on to the tower of the Diocletian Palace, and our second, which had two rooms -- a full kitchen and separate bedroom -- had the biggest flat screen TV we have ever encountered in a hotel. And the special rate Cresho gave us for this 1 BR apartment was the same as the room! Do not pass this hotel up. It's location could not be better, just outside the old walls of the palace. Cresho speaks perfect English as he grew up in Canada, and is such a nice guy, we are tempted to go back just to see him!

Hotel is centrally located and accessible to restaurants, shopping, ferry and tourist attractions. Hotel host and staff are very helpful. They go out of their way when we forgot our camera charger.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and very comfortable. The location is great, cross the street and your in the center of the old town in the middle of the cafes and restaurants and historical buildings. Highly recommend!!!

Walking distance to a lot of shopping and dining. Located in the heart of Split. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and modern rooms. We appreciated the extras like selfie stick and beach towels. Would stay here again for sure

We stayed in a beautiful, modern and spacious suite. Staff once we contacted them, were very helpful with parking our car in the parkade 2 blocks from the hotel. The only drawback with the property is the lack of nearby parking. Otherwise a great location, just outside the walled old city.

I arrived at 1145 am to leave my luggage ....but my room was ready at 12 noon so was allowed to use it immediately!

Very clean property and the staff were all very nice and one person spent some time to give me good recommendations on sites to see. The property is along the northern part of the Old City which is on the other side of the bus station and harbor, so a bit of a walk (but not too far) if you are coming by bus or ferry. Rooms are small but very clean and everything in the room seemed new. Do have to take a small lift up to the third floor where the reception desk is.

Great service. We had to leave very early for a flight and the front desk arranged to have a box lunch for us the night before. Hotel has 100 movies for streaming, a list that was so thoughtfully curated that we took a photo of the list. Very secure and quiet, despite being close to an epicenter of tourism hustle and bustle,

The property is conveniently located and easily accessible. The luxury suite was beautifully decorated, very roomy with a comfortable bed. We also found the staff to be gracious and helpful once we got on site. Prior to arriving they were not helpful in identifying must see sites for a short visit but once we arrived they were very helpful.

Wonderful place for a stay in Split. Jut outside the old walls , so quiet! Within minutes you are in the heart of the palace and all the great restaurants. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the room.

Sleep Split is an excellent property. It’s ideal location just outside the palace provides easy access to all major sights, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have all modern conveniences. And the staff are outstanding; friendly professionals who treat guests like family and strive make sure you have the best experience possible.

Great Comfort, Great Value.

I am extremely happy with my decision to stay at Sleep Split. The accommodations were modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is located right on the edge of the Old Town and is only a couple minute walk to some of the main sites. The wifi was excellent (which I've found is not a guarantee in the Med.) The rooms were relaxing and provided much more value for my money than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend Sleep Split.
