A very basic motel, but close to all amenities

It was an average motel, no highs. The low point was not being able to get my android box to work with their internet

The cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Aside from the carpet, which was stained, the rooms were spotless, and the bedding smelled freshly washed. I normally don’t stay at motels and prefer a nicer hotel, but Swift Current was very booked up so we stayed here. Still a motel, but pleasantly surprised. If you want low cost and clean then book here.

It is close to so many amenities

A few lightbulbs were missing from the lamps. Fridge didn’t appear to work and window needed washing badly. Other than that pretty standard fare for a budget motel

We got clean beds and were happy the staff opened up as we had checked in closer to midnight. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice

Its dirty and dated. Carpet is from the 80s, walls all need a good wipe. The price they charge is unreasonable for the condition of this place. They dont mention anything about Housekeeping only coming every 3 days even though your only staying 2 nights. Charging $100 a night for a dirty room that stunk of old darts and their not even decent enough to make the bed and swap some towels.... explains why theyre the only place in town with available rooms. No key cards or key, just some 12 digit code you need to remeber to have written down in your pocket at all times.

We had a toilet leak in our room that had a cup underneath it to catch the water. It overflowed a couple of times. We also had to call to get clean towels our second morning became no one had been by to clean.

The staff who checked us in used key to open our door 5min after we check in and apologized for thinking the room is empty...stranger knocked on the door and left in the middle of night...I'll leave out the cleanliness of the room because of how much I paid.

For the price it’s a good hotel, didn’t like the idea of having to put in a code to open the room door.

Right next to Tim Horton's and convenient along the north service road. There is a code to open the door, no keys. The room was a little dark.

I’ve stayed before and it’s been good, last stay the room was a bit dirty.

The room itself smelt like a dorm room (musty) and the carpet was covered in sand. Likely needed to be vacuumed better and carpet might need to be washed or replaced based on the stains on it. But the towels, sheets and bathroom were clean.

No phone for help ,to cold inside even i turns on heat on full , be carefull i have video very tight washroom even not open washroon door properly

You get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed at better hotels for the same price. Beds are rock solid. Pillows are flat. Like hospital pillow-flat. Cobwebs on the ceiling. No toilet roll holder so the toilet paper had to sit on the tub. Only one full sized towel provided for two travellers, and the rest were hand towels and a few wash cloths. The tub doesn’t drain to the point you are ankle deep in drainage water before the end of a shower. The front desk guy was nice enough to give us another pillow and towel, but the issue with the tub wasn’t corrected. The beds weren’t made between days as well, but I’m not sure if that’s a policy or not. The only thing I can say that was nice was the room was warm and quiet, except for when the neighbours started screaming bloody murder and the cops arrived. Never again unfortunately.

Checked in to room the room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Had to change rooms wife is allergic to cigarette smoke.

I went here to sleep for eight hours before heading back to Edmonton, and the motel was very clean and quiet. It was perfect for what I needed.

There was a big hole in the carpet and the heat barely worked. There also seems to be a shortage of towels there, judging by me experience and some of the other comments. Hopefully the rooms are being or will be renovated soon.

This motel had great service and great location right of the highway for someone looking to stay for a night after a long drive. The issue was both “Double Beds” were not the same in our room with one being much nicer then the other. The toilet in the washroom was not able to used with the door closed unless you stepped in the bathtub to shut the door. Our door didn’t lock and there was a bag over the smoke alarm. Besides that it was great stay.

A bit dated but very clean and comfortable, budget friendly and totally worth it, only thing is they shut the heat off so it took a bit to warm the room up but other then that very happy, will be staying here in the future for sure

We arrived in the middle of the night no one was at the desk and doors were locked. Rang the bell and called the phone number to no avail

Door to room was not locked when checked in. Could barely lock from inside room. Felt unsafe.

Although room was not updated it was clean and spacious. Very good bed. Quiet.

Very helpful friendly, we stayed going on our trip coming home we were to stay somewhere else but i changed and stayed at skyview again . Great place to find righr off the highway . We will be back again.

Very friendly staff at the front counter. Needs work in the bathroom. The room and bathroom was clean, just needs new fixtures. Comfortable bed. Good for a cheap stay in Swift Current for a night.

Everything was fine, i just needed a place to sleep. Got there by 10 pm and left by 730 am. Didnt need bells and whistles. The gentleman who registered me was very friendly. Only complaint and not really was the next door person having a shower. They woke me, sounded like it was in my room lol

Clean with easy access

The Motel was clean, easy front of room parking, conveniently located off the highway and Inexpensive. One downside was the washrooms were small, just the tub, toilet then a wall. But for an overnight stay it worked.

The owner was very quick to respond to a request on the reservation and gave me a hassle free check-in. The room was great, spacious w everything we needed and at a very reasonable price. Will stay again next time we are passing through.

Cheaper than others , but service was unsatisfactory

The facility is dated and needs an upgrade. I would probably go back if the room rate was 1/2 price. I feel bad for the owners as you can plainly see that there is not revenue to upgrade. And lots of competition as well. Would I go back? Only if I paid less.

Very basic room but served it's purpose. We needed a stop to sleep making a trip from out west back home. Room was dated, but everything was clean and tidy. Room included a bed, television, coffee maker, mini fridge. Bathroom was small, and the sink was outside the room, which was a bit odd, but was functionable. If you're looking for a somewhere for a night at a very reasonable cost, this is a good choice.

Excellent stay at a very reasonable price. Rooms spacious and clean. Only comment we only had 2 pillows. I am sure motel would have provided 2 more but it was late and didn’t want to bother staff. Bed very comfortable and clean. Would certainly stay there again

Great rates for a quick stay in town

Good location for a 1-2 day business trip off the Trans Canada #1 highway. Cheap rate, clean, comfortable bed, cable tv, free wifi, restaurants nearby. Building is older and shows its age however no complaints about the stay given the very affordable rate and basic comforts which is all I was looking for!

It was a nice place to stay for a night or two. Clean and spacious room. There was only 1 little shampoo bottle, so need to bring own shampoo/conditioner. I would definitely stay again for the night if passing through.

Perfect bed but pillows too soft and air conditioning wouldn't stay on all night.
