Great little hotel in the heart of the Sisli area, which has shops and many conviences in walkable distance. Metro is about a 15min walk and leads you all over the city.

The hotel looks old but the room was clean. The staff was great and very accomodating. They even upgraded my room to a larger one without additional fee when I complained about my original room being too small. The AC worked fine.They only thing I didn't like is the bathroom being so small. Overall nice hotel.

Close to the mall and most transportation . The shower in all the rooms has no doors. Other than that everything was good

It is an old building and lobi area was under renovation during my stay but staff extremely good olite and helpful.

The place was suitable for the price offered. Moreover; its location is perfect for tourist and walkable distance from big mall called Cevahir Shopping Mall.

It wasn't clean enough and the floor was dirty.

One day in Istanbul

Nice location,metro is only 6min walk from the hotel.In fact the hotel rooms look better than on the photos.Both guys at the reception were very kind and polite.

The staff was nice, but the whole room smelled like cigarettes.

I could not sleep at night as i was scratcking my whole body due to either bug or spider infestation.

It was a nightmare please don’t waste your money here you can find far better places around this area for same price or less.

Value for Money

I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated. I was exhausted. My room was very spacious and had a little balcony. The location is great. The room needs new wallpaper and maybe a chair. But it's perfectly fine.

We were not so happy because of a bug we found on the bed! But otherwise the place is acceptable.So we had to check out unfortunately

Disappointing stay

I didn't expect much when i booked the hotel but I was still disappointed from the first night. The bathroom smells bad and the room stinks of smoke eventhough i specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The room is smaller than the size they specified online and the bed mattress is very hard and was uncomfortable for the neck and back.

Oda biraz küçük ama konforlu ve rahattı. Banyodaki duş çok kullanışsızdı sadece, banyo maalesef çok ıslanıyordu. Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve yardımsever. Konum olarak da çok merkezi.

Spend 6 night here. Staff are very nice and some are funny. Breakfast is very good. Very clean place and modern. Very quiet hotel and area. Great location as it is near Trump tower, the Mall, Taksim and other land marks. Easy access to buses, Metro, and Taxis. The price is right. Will most definitely stay here again.

Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temizdi. Kliması gayet iyi çalışıyordu ve odamız 4. Katta olmasına rağmen su gayet tazyikliydi. Odaya bir kaç bakım ile çok daha iyi olabilir. Mesela banyonun duş kısmına bir mermer konulup suyun dışarı çıkması engellenebilir. Taharet muslukları yenilenip daha iyi hale getirilebilir. 1 komodin ve 1 abajur yine çok daha iyi bir hale getirebilir odayı.

Ich habe schon vorort per chat einer Mitarbeiterin von expedia mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft ne Katastrophe in sachen sauberkeit gewesen ist. Die Dame meinte sie versucht dort anzurufen und es zu klären. Was daraus geworden ist weiß ich nicht da ich aus dem chat geworfen wurde

Sentral og god beliggenhet. Kort avstand til restauranter, servedigheter og attraksjoner. Veldig trygt og rolig område. Anbefales!

Le lit de couple était 2 lit simple coller très désagréable, Et la salle de bain la douche n’avait pas de porte du coup il y avait de l’eau de partout.

the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped quickly if you needed anything. They were easy to order cleaning. but there was a lot of noise even at night. djud went through the walls for example if a neighbor were to unlock his door could be heard very well. it was an affordable hotel right in the center with good access to train, bus, restaurant, shops etc.

Otelin konumu çok iyi ancak f/p olarak bile vasat. Yataklar inanılmaz rahatsız ve çok pis. Tuvaletlerde duşakabin yok. Gerçekten anlatamayacağım derecede bir konforsuzluk tecrübe ettim maalesef.

Ok hotel

Hotel is ok, situated in sideroad so it was silent. Just check fire escape routes when you visit here as (at least) in Fourth floor there was a blockage that reduced scoring.

Resepsiyona geldiğimde görevli arkadaş ve onun arkadaşları alkol tüketiyordu ve odam ilk katta olduğu için uzun süre onların yüksek ses ile konuşmalarını duymak zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca oda yeterince temizlenmemiş ve mini buzdolabı yoktu

Nobody is guarding the Hotel. So everybody could come to your room door. Everywhere hairs. Shower didnt work properly. And stains on the bed sheet.

Klostrofobik

Aradığınız wifi ve banyo ise kalabilirsiniz. Bunun dışında odada pencere dahi yok. Park yeri yok. Karşı otelin otoparkına yönlendiriyorlar. Orada da 170 TL talep ettiler. Arabada yatmak daha mantıklı.

Beklediğimin Altında

Resimlerde göründüğünden küçük bir odaydı. Havlu temiz değildi. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu. Konumu güzel, cevahir avm’ye yakın. Genel olarak beklediğimin altındaydı, yine de giriş ve çıkış işlemlerim sorunsuzdu.

Der manglede ikke noget i faciliteter

Simpelt værelse med de nødvendige faciliteter specielt var jeg glad for at der var et lille køleskab og rn elkedel. Det eneste var st der kunne ha været lidt bedre sæbe men til den lave pris en betydelig bedre standdart end eks i Berlin hbis man sammenligner priserne . Det er blot et sted at overnatte for et par.

Obwohl wir grössere Zimmer gebucht haben bekommen wir einen sehr kleinen Zimmer. Würde es nie wieder buchen.

Tekrar tercih edilebilir

King yatak özellikle talep ettik ancak birleştirilmiş yataklı oda verildi, defalarca araya düştük. Late check out için 14:00 rica ettiğimizde maximum 13:00’e kadar verebildiklerini personelin çıkacağını ilettiler, dünyanın hiçbir yerinde housekeeping personeli o saatte çıkmaz :)
