Staff was very friendly and nice!

Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. The room was spacious but lacked basic essential maintenance. There were stickers in the bathroom insecure with exposed wires, shower head was blocked so didn’t spray too well, multiple light bulbs not working lock on door was difficult to operate. Breakfast was just awful, on offer was - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles ( instant ones) with fried egg, tea or coffee.

Don't book room from this hotel

We can't recommend this hotel to anybody. We were supposed to stay in this hotel for few nights but only stayed for one night, because of the poor rooms and no breakfast or any snacks available (we arrived late at the night). No kitchen/restaurant either. When we first entered into this hotel, we thought it was a wrong place because it looked so different from the photos on internet. When we got the room, the room itself was spacious, but the atmosphere was not good and it felt unsafe. The door was broken and we couldn't lock the room. So we needed to change the room, which they happily did. It was bigger suite, but that room was even filthier: towels were dirty, bathroom was filthy and there was bird's poop everywhere. The only nice thing in this place was small pool and enough friendly staff (two men), who helped us to have a taxi for another place to stay.

great stay!

Our stay here was comfortable and cozy. Nice and close to town to get in an out. A nice vegan restaurant down the street too. We enjoyed it :)

This is such a lovely place to stay. The setting is serene and quiet and the pool is beautiful - clean and cool. The suites are stylish and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast, while simple, is delicious and you can also order room service through the property which comes from a. The stand out here is the staff and how caring they are about their guests. I will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful place. Thank you Sindhu Mertha Suite for such an enjoyable stay.

Balinese oasis in hustle and bustle

A great spot just on the outskirts of Sanur town! Walking distance to the beach and town center. The people who run Sindhu Martha are absolutely gorgeous, attending to your every need. The pool is glorious and the rooms are clean. The whole facility feels very Balinese and local, which we absolutely loved. Will absolutely be returning to Sindhu Martha Suites. Terima Kasih

Great experience as always. Frequently stay here because of the great service and low price.

Terrible bed

Very nice and modern, unfortunately the bed was the worst I have ever encountered a thin hard mattress at floor level, we checked out after 1st night. Our further nights were not refunded so a very expensive night of no sleep. Shame, because every thing else was great.

Not close to the beach

Was a nice place only 10 suites ,pool was in the middle the room was really nice but the beds were very uncomfortable,the aircon was not working very well at all and had to be moved to a different room,the toilet leaked every time it was flushed.Breakfast was not good and needs to be improved,the staff were very good though

Lovely Staff

Hotel staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Suites were clean and tidy but bed mattress was uncomfortable. Quiet and quaint. Location, little removed from central Sanur.

Dirty and run down

This hotel was probably nice a long time ago but the room was very dirty and run down. There is also no real shower, just a handheld shower head in the bath.

New and very clean

The resort is new and very clean. The staff are awesome! Very nice and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The little pool area is very relaxing and the rooms are air-conditioned. The roofless shower was very cool and romantic! The only down side for us was the street noise at night time and the roosters in the nearby dwellings waking us up before the sun rose. This resort is a good 4 km walk to the main shops and also to the beach are. We didn't mind the walk at all but if it's a problem for you there are HEAPS of taxi drivers to get you around cheaply and safely. We would definitely stay here again!

A decent budget option

We stayed 2 nights here, our second being better than the first. The room on the top floor was not that great, bad functioning AC and shower tub. We were moved to one of the main floor rooms for the second night, which was a lot better! My recommend would be to request a room around the pool and then your stay will be great. Staff are helpful and made a nice omelette and fruit salad in the morning.

Quiet hotel

We just stayed here for an evening transiting home so didn't really explored the area. The hotel room we got, the family room, looked really nice but upon closer look wasn't so great with chipped furnishings, a dirty kettle, dirty light plates and the mattress for our third child sunk right to the floor when she slept on it. I think this hotel was really nice at one time but has not been kept up. The pool looked very inviting and was clean but we didn't have time to swim.

Q uiet and peaceful.

I prefer smaller resorts and this was perfect. It is reasonably close to shops and the beach. Lovely peaceful setting and rooms with pool views. The breakfast was basic but included in price. An improvement would be to provide an information folder about such things as ordering. breakfast, best route to the shops and beach, etc. As no information was offered at check-in I expected to find at least a basic information sheet. Overall very pleasant budget accommodation.

It's a good small hotel but it's a little way to the beach, restaurants and shops. Value for money and good staff. I'm going back in 3 weeks.

Best value for money!

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast in front of my room, next to the pool. (best fried rice in Bali) The location is not great but a taxi cost less than $2 to the centre. They also rent out bikes or scooters and offers tours to good rates. There is a laundry service and a little shop across the road.

good place to stay !

situated centrally the hotel is exotic and is like a piece of heaven , the staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool in the hotel is tempting , thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts here, but feel that the room cleanliness is not upto mark otherwise everything else was great !

Beautiful place, centrally located

Great hotel. Walking distance from everything. The staff was awesome. From tour guide to recommendations around town, the staff was highly knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely place...

The Hotel was a distance walk from the beach and a long way from all the Cafes, having said that, This is a nice place to stay if you are renting a bike to get around Sanur. Lovely and attentive service from all the staff. Would definately stay there again on my next visit.

Lovely place

Beautiful hotel, worth every penny.. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, good free breakfast. Close to Sanur "downtown" but still in the quiet neighborhood..

Cozy stay at Puri Sindhu

The stay at Puri Sindhu was a cozy one. It is a small-scaled hotel with only less than 10 units, so the pool was almost like a private one because it is usually quiet.

Bathroom amenities are just soap. No water nor coffee or tea the next day.

Der Innenhof mit Pool ist wunderschön. Die Anlage ist aber schon recht eng. Zum viel Zeit verbringen eher nicht geeignet. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Toilettenspülung ist ausgelaufen, die Reparatur hat 5 Tage gedauert. Wir konnten diese Toilette nicht nutzen ohne jedesmal das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Die zweite Toilette unseres Familienzimmers lief auch etwas. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, Dinge und Klamotten zu verstauen. Frühstück war bei uns inklusive: Omelett, Toast, Obst, Getränk. Gut. Viel mehr Auswahl gab es allerdings nicht. Als Familienzimmer war es mit Küche beschrieben. Die Küche ist da, allerdings sind die Schränke leer, kein Geschirr, keine Töpfe, etc... . Geschirr haben wir zwar immer auf Anfrage bekommen und es wurde benutzt wieder mitgenommen, aber die Küche als solche haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Personal hat uns auch mit Guides, Transfer und Tipps geholfen und war stets verfügbar und freundlich.

Good

Hotel comfortable to sleep, nicely decorated room but the whole complex is just a small yard with a small pool, around which are glazed rooms. They have curtains, but to feel at ease there you need to have something of an exhibitionist. Very nice and helpful staff, and it's clean.

가성비 좋음

가성비로 봤을 때 괜찮앗어요 방도 넓고 대신 물이 약간 녹물이라 다음엔 필터 가져가야할것같아요 혼자 갓는데 수건이랑 물은 하나씩만 뭐서 뭐지? 했는데 그냥 잠만 잘려고 햇던거라 지낼만 했습니다

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft an sich sah toll und gemütlich aus, genau so auch der poolbereich . Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super da man von Sanur überall gut hin kam (mit dem Roller). Das Frühstück war lecker.

Kiva ja rauhallinen hotelli!

Viihtyisä, mukava ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Aamiainen tuodaan huoneen ulkopuolella olevalle pöydälle, tilauksesta n.5 min. on aamiainen katettu. Tulisin tähän hotelliin toistekin.

Dårligt

Halv beskidt, ikke rene håndklæder, dårlig morgenmad

Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück Einfach aber sehr lecker und inklusive. Schöner Pool und atmosphärisch angenehmer Außenbereich. Das Bad ist etwas dunkel und ohne Extras, aber sauber.

ミネラルウォーターの支給される物がはじめの３日だけで租の後は 全くない状態で言っても出なかった　　非常に不愉快な思いをした ここにわ２度と行かないと思う 又水道の出が悪いうえに錆びた色のある水だった 　

Hübsche kleine Anlage

Kleine, ruhige Anlage mit kleinem Pool in der Mitte. Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück eher einfach.

Très sympathique hotel avec une mention spéciale pour la discrétion et la disponibilite du personnel. Petit hotel charmant et très agréable. Un havre de paix et de quiétude dans la ville. Proximité de la plage et du centre ville donne un plus. Tres bon séjour et je recommande cet hotel.

この度8泊させていただきました。 プールの周りにぐるりとお部屋がある作りでとても雰囲気良いです♫ ◯良い点 ・お部屋のインテリアが1室づつ違いとてもお洒落。快適に過ごせる広さあります。 ・スタッフが親切でフレンドリー。 ・気の利くスタッフが数名いまして有料ですがいろんな場所へのトランスポートも快く引き受けてくださいました。サーフィンされる方には向いてない立地かと思われますがサーフガイドを雇うよりかなり安くつきとても助かりました。 ・部屋の前にプールがあるので水着に着替えてすぐプール遊び出来ます。 ・正面の扉はガラス張りで観音扉の様に開く作りなのでとても開放的。 ・各部屋の前にテーブルと椅子があり外でもくつろげます。 ・街まで歩いては遠いですがタクシーで200円もかからないぐらいでした。 ・すぐ近くにランドリーやマッサージ店、ワルンやレストラン、雑貨屋などあり、洗濯や飲食には困りませんでした。となりの店にビンタンや水、タバコなど毎日買いに行きました。 ・泊まり客は欧米人がほとんどで海外に居るーて気分に浸れます。 ・バスタブとシャワーが別なのでお湯ためなおさなくても良い。 ・ある日ホテルに戻ってきたらバスタオルでハートを型取りベッドに乗せてあって素敵な気分になりました。 心遣いが嬉しかった。 ◯悪い点 ・多分水道管が錆びてるのかと思いますがお風呂のお湯が茶色かった。 ・サービスの水を忘れがちだった。 が、言えばすぐ持ってきてくれました。 ・朝食付きでしたが今ひとつかな。 メニューから好きなのを選べます。 私はバナナパンケーキが気に入りました。 ・家具は化粧板の安い物を使われてました。が料金からしたら仕方ないかと。 静かで快適に過ごせ、トータルで評価するとかなりの高評価です！ ファミリールームがありますし、普通の部屋もカップル向きなのでファミリーやカップルにお勧め♫ 是非オススメしたいホテルです。

bon séjour hotel propre et calme le seule hic... le petit déjeuner. pris dehors avec table bancale et pas top au niveau gustatif. il devrait apporter plus de soin a leur petit déjeuner. Sinon personnel très sympa et disponible

Kleines Gästehaus 10 min vom Strand

Das Objekt liegt etwa 10-15 Geh Min. vom Strand Sanur entfernt und ist als Startpunkt geeignet(Max. 2-3Tage). Man sollte aber die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch ansetzen, die Bilder zeigen leider ein etwas aufgeschöntes Bild. Die Zimmer sind groß und nett eingerichtet, aber besonders das Bad war bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr "abgewohnt". Das Personal ist durchweg absolut freundlich und hilft wo es kann. Die Zimmer haben teilweise offene Duschen oder im Bad Fenster ohne Gitter/Glas = Wer Probleme mit Krabeltier hat, sollte lieber ein Hotel nehmen. Mit den richtigen Erwartungen kann man hier aber eine schöne Zeit verbringen.

プールを囲む形で平屋の部屋がありお洒落。 ライトアップがモダンで良い。コンビニまでは歩いて５分程度 従業員の人がフレンドリーであり、観光地へのプレゼンスも良かった。

Séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Personnel sympathique, les chambres sont très correctes avec un grand lit, du mobilier moderne, ne regardé pas la poussière sous le lit mais le reste est très correcte et pour le prix sa situation géographique est top vous êtes à 20min de la plage à pied et en 3 min à scooter
