I was hoping for the best. But this property is rundown and should be listed as a 2 stars the best. Do not stay in room 138. AC does not work and way too hot. I asked them to assist, but no one came to fix it. I had to sleep in a hot room. Nice to see from the outside, but the rooms are not worth the price. Terrible experience.

It's a nice hotel the carpet is a little old in my opinion. But everything else looks nice.

Chihuahua up and coming with dynamism a new food centric experience in the city to be welcome into this tag majal of property with an infinity pool with great view of this great city. The room in older side but very well cared for. Bar closes early but staff is amicable to allow you to close your business. In chihuahua this is one of the two top options for any travelers. Staff was flexible with policies on a per guess basis to satisfy your requirements and because it’s a culture of service at a high level that maintains this property

Lumpy pillows.

Lobby looks great, very inviting and updated. The service was okay. I would expect better from the looks and the pricing. Our room was average but the pillows were very worn and lumpy. The bathroom shower water had a very bad odor of sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed so it would not sell up the whole room.

The front desk personnel forgot to reserve a cab for us almost missed our flight

Dear Elizabeth, I hope this message finds you well. It was a pleasure speaking with you. As I mentioned during our conversation, the reason I booked for an extended stay was due to my grandfather's critical condition; I was unsure how long he would survive. Sadly, he passed away just an hour before our arrival, and we did not get to see him before his passing. My scheduled departure is Monday, July 29th, and I would like to request a cash refund. In past visits to Chihuahua, we have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time has been quite the opposite. The restaurant service has been poor. We had to call for service every time we needed something, such as salt, pepper, or more coffee. Additionally, the room was in very poor condition, and I have attached some pictures for your reference. As I mentioned to you, when I went to the bar to get a drink, I was met with unwelcoming stares. I stood at the bar, and nobody asked if I needed a drink or how they could help me. The young lady stared at me the entire time without asking for my order. Sergio, who claimed to take orders, is actually responsible for seating guests, not serving drinks. The bartender never addressed me or asked what I would like to order.

Need more clearness

It was not that clean.

Place is super clean and nice but staff is a bit rude especially when you don’t dress in suit and tie for breakfast.

First of all, this is not more than a 2-star hotel. The CONS: 1. The room for a King size bed is SMALL. 2. The towels are old and so worn. I would throw the towels out if they were in my house. Not only are they old but they only gave two towels— knowing that they are almost the size of hand towels. I give my dogs a bath with better towels. 2. The carpet is so filthy. I can see stains all over. I actually feel gross just walking on the carpet. 3. There is no mini fridge, just an empty space where it used to be. 4. No extra blanket or pillow in the closet where it SHOULD be. 5. The couch in the room also looks very dirty that I would not feel comfortable sitting in it. 6. I wasn’t even able to sleep because of the noisy guests next door. It was 4:30 am and I could not sleep. Staff did nothing. I even paid an extra $50 bucks for my pets to stay here as well— not even my dogs made so much noise like the guests next door. I will actually contact management about refunding me this $50 after paying $200 for a sleepless night. Thanks for nothing “Sheraton”.

good place to stay

I really enjoyed the convenience, parking, the pool, the restaurant, the breakfast options IN HOUSE, and the area the hotel was in. The only downside is the temperature of the rooms is not up to my standards.

Stayed in this hotel before this time we chose the Sheraton club, very quiet...

Arrived early, 10:30AM Still, the hotel allowed early check with sn upgraded pool view ( I was very happy) The breakfast buffer is open until 12:30 PM; very convenient.

La reserva no incluia desayuno y nunca me lo dijeron, las toallas del baño olían a húmedo y el servicio de Internet era pésimo, imposible trabajar en el hotel si estás de viaje de negocios

Great Breakfast every day. They don't have bathrobe any more, even in fifth floor.

Peoperty is an average hotel/lodge. Location of property is really good. However, carpet all around the property is really old and dirty and needs to be updated. Service was average and staff do the required but nothing more than that. The glass elevators are amazing and the layout of the lobby is very good and logical. Overall, I am not sure if I would stay again.

Hotel is dated, requires a large remodeling specially inside the rooms …. Several devices in the room inoperative….coffee maker, safe…difficult to get a taxi…

Excelente hotel

Very friendly very quiet. The hotel sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the city The rooms have extra large windows which make you feel as if you are sleeping outside whilst you are warm and cozy inside. The restaurant meals are fresh and delicious The front desk staff are extraordinary. Many speak English as if it were their first language

The hotel has downgraded, the room had a leak and the heater didn’t work. However both where fixed by the staff after some calls to the front desk. The issue that stressed me the most was that a stranger kept knocking on my bedroom door late at night. Although the front desk did send security sadly it did leave me with a scare and a security bitter taste of our stay.

although it is a really nice property, it needs to be remodeled, service in the lobbies is good but in the rooms area it lacks cleanliness, carpets are in bad condition

Great hotel. Excellent service, food and drinks.

Really like the area around the hotel, especially love how quiet it always is. The staff is kind and quick with help if needed.

So quiet place, comfortable room and bed.

The wifi was terrible, the gym was dirty, the sauna did not work, the hotel was very noisy with a wedding and neighbors were very loud. The hamburger I ordered at the restaurant was terrible and the bread was so old it crumbled as I bit into the burger. I will say the staff was very professional and courteous.

Have no water in the toilet for 3 days. Showers with problems in drains no ligths in hallways terrible

Very comfortable after a plane delay.

Pros: It is located in a good area. Cons: The property is very old, old rooms, broken and moldy bathrooms, and very expensive.

Beautiful view and is accessible to Highway. Staff were friendly and polite, but needs immediate improvement in bed sheets and towels.

I love the hotel. I have stayed several times here. However this time the pool was very dirty. I was sad since it is the best feature of the hotel. Not to mention it was summer and enjoying the pool was something I was looking forward to do.

This used to be a very nice property years ago. It shows some age and needs some attention on general areas.

everything was good

Price went higher than expected, the room was filthy and the room service was delayed for 1 hr twice I had to call them again to see if my order was taken care of but apparently they have forgotten about my order since they asked again what was ordered.

Everything I liked with the exception of climate room ac not working but I never reported to the staff.

Looks widely that is a property totaly unatended, care and cleanless, everithing looks very very old including towels, bed linnens and carpets, The very good thing is the restaurant. Personal are very nice

The bed was very uncomfortable and they were older and my back was hurting because it was caved in the middle. They wouldn't put bath mats in bathroom or wash rags. Had to check out and go elsewhere. Restroom got clogged as well and water would shoot out crazy as if there was air in lines. The food is the same all the time but the friendliness of the restaurant staff was great.

Really nice hotel but far from downtown and airport. The day we check in I only see two employees and they did our check in. But it was ok .

This is an old hotel that requires improvements. In its time, perhaps it was the best in Chihuahua, but today, even though it is clean, it is outdated.

I booked two rooms, but they gave me one on a separate floor for some reason. Since my mother is 81 yo and needs help, I requested to change my room to the same floor. I learned that the elevator would only allow you to go to your assigned floor; it was frustrating because I couldn't go to my mother's room. Also, the requested change took several hours; they told me I had to wait until the current guests were cleared, which was odd because the hotel was not fully occupied. Well, I can tolerate this. But then, in the middle of the night, I noticed that the heater wasn't working in both rooms, so I called reception, and they sent someone who told me that this was normal, that they usually close the heater because some guests wanted cold, but we are at the end of November (it was freezing). In the end, the guy spent about 25 minutes manually adjusting the heater, so it worked. I may be overreacting, but since my mother requires a lot of support, I expected to have at least a warm room or be able to be with her if she needed me. I booked two rooms, but they gave me one on a separate floor (1 and 2). My mother is 81 years old, and she was staying in a different room, so I requested to change mine to the same floor, it took several hours to get the change, eventhow the hotel looked okmost empty but they said that I have to wait until the current wests were cleared.

Hotel had an amazing breakfast Buffet that was reasonably priced.

Nice property, but some of the staff are not friendly and not honest, the bed sheets and towels are not white are gray, a least in my room, I paid for a room with Mountain View and I didn’t get it, my view was to the roof of the hotel. Buffet are ok.

Got a room above the party hall and next to the cleaning service laundry room, it was really noisy, went to front desk and requested a different room and the guy over there offered me to change the room for 20 dlls more per night, when I disagree, he told me that was what I had reserved. I didnt reserve there because of price, I like the hotel and use it often, but with this type of service certainly is time for a change. By the way, rooms need to be remodeled.

The common areas of the hotel are in good condition and modern, but the rooms are older and could use an update. The best part is the pool, which has an amazing view and good bar service. All in all a good hotel for the price.

The hotel is amazing very clean and the breakfast buffet was delish. The pool are is beautiful with spectacular views. The staff is wonderful.

The rooms are unfortunately old and run-down. The bathroom wasn't very clean; the towels and linen looked faded, worn out and spotty; water was leaking out of the bottom of the toilet; the air conditioning was dripping; the bedsheets threadbare. The amenities are virtually non-existent, and not even tissue paper was able. Also, I prepaid on Expedia and, upon check-in, the hotel didn't offer for me to leave an open voucher, so I couldn't charge anything to my room. On a more positive note, the staff was very friendly and breakfast is adequate.
