Best vacation we’ve ever taken. Serenity took care of everything. The people are amazing, the food was delicious, and the villas are outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much!! Narrissa was outstanding in everything she did for us. I was very sad to say goodbye to her! Food was excellent and so were the drinks that Ray made for us, his smile really brightens up your day!! We will definitely be back someday, but for now hope all staff take care they truly do work hard to take care of the guest and the ground's that part did not go unnoticed to me! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Most wonderful private room.

What an absolutely wonderful stay. Serenity is exactly what you get. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, the room was perfect for quality time with your loved ones. All the privacy you need. You can stay there all week and never leave. Just call your butler on your private phone. He it she will fulfill anything you desire. The best part is the room. Peaceful, quit and private. You very own plunge pool!! Outdoor bar and fridge. Shaded seating area. Hammock and day beds. Order food and drinks and you'll never have to leave. The food is well suited for any pallet. The menu can be modified to suit your needs.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Our butler McGregor was awesome.

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a fabulous boutique retreat, set in 80 acres and with a stunning beach. The staff and fantastic, so helpful, polite and welcoming. The suites are well proportioned and maintained. The butlers are professional and unassuming. All together a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to coming back.

Serenity is a wonderful luxury resort with amazing accommodations and fabulous food options at the restaurant on site. Full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner within the all inclusive resort. Very relaxing by the pool and beach cabanas across the street provide a beach getaway which was outstanding. I cannot say enough about Serenity! Truly a gem and we’ll go back again. Lastly, the staff were all wonderful and provide top shelf service, especially our butler McCarthy! Highly recommend this resort

Great resort

Very clean, beautiful, private location. 5 minute drive from the airport. Staff was super friendly and very tuned in to making your stay as best as it could be. Restaurant was easily a 5 star restaurant. Beach is within 100 yards of most rooms. Pool area is very beautiful though we spent most days on the beach. The butler service was next level, McGregor helped us set up all extra curriculars we wanted to do the day we got there and even booked us reservations at the restaurant every night.

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. They are in the top three. I have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

The staff at Serenity are phenomenal! So helpful, kind, and pleasing to interact with. Our sole issue is that we got bit up by bed bugs staying in our suit. We also missed a full day of our stay due to a flight change and the resort did not offer any comp or discount for us to make up the missed day.

Luxury lodging with Caribbean decor and private outdoor patio with pool, hammock, bar, lounge chairs - and room service!

Hands down best vacation I’ve been on! I came here for my honeymoon and it was abs amazing. So relaxing and the staff make it so much better. Just want to thank all of them, exp our butlers Mc Carty and Kimberly.

Beautiful, well appointed, villa style rooms with private pool and outdoor shower. Very romantic and private. One restaurant choice on property and the food is delicious but painfully, terribly slow, slow, slow.

Disappointed with our experience with the customer service during our honeymoon. Our butler was very nice but the reservations team which was handled through the parent property (Coconut Bay) was terrible. The beach in the area is not nice, so something to consider if you are coming for a beach vacation. The restaurant food was good and bar staff was friendly. I would not recommend location wise unless you are just wanting a quick drive from the airport. To do any other activities on the island, it is a fairly long taxi ride.

Serenity in St. Lucia is the definition of paradise. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every second of it.

If you are looking for a place that provides five star + service and need to relax in quiet luxury, there is no place on earth for suited than Serenity Resort. Incredibly clean with the best service and food I’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive. We will definitely be back!

Staff were incredibly helpful. Food was very good. Just everything a bit slow but that is the Caribbean for you. The resort is in two parts. Serenity is slightly apart from Coconut Bay. Serenity is as it names suggest and Coconut Bay for families with lots for the kids to do. Really enjoyed it.

The entire experience was amazing. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. The pool was relaxing. The beach was relaxing. Amazing.

This place was absolutely amazing. They made our honeymoon incredible. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. I’ve never smiled and had such a fun and relaxing time in my entire life. We are already planning our next trip and we will be coming back!

Very dissatisfied with butler service. Butlers never called to check on needs. Butlers did not restock minibar until asked (I had to walk to the bar for simple things like water). For the price paid, I expected a lot more from the butler service. At times, Butlers seemed annoyed when we did ask for something. Will not return as Butler service was not as described. Too many incidents with Butlers to name in this review. Housekeeping was subpar as well.

Words do not do it justice!!!! Amazing!

This trip was the best I have ever had. And we take trips every year. First of all the property and suites are top notch. Beautiful, spacious, and simply amazing. You get a butler who will do ANYTHING for you. All you do is call him on the phone and they come right away to fulfill your request. Our butler was mostly Anias and Nerissa. I cannot say enough about them. They were always there with a smile ready and willing to make our stay the most enjoyable ever. And they did just that! The whole staff, for the matter was always just so happy and willing to please us. Nobody—not one person—had a bad attitude about anything. I was astounded. Everything here is included in the price. Top shelf liquor, food, cabanas, and you get access to the coconut bay resort just a 2 minute walk away which has more of a lively going on and also had kids there. So it was nice to be able to retreat to our secluded hotel when we got tired of the kids and noise and debauchery of coconut bay. They also have beautiful beach cabanas included in the cost which you MUST do. Don, the hotel manager, was there to greet us when we arrived. And he was so pleasant and concerned with our happiness the entire trip. Really nice guy. I’ve never had a hotel general manager greet me upon arrival. Hell, I’ve never met a hotel general manager before. You will not be at all disappointed with this place. We will certainly be coming back soon.

Everything was so well maintained. The staff was more than helpful with everything from checking in, what places to go see, where to eat etc. A lot of the different activities to do in St. Lucia are included in the all-inclusive package which is great. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to go back!

Loved the entire atmosphere. The staff was great, especially Alden, Donna d, daise, Gregg, lee and Linus. The GM Michael Smith was very friendly and we had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and plan on getting a group together to go next year.

My husband and I truly enjoyed this resort. Because it was a smaller resort, the staff honestly treated us like family. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The amenities were in excellent condition. The food was amazing. We will be going back to Serenity next year without a doubt!

The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our own suites with plunge pools truly make this a rare treat, yet the guest pool and hot tub is great too. We ate at Serenity's restaurant every night despite having other options available. Try the octopus starter! So good!

Quiet. Great staff. No waiting for chairs at pool.

Excellent staff, service, and amenities - but rather significantly marred by loud music insistently and continuously played over the central pool area. We have no quarrel with background music, but the type of music (not Caribbean-inflected, or jazz, or but essentially rock 'n roll) and its volume seem more appropriate for a Sandals or Club Med than a high-end, adults-only resort with the name of "Serenity".

Coconut Bay is Great - BUT, Serenity is OUTSTANDING!! Our Villa, service, food and overall experience was spectacular!! Mike Smith who oversees the whole operation is totally hands-on and awesome in making a vacation of a lifetime. AND, for Us Animal Lovers - this Resort totally about taking care of our furry friends! They have a petting zoo on property & Mike brings food daily for sick Dogs. I cried when we left as thinking BEST RESORT EVER & downhill after! Hope to bring in the New Year again (2020)- what a great party we had!!!

Great place for a couple celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary. It’s located far away from activities though so plan to stay on the resort. I can’t say enough about the staff. They give you world class service. I’ve never experienced better service.

Everything was fantastic. The facility is nice and new. Great good, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Nice property but way overpriced. Staff is very friendly. These are 3-$400 dollar a night rooms...not $900-$1200. Beach access is poor as the physical location on the island has the beach littered in seaweed before noon every morning. If your looking for the classic clear blue warm water that the Caribbean is known for...this is not the place.

The hotel could have offered more activities. Several times housekeeping forgot to restock washcloths and toilet paper. Everybody from the ground keepers, bartenders, wait staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunches, dinners and bar snacks and drinks were all delicious and in endless supply. The manager at Serenity, Michael Smith was always available for any assistance or information you needed. The Travelocity website needs to correct the phone and fax numbers they have listed. Both are the same and are, unfortunately, the number for the fax. We tried calling your company to get the phone number and after 22 minutes of waiting, we finally hung up.

Serenity - Comfortable and relaxing

Great hotel with fabulous food and privacy. 5 minutes from the airport which is nice. The beach is only as it is on the Atlantic side of the island and it is pretty rough and windy but if you are into kite surfing this is a great spot. Theh pool area is quite nice and relaxing and the rooms have a private plunge pool. Super staff, Chef Eric was excellent and often came out to chat and check up on how we were enjoying the dishes. Jerk hut at Coconut Bay was also pretty good!

Sweet serenity found

The hotel is very beautiful, food was top shelf. Roonm service was best we. Have ever had. All amenities are new and kept up beautifully. Service was some of the best on the island. Very strongly recommended for couples looking for serenity with amazing food

Excellent and relaxing

Starting with checking in (with Roshell, our butler, and following champagne ( a breeze) the next 5 days were amazing and restful. Needed that to celebrate my retirement. Villas are spacious, pool and grounds, inviting. Food (chef eric) excellent. Although I suggest some extra specials in the menu. Staff. Very attentive. Would like to mention special knowlegment to Gina (restaurant) and Kay from the bar, Only one suggestion to management. Since the name is Serenity, music at the pool should be off during the day, until evening. Or quite music for more peaceful time.

Complete Serenity

We had a fabulous time during our honeymoon here. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. They handled every situation with professionalism- including when we locked ourselves out of our room! The room, poolside, beach and everything was absolutely beautiful. My favorite experience was having our butler bring us our breakfast order to our private backside cabana which he had reserved and set up for us. This was absolutely a pinacle luxury for us!

Great lodgings near surf and resort amenities

We woke up every morning in a private clean suite set amongst beautiful gardens and had choices of where to eat or where or how spend your day. The staff in particular the butlers were very professional and helpful. They made you feel welcome and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The Great House is a class 1 restaurant within a few minutes walk from our suite. We spent two wonderful days in a Serenity cabana on the beach. Staff provided everything we needed. Special mention to Gregg, Dez, room cleaning staff Rosie and Patrice and Gabriel at the pool bar. The Serenity pool and area was wonderful area to hang out and it never felt crowded or busy. Very quiet and relaxing. Long wonderful walks on a hard sand beach.

Wonderful vacation

From check in til check out my husband and I were treated wonderfully. The staff at Serenity are friendly and personable. Our butlers, Tony and Rochelle went over and above. They took care of everything we requested or needed, and especially went all out to make my husbands birthday a special night. We look forward to going back!
