Stayed here many times. Recommend.

On the website, it shows that there is a view from the windows, but there was no view whatsoever. All we could see was the building right next to us. It was very misleading for us to see . Also the email that they sent with all the information to get a key to the room was not right. I was very confused with the check-in process. Wish that there was an easy process when we checked in.

Great stay!

Great view, great location!

Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room.

Checkin was difficult and I was not given proper instructions or information as to the checkin procedure.

The condo was great and in a good location however the self check in system was very confusing and very frustrating, not a good start to our holiday. It would be better to have a person at reception to check you in

DON'T Pass This One Up!

Every Room has a Marina/Bay View with Condo amenities such as big frig, kitchen sink and microwave not to mention the washer and dryer. The room was spotless! The bathroom was WONDERFUL! Wash and Soak after a Nice walk on the Board Walk to American Village or not... Check-in was a challenge but, a front desk staff ANGEL, assisted and made the process easier. Great staff for a reduced rate. SUSHI right down the street!

This place was amazing! In walking distance to American Village and other dinning and shopping areas. I highly recommend this property if others are not available to stay during your stay.

Sign in was difficult. It representative was very helpful however a hotel guest helped us sign in. They wanted American passports or any passports but we live local. We just testing the area for our relatives who are coming to visit confirmation numbers did not work. Expedia numbers did not work a few touch up.

The have stayed here two different occasions. I love staying here and they always help me. I needed a special recipe once because of my travel voucher for work and they made one for me.

Great for the few days we needed a place to stay. Would have liked a second pillow but other than that it was comfortable. Check in was a bit of a hassle but it worked in the end

I loved the japanese style type of room! First timer for me. Although checking in was a bit difficult as the tablets placed on the first floor were not working properly. Other than that great room! I would come back here again!

Great location, is close to stores and restaurants. It’s clean and cozy. First I got a Japanese style room and wasn’t happy, but the change my room and it was great.

Reasonable price. Killer view and walking distance to a few restaurants and a Family Mart. Worked out well for our short term stay.

I liked it because it has everything. I would have liked there to be a swimming pool or Yakuzzi.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Grocery store is a 1 minute walk along with several restaurants. We had a nice panoramic view of the Saturday fireworks over the harbor and the AV lights made for a beautiful view all together. We didn’t have a rental car so location was great, 15 min walk to AV or to Sunabe Seawall. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay again, but not luxurious.

Location is great: walking distance to the Sunabe Seawall and American Village. A convenience store and a small grocery store are within 50 meters of the Seaside Condo Rana Chatan. Parking is under the building and is tight, but is free and manageable. It is very easy to get to Route 58, a main north-south artery. Negatives: After reserving the SCRC, we received an email from the managers, asking us a questionnaire (nationality, DOB, so on) and asking us to not only photo and upload our passport page, but then also photo and upload ourselves. Of course there were troubles with this, and I found it inconvenient. Then on arrival, we had to use a machine in the lobby (unmanned lobby, no one ever there) to do the EXACT same painful procedure. This "automated" check-in process was inconvenient and unpleasant. The two bedrooms, located downstairs along with a toilet and sink, are small and have no dresser or TV. The beds are certainly not luxurious, but are comfortable. Upstairs is the living area with TV, couch, and table, along with a dining table and a small kitchen. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook bacon and eggs and that sort of stuff. I recommend the SCRC buy a toaster. There is no coffee maker, but use the hot water heater to boil water with coffee bags or buy individual drip coffee filters at the grocery store. A very nice deck, fantastic view, but the tub is not jetted nor a "hot tub." It is only a round bathtub. Nice, but not luxurious in any way.

Nice Stay

We really had a good stay here. It was clean and we had plenty of room. It was easy to find and easy to get around the area and we never had any issues. A grocery store was right across the street, and several places to eat are nearby as well as convenience stores. We really could not ask for anything more. If we had one criticism it would be the beds were just a little stiff but that was a very minor issue to us. Great stay.

I like about the free parking, nice top floor penthouse view of the surrounding as well as the quiet and nice bedrooms. In addition i can see the beautiful sunset What i don't like about is the whole house will be very hot during the afternoon when sun's ray comes into yhe house.

Amazing hotel within walking distance of American village and the staff spoke great English. I left money on the table by mistake and they called me to pick it up!! Couldn’t recommend it more.

Very noisy. Property is located right along Route 58. Every night a gang of mote bikers will ride by this route a few times. Especially on weekends. Without the noise, this is a nice property though. I was told that property comes with a washing machine and dryer, therefore no change of towel at all. Everything else its a nice property with many restaurants locating nearby.

I like the location of the condominium, it is near a grocery store and other food places.

I made this trip solo and I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness. My checking was smooth, my room was very clean and safe. I am very picky but I was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect for me because I scuba and the shore dive was about 5 minutes by car. The American village was also within an 5 min drive. You could walk but I did not. There is parking but it is limited and first come first serve but the weekend I went, there were plenty of spaces available. The wifi was fast and dependable. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided although I bring my own. Everything worked and was very tidy and seemed to be relatively new or in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with dishes foil, and saran wrap. It was very quiet and peaceful. The guests that I ran into were also very peaceful. I have no complaints about my stay here. It was great. This will be my new primary stay when in okinawa.

Centralized with free parking

The location of the place was perfect with a lot of places to eat and drink. The room itself is great with all of the appliances. All you need is to buy food and it is just like living in an apt.

Very clean, modern, great view, awesome view, walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and American town mall. I’ve stayed for n several hotels around Chatan, this is the best value. Truly a hidden gem!

Not happy

Upon booking, the picture on the confirmation showed bigger balcony with jacuzzi. Actual room given was with smaller balcony and no jacuzzi.

Nice condominium in an easily accessible part of town. I will definitely stay there in the future during my business trips.

Loved the STAFF! Bi-lingual really helped me!

The staff was awesome, helpful and bi-lingual. They helped me with learning a few Japanese words, which I am finding VERY useful around town!

There were a lot of rules for it being a hotel. They'll charge you for everything includng extra towels or having any guests over. Would not recomend to anyone.

Cannot find the hotel by GPS Good location next to 24 hours Family Mart, KFC and Niodle restaurant

New hotel, excellent facility!

Great new place that opened in Aug 2017. Supermarkets and Noodle shops are literally 2 minute walk! Super super convenient, even more convenient than Hilton and some other resorts tucked inside the beach front complex. Only downside: it is by a main road so it could be noisy at night, but not really that bad.

綺麗にしてあったので、何も不満がなく泊まれました。

沖縄にはよくいきますが、ホテルはラナ北谷に決めています。 海に面したお部屋は広くて清潔で、毎回とても快適に過ごすことができます。

아메빌에서 거리는 좀있지만 걸을만한거리였고 숙소든처에 패밀리마트,돈키호테보다 더저렴한 드럭스토어,스시로,kfc, 코메다,우동집등 식당들이 참 많아서 아주만족스러웠습니다 텔레비전에서 유튜브및 넷플릭스도되고 세탁기에 건조기까지 ! 여느호텔과 달리 일본가정집 체험하는거 같아 아이들도 좋아했습니다

住宿的部分整體來說是很好的，CHECK IN的部分對外國遊客來說比較複雜一點，需要花點時間去完成。

너무 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은곳...별하나는 아침에 비행기소리에 일어나야합니다...ㅎㅎ

깨끗하고 넓은 편안한 레지던스 입니다. 아메리칸 빌리지와 자탄 주변을 두루 다닐 수 있는 위치에 세심함이 돋보이는 숙소 입니다. 다만 셀프체크인이 조금 어려우신 분들도 계실건데, 친절한 직원이 내부에 상주하는 것으로 보이니 안심하세요. 가족 단위로 오시면 좋을 것 같아요.

良いところ チェックイン・アウトの手軽さ・綺麗 洗濯，乾燥が共同では無い所・立地の良さ 買い物に困らない。 残念な所 深夜帯のバイク音3日連続して走ってるからほぼ毎日だと思う。

6階以上なら眺望大満足

高層階指定でしたが、目の前に電柱は残念でした もう一階上の階なら文句なく満点 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました

American Village ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schöne Ferienwohnung im japanischen Stil, sehr sauber.

入住手續稍微複雜

チェックインアウトの時間だけでも常駐スタッフがいてくれると手続きが安心できるなと思いました！ビデオ電話の相手が日本語不慣れそうでしたので💦 もう慣れたのでまた利用したいです❗️

施設も綺麗で、近隣に飲食店も多く、すごく充実したまた、楽しい旅行となりました。

鍵の取り方が面倒でした

環境，住宿設施都很好，周圍配套也很方便，如便利店，餐廳都在10分鐘路程內。只是停車場有點窄小。

ビュッフェはおいしかったですが、朝食が洋食以外は品数が少し少ないさかったです。

設備が整っており、過ごしやすかった。

拉開窗簾就是美景

除了停車位有點小以外，其他的都很好，景觀超美無可挑剔。 房間內可簡單料理，可先去購買簡單食材來這裡料理，但是不是和太複雜，會因為油煙味道影響晚上睡眠。

1. 넓고 깔끔 2. 뷰 좋음 3. 인근 상권 좋음(이온몰 이용시 차로 5분) 1.무인 체크인인데, 락박스 정보가 어떻게 받는지 안내가 없음. 채크인 시간까지 안옴. 다행히 프론트에 태블릿으로 직원 연결하여 확인 후 체크인 진행 2. 오전 9시 이후 미군 전투기 이륙 소리 들림. 연박시 불편할듯

Check in 比較困難

沖縄には年に4回ほど訪れますが、宿泊はラナ北谷と決めています。快適な居住空間、ロケーションも最高で近くにスーパーもあるので、とても便利です。スタッフの対応も細やかで、とても満足しています。

また是非宿泊したいですね。管理の方達皆親切で笑顔で応対して頂きました。ありがとうございました。

お家感があり、落ち着いて滞在でき良かったです。 美浜アメリカンビレッジまでも近く、周りにも沢山飲食店があり立地は最高でした。 また利用させて頂きたいです。

非常好的住宿，住的是海景房間，跟照片一樣，站在露台望見港灣景色，天氣好還可欣賞夕陽，交通方便，就在巴士站附近，不自駕也可到達，下次再到北谷還會考慮入住

アメリカンビレッジまで徒歩圏内で、宿泊中毎晩楽しみ尽くすことができました。 施設も全体的に清潔です。 ソファーベッド下の埃が目立ちましたので 若干星を減らしましたが、素晴らしい施設だと思います。また、機会があれば利用したいと思える施設です。

環境優美整潔度OK而且樓下有Family Market藥妝店，而且有很多食肆去美國村十分近！房間空間大，而且有洗衣機乾衣機同廚具👍

原本以為會是被安排在有兩面窗的房間，加上因為是視訊確認CHECK IN 可能會有一點溝通上問題

チェックイン、チェックアウトが早くできてよかった。部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。 駐車場無料で使えてよかったのですが場所がきまっていたらもっとよかったと思います。

とても良かったです。部屋数に対して無料駐車場が少ないのは不安要素になると思います。 ソファベットを併用するとスペースに余裕がなかったので荷物のやりくりに困ります、長期滞在には不向きかも。 チェックインはオンラインで通話しながら行いますがタイムラグがあるなど通話品質があまり高くなく聞き取りにくくて手間取りました。

한국어 가능한 스태프가 있었으면 해요~~~체크인시 애로점이 있었슴
