We book the Helios house, it was actually quite cozy inside and a very interesting interior layout design, Maria the person we were in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to requests and made a lot of things easy during our stay. Also a shoutout to one of the staff John for carrying our luggage in the literal pitch darkness.

First of all, Maria is he super this. She is very responsible to your needs. She booked our transportation for us quickly and they come on time. Her helper is also very dependable and help us carry our luggages to the taxi pickup place. The reason that I gave a low overall rating are: 1- We come in 2nd week of December and there were a lot of constructions going on. We stayed for 4 nights, there were constructions on our next door and above units. Lot of noises. Maria call the owners to complain but didn't help. 2- Donkey poo is all over the places. Smelly even in the cold weather! 3- There are lot of flyes and it is hard to keep them from getting inside the house 4- The sewage system is old. Our bathroom drainage is very slow when you take a shower. You can't flush down the toilet, you have to them in the basket. I guess we are spoiled in US!

We had an incredible stay at Santorini Paradise Cave! Maria and her team were fantastic, addressing even the smallest issues promptly and with care. Maria's responsiveness truly stood out. The location was also perfect, conveniently close to the center. I highly recommend it!

I really loved the cave house. Nice views. Nicely organized. Very clean. And very good communication with the management. Would totally go back to the same place again.

We stayed at Santorini Paradise - Sunset Cave for 2 nights. The location was convenient, and the space matched the listing photos. The room had the essentials we needed, though we couldn’t connect to the wifi at all during our stay. Communication with Maria was outstanding, she made sure that we were being looked after really well by her staff. They even provided us with some snacks and drinks, and the hot tub was a plus! Thanks Maria for being so accommodating, we had such a lovely time at the Sunset Cave!

Maria and her team were wonderful! Responded phone calls immediately. We appreciate the staff carrying our luggage to room! Food in fridge were more than enough. Most of all, the location is perfect. We enjoyed watching sunset at rooftop with the try Maria brought us! It is easy to go to any spectacular photo shoot spots!!!!!

Wow ! Great place to stay in Santorini ! Beautiful and well maintain place ! Fridge full of stuff to eat ! Goegeous terrace and grotta room with a lot of cachet. Jacuzzi Wow !

We had an amazing stay at Helios Cave House. Maria was the sweetest and brought us some wine and snacks at sunset. The location is just perfect. The best view of the sunset. We would definitely come back.

Our host Maria was very helpful and her stuff. The house was excellent : clean and very equipped. We enjoyed the cave experience living. The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed including food in the fridge. Maria even left us fresh figs from her own garden in the kitchen with lovely message . We strongly recommend the cave house and we would love to stay again at the S as me property.

Amazing Stay!

The stay here adds perfection to my experience in Santorini! The place is beautifully decorated, the room is well-equipped with all amenities. The jacuzzi beautifully set on the rooftop. The location is perfect. It situates right in the middle of Oia, with a private rooftop and an amazing sunset view directly in front of us! We originally booked an expensive restaurant nearby with sunset view but found that the most spectacular sunset view can be overlooked from our rooftop, away from the crowd! We decided to stay for the sunset. Maria, the host, even brought us wine and snacks. She was the best host we have ever met! She was so helpful and considerate. She arranged her staff to cary our luggages, prepared breakfast in our fridge, recommended us good restaurant and food. Truly appreciated everything she has done. Entirely exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended to all planning to stay in Oia!

The owner of the properth was a nice person, down to earth her helpers too. The property is very clean ,they clean it everyday. Its the perfect stay and view for sunset.

We heard that in Santorini we absolutely needed to stay in Oia. We were so grateful to find this gem. Sunset Studio Cave was exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay on the island, and Maria, the owner and hostess, went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The Cave layout is inviting and very comfortable. We relished the fantastic views of the Aegean Sea from the terrace, as these took our breath away not only at sunset, but over delightful morning coffee as well. This place was paradise, and we were so overjoyed to be right in the middle of all of the action. Restaurants, cafes and a plethora of shops are just mere steps away. Thank you Maria for such a fabulous experience. We can’t wait to come back and visit this summer!

Super lovely staff. The owner of the property is incredibly responsive compared to other hotels and tries really hard to make sure you have a great time!

Beautiful view - fun experience!

A unique experience to stay in a cave house. The location and the view were beautiful! It is recommended that you contact the owner to arrange transportation, do that! Getting to the cave houses is tricky, but worth it!

So i got the sunset cavehouse....this cave house is almost 200 years old...there is no view from the house but if u go up the stairs and into the terrace you can see a beautiful sunset.

Our experience at Santorini Paradice, Helios, was magical! Maria, our hostess, could not have been more gracious, informative, and helpful. Helios is a 'cave home' where every single detail has been thought of. It is charming and beautiful! The views are incredible and every sun set at our roof top terrace was magical! We could not have had a more PERFECT experience than what we had. WE THANK MARIA for having such a haven for folks who want to breathe in the majesty and beauty of Oia in Santorini! THANK YOU MARIA...we shall never forget our time at Helios and your gracious and wonderful hospitality. In our opinion, there isn't a better place in Santorini than Helios!!!!!!

Sunset views and great service

Perfect location in Oia with sunset views and 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop. Great service by Sunil, who brought a warm breakfast every morning and snacks in the afternoon. Clean place with hot water, heat/air conditioning, and a nice kitchen.

The villa is fantastic, with a great view and great interior. The service by Sunil and Maria was great. They arranged for everything.

Good choice to see the beautiful view of Oia

The view of the house is excellent and the staff is very helpful.

I would definitely go back and stay there. the owner is very co operative, listen to you and quickly resolve any problem. Well designed bathroom and wine cell, care taker is very helpfull, will try to help you fir everything, God bless both owner and worker, you will feel that you are at home with all the facilities.

y loved this place. It was actually a 2 bedroom cave apartment. Very different but wonderful. Sunhill was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Very, very well located. A beautiful sunset view from the rooftop terrace. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved this beautiful cave house. Much care went into the amenities, from tea and coffee, juice and wine, breakfast and snacks. Very convenient location and unbelievable view of the caldera. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I can’t wait to go back!

it was one of our most wonderful and relaxing holidays ever at Maria's cave appartement. Cozy, very clean and hospitable, excellent service, unobstraced sunset view from the terace!. We were offered appetizers and wine while watching the unique sunset! Maria herself was a great help for any information we needed. Thoroughly recommend staying there!

I did not like the service. There is no person from management available in area of the rooms. Could be more clean. Need some remodeling and improvements for that price!

We had a marvelous time at this property! Everything was so nicely organized and clean! The property is well located and also has a private Jacuzzi and a great area to relax on the rooftop. We really enjoyed our staying in the house. It's clean, cozy, beautiful and stylish. The view from the patio is breathtaking. Host is very well organized. Big thanks to Sunil who took care of us. He did really grear job, and made our stay amazing

In order for my kids to have a more memorable time in Santorini, I chose the Helios cave house instead of the nearby luxury resort where their cousins were vacationing at. The Helios house gave us a breathtaking view from the terrace and a way to swim at the hidden St. Nicholas beach in Ammoudi Bay. This unique house also provided comfort, personal services, and convenience of quick access to the Main Street (just walk out door). I hope to return again and relive this amazing time.

You have the sunset view

Maria is a great host. She is always there to make sure everything is up to what you want. She is bery hospitable and very accomodating. Place is great very spacious and close to everything

GREAT location and BEST service

From start to end, Maria and Sunil made sure everything was comfortable for me and my husband!! We stayed at the blue and White House and the room was beautifully decorated as shown in the picture! It also offers sunrise view if you can wake up early! Maria even offered us the Helium suite’s balcony twice (we missed the first night) for us to see Oia’s spectacular sunset (and even provided us with the wine and fruits!!) !!! There are plenty restaurants and sightseeings nearby! Thanks again Maria and Sunil for everything and I would not hesitate twice to recommend both of your rooms to anyone that visits Oia.

Awesome location and wonderful host

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the pink house in Oia. It was the perfect romantic getaway. Our host, Maria, was phenomenal, extremely helpful and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The location of the house is in the heart of Oia, making it a perfect base to explore or simply take in the amazing view from the terrace or rooftop. We will definitely be back!

Our expectations was higher. The three bedroom apartment only had one small bathroom.

Greet House with amazing views

I stayed in Greek House. This is not your typical hotel room. This is rustic cave house with separate entrance. The location is fantastic, stairs away from Main Street, close to many great restaurants and shops. It's located in the heart of Old town. The views are just mind blowing from patio. Patio is very cozy and has hot tub, which is very helpful and relaxing at the end of the day. The water is not very hot at all so one can plunge in it during the day too. Full equipped kitchen was very helpful as we fixed our own breakfast. The fridge was full with fruits, some vegetables, milk, juice, etc. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Greek house can sleep 4 people easily. There is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Double bed is in separate room. But this house is not for very tall people as ceiling in bathroom is quite low. Bathroom has amazing views and beautiful tiles. I usually stay in design hotels but in Santorini you must experience this rustic cave house.

It was like living in a storybook!

Maria was a wonderful host. Before our stay, she sent very detailed instructions for how to get to Oia and more importantly the meeting place for the hotel. It would have been impossible to find on our own. Her email also included a lot of useful tips on places to visit locally. When we arrived in Oia, Maria had one of her employees greet us and carry our luggage down many steps to the hotel. We were so thankful for that! Once we arrived, we met Maria, who gave us a tour of the place. She also offered to make recommendations on places to visit/eat and helped us get discounts and reservations at some of the places. She also had homemade snacks ready for us on our arrival, which was super sweet. I've raved a lot about the awesome hospitality that Maria offered, but the house is also amazing. It was spacious and super clean and had all the amenities we would need for our stay. The location is also perfect for watching both Santorini's sunsets *and* sunrises. Loved our stay and wish it could have been longer!

Excellent location, beautiful sunset. But the service is unstable. I will not stay again.

サントリーにパラダイスに宿泊し、年末年始の家族4人でのイアで滞在は素晴らしいものとなりました。 イアバスターミナルから歩いてすぐにつきます。まさに写真で見た白と青のサントリーニの景色の中心にあるような家（ホテル）です。カルデラ湾を一望できる素晴らしい景観を堪能でき大満足です。また有名なイアの夕日を部屋とバルコニーから望めとても素敵な環境です。 夕日を見るために多くの人が集まるイアの城塞まで徒歩30秒で、すぐに行くことができます。朝陽、夕日、夜景を家（ホテル）からもイア城塞からもいつでも堪能できます。白い家々、青い教会、風車、カルデラ湾の絶景に浸れました。 ホテルからお菓子、フルーツ、飲み物、ワインなどたくさんの贈り物があり、快適なホテルライフが過ごせました。部屋の上にある広いバルコニーで、いただいたワインを飲んでゆっくりしている時間は至福の時間です。 レストランも近くに多くある（冬は閉まっているところもありますが）ので素敵な景色を見ながら食事も楽しめました。 冬のサントリーニは18度ぐらいありとても暖かく、人もかなり少ないので観光シーズンとしておすすめです。 何度も連絡を取りやすい方法（電話、メールなど）でこまめに連絡をいただき、とても安心して訪問することができました。 お部屋もとても素敵に飾っていただき、とても素敵なサービスを提供してもらい感謝しております。 Mariaさんありがとうございます。
