Great property and wonderful service.

Exceptional

Excellent service, very friendly staff and except for some noisy neighbors the last night it was exceptional. Good breakfast with lots of assortments.

Staff were super helpful, informative and friendly. Staff on hand all the time to help you. Breakfast has lots of choice and is excellent! All day menu has plenty of choice and everything we had was excellent too. Great location and just across the road to watch the sunset. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has everything for a thoroughly relaxing stay - would, and will, recommend to anyone going to Santorini.

The location was great, room was clean, breakfast spread was enjoyable, staff were helpful with tips on things to do in Santorini.

Great service and excellent breakfast. Great location and walkable to Fira Square. Plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping. Downside is no WiFi in room but only on property so I was not able to connect to property WiFi the entire stay. The bed was a little lumpy and a bit old. The room was always clean after returning from our day out. Be warned that if you need WiFi to do your thing, you won’t get in room WiFi.

The staff here is wonderful! They gave very helpful tips for dining and activities. The included breakfast is amazing too!

The place is very clean and dining options are very good and very good breakfast.

My husband and I loved how easy it was to walk to the main town and transportation center. It was very easy to travel to Oia from Thira. We also liked how we did not have to haul our luggage—as their shuttle service was extremely easy to set up both upon arrival and departure.

Great hotel , super clean, great staff. It was our second time in the last few years staying at this hotel.Love it! My go to hotel in Santorini!

Service and staff were excellent. Jolynda at the front desk was outstanding. Very sweet and very helpful. Anthi, Nikos and Dimitri at the pool/Restaurant were awesome.

Perfect location in Fira! You can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the public bus to get to all of the beaches and Oia. The pool is fantastic and the morning breakfast buffet is everything you want. The staff is super helpful with arranging transfers if you need. Our room was just what we needed, a standard room, nice seating area outside and beautiful rain shower. But really in Fira you’re barely in the room.

Great location great stuff. Few things can be improved for the AC and the taxi service was not accurate.

It was on the canal and all the shops were close by

Santorini holiday

Me and my wife had a fantastic stay in Santorini palace, I booked a Superior room with sea view I was given Room 409 with a very spacious balcony with amazing view of sunrise. The hotel and our room is very clean like really spotless. The breakfast was also great with wide variety of selections. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful especially Gianni in the restaurant. The room cleaner I don’t know who but one time I forgot to locked the safe with our passport and my wallet in it. I only realised that I left it unlocked after we got in from a day out. When I checked it everything is intact including some of our cash / pocket money. We are really pleased with the honesty of the person who cleaned our room. The bell boy was also very helpful in carrying our luggage’s. The only negative I can say was the taxi that I booked from the hotel did not turn up, I ended getting an airport taxi which cost a bit more. But other than that our stay was fantastic!

The hotel was great! It faces the east side of the island where we could see the ocean and sunrise. It is close to all shops in Fira. It is accessible from the main road which made it is easier to get in and out with our rental car. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good too. We didn't use the pool but it's probably really nice in the summer. We certainly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the santorini palace. Hotel was beautiful although a bit like a maze. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting there

Perfect spot to walk and park your vehicle at. Fira is a 5 minute walk and it was clean, safe, staff was friendly.

We greView room which was gorgeous. The room was beautiful spotless clean and a really good size. The grounds of the hotel & pool are extremely clean. 10 minute walk to Fira & a 3 min walk to firostefini which had some lovely restaurants and amazing sunset view. Only negative about the hotel very noisy at 7am people banging doors & speaking very loudly outside the door. Also the pool bar won’t serve you fries on their own you must purchase a sandwich to get fries which made no sense.

12 nights of fabulousness in Santorini palace

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful hotel from start to finish , perfect location for everything ? Amazing views and the best sunsets . Room was clean and cleaned every day , we stayed 12 nights and we haven’t a bad word to say about this hotel all staff were lovely and made us feel very comfortable . Thank you for a great stay .

All staff members were very helpful and attentive of any needs we had. The location is perfect and gorgeous! There are many restaurants walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous swimming pool. They very kindly upgraded our room and also gifted a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday. Staff were terrific too, especially the Reception guy.

Great location, nice hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms. However, the pool was dirty. It stained my daughter swimsuit (yellow stains!!!) the service was average (waiters seem not to collect empty dishes), towels for the pool are old and not in great conditions. Breakfast buffet average

Place is beautiful! Love the convenience-so close to everything. Only criticism is hard hard beds and pillows!!

Loved my 4 night stay at the Santorini Palace. Great property, nice pool area, not over crowded, close walk to shops and restaurants and most of all a very helpful staff! I would stay there again.

We had an wonderful stay at Santorini Palace. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! The rooms were pretty and very clean and comfortable. The area itself is quiet, but it is a short walk to shops and restaurants so for us it was the perfect balance. Right across there is a lookout that offers a gorgeous view of sunset, away from the crowds! Will definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini!

We liked everything about the hotel. Concierge Christos was very helpful recommending us best places to visit and where to eat. Maria at the front desk-lovely and friendly And Luciano who helped us with the luggage. Rest of the staff were as great! Great location-in the middle of everything and easy to access

We were so impressed by the Santorini Palace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The amenities and service they provided was outstanding. We loved the outdoor pool and breakfast buffet. Parking was easy and the location was great. Lots of places to dine. We will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Santorini Palace was an absolutely amazing experience made even better by the hotel’s incredible staff, especially Christo at the desk who took the time to ensure our stay was perfect. There was never a concern about amenities or transportation, and most everybody at the hotel (and across Santorini) spoke and understood English. The room was upgraded at no charge, making our stay even more memorable. The hotel sits atop a hill so from our room we got an incredible view of the surrounding area and coastline — there’s nothing more romantic than a Santorini sunset. Thank you to Christo and the entire crew at Santorini Palace for making this trip so spectacular! We will definitely be making Santorini Palace our place to be going forward.

Nice place to stay Staff is wonderful and kind. Close to many things within walking distance

Beautiful, unique architecture, scenic location, helpful staff. Elegant place. Too many steps to the rooms. It was like a maze without proper arrows/ signs. Definitely not meant for the person who is not fit to walk up and down several times a day.

Santorini Palace is beautiful and the moment you step into the hotel you feel super relaxed. The pools and facilities are also very nice! The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Maria! She helped us make several dinner reservations by the caldera and arrange transport to the ferry port and the airport. We were also offered a free upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe room with sea view and private pool. We had an amazing stay here and would gladly come again!

Santorini Palace could improve with changes..

It’s a convenient hotel in Fira for location. But, a terrible smell from the rooms ( the drains) , terrible hard pillows, no breakfast service example: utensils, coffee nothing brought to table.. Wake up call was late..

This is an excellent place to stay in Santorini. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and our room was wonderful!

Property is beautiful and very traditional. There are lots of steps everywhere so probably not suitable for anyone needing access. Rooms were spacios and comfortable and we had a free upgrade to a junior suite which was lovely as there were 3 of us. Only major negative is the poolside menu which had incredibly restrictive menus for vegetarians. For instance there were no fries on offer. Fries only came with certain sandwiches. For vegetarians they only had cheese toasted sandwich (no fries with it) and they couldnt even add tomatoes/ salad or do it without the cheese!! We stayed here for 4nights and spent a fair amount of the day by the pool so the food became VERY VERY repetitive.

It was a great place to stay in an easily walkable location with a fantastic view. The pool area is spacious with lots of seating.

A trip of a lifetime.

The hotel is centrally located. A very clean hotel. Although its not on the caldera, a few steps across the parking lot, is the most amazing view point to see Fira Imerovigly and Oia in the distance. Impressive staff and amazing breakfast buffet.

We loved the breakfast buffet and the pool area. The location was perfect for us. It’s adjacent to the most famous and most photographed spot in Santorini! We would go there again!

Love the location, staff super warm and make us feel at home! Christos is awesome! he answer any question we had and gave us great recommendations to hang around. We loved the food and service at the restaurant. Love this place and would recommend to anyone for a fantastic relaxing time in Santorini!

Fantastic location! Very helpful with taxi and tours. Delicious daily breakfast and the staff in the pool bar area were awesome.

Highly recommended.I feel safe. Clean place.Lovely staff...Maria & all the gentlemen staff in the hotel were all kind and friendly. There is a lift which was very useful to oldies and people with knee problem like me. From Fira bus station….kinda bit walkable…good exercise specially in the morning…hahaha….we discovered that easy route on our 2nd day… Breakfast was good…although no rice….hahahaha… It could have been perfect if the pool water was heated…especially during Spring….hehehe…(sorry was used to heated pools on my holidays) Overall, Lovely hotel…Would go back here next time…

Really nice hotel with a great staff

The property was literally steps away from the 3 bells and 10 min walk from shops in Thira but to go anywhere it’s 30 euro car ride, so I would recommend renting a car or atv if your there for a few days

Clean luxury & friendly stuff

The property was situated with great views over the caldera and the rest of the island with a short walk. A great view of the sunset across the road and very close to the coastal path around the caldera. A 10 min walk into Fira centre and the central bus station and all the facilities of a holiday town. Nearby were pleasant tavernas in very easy reach. The windows are covered by external shutters which when the sun came up did not keep the light out, some thicker drapes would have helped. Would highly recommend

Excellent concierge service. They helped us book tours and made sure our cars found us in the lobby for pick up. Also beautiful views from the property! 10/10

walk to everything, view

It was a ok hotel that felt like you’re at a all inclusive. Property looked like it was a bit outdated. Our room view was also changed from what we booked and when you book it isn’t clear on the kind of sea view you get because they use stock images instead of real ones. We found this out when we arrived

First of all Faidra was exceptionly friendly, professional and helpful as was rest of reception staff. Need anything, just ask and she will provide. Will stay at Santorini Palace again. Enjoy!
