This stay was the best that I've had in any country that I have been to. One of my favorite parts about my stay was Kasjan. he was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again only if Kasjan comes back for the season. He really made our GUYS trip.

Excellent staff and a beautiful resort. Nothing is ever too much to ask of the staff. The service is second to none. A true 5 star accommodation. The resort is in excellent condition and really well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The grounds were so beautiful, the access, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, the food was great with so much choice, the pools were brilliant and this was the perfect choice for our wedding party to stay all in one place.

The hotel is a paradise and the staff are excellent, helpful, happy and courteous. Good parking and access to the beach with a lot of restaurant and bars near to the hotel. Victoria was very very nice! THANK YOU

Lovely hotel. We stayed in an exec suite with a shared private pool. Staff were great. Location is perfect 2mins walk to the beach and lots of amazing (and reasonably priced) bars and restaurants. €25 euro transfer to airport offered by the hotel, we were 30mins from stepping off the plane to checking into our room. €25 / 20mins taxi to Fira to see sunset one evening. Sunrise was also worth getting up at 6am to see!

Such a beautiful resort, staff are attentive, friendly and polite. The moment we stepped into the resort we knew it was the right decision we made when it came to booking a place in santorini. The Hotel has 4 swimming pools and is a short walk to Kamari beach. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bus stop which will take you into fira

Staff on arrival and through out the trip couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly. Hotel was super clean, clean towels at the pool getting changed regularly, room and bathroom spotless. A very short walk to all of the restaurants and beach made it the perfect location. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay at the beautiful Santorini Kastelli Resort! Cannot say enough about the staff! Victoria was everywhere! Great breakfast....outstanding poolside bar service by Kash! I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff was wonderful. Excellent dinner by the pool with great greek salad, hummus, octopus, a delicious pasta that was difficult to pronounce, and a basic but wonderful grilled chicken. Breakfast was the only miss. Buffet style but was just OK. Room was really nice. Short walk to the beach promenade.

Lovely hotel in a great location with very attentive staff throughout. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from a supermarket, bakery and a number of great restaurants. The pool areas were all nice, however, it would have been good if they were heated as they did feel cold at this time of year.

The property is a series of accommodation areas joined by walkways and gardens, everything is spotless and the staff very accommodating, they have four pools, the largest has a bar and seating area in addition to sunloungers

The property was absolutely amazing! pools, gym & spa services available although the gym equipment was a little sparse. Amazing breakfast, and all the staff were great... the front desk guys were very helpful but a little stuffy. I would highly recommend this facility for your vacation. Ton's of great restaurant options within walking distance, very close to the beach.

Myself and my wife stayed here for our second wedding anniversary and booked a luxury suite with private hot tub. The hotel was amazing and so clean and tidy breakfast everyday was served 8-11 and when we arrived on check in we were given a tour of the resort and made to feel so welcome it was like you were at home not just a guest but family. The waiting staff at breakfast got to know their customers and remembered us every morning which is a nice touch. I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Our hostess Victoria was nothing but great from start to finish to ensure we had a relaxing and pleasurable stay and we can’t thank her enough too! They’re our 4 pools and if you have a luxury suite you have your own which makes it 5 pools which is cool! Once again will definitely be returning and thank you so much to the kastelli resort team 😃

Everything about this resort was amazing …. Nothing was a problem , first class facilities, food and the most pleasant and helpful staff….. especially Victoria!!! We had a wonderful experience at Kastelli Resort and we can’t wait to return soon

Superb customer service and beautiful, immaculate rooms and grounds. Plenty of free parking, a block from the beach. We loved everything about the Kastelli Kamari Resort.

It is a beautiful property in a unique location in Kamari. I had a wonderful stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely book another reservation in the near future.

Fabulous property!

What can I say! This hotel must be the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The staff are non stop cleaning. Lovely staff, the manager is always around checking if you are ok! Loved the location, visited Fira and Oia but definitely think we made the right choice to stay in Kamari. The beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. They are taking covid very seriously in Santorini as a whole.

Upgraded to a suite ovetlooking the main pool. Staff was excellent, property immaculate, great Santorini location to stay at.

The property was beautiful, a little bit of a maze though! The AC did not work great, but we’re Americans and love AC, so it may not bother other people. Don’t be alarmed driving there, the area looks sketch but it is fine and turns into a very beautiful beach town.

The staff were the most courteous and accomodating people I have ever encountered ! The resort was beautiful- the whole experienece was amazing! Thank you !!

Top notch

I had a fabulous time at Kastelli Resort. Beautiful, clean, friendly and helpful. The best breakfast ever. The staff were amazing. 1 minute walk to the beach, where there are many restaurants and sunbeds. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I'd definitely go back. 10/10

Beautiful Kamari resort

We had a fabulous time, really nice resort ,pleasant ,friendly staff, clean rooms nice pools and very good breakfast. The beach was a short walk away and very nice area to walk with restaurants and gift shops . The resort was very relaxing, with lush and beautiful landscaping and away from the crowds and cruise ships on the Caldera side. We stsyed 4 nights in Fira and 3 in Kamari , glad we did. Highly recommend eating at Fistikies within walking distance from the resort. The food is excellent. The hotel also helped us rent a car and provided free parking.

Paradise in Santorini

Beautiful property well maintained, excellent service, great amenities and amazing pools. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Aside from tours there is not a lot to do in town so a nice hotel with a wonderful swimming pool can be a must for whoever is looking to relax amongst doing the excursions.

Staff lovely, very helpful, place had a lovely chilled ambience.

Hotel was lovely, went for our 1 year wedding anniversary and were upgraded at reception on check in which was a nice gesture and much appreciated. Staff were friendly, room service and ironing requests were always dealt with on a timely basis. Location wise is perfect, quiet enough but 5 mins walk from restaurants on kamari beach. A la carte menu/ breakfast menu is a bit limited - alternating between beans and mushrooms was repetitive. Bit more variaty would have been nice.

Location is great. Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained with a great pool. Staff are pleasant and courteous. Room was small. Would like to see more variety at breakfast and complimentary shuttle as a nice touch.

Fabulous 11 out of 10!!!!

The hotel was amazing. On arrival we were greeted and given a tour of the hotel. The room was fabulous with a view over the pool area. The staff could not be more helpful, obliging and alaways took the time to chat. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return. I would say that anyone visiting Santorini should definitely stay at Kamira as the area is beautiful lots of bars and restaurants but is not overly commercial.

Great Resort!

We would stay here again! Very nice people and a Beautiful Resort. Great location. If I had to complain about anything it would be our bathroom smelled a little like sewage from the floor drain. Not a big deal tho.

Excellent stay

Excellent service, location, breakfast, very clean.

The staff were a great asset to the hotel. The rooms were clean, amenities very okay not what I would rate as 5 star amenities but they were good. Free water in the rooms every day would have been nice. And more variety for breakfast time and lunch menu would have been lovely. Eating the same breakfast every morning was very boring. No kids menus was a bit of a pain as we had to pay full prices for 8year old to eat plus it also meant very fussy food for the kids which was expensive and a complete waste. The reason we did not complain is because the staff were excellent and always ready to help.

The Glorious Kastelli <3

We were greeted by the knowledgeable and charming Mike who literally took care of us the whole 5 days that we were there. He surprised us with an amazing upgrade to a junior suite with our own pool and thoroughly spoke about the resort and Santorini with so much passion. WE THANK HIM SO MUCH for ALL that he did for us, from booking the best restaurants to patiently educating us on the history of Thera. The staff there are friendly, professional and bend over backwards to make sure you feel comfortable at this luxury 5* resort as well as informing us to making the most out of the beautiful island that is Santorini. Eni also made sure that we were always looked after and gave us advice on where to explore. The resort is right next to the beach and restaurants and has parking available if you rent a car. We treated ourselves to a couple love potion massage - which was amazing and the spa was soo relaxing. The pictures of this resort on the internet HONESTLY do not do it justice. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection and there are many pools to choose from. Although the resort was fully booked, I never felt that the place was crowded. You must see it live in all it's beautiful glory to really appreciate it. I really did not want to leave - 5 days was not enough. WE WILL BE BACK THOUGH! ;)

Nice resort and located not far from the beach. The property is nice. The breakfast was good. The spa was a bit dated with the purple. Purple seems to be the color of the resort. I think it could be toned down a bit. The chlorine in the spa was very overwhelming and ruined my husbands swim trunks when we went into the spas hot tube. Overall it was nice.

My friends and I absolutely LOVED our experience here. Not only was it beautiful and close to the beach, but the hotel staff were all excellent! I received a call, prior to getting onto the island, asking if I needed them to set up transport to the hotel. We had a man waiting for us upon our arrival who drove us straight there in a spacious van. Then we were greeted by a wonderful man, Mike, who truly made our experience top par from start to finish. He gave us a tour of the facilities before leading us to our beautiful room where we had chilled wine and fruit waiting for us. It was beautiful, quite, peaceful and all around wonderful. Thank you to Mike who provided us excellent service and made our stay all the better. He even miraculously carried three of our massive suitcases on his back to escort us out, which I’m still extremely impressed about!! All around AWESOME!

Arrived at midnight- was not offered a tour of the facilities... staff was overall friendly.. breakfast got to be boring- every day the same ... location was great. .. rooms sufficiently clean. Would visit again - although it was little overpriced....

Staying in Kamari

Excellent hotel. We stayed five nights. Great location for the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. Easy to get around the island by rental car or public bus. Ancient Thiera and wineries are nearby. The hotel breakfast was good. We also had a good dinner the first night. There was a small lending library, spa, and gym, multiple plunge pools, and one somewhat larger pool for swimming.

Ideal location

Fabulous resort, management team were superb and accommodating. An ideal location, very close to the beach and restaurants yet set back to be quiet at night. Very clean and well kept resort.

Even better than it looks

I was nervous about this choice of hotel as it looked close to the airport and not close to the two major tourist spots on Santorini. I needn’t have been. It was the perfect location to escape the mayhem of Fira and Oia. Set back from Kamari beach, where there are tons of restaurants and bars, you can hide away in the most beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The island is small, so a couple of day trips (we got a quad bike and took a catamaran trip) and you’ve seen it. So then all that is left to do is kick back at Kastelli. And you will want to. Fira and Oia are just as they look in the photos you’ve seen, but they are PACKED, more expensive and we were happy just to spend an hour or two at both. Hotel staff were so lovely., Jasmina always with the biggest smile at breakfast every morning, and Mike on reception who knows EVERYTHING it seems! If we ever go back to Santorini it’ll be to this hotel, no question. And I’d be surprised if the planes bother you.

Great hotel - quiet, well organised, fantastic staff.

The property was execellent! The staff very helpfull. We were anle to walk to town and many restaurants. The beach was a 10 min walk from the hotel but I preferred the hotel serene atmosphere. There were many pools to choose from at the hotel. I was upgraded to a nice room for a fee but it was worth it. The Conceirge desk arranged tours and rentals of ATV's which were delivered to the hotels parking area. Nice touch! The breakfast was great european food. The breakfast dining area is outside under shade next to a pool so it was very relaxing and comfortable. We had arrived early prior to check in and we ate a complimentary breakfast along with fascilties to get changed and relax by the pool. !

Excellent hotel in Kamari to enjoy Santorini

Excellent hotel with incredible service and facilities. We loved the pools, calm and location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. 2 minutes from Kamari beach. Far enough to be quiet. Only small downside, the breakfast is good but not exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best hotel to stay at if you are going to Kamari beach. Complete luxury with 4 pools, amazing staff and restaurant. Short walk to the beach and the staff has everything you need covered. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and it was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for everything!

The tap water in the room is salted...Overall, the room was OK. Outside there is a pool shared by four rooms.

Nice, clean accomodations; mediocre breakfast, no transfer arrangements to and from main town - you pay for expensive taxi or take the local bus which would be fine for lower priced accomodation but a higher end resort needs to have these arrangements in place. Kamarii Beach is a short walk but again the hotel does not have any arrangements for their guests. You have to find a chair and umbrella at one of the restaurant concessions. We got the impression that the hotel is looking for every opportunity to extract more money. Port or airport transfers through the hotel were almost double what you would pay the driver directly and even then the driver asked for payment in advance and after we paid him he dropped us off enroute somewhere and forced us take another not as nice shared vehicle that he had made arrangements with for the balance of the journey to the port. Not necessarily the best value for the money.

Amazing hotel all around! Staff, pool, food, drinks, and let me say location location location! 5 minutes to the beach and shops and all the fun and 20 minutes up to the mountain top to see the most beautiful sunset in the world.

Beautiful hotel

We arrived very late and were greeted with a full tour and given a wonderful room with a semi-private pool. The breakfast was amazing and full of scrumptious choices. You are about 2-3 minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful when planning excursions, going above and beyond to help you out.

Incredible Vacation

We are coming back, this hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredible. I recommend staying at this resort and this location away from all the tourists. We rented a quad and visited different locations everyday, but it was always great to come back to Kastelli and be greeted by the staff and settle in for the evening. I want to thank everyone of them personally for making our vacation memorable. Until we see you again!

Great location. Lovely hotel

2 mins from beach and promenade which has lots of lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean, great staff, rooms lovely. Luxurious feel. 4 pools to choose from. We were staying late on season therefore shade on certain pools at different times of the day. Room 216 was great. Family room i think but was just the 2 of us, 2 little balconies and private terrace. Great space. Would recommend.

Liked it so much that this was our 2nd visit!

Quite simply this is a great place. Lovely hotel with fab staff. Low rise, set around 4 pools so there is a spot for everyone. Food at breakfast is good, especially the range of fresh breads. If you choose to have dinner it's excellent. Rooms nicely furnished with a simple contemporary look. 5 mins walk from the prom with a large range of bars & restaurants.

Great Location, friendly staff

The location of this hotel is absolutely great. Close to the airport. Still not much noise can be heard from the planes. Walking distance to Beach, Shopping and Restaurants. This resorts offers a great overall experience. Great architecture gives a feeling of privacy. Great value for price. Will be back for sure! We can highly recommend this resort to anybody!

Very nice and well located hotel

This is a very pretty hotel with several nice swimming pools and a gym. The breakfast has quite a bit of choice of hot and cold food. It is only a short walk down to the beach front and there is a bus stop right outside (all buses go to Fira). The room was spacious and light and the bed was comfortable. Reception were very helpful with recommendations and making reservations etc, in fact our best meal on the island was a beautiful place in fira with a stunning sunset view that was recommended to us. The Wifi is terrible, the shower wasn't brilliant and there were never enough pool towels but otherwise no real complaints. Would definitely go again.

Perfect vacation

Everything about this hotel was very good. There is only one thing to mention that needs improvement : wifi was very scattered, slow and often dropped . Other than that, we had a perfect stay and will always remember what a good vacation it was .!

Sad But True

I'm not sure why this hotel has such good reviews when there is so much wrong with it, To start the staff is very nice and helpful and some of the grounds are nice but thats where it ends... the WiFi is probably the worst part it doesn't work in the rooms or the pool or anywhere if your not sitting in the reception lobby, the beds are far from comfortable and you should have a chiropractor on speed dial. Overall the hotel can use some improvements.

A lovely week's stay at Kastelli. The white resort lets you have the Santorini experience whilst staying in a quiet enclave of Kamari. The grounds are beautiful and so easy to relax and lounge around the several pools it has.
