The rooms were wonderful. Staff were attentive and friendly. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Our room had a beautiful garden view. Definitely recommend.

Still a great hotel

Expensive and not good

The room described ss a large suite for 4 people had one queen and a sofabed, small flatscreen no coffe maschine , the halls were dirty , for 600$ a night , hard passs

Super clean, extremely kids friendly , very good quality food ( buffet can get pricey especially on Friday night and Saturday).

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car. The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate. The pools are small with a lot of kids. 2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund. Not recommending this hotel.

The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The store in the first floor had tons of great groceries. Location was great. So family friendly.

Amazing staff, Spacious room, good location. Very family friendly so if you have children great, if not don’t stay here. We heard babies crying when we were trying to sleep and almost every piece of furniture was stained.

The staff and especially the manager were supper friendly and helpful. Would have appreciated a gym.

Great hotel

2 nights of family vacation. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. We got a room with no kitchen and no meals. We had all we need from the minimarket in the hotel Hotel pools are great but the water is a bit cold in October. Go between the holidays and not during the holiday itself to save money and headache. There are way fewer people.

Positive: Great hotel , you will have every thing you need around food shopping, the pool is great! The best thing is the beach pool for the kids it is awesome, and the little waterpark makes it even perfect. Cons: no trash can in the new rooms, the area for making coffe is small, the vodeo games are expensive, the food court is a bit expensive, and there is few places around the pool to find a shadow and no much place to seat.

Very good beautiful, Clean , nice staff

We stayed in a new suite. The room was modern and clean. There was a large bed, a pull out sofa. There was no kitchen or kitchenware. The hotel was at full capacity, but it was well maintained. Breakfast was good but overpriced. The Pool area was clean with enough places to sit, lifeguards were attentive. Location was good on the promenade, onsite parking can sometimes be full. Overall good stay.

We expected to be in a handicap accessible room and were completely disappointed at the poor standard in the room for wheel chair users

The hotel is very clean and in good shape. Very close to the Center and shopping arias. It offers the best show of WOW theatre with very talented guys 👌 nice and quiet if you want a relaxing vacation with your kids!!

Family yearly trip

a very old , Hotel ,water is extremely cold. the toddlers pool has an entrance , that can hurt your knees and legs very hard , and that is not safe at all. staff are not pleasant, pools are not clean. the overall stay is a feeling that this hotel and facilities are very (very) old , and needs asap remediation. not worth the money.

The service is so bad. Receptionists say different prices. Place managers shout and behave badly to vacationers. Room service is very bad even milk is not sent to the room they do not have this service just come down to pick up. Shocking conduct. We will not be back and will not recommend it for sure.

Family vacation

The service is great, the room are a bit outdated. The only real problem is that the room was not clean, I found a contact lens on the floor, On the other hand the bathroom was spotless.

Fun in eilat

Our vacation was very good. The hotel facilities are very good, all the members of the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel location is the best and the pool is amazing.

Great service and room for family with kids. However no option to book with dinner or breakfast, must pay in property. In the same price i can get another hotel with great location and service with breakfast and dinner included

Mixed feelings...

The hotel is beautiful- especially the pool. The staff in the snack bar were not helpful and awkward. One worker in the coffee shop was very rude and as we sat trying to relax she was arguing with other guests and members of staff. The cleaning service came at strange times. Once they woke us up at 9am and twice we had to leave the room at 3pm while they cleaned. Very good location.

Good vacation

We booked a studio with a kitchenette and we got a suite with 2 rooms for the same price. The hotel has been renovated and the photos on the Hotels.com website are not up to date. There are now more suites rather than rooms with kitchenettes. Renovated suites are really nice to stay in and have good air conditioning.But we felt uncomfortable with ceiling lamps hung too low and bump our heads ,when we sat at the dining table.An iron table in front of the small bed in the living room is dangerous for children if they run and jump. We brought fresh eggs with us because we thought we could make an omelette and in the room we got there was no kitchenette. We waited two days until they brought us a microwave so service is not good. Good pools were hard to get the kids out of there. Room cleaning service very good.

Fabulous! 2 parents + 2 children (11 and 13). This resort has variety of pools and a water slide. The room has a fully equipped small kitchen, very useful for COVID-19 time. 4 for cleanliness since floor and tables in the room were a little sticky.

Swimming pool, room was very good. However, it was too crowded.

Liked the new renovated room. The food during the corona virus at the dining room, was not with alot of choices to choose from, only 2 kind of cheese etc... Nice pool, very crowded at weekends ( crowded and corona virus are not a good friends as you know)

Isrotel policy on their main pools

The hotel was beautiful in every way but the main pool was unheated which in February is unacceptable. I was told it is an isrotel policy not to heat the main pool . This spoiled my grandchildrens experience as they are young teens and enjoy swimming

The fact that we have a suite with kitchenette gives us flexability in planning our days

Clean and comfortable but very noisy

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Beware that you cannot check in until 4pm and so dont try and turn up early (and the pool area which is lovely is shut down at 5pm). We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were great. We had 2 main issues with this hotel which would mean we wouldnt stay there again. Firstly, it is situated next to the Isrotel Sport Hotel which plays music outside for shows or discos (2 of the nights we stayed had very loud music until 1am and 3am). The hotel moved us to a better room, the other side of the pool which we appreciated. Unfortunately for them they are stuck with a very noisy neighbour. On the first morning we decided to try the hotel buffet breakfast (which wasnt included in our room rate). The food was good and there was a wide choice but there were so many people and the tables are so closely packed together that it is near impossible to get in and out. The bizarre thing was that they had the space but where trying to use only half the restaurant. We spoke to others who also found the dining experience sub standard. Why have such nice food and then create such a busy uncomfortable atmosphere.

The property outside architecture is very good but pools are not comfortable when the hotel is full. Too many things "didn't work" in the suite - kettle, TV remote, air-conditioning - but were immediately fixed when reported. Suite very clean. Furniture 'tired' and old. Very expensive for Room Only price ; buying breakfast and dinner in hotel dining-room adds another U.S.$ 90 per adult person per night, about $50 per child between 2-12 !!! Maybe about 200 different items at breakfast buffet but no coffee easily available. (Why not place full pots of hot coffee on each table like other hotels do, instead of pots of hot water..?)

The room maintenance was low. Noisy, we heard everything that was outside the room. Staff was not kind when responding to complaints

Great hotel. There is a kitchen in the room so you can cook and eat together. Amazing pools for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel was perfect for families with kids. The pools are great and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The location is amazing, walking distance to almost anywhere you’d like to go.

הזמנתי נופש למשפחתי,שילמתי על חדר עם כניסה ישירות מהבריכה והדגשתי בקבלה שלא יהיה מול בריכת הילדים. קיבלתי חדר ממש מול בריכת הילדים עם רעש בלתי נסבל משעה 7:00 בבוקר עד 19:00 בערב,פניתי לקבלה בכדי שיעבירו אותי חדר אבל טענו שאין חדר פנוי ורק למחרת בשעה 11:00 בערך אוכל לעבור לחדר אחר. חבל,הייתי במלון הזה כמה פעמים אבל לא נראה לי שאחזור לנפוש במלון זה שוב(אפילו פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש לא הציעו).

Terrible front desk

Hotel was very nice with wonderful cleaning service, especially Ruth. Front desk service however was horrendous, no information about area or available maps. We were given two parking tickets during our two night stay because we were not notified that the parking lot on the hotel property was a municipal lot and hotel parking was in another area. As foreigners how would we know that. When I explained this to hotel staff I simply got a shrug and “that’s your problem”. Really? I’d expect to be notified at check-in of the parking situation for hotel guests.

The housekeeping team were very good doing a beautiful display on our bed of a heart and a pair of swans made out off towels and petals.

Lovely property with lots of amenities for families. Close to all the restaurants, shops and sights. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I wish they would have been more helpful

I had a very unfortunate experience. I woke up at 3am with strong chest pain and asked for a hospital and not only they could not understand me on the phone but they did not even send anybody to check up on the situation. Plus they said on the phone there was no hospital in Eilat, very misleading.

Great for familiars, nice rooms and good service

Check-in was late (~18:00 instead of 16:00). Room had bugs in the kitchen which was very old and poorly maintained. They tried to clean the room but the bugs kept coming... we were exhausted from calling the room service not getting real solution. On the last night, the manager finally contacted us and gave us another room, we also got compensated (15% refund and a free dinner). Overall the it was a fair compensation and we had a good vacation.

Wonderful dining room and pool. Loved the singer at night. Pool was very nice. Room comfortable. Terrible that there was no room to park our car!!!! Worker at front door did not speak English . Room key wasn’t working at first.

Nice hotel for families with activities specially for kids. There are couple of pools which was nice. The only thing they need to improve is That rooms are pretty old.

Pleasant and fun for kids but needs an update

The hotel room needs renovation and upgrade. The room was perfectly comfortable, but not 5-star as advertised. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom tile and shower were obviously cleaned, but old tile with stained grout looks dirty even if it is cleaned Worn carpeting in the bedroom. Worn wallpaper in the bedroom that looked like it had been improperly repaired above the air conditioning control. Kitchen amenities were again obviously old. Pool was very pretty, but families bring snacks to the pool area, and so by the afternoon, there is some litter around that staff should be more vigilant about collecting. The pool slide also needs a a makeover, again, peeling paint/worn. Positive points: the pool area is very pretty, lots of flowers, and waterfall features were really fun for kids. We had the breakfast buffet once and it was really delicious. Service was a bit spotty (had to wait in line for a coffee) but the choices and quality were excellent. The location is great - a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops/cafes. At the spa I had a massage that was very good, but the the spa is small, rather basic, and mixed company, so I did not really want to get into the tiny jacuzzi or sauna with some guys who happened to get there before me. Bottom line is that the hotel, while it worked for our family beach vacation, should not be advertised as 5-star. I thought we were getting a great deal, but we were really paying 4-star prices for a 4-star hotel.

4 person family with kids in Royal Garden

The hotel provided exactly what they offered on the pictures and descriptions. Room (junior suite) was just perfect for us with kids of 5 and 9 yrs. The only point I would complain is the unacceptable high price for breakfast and dinner.... even the breakfast would be almost as expensive for 4 of us as the suite itself... we did not go for it.

Great family stay

We found the hotel and staff to be wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. The only things I would say could be improved upon were that the water slide is in need of a fresh coat of wax, stronger water flow or something else as it did not push even a small child without the child pushing himself down and also it would be nice to have coffee and tea available in the lobby, especially in the morning, for those who did not have breakfast included. An added bonus would be to heat the pools in the winter but that can't be expected. The one BIG negative was that there was a tent facing the Ice Mall that played obnoxiously loud music until 11PM. Request a room not facing that direction.

Wonderful three days spent at this hotel, no complaints at all

We stayed at this hotel three days prior to taking a two-night excursion to Petra/Aqaba, Jordan. The hotel was very accomodating in allowing us to store our luggage, since we'd planned on returning for another three nights. We like everything the hotel has to offer and it was definately among (if not) the best all-round accomodations that we stayed in during our 32 day travels throughout Israel. That said, there is only one matter that has somewhat spoiled our visit. Upon checking in, the hotel immediately debits your charge card which is generally fine, if all is as expected. On the second visit, an error had been made and we'd been overcharged approx. 4x the reserved price. Although this error was rapidly acknowledged, it took four days (of uncertainty) before the error was actually corrected on our card. We had already checked out before this issue was officially rectified. I say this issue since, we've since found two rather substantial additional charges to our credit card from both hotel stays. We have no idea what these were for and neither charge had been brought to our attention during each check-out. Now being '000s kms. away, it is proving difficult to obtain a response and hopefully resolution to ths issue. I've tried the hotel website e-mail thus far, to no avail.

Likely the nicest, most modern hotel that we've stayed in during our three-week trip thus far. Our only complaint is (we'll be returning for another three days) is the very week wifi signal. You pretty much have to sit in the hotel lobby for more consistent service.

The front desk staff were very helpful. We were made to feel welcome immediately. Lovely ground and we were very close to the beachfront.

Vacation Suite Hotel With Maximum Amenities

We enjoyed the hotel location in Eilat, room on first floor with patio access, coupons for the lovely mall with the hotel, and access to mini-market. The cleaning crew, especially Ruthie from Casablanca, were attentive and pleasant.

Ideal for families

Ideal hotel for families who want the option of kitchen facilities. Very comfortable & spacious rooms, great pool with sandy beach, minimarket & great location, 5 min. walk from seashore & promenade. Not suitable for those who want peace &quiet. Excellent staff. .

the extra bed was just a mattress on the floor, I wish i could have know this in advance

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Unfortunately the staff were not very well informed. There is no concierge who can tell you about the area. The staff were also uncertain when hotel's own restaurants would open or close. But apart from these issues, a great place to stay.

Very nice hotel 100m from the beach

The hotel setting is perfect and it also includes small kitchen and an outside porch. There is a small store that is open all week long to purchase food, wine, fresh vegetables, and swimming gear . The inner garden within the hotel is fantastic.

Nice Stay, need to improve customer service

Hotel is great, nice faciities. Need to improve customer service. Pool close at 5pm and you need go and can't stay there. The Hotel is not on the beach but you walk 300mts and you will find th beach and many stores.

A bit of disappointment compared to past stays

Arrived late and the welcoming wasn't so great at the reception, we are returning clients and this was the 1st time something like this happened.. The dairy restaurant and staff were lovely Good hotel location

Convenient position.

When we arrived I made comment about the lack of catering equipment available. The staff were very accommodating and amended this quickly and We were compensated well for this oversight. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Room condition is 2-3 stars

Air conditioning in the room was very low which is critical in Eilat. Paint peeling in the bathroom, doors and walls with lots of scratches, sofa very old and "used". Same with the room of my friends who stayed at the same time. The location is OK, since it it close both to the beach, marina and shopping mall with ice skating. Resume: Definitely not worth it's money. Better either pay a little extra and stay in "Royal Garden" or "Dan Eilat" or take some cheaper hotel.

This was the best hotel in our 2 weeks family trip. The room was a 1 bedroom apartment, small kitchen, 2 TVs, very convenient, great WIFI. Beautiful grounds, beach within walking distance, multiple small convenience stores where you can buy food for cooking.

The right value proposition

The Royal Garden was the right choice for us when balancing price and amenities. There were many other hotel choices nearby that offered more, but not more for the shekels we spent. So, we were close to the Red Sea, but not overlooking it; we had a nicely appointed room, but not the most luxurious option; etcetera. In this way, we had shekels left over for what mattered much more to us: cocktails and treats poolside, fresh seafood to eat, and Eilat's nightlife; all of which we had in abundance.

Famely's hotel

Our stay was wonderful, we had the best battery charging veccation, there are beautiful sweeming pools and a water slide, it's a famely's hotel, children paradise with free gaming consule arcade for children, free wifi, the rooms include small equiped kitchen that you can make your own meals, or you can buy a tasty meal on a sweeming pool side restaurant, Over all,room is clean, the service is good+, there is a small shoping mall inside the hotel, the hotel is located in hotels arena, less than 2 min. walk from sea shore, I deeply recomand this hotel for family stay.
