We had a problem with the state of the bathroom. They handled it beautifully and made sure we were compensated. Mistakes happen I really appreciate the way that handled it with compassion and apologies.

My husband and I had decided to take a little time for ourselves for Valentine's Day as we had had a stressful chain of events since Christmas. Everything seemed great and it was a decent place at a very reasonable price. There were options to eat in the restaurant, a comedy show in the bar on Fridays and Saturdays, pool and jacuzzi, complimentary breakfast that was decent, etc. The staff was great (Zackie was pleasure) except for an interaction with one of the housekeepers when leaving. My husband was just trying to be helpful by asking where to put the trash and she was very rude. Needless to say, he went back to the room and took her tip back. The manager was apologetic and gave us the impression that it would be addressed. It's just unfortunate that that's how our stay ended.

The pet friendly rooms were well maintained and the hot tub/pool combo was such a nice amenity to enjoy. The staff at the hotel & restaurant were great! Make sure to stop in the bar & grill attached because those chicken sandwiches were bomb.com! Highly recommend. :D

Older motel. Very clean. Good location for us. Breakfast for now is served at the connecting restaurant. Four free choices with drink. Very good. Haven’t visited the pool yet. But have booked several times

This is an older property as others noted but that said, we had a better experience overall than we have had at properties that cost hundreds more. The front desk staff was welcoming and the room was spotless and spacious. The on-site restaurant Chadwicks served huge portions of delicious food. The included breakfast was MUCH better than many we have had at chain hotels. I would easily rate this 12 stars on a 1 to 10 scale. Highly recommend

Bed of Springs

Rogue Regency Inn and Suites - Medford, OR The hotel was disappointing in terms of comfort. There was no extra bedding available, and the provided blankets were thin. The bed itself was all springs with little to no padding, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Would not recommend for those looking for a restful stay.

My Go To hotel in Medford

I always stay here when I come to Medford. easy access to the airport and all of Medford's shopping and dr. offices, friendly and professional staff. Nice bar with good food and gaming machines.

I like that they offer airport shuttle and extended parking. The rooms are clean and affordable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Home away from home

we stay here often couple times a month for Doctors appointments in Medford. They have always been kind , friendly and helpful.

I loved everything the only complaint I have is that the carpet takes me back but with everything I can look past that there is a pool which is warm (normally I hate pools if not a good temp) I’ll be back again for sure!

The hotel staff both at check in and check out were friendly but not super helpful. The person who checked us in did not tell us how to get to our room, did not tell us about the free breakfast or where to go. Hotel hallways had a meldew smell to them in some areas and in our room I could smell people smoking. Our room was okay, the beds were not the best and made a lot of noise any time you got in or not, or even moved. And the pillows were horrible. Breakfast was good for it being a free meal and the restaurant staff were super nice. We just needed to stay the night here for one night on our long car trip, so for a short stay it’s a good place but I don’t know if I could spend a few nights here.

Trautwein home away from home

I love the staff they make it so comfortable, no BS check in and I’m telling you it’s like being home. Breakfast and not a snack bar to stop by and get a cuppa coffee and a sweet roll, notice fur babies are allowed. It’s older yes but it rocks in the comfort department Manager is kind and the clean team are great too, oh I’d be a miss if I didn’t mention the maintenance man. He’s just always there to help even with the small stuff like forgetting your key in the room💯

Very old and outdated room and decor, thin walls

It was an ok stay for a couple of nights. Walls of the rooms are too thin. We were woken up by someone talking loudly over the phone at 6 in the morning which was super annoying. Plus the sink would clog every time you use it. Carpet throughout the hotel looked like from 1950s. Overall didn’t get a good vibe from the hotel.

Everything was smooth & easy. Nice clean room, great restaurant and nice shuttle to the airport. If anything can make geting to a 4:00 am check-in, this was it!

We have stayed here for years. Airport pick up and drop off are great. Breakfast is at the restaurant. Rooms clean and beds comfortable.

The property is very safe. We accidentally left the windows rolled down on our car overnight and nothing was touched. We also love the bar and comedy night. Always a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar staff is amazing.

We went to the pub/ restaurant they had inside. Our server was seriously the best. Our food was delicious and the dessert as well.

my husband was having open heart surgery. We’ve stayed here before this is my third time back here and we have reservations for next month.

Great service. Ask for top floor was able to accommodate Quite and clean. The complimentary breakfast was a excellent bonus.

The property is very dated and probably hit its peak in the late 90s.

It was a little dated and could certainly use a refresh in some areas, but I loved this place. Large, clean mini-suites and great staff.

No free breakfast

The hotel offered a free breakfast, but when I got the breakfast they told me only the coffee was free, and i had to pay for the food.

We stay here every year for an event, and the staff is amazing and goes to extra lengths to accommodate our group. Very convenient to have restaurant, bar and rec room within the same building. The lobby couches and fireplace are a great gathering place as well. The airport shuttle is great too. Definitely stay here again.

The room was fine and the breakfast that was included in the hotel restaurant was really great. The included ride from the airport was fairly quick.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well cared for. Manager at the restaurant was rude and denied us the free breakfast included with our stay because "no one has been in for an hour so I closed it."

Great value for the money and at least when I was there a short order cooked free breakfast every morning, which was excellent. Great hotel staff very friendly.

People are friendly, the restaurant is awesome with food handmade on the premises, and the cost to leave my car there when traveling is much cheaper than the airport, not to mention how much better it is to be dropped off at the terminal at 4 am instead of parking and walking. When we returned and called for the airport shuttle, it took about 5 mins total for them to pick us up. Fantastic!!

Property could use updating, a little dated for the pricing point. Room was spacious with appropriate amenities. Location convenient.

We stay at this hotel every year at least twice . The place definitely needs to be updated and repaired. It’s really going down hill . Customer service and management are very friendly.

Good option if passing through

Average stay at a room for a one nighter, if you're passing through. Staff were friendly. Rooms were average, units & hallway carpets could use upgrades but I'll take their current condition for the affordable price. We did not take advantage of the complimentary sit down breakfast since our friends cooked for us, but it seemed good, offering 4 options to choose from and beverages.

Our go-to hotel in Medford, Oregon

We stay at the Rogue Regency 4 or 5 times a years. This is an exceptional hotel. The personnel are friendly, knowledgeable of the area and well-trained. Location is wonderful, hotel amenities are exactly to our taste, the restaurant provides tasteful food and efficient room service.

Second time visiting this location. It is easy to get to this hotel, easy access right off the freeway. The check in guy was awesome (He’s Phillipino I believe) he is really personable and remembered us from our prior visit. Room is good, breakfast is really nice also

Dingy and noisy

The rooms were dingy and very noisy. The heater was very noisy also. It is very very sad as this used to be the place to stay. I will not be back.

I was there to visit my aunt who was in the hospital and this hotel was close so it made it easy to go back and forth. It was great having the restaurant so close with good food and service.

I always love staying at the Rogue Regency! It’s clean, quiet, affordable and close to everything. I will stay here every time I need to stay in Medford.

Nice little hotel with a decent breakfast that is free for guests. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We only stayed one night and had to get on the road again early. So there's not a lot I can add. But would not hesitate to stay here again next time I need a room in Medford.

No pens or paper in room. No cups or glasses other than coffee cups that leaked after 10 mins. Plastic cutlery cheap and almost worthless. Bed was very comfortable.

I rented a dog friendly room. My dog and I had a nice stay. They put us in a room that wasn’t too far from the exit so I could easily take my dog out to the restroom.

The front desk lady (Tin?) she’s super nice. Pet friendly which is amazing. Not bad stay for a night stop over.

Checknin was a breeze. The staff was super friendly. I really appreciate the 24 hour shuttle to the airport since my flight leaves before breakfast!

Down home and comfy

We come back to this place a couple times a year. If you're looking for something uber posh, go pay more at a swanky joint. This place is down home and comfortable. The restaurant food and service is consistently good. Our favorite breakfast server is there year after year and she's a delight. Patient with our grandkids with fun family stories.We look forward to seeing her.

Rogue Regency is our go-to hotel in Medford, Oregon. We fly often and travel to Medford from a small town across the Cascades. The hotel provides excellent accommodations. Pool, hot tub, room service from the in-house restaurant (great food)and shuttle service to the airport around the clock. The staff is friendly and helpful.
