The hotel is worth recommending, I just ask for a

Rooms freshly renovated. The cleaning ladies did their job perfectly. We had room 956 and there was a problem with the sewage system. The problem was solved but it took a long time. Overall, the hotel is worth recommending. Unfortunately, the meals are too low for a 5-star hotel. Not much seafood, despite the sea around. Low-quality alcohol, If you like good coffee, only go to the main bar. Plaza only for hotel guests.😀Overall, for the price we paid we were satisfied. A big thank you to the staff, they were really nice and helpful.

The customer service was outstanding! the location was great, getting to walk out the back of the room right to the water was a highlight. We also enjoyed the bars and evening shows. Overall, fabulous place to stay!

Excellent hotel facilities situated right on the beach front. Abundance of food all day and a great entertainment team. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay

Poor Excuse for All Inclusive

As this was supposed to be an "All Inclusive Resort", it was extremely disappointing. First they placed myself and my wife into a very small room with a double bed and a set of bunkbeds. There was barely enough room to turn around in the room. Prior to that, they sent us out to find our room with poor directions, which was very confusing. They did place us in a different , larger room without the bunkbeds after complaining to the management. Secondly, I have stayed in several All Inclusive resorts, however, this was the first that charged you CASH deposits, for everything...ie. Pool towels, WiFi. There, was very little to do there that was included. They had a couple of kayaks and paddle boats that you could RENT. The food was basically the same every day, consisting of almost all carbs and starches, very little meat was served. They also had 3 separate, very small "restaurants" that you could make a reservation for, but it was very difficult getting a reservation and you were limited to what you could order, ie. 1 appetizer and 1 entrée, nothing more. The maid service entered the room everyday regardless of the do not disturb sign, twice while we were still in bed. All drinks were served in 4 oz paper cups, that, given the heat and humidity, would practically disintegrate within about 10 minutes. This was a very poor excuse for an All Inclusive resort. Myself nor my group of 12 will never return nor suggest it anyone else looking for an all inclusive resort experience.

Lovely stay with good food selection , beautiful sea views, sone outstanding staff (Kostas in dining room , Sophia on crepes, Raldo in entertainment, lovely cleaning staff) made up for sone less enthusiastic employees . Only negatives were 6am wake up to secure a sun bed for the day, some very un-relaxing techno music around tbe pool in the morning and disappointedly no motorised water sports for our entire 8 day trip . That said, If your looking for a typical good quality all inclusive this hotel won’t disappoint .

Excellent resort made of amazing staff, delicious food, wonderful facilities and lovely sandy beaches.

Overall a lovely holiday but the staff worked very hard and there were not enough of them. The resort got very busy while i was there resulting in long queues for drinks and food. A pity because everything else was marvelous.

Could so easily be amazing...but it isn't

Nice hotel with lots of activities, good food choices and lots of places to sun bathe and relax. Some staff are world class and couldnt do more for you and the food in the Greek Restaurant is to die for. Some staff are incredibly bad, lazy and rude and wont even pour you a glass of wine or coffee and they stand around doing nothing.

absolutely amazing. Food selection outs standing, staff go above and beyond, I don’t know about old reviews as they put me of but this is a really really good hotel. The relation manager who was covering booked all my trips so cheap we rented a scooter for around 20 euro and drrove round the town rhoda is amazing and this hotel is worth visiting

Pleasant Hotel, Good Location

Pleasant hotel. I went all inclusive but found the selection of food limited plus lots of queues, food warm not hot, however it was ok. Not sure if it was due to covid or end of season but not all bars and food outlets open on the resort so long queues, also most of the staff were grumpy especially on the beach bar. Rooms were very nice , showers powerful and plenty of hot water, but room not cleaned daily, you have to request it. I found the bed comfortable, lack of coffee making facilities let the room down, could only get a coffee at 10 am when the bar opened if you didn’t go in for breakfast, and then the coffee was served in small plastic cups, again would expect more from a four star hotel. Lovely beach , ideal for children , and plenty of sun beds, ideal location a short walk along the beach brings you to the town of Roda where lots of tavernas and bars all very well priced.

Nearly wonderful hotel

Large hotel complex with odd service at times. I did not enjoy it at first but ended up choosing to extend my stay. Most of the staff are superb, one or two are world class, but one or two are lazy and have a bad attitude. Once I realised who to avoid it was an amazing holiday. Plenty of sunloungers and a lovely beach. Fantastic views all around the resort. Would happily stay again.

Could be so much better.

The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting, very spacious and could be so much better. The management has for me let this place down. From checking in to checking out, poor organisation throughout.

Not for couples

Food was poor, very loud while trying to sleep, few facilities not in action even though i called to make sure all was running as normal. Partner was electricuted from shave point and nothing done to fix or anything offered as compensation.

Food was rubish ,worst hotel which I been ,alkochol rubish,swimming pool its full water from see ,its not 5 syar but maybe 2 max.

The property had all relevant post COVID measures in place which were clearly marked but that did not take away any of the holiday experience i was seeking of being able to relax and read a book! Very helpful staff on reception if you had any questions or concerns The only real negative was on some days the buffet food could have been a little warmer

The best thing about the hotel is the location- right on the beach front, 10 minute walk to the town, lovely gardens. The room was cleaned daily. Very friendly waitresses. It’s a shame that more water was not provided in the room. Two bottles every other day wasn’t enough and the servings in the bar were small. Also a bit too much plastic! We got ill one night due to the buffet - uncooked chicken next to cooked. The air conditioning didn’t work (even with the door closed) and have an ammonia smell. Just a few little things that could have made this a great hotel rather than an ok one.

Great property. Lovely pools and beech great for swimming, even for young kids. Lack of free WIFI a real let down.

The only Negative point is that the water of the swimming pool was a bit too cold to enjoy And no late breakfast

Amazing hotel, staff/food & facilities

Amazing stay in Roda beach hotel, returning customer & returning in July, staff & hotel the best in corfu can't highly recommend this hotel enough

Unwelcoming, unfriendly, no customer service!

Service very poor, reception staff very unhelpful a why ate you bothering me/dismissive attitude. Clearly not treated well unless you were of greek heritage at bars, restaurants, fast food outlets. Never before had i felt so second rate not for myself but my children. Customer service is of paramount importance - clearly need plenty training!

Great family hotel

This is hotel is all about the family, mini-disco at 8.30, great day care facilities and kids pool with three level of slides. Non-stop food alcoholic and non-alcoholic slush puppies and crepes till your 1.30am. The hotel it self is dated but clean and staff are friendly, the grounds are huge and with its own beach and sports facilities its perfectly for a weeks holiday.

3 star rather than 4 star

The staff were friendly and check in was managed efficiently. There are no double beds, two twin beds pushed together. The double room is small, with thin walls. You can hear noise from the cooridoors and above. A member staff walked into our room twice to deliver water without waiting to be invited in, we were still in bed or not dressed, not even an apology. The food is Ok. The Greek restaurant was better than the Chinese or Italian. The alcoholic drinks are of a poor quality . The cleaner only made the bed and changed the towels. The floors were not swept and fresh glasses were not replaced .

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is great in any aspect. The only criticism I have is that the evening entertainment was very, very poor and amateurish. We have stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and the evening shows were outstanding and very professional. So it was quite a disappointment this year. Otherwise absolutely brilliant!

Hotel was lovely, plenty of food choice and really good quality! Pools lovely and clean! A great place for an all inclusive trip

Fantastic classy hotel

Great hotel, room was fantastic lots to do. Stayed for two nights, if you stay for a week I'd suggest using their hire car and driving into Roda town nearby. The main pool gets quite busy but there are loads of quieter pools in the complex for quiet relaxation.

Lovely Hotel with Great Surroundings

The hotel was lovely along with its helpful staff, great food and drink selection and marvelous facilities. not paying for a thing whilst we were at the complex was so nice. definately want to go all inclusive again! the facilities at the hotel were second to none with almost everything you would want from a resort, be it watersports, archery or just relaxing in the spa this place has it all. allthough we went in early october the weather was still nice and warm and this was lovely however in the evenings our room was unbearably hot (the aircon was not working) and this meant for the week me and my wife barely slept just because it was to uncomfortable all in a lovely place to say that i cant recommend enough!

Don't go for the food.

The food and restaurant scene were a mess so we ate off compound a lot. The beds were crazy hard. Or kids loved it though. We'd stay again.

Sucky services but we still had fun

The food was mediocre at best, even in the gourmet restaurants. The beds were hard. The hotel was completely disorganized and only wanted to give attention to the Brits. That said, our family had a phenomenal time once we made a pact not to interact with the staff at all.

Recommended - All saltwater pools though

Great hotel. All pools are saltwater, that's the only real negative about the place. Food is all lovely, especially the Soulvaki pool bar! As all inclusive goes in Europe - one of the best we've been to. Would recommend if the saltwater pools don't bother you.

A girls week in the sun!

Had a fabulous time. Weather perfect, plenty to do but can also just relax! Staff friendly and extremely helpful, our room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. Food excellent particularly in the individual restuarants, however not for you if you're on a diet!!! Only disappointment was the spa which looked fabulous but was way over priced. This was reiterated by the amount of times we saw the therapists sitting doing nothing! Halve your prices and you'll be full!

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere.

Great all-inclusive hotel with very helpful and kind staff and nice pools. The food is good too. Really cool especially with young kids as long as you prefer to stay inside. On the downside the seaside is just so-so (rather mud than sand) and it is really disappointing if you want to leave the hotel for a walk or to go out... or anything. The only nearby city Roda can be reached on a really dirty seaside but does not worth it. Make sure you rent a car if u want to see anything. Worth it, the island is really nice.

Nice hotel with caveats

Overall a lovely hotel in a rural part of North Cyprus hidden away in a leafy cove. Positives - Spacious and clean family rooms with separate area for kids - Room balconies open out directly onto the pool with a bar - Clean bathroom, hand held shower - 10-15 min walk to nearby resort - Playground, water slides, kids club - Good selection of food in inclusive - also snacks, drinks and icecream, pack lunches - Staff generally friendly though consistency in communications could be better, go straight to the management if a problem. - Animation team v.cheerful, multilingual, cheesy - rely a lot on audience participation to entertain - rather saucy for kids, so beware... - French, English, Eastern European, German - Private dark sandy beach with sunbeds, parasols, bars and 3 restaurants -Italian, Chinese, Greek. Negatives - Birds made a nest on our balcony leaving a terrible mucky mess - not particularly hygienic near pool or for young kids. Took 3attempts with reception to resolve situation. Also made a mess on some people's cars. Nice for nesting birds & chicks though! - Slack security - cleaners left our balcony doors & bathroom windows wide open after cleaning. 20-25 Euro for a safe for a week. Hired towels for a week is 20 euro each but hotel has a no sunbed reserve policy so you will not get deposit back if taken.The windows in the children's section of the restaurant were left open to a high drop. - More tourist information would have been helpful. Hire a car to sightsee.

Zimmer der Boden wurde nicht gewischt, Zuviels Leute am Shared Pool, Essen war ok. 11:00 Uhr Check out und sehr unbeweglich wegen späteren Check out, es war für diesen Service zu teuer nie wieder!!! Maximal 4Sterne !!!!!

Estuvimos alojados en habitación con piscina y no había reglas de ningún tipo allí entraba cualquiera y te dejaba sin hamacas si no madrugabas . Deberían especificar que las hamacas corresponden a cierto tipo de habitaciones .El trato en recepción fue PÉSIMO . Ya que nadie hablaba espa , pero qué curioso que los camareros de el bar de recepción se hacían ententender y los camamreros sobre todo Fotinmi excelente !!! . Comida excelente !!! Hotel bonito . Le faltaba una plancha en la habitación . El caletendor de agua no funcionaba recepción no hacía caso respecto a esto . Hablábamos con el traductor del móvil y nos comprendían . Yo padezco de tensión baja y no nos daban café para la habitación . Hasta que de mal humor y mal estar bajé y se lo dije , ya hay no falto el café ni un solo Día . Por lo demas el Hotel estuvo Bien .

La struttura è molto ampia e ben organizzata. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile: la prima camera che ci avevano assegnato aveva dei problemi e hanno immediatamente risolto cambiandocela. In generale lo staff è molto attento e premuroso verso gli ospiti. Note dolenti: sicuramente il mare non è azzurro e cristallino come in altre parti dell’isola (consiglio di noleggiare una macchina) e soprattutto il cibo. Si tratta di un villaggio prevalentemente tedesco e francese quindi per gli italiani lo standard del cibo è molto basso.. gli stranieri apprezzavano invece.

Incroyable 👌

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand hôtel au bord de la mer. Les piscines sont très agréables mais si vous souhaitez un transat levez vous très tôt pour poser vos serviettes. Le tout inclus est vraiment exceptionnel, le personnel est adorable, polie, prévenant. Les animations sont toujours parfaites et conduites par une équipe sympathique et performante.

Solo grandi code. 5 stelle ma ne valgono al.massimo 3. Code infinite per qualsiasi cosa. Mare vergognoso

Superbe pour un séjour familial

Mon séjour a été assez bon. Le personnel est très attentif et amicale. La cuisine peut être un peu plus variable. Mais grosso modo tout était à mon gout. Merci beaucoup.

A éviter !!

A éviter absolument !! Problème dans la chambre notamment de climatisation, 6 nuits sur 12 a 30•C sans pouvoir dormir, tous les jours réclamation a l'accueil, 2 a 3 fois /jours rien, au bout de 6jours qq un répare la Clim, je me plains malgré tout et demande une ristourne que me propose sans problème l'hôtel, le directeur et son assistant, je laisse ma carte, et après 3 semaines toujours rien. Ils ne répondent pas aux mails, ni aux appels... extrêmement décevant... n'ayez aucune confiance si ça se passe mal vous n'aurez aucun dédommagement et ne comptez pas non plus sur le site Hotels.com qui est leur complice et qui ne défend pas du tout leurs clients meme soi disant Gold...

El sitio bien, el buffet fatal

Det var bestemt ikke et fem stjernet hotel. Et slidt hotel, men pænt. Der var virkelig dårlig Wifi alle steder, når man påtalte det, virkede de ligeglade.

Rude staff

Receptionists all extremely rude and unhelpful. We booked a sea view room and our room just had a view of the children’s slide. (See photo) People queuing to go on the slide would stare right in our room. When I questioned whether it was a sea view room they said yes you can see the sea if you look. I asked if we could move to a quieter room or if I could pay more to upgrade the room. The receptionist said they were fully booked and we couldn’t move. I looked on the website and there were rooms available but the receptionist wouldn’t even look. I asked information about the Covid testing and the next receptionist again was very dismissive and unhelpful. The food was good and lots of vegetarian options which was great. You had to go early however because it got incredibly busy. I was shocked that very few people were wearing masks. Even staff had them on only some of the time and they were worn on their chins. Two staff were lovely - the person making pancakes on the beach bar and the barman in the main bar. All the other staff were rude and surly. I thought they would have been happy for the business after Covid but seemed annoyed at being asked for drinks or assistance. People would get up at 7 am to reserve pool beds by putting towels over them and then going so none were available. We booked a 6 night stay and could not reserve a table in the restaurants once which was disappointing. Overall not value for money and staff need training in customer service.

il faut changer le système de salle a manger.

L'hotel est très jolie; la pisine aussi. Les chambres sont grandes et avec balcons. La vue est splendide. Cependant, c'est trop grande et il y a trop de monde. La nourriture est bonne en générale et variée. La salle a manger est énorme et bruyante. Le trafique insupportable avec le buffet. Le café infect et le vin pire. Nous avons fait l'erreur d'un 'tout inclusif 'et au bout d'une semaine, nous courrons ailleurs pour manger en paix.

Wonderfull stay

- Beautifull accomodation - Great food - typical big all in hotel - clean and modern - Nice shows in the evening - The only bad thing were some of the staff (creperie) and we didn't had a room next to eachother. - They took our pasports and because of that we forgot them at the end and had to pay a Cab to bring them to our next destination. They were helpfull to book the cab so we could have our pasports back...

Beau complexe hôtelier ou l'on peut malgré le monde s'isoler quand même ! La localisation est parfaite, la plage offre un joli point de vue ! Nous avons également aime le jardin magnifiquement entretenu. La chambre rien à dire, prévoir un relooking de la deco. Excellent séjour !
