Peaceful, clean, and quiet. Excellent food, excellent hostess .

Highly recommended

Would highly recommend this beautiful place! Gail could not have been more helpful and hospitable! She did everything she could to help ensure that our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! A 5/5 in all regards.

Rest-a-While is a beautiful property in the Causeway countryside that invites you to relax and slow down a bit. Gail is a lovely hostess, juggling all the plates it takes to provide a custom-cooked breakfast and the comforts of home at the beautifully appointed B&B. Aside from this dream destination, Rest-a-While creates a holiday that stands out for lack of stress and plenty of adventure.

Gail was lovely and very helpful. Nice to be in the countryside, albeit still in Bushmills.

Gail looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room, fabulous breakfast. We highly recommend staying at the Rest a While if youre in the area

Bushmills Gem

We adventured a great distance and experienced Ireland in so many wonderful ways. We found this place last minute as we were passing thru Bushmills and were pleasantly surprised. This was one our of favorite places to stay. The room was great and Gale was so accommodating to our GF breakfast option.

Great place

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Its a lil away from main rd but its quiet and you get beautiful views. There is so much to do around the area. Great place to stay at. I hope we can go back in the future.

The owner was friendly and kind and accommodating with lots of information about the area. Our room was spotlessly, clean and very comfortable. Our breakfast was fresh with very nice coffee and great avocado toast.

Close to Bushmills from where you can walk or catch the tramway (in summer) to the Giant's Causeway centre. Ideal centre for exploring the north coast.

Gail was amazing! She was very accommodating and had excellent suggestions for dining. In addition, to my surprise, she offered avocado toast for breakfast—it was my first sighting of avocado since leaving California almost two weeks—_ big plus in my book!

Gail and Ross were amazing! So accommodating and full of advice. Accommodations were spotless and breakfast was hearty!

Fantastic B & B.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rest a while. Gail was an excellent host & catered to our every need. Such a lovely person. Room was v clean & modern, great to have your own key from outside building, we didn’t feel we were intruding. Breakfast was lovely with a great range of cooked breakfasts. Check in & out brilliant. We will be back. Thanks Gail.

Beautiful facility located close to Giants Causeway and Bushmills Distillery. Host was very welcoming and charming. There’s a book in ew h room full of tips, tricks, and information for visiting the attractions in the area. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a lot of choices to order from. 10/10 Would stay there again!

I loved my stay at the Rest-A-While. The owners are really wonderful and helpful. Excellent breakfast, and nice rooms and facilities. I appreciated the free bike, which I used to visit the Causeway and several stops along the Ulster Way trail. An unbelievably beautiful area.

Wonderful location near Bushmills, quiet and very convenient to Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Dunluce Castle and other local sites. Very nice room and clean. Wonderful breakfast and delightful owners. Very easy to check-in and check-out.

Perfect location and wonderful host

We had a fantastic stay here to see the Giant’s Causeway. Gail provided all sorts of tips for visiting that site and several others in the area that we weren’t even aware of. Location is central to many tourist destinations along this part of the coast. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rest A While! Gail is an amazing host, makes you feel like family. The room was comfortable and spacious, breakfast was incredible, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.

Happy and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. Towels where changed everyday and extra tea or water available on request. The only suggestion I can make for improvement is possible a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was very good and more than enough. I would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Amazing BnB right in the country side next to Bushmills. 5 minute drive from all the must see places including Giants Causeway. Gail is a fantastic hostess. Giving all the tips and tricks for when and where to go. There is a book supplied in each room filled with recommendations and maps on how to get to every must see spot. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be coming back to Rest A While BnB on my next trip to North Ireland!

Ideal area for Bushmills a little out of the centre and Giants Causeway. Very comfortable beds. Lovely host who gave us bikes to ride and dropped us into town on the last day. Very good breakfast. Recomended

Gail was extremely inviting. We immediately felt at home. The room was lovely, super clean and the breakfast delicious. I can't fault this property.

This place was absolutely what we needed, a nice cozy placy off the beaten path but within 10 min to giants causeway, the bushmills distillery and the rope bridges, oh and the dark hedges. The lady whos there is phenominal. Absolutly our favorite stay while we circled ireland.

Awesome B&B

We stayed for 2 nights and had wonderful service. Breakfast was great both days. There were lots of ideas for things to do in the area. We would definitely return if in the area.

Fabulous B&B in a beautiful part of the country

Fabulous stay! Our host was extremely welcoming, the whole place was spotlessly clean and our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped! And the breakfast was perfect! We had an amazing time in a beautiful part of Ireland. We hope to be back soon!

Lovely stay gail was very nice host..place was spotless and breakfast was lovely cooked to perfection.

Superbly appointed room presented to an excellent level of cleanliness and comfort. Covid 19 precautions are at a standard to give complete assurance of hygienic safety. Gail and Ross are the ideal hosts, good knowledge of local and more widely available sight seeing/places worth visiting. The room guide is very comprehensive, well worth studying as to the best means of accessing tourist areas. Restauration guide is useful too.

Lovely location.

Property was lovely and well presented. Breakfast options were good. Only negative is the bed in our room was a double. Would dearly love to see a queen size bed instead but there may be room constraints.

This was a family-run bed and breakfast with a contemporary style. Food at breakfast was excellent and the hostess provided lots of good information about the area. She is enthusiastic about her new venture and it shows in her attitude and service. My sisters and I stayed there in early October and were quite satisfied.

This property was very clean, bright and the host was very friendly. She had great advice for local tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant Stay

A lovely stay for three nights. The bed was a little firm for our liking but this is purely a personal opinion. Would stay again.

Our stay was superb, Gail was so friendly and accommodating. The place was light and super clean. I would definitely go back.

Liked everything and Gail/Gael (?) was lovely - couldn't do enough for us! The only little niggle was having to go outside to get from our room to the breakfast room (the weather in that part of the country is unpredictable!) but it was only a few yards away.

It was immaculate and pretty. The owners are very personable and knowledgeable about the area and gave us advice. We would definitely stay again given the chance!

An excellent place to stay a while

A lovely place to stay a while. Country location but in close proximity to all the local attractions. Host was very helpful and offered excellent guidance on restaurants, attractions and points of interest. A great experience.

This hotel was perfect for us! The location is wonderful with some of Northern Ireland’s greatest sites within a short distance! Gail was lovely and very helpful, her recommendations were perfect and the book she provided in the room was very useful. The condition and cleanliness was excellent we were extremely happy with our stay here, and would definitely stay again!
