had a great experience at the Quai d’Ivry residence. Myriam at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, which made our arrival very pleasant. Special thanks to the brunch chef — the food was excellent, 100% organic, and she took great care of us. A real pleasure, I highly recommend this place!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. We traveled during the first half of April. At first, our room was hot and stuffy, we could not get any airflow, even with the window and small ceiling vents being open. They gave us a small fan which we stationed near the open window at night and in the morning until we left for the day - this made it more comfortable. The nearest grocery store is a 10-15min walk. It was 9€ per person each day to utilize the bus & metro to get in/out of the city. With Residhome's great prices and nice facility, I felt we saved money and were still able to keep to our lower budget for this Paris trip.

Good little hotel, good price, a bit of a walk from the light rail and metro. Great shower, quiet area at night.

House keeping should be like at least twice a week. Otherwise evertthing was superb

The facility is well maintained. The bed and pillows are the best, we slept very well. All the amenities are modern. Fits the profile for everyone.

Well, there is a massive incinerator next door but surprisingly it had no impact on our stay. The area is modern. Avenue de France has the retail and resto. If U want trad Paris centre you won't get it. If you want good, cheaper with decent transport then it's fine.

wife and I found the staff to be stand-off-ish, not welcoming at all. Felt like a number and there was no effort to make sure we were important.

Great place. Close to line C RER (5-10 min walk or just take bus 25). So, a direct way to most attraction. The place is super clean and very comfortable. I rarely sleep so well in a hotel. 100% recommend.

Just aside a recycle company I thing and make a lot of noise days and night and bed is hard but good place overall with nice staff especially the night man amazing service

It was nice and very comfortable. My view was blocked and it was a longer walk to the train and Groceries than i thought it would be.

This property had unusual extras such as welcome snacks and free bottles of water on arrival. Reception staff were also extra friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay was excellent, the property, rooms and amenities were well kept and clean. The only issue for us is that there was no hot water in the morning.

The hotel is nice for a few days in Paris.

Clean and safe

me and my partner travelled for my 23rd birthday for 4 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly - bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed, couldn't fault anything from the place at all. only thing I'd say is the area is very VERY much under construction and you'll hear it, see it and dream it, the area isn't bad, it's just very grey

Excellent Stay

Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast.

Stayed for a weekend. Cant fault it, very friendly and has everything you need

Hotel is good, just some personal preference items you should consider before booking. 1) Not close to any attractions, so be prepared to spend quite a bit on travel. 2) No free room cleaning, if you want it you have to pay. They have a once a week policy that they’ll clean for free, but it’s a hassle to get it done. House keeper told me no she wasn’t doing it, but 2 different people at the front desk told me I was on the schedule to be cleaned. So either a lack of communication between staff, or a disgruntled housekeeper…not sure which one. Just go not expecting to get your room cleaned. 3) If you’re a cold natured person, I wouldn’t recommend this place for you in the winter time. As the rooms stay at about 68 -72 degrees based on USA standards. If your a hot natured person, this place may work out great. Front desk person told me the room may not heat to what I’m accustomed to and she was right. I thought the heat was broken, but it was just the standard temperature that their heat blows.

The staff os very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. They're multi-lingual and always willing to assist. The property is new(2022) and impeccable.

Excellent Hotel Apartment, clean and new with friendly staff. It is a bit distanced from the places to visit in Paris, we had to take Uber or the bus subway to the visiting places which worked just fine for us.

Great property, clean, polite staff, kitchenette in room was great with fridge, microwave, kettle proving very useful. Only negative about 30 minute walk to nearest metro. Overall very pleased with stay

Very nice place and location

Very new building. Unit was large, clean, and comfortable. Myriam at the front desk was very friendly and helpful particularly with sorting out transportation as several key parts of the metro were not fully operational.

Superb room, service, breakfast & views of the Seine. Nothing to do with the property, but be advised: Apple maps cannot locate the address, and worse, it takes you to a wrong, out of the way location. Pro Tip if using Apple Maps: find and go to B&B hotels - Residhome just next to it.

Clean and quiet apartment complex for our family of 4. For our next visit to Paris, I would chose lodging closer to city center since the distance factored greatly into our daily plans. By the 3-4 day, we figured out the metro and got our walking legs accustomed.

Great amenities in the room with access to public transportation to central Paris

Overall it was great place. One thing they didn't do is come and clean the room. We stayed for 5 nights and not one day, they came to ask if we needed anything. We had to ask for toilet paper on 2 different occasions. This place is nice for families, it's very roomie and clean. It's about 15 to 20 mins from the Metro station. Starbucks is right next door and there's a Japanese restaurant that's pretty good also.

The First Lady we encountered was so lovely and helpful, I really appreciated her. However there was one staff member (didn’t get her name) was very very rude, made my wife cry she was that awful. Wish I knew her name but. I would have put a formal report in. Amenities; the washer and dryer was very expensive it ate my coin when I accidentally pressed the wrong button and I had to put another in. To top it all off we were there for 5 days and were refused towels daily as ‘they didn’t have any’ and their ‘issues with suppliers’ would not recommend this stay

Staff very helpful and property very clean. Area is being developed at the moment and noise from nearby cement factory may disturb some people but not myself. But area is improving all the time with nearby tram connection and easy metro access to the city centre.

Wonderful aparthotel for our Paris trip. Had everything included, lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Transport nearby, which easily connects you to central Paris or Versailles, supermarket and boulangerie within a couple minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in was a breezy. Breakfast was great and area was very clean. Room was smaller then expected but it worked great for my son and I.

It was a good clean area, across from a students dorm. Not close to all the tourist attractions of Paris so be prepared for Uber or Taxi. Great starbucks thats next door with lovely staff.

I like the fact that they don't come to bother with daily housekeeping. But the down side is that you have to pay to get clean towels.

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel. The staff was excellent, they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

1000% recommend

It was my first time in Paris and this hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and the room was spotless and wonderful to stay in. The bed was super cozy and the kitchen was convenient. It's nearby a few busses and it's about a 15-20 minute walk to a more populated, busy area. Very worth the money!

For my wife and our first time in Paris this was the perfect fit. We intend to go back and stay.

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung, die Metro ist 15min Fußweg entfernt. Leider liegt es nicht in der schönsten Gegend. Besonders störend war allerdings, dass das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts (6 Nächte) nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde. Den Müll mussten wir eigenständig entsorgen und leer gegange Hygieneartikel gab es nur widerwillig auf Anfrage vom Personal.

Très beau mais quelques choses à améliorer

Très bel hôtel et beau studio. Tout y était, kitchenette avec micro-ondes et lave vaisselle une grande salle de bain et un lit très confortable. Tout était parfaitement propre. Parking couvert, cher mais pratique. Dommage que la clime n'était pas réglable ( il faisait très chaud dans la chambre ) et qu'il ne restait plus grand chose au petit-déjeuner. Ce qui est décevant car les produits semblaient de bonne qualité.

Impeccable

Tout été parfait ! Une équipe souriante et attentionné. La Chambre / Studio était impeccable, propre et surtout cette odeur incroyable quand j’ai ouvert la porte… qu’est ce que ça sentait bon (si quelqu’un connaît le parfum ou le diffuseur je suis preneur ahah). Je reviendrai la prochaine fois si je passe sur Paris

Chambre très confortable très propre. Salle de bain idem. Literie parfaite. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix. Accueil agréable. Seul bémol le parking un peu cher. Hotel à conseiller.

Avis globalement satisfaisant mais..

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble : propreté, calme dans l'établissement, confort. En revanche check-in déplorable. 30 à 45 minutes de perdues en arrivant le soir car le parking (à plus de 20 euros la nuit, par ailleurs) ne s'ouvrait pas malgré les relances de la réceptionniste. Celle-ci, en extra, ne connaissait pas l'établissement, ni les chambres, s'est trompée en me donnant la carte de chambre (pas à notre nom) n'était franchement pas agréable et a insisté, à 23h15 lorsque nous avons enfin réussi à rentrer dans le parking et que nous sommes passés devant elle, accompagnés de notre petite de 2 ans et avec tous les bagages, pour que nous payions les taxes. Je lui ai fait remarquer que la moindre des choses était que nous puissions s'installer, étant donnée l'heure tardive. Mémorable !

we dans l'est parisien

bel établissement tout confort. chambre , salle de bain et cuisine équipées avec tout ce qu'il faut. la localisation est proche des axes de sorties de Paris (10 min) , de la Seine ( 3 min ) et du métro 14 (20 min à pieds.) petite surprise malgré tout sur le prix du parking qui n'était pas mentionné dans le site. 22 € tout de même !

Établissement surprenant.

Très bel établissement, dans un quartier calme. Très belle décoration intérieure, chambre et salon spacieux. Très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Je recommande fortement

Estadia aconchegante. Fomos com a nossa bebê e pedimos um berço. Deu tudo certo. No andar "ES" você pode encher sua garrafa de água com ou sem gás. Na recepção eles tem boa vontadenpra tentar entender sua língua, mas usei bastante o Google tradutor e deu tudo certo. Num modo geral fomos bem atendidos.

Die Unterkunft war top top top wirklich nichts zu mäckern bis auf das neben an ein Kraftwerk ist was aber tagsüber halb so wild war.

Tres bon séjour

Une super résidence, confortable, accueillante. Le parking securisé est très bien. La literie, neuve, est un vrai must. Le personnel d'accueil a été arrangeant et sympathique, avec de petites attentions bienvenues.les logements sont spacieux et super bien insonorisés. Le petit dejeuner étant assez cher, nous ne l'avons pas pris. Bien qu'il y ait des bus a côté de la résidence, c'est quand même un peu loin pour se rendre dans paris quand on a des petits en bas age. En tout cas, très bon séjour et très bonne surprise! Merci beaucoup

Soggiorno 3 notti (pessimo)

La stanza è carina, moderna, con il cucinino e tutto come da descrizione, l’unica cosa salvabile. La posizione è a metà strada tra il centro di Parigi e l’aeroporto di Orly, dista mezz’ora da entrambe. Tutto il resto terribile: colazione sia salata che dolce ma misera, deludente e per niente rifornita; pulizia assente, non veniva nemmeno rifornita carta igienica e cambiati gli asciugamani ( che il servizio di pulizia camera fosse a pagamento non ci è mai stato comunicato). Reception scortese e per niente disponibile. Il nostro check in sembrava improvvisato e al check out, alla nostra richiesta di chiamare un taxi, ci è stato detto che non era possibile, dovendoci quindi arrangiare per tornare in aeroporto. SCONSIGLIO! Non ci torneremo.

Super résidence hôtelière. Jamais eu de chambres et salles de bains aussi spacieuses à Paris. Personnel tres sympathique. Chambre propre et lits confortables (aussi pour le canapé pliable). Proche de l'arrêt de bus 325 "Bruneseau".

2 nuits à Paris

Hébergement très pratique avec le nécessaire pour faire réchauffer un repas ou petit déjeuner. Le personnel était super et il y a un local pour déposer ses bagages si on arrive trop tôt. Seul bémol, l’emplacement dans un secteur industriel et commercial un peu en retrait des lignes de métro. Heureusement, la ligne de bus à proximité permet de se raccorder aux différents modes de déplacement. Sinon, compter une vingtaine de mn à pied. Très agréable séjour et bonne literie.
