Our stay at unicorn was great. Pony was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of advice about how to check in, how to use the facilities and about local cuisines to try. It’s a very short walk from the train station so easy to get around, and the nearby creek is a beautiful walk/run. The room was very clean. The milk tea dessert bar downstairs from the property is also fantastic and I recommend you try the dacquoise.

Great hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms, good for groups. Good area by many transport options, river walk, markets, and shops. Excellent service from the host, very helpful and welcoming.

Absolutely perfect stay for me! I do not like soft beds, this hotel has the best bed quality for my needs . The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! Their soy milk was delicious and made in the same exact style that I used to have in my childhood. They also serve FRESHLY squeezed (mandarin) orange juice and watermelon juice. GREAT location to Taoyuan High Rail station. I walked there at the start of my day to Taipei and if at the end of my day i got too tired, cab AND Uber are plenty. I will absolutely come back and stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I looking for hotel but this hotel is not ordinary hotel style what I want to stay. But I have another experience.

Excellent location, 2min walk to bus stop where we could take bus 421 direct to Myeongdong,namdaemun and subway station. Alternatively, can walk about 10 mins to dongmyo subway station for access to many parts of seoul. It is also a 1 min walk to Emart and a cinema, and many cafes& restaurants. Excellent host and staff- Ponny, her father and JJ. They took care of us very well and was very responsive whenever we text her questions and enquire. She also lent us her wifi egg to enable communication between us. If we need to order food delivery, they were very happy to assist. During our stay, EXO had a comeback and ponny helped us to order their album and we got it before we left seoul Every morning, we will have a drink at the cafe and play with the cats while planning the day with ponny. The washing machine is a bonus for us. Although ths bathroom is small, we had everything we needed. The only small pointer is that the bed was hard but the bedsheet and the blanket was very comfortable so it made up for the small little discomfort. The floor heating system was also very good. Definately reccomend to families and anybody who wants to experience hospitality in seoul

Must stay at if your in Dongdaemun

What I gathered from my 2 weeks stay. I really enjoyed the room decoration as they changed the decoration every few days. They had a very friendly but fun feel. The owner was very nice and helpful. This hotel offered so many amenities like: free coffee in the morning, washer in room, and even a free phone to use for when you are away from the hotel. The only problem I had was the bed was a little to hard for my liking. I wish the hotel would have put some kind of mattress pad to soften the bed up.

Everything was good. The person in charge is very friendly. We have a very comfortable 7N stay at this place.

I was very pleased with this experience. The room was spacious and kept clean. When I booked, I did not realize it came with a clothes washing machine, which was an added bonus on a 4 week trip (plus I've never come across a commercial laundromat in Korea.) The owner/staff was truly exceptional in responding to questions, and helping me get my hot water turned on when I accidentally turned it off.

Convenient Stay for Family in Center Dongdaemun

We were with 4 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space in the large apartment, suitable for our 2-night stay. Ms. Ponny the owner connected with us via email and later an app and was very helpful with given directions in Seoul, even assisting us to with public transportation. Plenty of towels, a mix of bunker- and kingsize beds. Easy to find as it is right behind a gigantic eMart and Starbucks (1 minute walk!!), though Ponny's Unicorn has also a nice cozy coffeeshop by itself, which functions as the reception to the around 15 or so apartment rooms. It came very handy that Ponny and her small team speak English very well, and communicate around the clock for anything needed, being very friendly and helpful. We walked in about 20 minutes to Dongdaemun Market & clothing shopping malls area. Ponny also assisted in calling a large van who drove 7 of us with huge luggage safely to the airport for Won 100K at 7am. We would surely recommend Unicorn if we return to Seoul and need a large family room.

The host, Bomi is very nice and considerate, she cared about us and showed us how the neighborhood is clearly and gave us ride while we arrived and left the residence. The room is big and clean, equipped with everything we need, just like home.

喜歡住宿入面可以煮嘢食同有洗衣機洗衫，除咗住宿同地鐵站有一大段距離

家族で泊まりましたが、タオルの交換の仕方がわかりにくかったですがすぐに連絡が付き対応していただき感謝です。 風呂はシャワーしか無いのですが、すぐ近くにサウナがありゆっくり風呂も入れて最高でした。 近くにスーパー・コンビニ・飲食店・サウナと色々な店があり便利です。 オーナー様とも連絡が取りやすく、安心できました。 次回も韓国に行く時は泊まらせていただきます。

시설이 조금 노후되었으나 직원들이 너~무 친절하고 있는 동안 참 편안했습니다.

친구들과 종로에서 공연보고 함께 묵었어요. 긴 식탁이 있었던 게 정말 정말 좋았어요. 주변에 상가도 많아서 먹을데며 시장볼 데도 많아서 음식을 사다 같이 먹으며 수다 떨었어요. 다들 들어오더니 안 나가고 싶다하더라구요. 세제향 나는 침구며 뽀드득한 식기며 아기자기한 인테리어며 다들 만족했어요. 사진보다 더 깔끔한 화장실에는 세탁기도 있었어요. 도착하기 전에 친절한 문자 설명도 좋았구요. 좀 늦게 체크아웃해도 좋다고 문자도 주시구요. 다들 다음에도 여기 예약해서 또 놀자고 하네요. 네비에는 뒤쪽으로 안내가 되어서 좀 헤맸는데 그것만 좀 큰길로 좀 안내가 되면 좋겠어요. 숙소는 정말 큰길가 옆에 있었어요!! 큰 이마트 옆 골목으로 찾음 쉬울듯요.

Facilities was little aged but well maintained. Perfect location near by e-mart and convinience store to buy some foods. Owner was super kind and sweet with welcome& farewell drinks. (Free drinks are available for your Check in and out) warn) super-duper cutie kitties are in check in cafe(not in the residence building, no worries) Who has allergic on cat, better to wait from outside of cafe.

엄청 친절하신 주인분이셔서 이불도 깔끔하게 잘 세탁한 티가 나고 디자인도 아기자기하고 숙소 여유공간도 있어서 좋았음. 콘센트도 군데군데 잘 배치되어있음. 수건 샴푸 린스 바디샤워 핸드솝 구비되어있고, 개인 칫솔 치약 클렌져는 챙겨가야함. 간단한 기름 소금 설탕 냄비 그릇 등이 있어 취사 가능하지만 환기문제로 고기 생선 카레 등 냄새나는 류는 조리불가. 바닥에 보일러도 잘 들어오고 수압도 좋고 인근에 이마트도 있고 배달주문도 가능함. 자주 놀러오게 될거같습니다

다음날 근처에 일정이 있어 전날 머물면서 저녁도 해먹으려 갔습니다. 고기 굽는 것은 불가하다 하니 꼭 유념해주세요. 그리고 음식을 해도 냄새가 잘 안빠집니다ㅠㅠ 창문을 열어도 잘 안빠지더라고요. 숙소는 깔끔했고 쉬기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인 시 또는 체크아웃 시에 커피음료 한 잔을 주십니다. 그게 의외로 굉장히 좋았네요! 차로 해당 숙소를 찾기에 조금 어려울 수 있습니다. 눈을 크게 뜨고 찾아야 해요. 주차장소는 조금 빨리가서인지 다행히 저는 있었어서 편하게 대었는데, 문의를 드리는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다.

Ponny是老老闆娘，她很細心，入住的早一天已whatapps 我say hi, 我們到了便來接我們，每天問我們行程，要不要教我們搭車，真是很貼心。 每天都會有飲品送給我們，地方很乾淨，住得舒適。

LINEでやりとりをし、ゲストハウスまでの行き方を細かく教えてくれたり、到着に合わせてエアコンもつけておいてくれたり、お父さんが帰りも駅まで送って下さり、とっても助かりました！ 近隣にeマートがあり、買い物には全く困りません。 美味しい飲食店もあり、東大門まで清渓川を散歩しながら行くことも出来ました。 バス停もすぐ前にあるので、明洞へ行くのには便利です！ ディフューザーの匂いがちょっと強かった。 建物に入る時に小さな虫がたくさん一緒に入ってきて、それだけが困りました。

지방에서 올라온 친구랑 같이 방문했는데 좋았습니다. 저희가 묵었던 트윈 키티 스튜디오는 두명이 머물기 편안했으며, 침구 상태도 좋았습니다. 창문이 앞뒤로 하나씩 있어서 환기가 잘 되는 편이었구요. 주방에는 다수의 양념과 식기들이 잘 갖추어져 있었으며, 후라이팬도 상태가 좋았습니다. 또한 냉장실과 냉동실이 같이 있는 냉장고가 있어서 편히 얼음을 얼려먹을 수 있었으며, 전자레인지가 있어 음식을 데울 때 상당히 용이했습니다. 걱정했던 소음문제는 창문을 열지 않는 이상 없었으며(창문을 열면 차 소리가 들리긴 합니다), 덕분에 편하게 잠들었습니다. 화장실에는 샤워부스는 없었지만 미닫이식 서랍이 있어 옷이 젖거나 하는 일이 없었습니다. 숙소 바로 옆에 대형마트가 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 또한 청계천도 근방이라 아침에 산책하기 좋았습니다. 마지막으로, 스탭분과 사장님께서 정말 친절하셨습니다. 방문 하루 전 안내문자를 주셨고, 방문 당시에도 하나하나 빠짐없이 챙겨주셔서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 방문할 예정입니다. It was nice to visit with my friend from the countryside. The twin Kitty studio we stayed in was comfortable for two people, and the bedding was good. The windows were very well ventilated because they had one back and one side. The kitchen was well equipped with a lot of spices and utensils, the refrigerator was good for freezing ice or storing food, and the microwave was very easy to heat up. The noise problem I was worried about was that I didn't have to open the window unless I could hear the sound of a car when I opened the window. There were no shower booths in the bathroom, but there were sliding drawers that kept my clothes from getting wet. It also went Wi-Fi well. It was really nice to have a large mart right next to my lodging. Also, Cheonggyecheon was nearby, so it was good to take a walk in the morning. Lastly, the staff and the boss were very kind. I was very impressed by the kind guidance the staff gave me during the visit. I will visit here again.

料金の安さは魅力的だが、場所があまりにわかりにくく タクシーなどに乗っても住所だけではたどり着かない。 地下鉄を利用すると割り切るならば問題ないが 海外に不慣れな方にはおすすめしない。 他方近隣には大型スーパーなどもあり、長期滞在でも 不便はない。 建物はもともとラブホテルだったものを転用しているようす。 ホテルという前提で考えるのであれば他をえらんだほうがよい。 海外にある程度慣れていて、自分でたいていのことは解決できる さらに普段の交通も地下鉄を使いこなすので問題ないというので あれば料金も安く納得感はある。

飯店人員很親切,房間也很整潔舒適,地點雖離地鐵有一小段距離,但一切都蠻不錯的,如有機會再去,仍會住

第一天下飛機就開始找飯店了,找了幾個小時都找不到,當天好冷,飯店可能一直等不到我們,有主動聯絡我們,是否需要協助,但因手機尚未使用網路,所以一直沒聯絡上,後來我們也抵達飯店了,雖然過程頗辛苦,但飯店的主動協助讓人感到溫暖,在這裡住了四晚,民宿的人員也很熱心很願意幫忙,這對在外旅行的我們很安心.

Nice place to stay in Seoul!

Our room has almost every thing essential for daily needs, including a simple kitchen with pans, dishes and seasonings, a washing machine along with powder, and a dressing table for girls...etc. Also, the price is very reasonable! Nice experience ~

Nice, helpful and warm host

The host, Ponny is so considerate to her clients. Know our family trip with two kids, she upgraded us to a bigger room with three beds. She was willing to answer any enquiries and solve any problems from us. I also appreciated to her warmest greetings to us before and after the trip. Should I make use this chance to express my deepest thankfulness to Ponny. I highly recommend this residence especially to those who firstly visit in Korea.

從東廟站走過去需要10分鐘，如果拿著行李箱會有一點辛苦，但民宿那邊很樂意幫助我們解決問題。 Ponny在我去首爾前已經用whatsapp聯絡我，ponny英文很好，不會太擔心溝通問題，當我表示對找路去民宿有困難，她立即表示會去車站接我們；離開的時候，行李比較多，她亦會送我們到附近的機場巴士站。 民宿附近有emart, 是一間大型超市，晚上12點才關門，所以我們幾乎每晚都去逛超市。民宿有廚房，我們會買一包餃子，買些生果回去做宵夜。 民宿本身有做cafe, 每更每人都會送一杯morning drink, 有4款飲品可選擇，我每日都會去取一杯咖啡來喝。 我和家人去旅行都偏好選一些可以容納多些人的民宿，因為這樣就不用分房了，ponny還upgrade了房型給我，謝謝！

酒店主人Ponny 超好人，幫忙打點一切，到了首爾她主動WhatsApp 我們教我們怎樣去酒店，然後教我們去附近超市和介紹周圍。

広くて静かで清潔なホテル

少し駅から離れますが1号、2号、6号線が徒歩10分くらいでした。ホテルのポニーもLINEで終始対応してくれて助かりました。お部屋は広く大変清潔です。静かな場所で夜も暗い割に地元の方も歩いているので危なくは無いと思います。東大門までも徒歩10分でナイトショッピング後も歩いて帰宅できます。

우선 사장님께서 완전 친절하십니다. 그리고 방이 깨끗합니다. 화장실, 주방과 취사도구들도 깨끗했습니다. 호텔보다 훨씬 좋은 점은 일단 방이 넓습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 장기로 머무실 분들에게도 좋을 것 같습니다. 바로 옆에 이마트가 있어서 편리했습니다. 체크인할 때 주변 안내 책자도 주시는데 바로 근처에 구제시장, 완구시장 등 가볼 곳이 많더라고요. 이번에 1박만해서 많은 것을 못했지만 가능하다면 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶습니다. 바로 옆이 롯데캐슬(이마트, 롯데시네마 등 위치)이고 그 옆에도 왕십리 뉴타운으로 주거지역이 쭉 있어서 밤에도 조용했습니다. 주방취사도구로 냄비, 후라이팬, 칼, 가위, 국자, 뒤집개, 수저, 젓가락, 다양한 종류의 접시, 컵, 음식물쓰레기용 봉투, 세제 등이 있습니다. 또 소금, 후추 등 기본적인 재료들도 있어요! 저는 모르고 다 사갔지만... 냉장고도 커요. 화장실에도 샴푸, 린스, 바스 등이 있고 수건, 휴지도 요청하시면 더 가져다 준다고 하셨습니다. 세탁기 옆에 세제도 같이 있고 방에 건조대도 있습니다. 그 외에 헤어드라이기도 있고 사용은 안했지만 에어컨도 있고 선풍기도 있어요. 난방은 설정해주신 24도에 뒀는데 완전 따뜻했어요. 잘 때 26도로 올릴 필요도 없었네요. 또 특별한 점은 체크인할 때와 체크아웃하는 날 레지던스 내의 카페에서 마실 것을 주십니다. 처음에 체크인하러 카페에 들어갔는데 캐리어랑 책자들이랑... 외국 놀러간 기분이었어요! 마침 안에 외국인 할아버지가 계시기도 했지만요 ㅋㅋ 길게 쓴다고 썼는데 여기 이용하실 분들한테 도움이 될지는 모르겠네요. 사장님이 진짜 완전완전 친절하시고 시설도 완전완전 넓고 깨끗하고 하니까 방문해보세요. The manager is very kind. The room is very clean and large. Around the residence is quite and safe. There are several places to visit near the residence. Unique markets(flea, toy, kitchen etc). I'm not good at English, so this is pretty much all I can write. Just ask Manager and she will kindly respond to your questions.

동묘앞역과 15분 정도의 거리에 위치해있다. 강따라 산책을 하는 기분을 느낄수있다. 숙소의 위생이 괜찮고 인테리어가 매우 마음에든다. 부엌과 세탁기, 와이파이 공유기가 구비되어있다.

附近有emart, 有跳蚤市場，由清溪澗行去東大門約十五分鐘，亦是節目之一。房間大及舒適。獨立開放式廚房可煮食，但不可以煮魚及肉。

Highly recommend hotel

We didn't expect that we had such good memories during staying in Residence Unicorn. Ponny is nice & cute lady. She made a very good arrangement and provided an excellent services to us. On the 1st day, the heating machine was broken in our room. Ponny has arranged the hotel next to it. And she gave us some recommendations for the restaurants and taught us how to reach the place we wanted to go! And my son has lost his mobile phone, and Ponny helped us to find it and send back to HK. The hotel is so warm, not only the environment and facilities in the room. And also the services provided from them. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Korea next time. We highly recommend the people who will come with their family and staying this hotel.

今回、宿泊日に連絡を入れてから向かおうとしたのだが、宿泊出来ないと言われた。 (韓国語と日本語が話せる友達がホテルと話してもらった) ホテル側からすると、早くに私にメールを送っているというが、勝手に英語を話せるという前提で、英文のメールを送って来られても読めない人からすると訳がわからない。 結果、当日4時間かけて当日宿泊出来るホテルが見つかったが、宿泊地はソウルより離れていて且つ、値段もかなり高いホテルで正直不愉快でした。 予約者が必ずしも英語が話せるとは限らない訳で、もう少し宿泊者目線でのサービスを提供してもらいたい。

老闆娘Ponny及她的助手非常细心及热情，到酒店后先送上welcome drink及介绍附近地方及如何到地铁站。 酒店房间非常整洁没有任何味道我們住嘅是三人房，有独立厕所洗衣机厨房全部齐全，旅途中有任何问题他们都会帮忙解决，酒店附近有大型超市E-Mart及很多食肆非常方便，从酒店步行至一号线地铁东庙站只需十分钟，我们回程時他们还主动安排车送到机场巴士站。下次到韩国旅游一定会再次居住此酒店。
