Me sentí engañado

Contexto: Estamos viajando y haciendo home office así que seleccionamos apartamentos con ciertas características. En este alojamiento el wifi no funcionó nunca durante nuestra estancia, la lavandería no funcionaba, de los 4 elevadores… 2 son para empleados, 1 está averiado y el otro además lo usa en personal de limpieza. Si quieres cocinar hay menos del 50% de los utensilios (solo teníamos 1 plato plano y ningún cuchillo de cocina). Además está sucio y lo peor es la actitud del personal. Espero que este comentario ayude a que mejoren

Good for families

It’s a good place to stay solo or with family. I had an issue with the WiFi at the apartment, but they managed to provide it by other means. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Brussels.

Room has bed bugs. Key access to the hotel is a pain to get in. So, after 6 pm when the front desk leave is hard to in. Especially if you’re a woman, it can be dangerous. Be careful ladies

AVOID! Where do I start! From the moment we walked through the neighbourhood to the hotel, we both knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious which is the only good thing to say about the property, but the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bed and the sofa was dismal. The bed was not very comfortable and stained; the same to be mentioned about the sofa. The TV did not work but wasn’t a deal breaker for us as we were there to explore the city, but just another thing to add to the list of reasons not to stay. To top the stay off we had no electricity on the second night and the bathroom had a ceiling leak above the towel rail which had been mentioned in previous reviews and has clearly not been taken care of. Not to mention a health and safety hazard. It’s up there with one of the worst experiences I have had staying in accommodation.

Estuvimos tres días, el hotel estuvo bien, aunque inicialmente tuvimos dificultad con la entrega de la clave de ingreso pero se solucionó. Mejoraría la ventilación del baño .

Overall, it worked for me, close to public transit and very spacious. I don't like that the staff does not clean the room while you are there and that the front desk hours are 10am to 6pm (Belgium culture), I arrived later than that and had no clue on how to retrieve my key or how to get in to the first door, which does have a number code entry. Thankfully some girls were coming in and they informed me on how they retrieved there info, via email which I did find and I was able to get in. So if you are coming after hours please make sure to check your email for front door code and box code to retrieve your key.

The matress had broken springs making it a triangle, heater was broken, dishwasher was broken, patio door was broken, and everyone got bitten by bedbugs on the 3rd night, causing us to leave a day early.

Below average

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs major renovations. The shower was previously a hot tub, had no door so water got out and only had 1 towel for a 5 night stay and several corners had mold. The last 2 days the elevators didn't work and no solution was given. For the price its ok but would not recommend long stays.

I enjoyed that there was a kitchenette in the room as well as the whirlpool bathtub w/apt only water heater. There is no TV service to the TV in apartment, there do not have a subscription for service in building. The area nearby the aparthotel doesn't seem that safe. I think there is some drug use in the area. I was followed out of the nearby Lemmonier tram station...Luckily there was a couple walking ahead that I was able to catch up near until I got to the hotel. I like there is a security code to access the front door. There are four elevators in 10 floor building... only 1 working elevator (2 are permanently out of order, 1 is temporarily out of order.). During my 6 night visit, the 1 working elevator was not working for 2 nights. I could put up with all of the issues if this hotel was in a safer neighborhood.

I’ve stayed in lots of Hotels around the world and never had a situation like this, this property is just terrible. The cleanliness let a lot to desire. A broken curtain and the tv did not work in the room. A very bad smell coming from the pipeline. I mean I can keep going on. It is a dated building that needs a lot of work. I think the idea is good but the execution is so wrong.

Some of the worst wifi on the planet. My partner needed wifi for an important meeting but when we got there the wifi was unusable. We talked to the front desk who said yeah it sucks but couldn't help us. Needed up paying for data. Place was clean enough but the place didn't have any pots or knives. Overall it's not a great place to stay but at least it's cheap. You get what you pay for.

Good Stay and Close to everything

We had a good time. Staff were very helpful as our initial apartment had problems and they provided an alternative.

Poor housekeeping

The property itself is very lovely- a beautiful view. We arrived to the flat which smelt off and had an unusually bad lingering smell. Opening a window luckily got rid of this. But when closed came back. We notice the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned and found various hairs in the shower tub- we then followed to ask the man in the reception, notifying him of the bathroom and requesting for it to be cleaned. As we were on our way out to go explore he had said this would be done now. When we arrived back later in the evening- no cleaner had come and the bathroom remained in the same condition which we were not happy with. As we were leaving the next day we decided not to say anything further but we were not happy.

Two Days in Brussels

Very pleasant stay in Brussels. Extremely quiet building with friendly and helpful staff members Only a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Brussels. The neighborhood made me feel like I was back in the Middle East amongst friends.

Terrible WIFI and uncomfortable bed

This was an experience to say the least. When We arrived at the property check in was smooth and helpful staff. Huge room and adequate kitchen equipment. However within an hour of being there the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and it had clearly not been the first time there was this issue: we rang support and they said give it an hour see if it stops. It eventually did stop after we mopped it out with our towels. The WIFI DOES NOT WORK, they tried fobbing us by saying they were having maintenance done but that is lie. So don’t expect WiFi. And bed is very very old and not comfortable. If they changed their beds and got WiFi I would reccomend.

Poor service poor facilities

The place was dirty, they don't have any maintenance for the building. Only one pillow, the bed is terrible and old. It's self checking, but the keys are available to any body on the building, so is not save at all. We actually didn't stay, it's a cheep apartment building in a dangerous neighborhood.

Good for whom want to save Money and big family. Not good for Couples or single. No wifi , no Cable TV. Walked 15 minutes to The Grand Palace and Shopping. Not bad .very noisy.

Do not stay at this hotel. Only 1 star because we can’t rate it zero. Dangerous area for pickpockets & we were robbed and injured opposite the hotel. Hotel is run as cheaply as possible. Would not stay at a Smartflats hotel again. Almost every guest has trouble with the almost illegible entrance number pad which should be replaced. Instructions are vague, because you can’t read all of the button characters. Other guests had trouble accessing key security box as no one was on duty at reception. No one on duty in hotel from 6pm to 10am. Telephone assistance was inaccurate. VERY slow internet.Only one of four elevators works. Only one person on the service desk to assist but didn’t when we asked for more toilet paper. He said the hotel had run out and more would be in “tomorrow“. It wasn’t, so we went out and bought our own from a nearby store. Bedding was okay but a spring in our mattress kept one of us from sleeping. Strange stains in the plastic shower floor. The drapes on the window did not reach the bottom of the shelf so we had to place jackets and bags there to keep the early morning sun out. A 1st floor fire escape door was left open one day, so anyone could have entered the hotel from neighbouring buildings. Go elsewhere.

Great location and safety. Price was fair. There were no towels and getting them was difficult. Location and view were awesome

Apartment was good However it was not clean! Neither were the public areas of the premises, tv never worked, one of two elevators never functioned. Balcony wasnt accesable as door to it was broken. Towels were not clean n very poor quality. No cleani g service dispate we stayed 8 nights, so we purchased a mid stay cleaning but no one show up n claimed they didn't have linens therefore they never showed up for the paid service (which we were refunded for) requested a second pillow was denied claiming request should have been made prior to arrival!!

The property dealer company does not have any method of communicating with their clients. Their mailbox is full, no phone number provided and no reception desk at the property so the clients cannot get in touch with them in emergencies or if another situation arises. I tried every method of communication but was unable to reach to them. I would not suggest anyone to book accommodation with them.

Cozy bed but the shower leaked ans only has half doors

Well located and beautiful big apartment. However, the bed was horrible; should be replaced.

Overall good experience but had a few problems. Both toilet door handle were loose and came off, no soap and shower gel in main bathroom. Good space and amazing view of the city.

Had a lovely stay in this flat with a large spacious apartment and a comfy bed. It was close to the stariom and had easy access to the city xentre for everything we meeded. Would recommend this place

If only one good thing is the price and the location (close to attractions) but not good for families mostly because also the area was a little shady. You dont feel safe in this area, we avoided walking there at nigjt. In a nutshell maybe good for students looking for a bargain but not a good option of you really want to enjoy Brussels.

Very nice stay with cheap prices which me and my friends enjoyed, only reason it is not a 5 star is due to missing things like tea towels and shower heads.

The bathroom had mold- which is a health hazard however, nothing was done for this. The room had multiple things broken. We had a cockroach crawl on us in the bed. They were unwilling to work with us in changing the room or giving us any sort of refund.

Horrible maintenance, beautiful place

It’s a beautiful apartment, but it has very bad maintenance. There was foul smell, we had to change apartments 3 times, first because there were no drapes over the windows, water was leaking heavily under the bathtub to the point of overflowing into the carpet. Their customer service is horrible, one day we were locked downstairs, it took them 3-4 hours to over 24 hours to find a solution. Due to such lack of professional assistance. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Limited service hours lobby or reception

We had a terrible experience in MIDI 33. The apartment is outdated and practically unlivable. Air conditioner did not work properly, and condensed water flooded the floor. Water was dripping from the celling as well. The elevator stops working on the second day and we carry our heavy luggage to and from 8th floor. We are not young people anymore and it was very bad experience. Wi-Fi is slow and it’s better to use the network, which is costly. This hotel in such conditions not worth our money. I will request to get our payment back.

Bed bugs in the sheets, it looked like the sheets had not been changed since the bed bugs nested there. Cockroach walked across the bed the day before. Broken shower door that could easily land on someone. General lack of cleaning. Great communication by hotel staff. Wifi was broken for Windows 10, but fine for Android. Check in after hours was awful with a 9 step process and no wifi at the door.

Great property for a short term or long term stay with your family or friends!

Remotely located. Spacious apartment. Two -two bedrooms with sofa bed accommodated 10 perople comfortably. Oversize tubs were not necessary and not safe as they were too high getting in and out, plus, around the tub had mold. No soap in bathroom dispensers. Our apartment stove was broken and no lock on one bedroom door.

A few little tweaks would make this a much nicer place to stay, e.g. replace the broken curtain rails. On the whole though it was much better than we expected given other reviews.

The service is bad. The ac was leaking and the ceiling was leaking... the flush didnt work and they never changed the towels...which we used to stop the leaking water from damaging our stuff. They promised a compensation on the booking, but then they said on my next stay. They didnt change the room because they say it is fully booked. I dont understand how expedia and other websites list this place. Stay away from this place.

I was so excited for our stay in Belgium with my family getting to the flat I was looking good but the shower was disgusting I did call and emailed the out of office hours who garantît that it will be solved in the morning believe me till my stay end no one come to sort it out it was so horrific to have shower in that condition but been left with no choice I m going to attache the picture

This property is not maintained. Many items were broken, WiFi was not working, and the support team didn’t assist the entire 4 days stay. Would not come back and would not recommend. Expedia also offered no assistance.

It was the worst experience of my life. No hot water (water heater was broken and we were there in the middle of summer 30 degrees) No air conditioner ( it was blowing warm whether, setting was for summer) Furniture was dirty and unclean. I was allowed to check in early with no issue. My apartment was upgraded because the original apartment had an issue. Check out was really easy. I was a little uncertain where i should put the trash at checkout, but it appears to be more of a city issue than the apartment.

The property is not maintained well.From a non working faucet, curtains/drapes torn and broken , pull out sofa bed with a lot of ingrained dirt to not safe at night in a shady neighborhood.The front building door was open for the 2 nights that we were there coz the lock got destroyed by someone who probably broke it in . So anyone can just go inside the building. My husbands necklace was almost snatched . The thief was not successful taking it and left 3/4 part of the necklace behind. The good thing was we were safe for the 2 nights we were there .

They where a few issues in the property, the tap was broken, curtains where damaged, dish washer was playing up and not working and the extractor was not working so overall I will give it OK but those should have been sorted before moved in so I'm disappointed.

The flat is big, but there was mold all over the shower, the bathroom light was broken and they didn’t come fix it, and there was no soap at all.

The images for the property are deceiving, Picture might taken 10 yrs back once they build property but now its all breaking apart, Shower/TUB/Jacuzzi is Moldy/Stinky and broken no way you could sit in it. Non-Smoker room but strong smell of smoking cigarette once entered had to open window to pass out the smell (Windows are big so it vent out easily). Drawer / Cabinets are falling apart so didn't touched much to damage anything. Kitchen has no Pots just cutleries but good thing find 2 good local restaurant serving nice Moroccan b-fast and dinner place steps away (not too expensive), no washer/dryer in property. No TV channels up-to much i noticed, Overall it was not a bad property but not it was advertised plus the mentioned property for 4 but its only comfortable for 3 people. 4th person has to sleep on floor , or take turns to sleep. Its average unit with deceiving pictures of property

Received no communication from property host/manager after contacting them about the issues. Shower door broken/missing, unable to shower properly, shower head was dirty and mouldy. Mould in areas of the apartment and bathroom smelt of drainage

Unfortunately, my stay at Résidence Midi 33 was highly disappointing. While the initial impression of the flat seemed promising, it quickly turned sour upon closer inspection. The room was plagued with cleanliness issues, including mold in the bathroom and sink, an abundance of bed bugs, and dirty bed sheets strewn with hair. These issues greatly detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking a room here until the management addresses these hygiene concerns.

No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . All was fine the first couple of nights. The final night, a Saturday evening, seemed to be when the problems occurred. The garage, for parking, was routinely blocked by locals; preventing access for guests. It seemed as if this was a recurring issue that had become the norm. Nonetheless, it is a busy city where these problems will occur. Our final night, the security door would not open (for all of the flats), this was corrected when reported. Our card wouldn’t open our door either; this was corrected, also, immediately. These things happen, unfortunately these issues occurred all at once in the span of an hour, but overall it was good.

Shredded curtains could not be closed. Floor was dirty. The sink in the toilet chamber was non-functional. We were given 1.5 small rolls of toilet paper for our stay. We could not contact the front desk because it is only open during standard business hours (10-5), during which hours we were also away from the building. Do not book this property!

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment we had was lovely!!! After reading the reviews we were sceptical but we took the risk and it definitely paid off!!! It was spacious, luxurious and spotless. Great facilities... oven, hob, microwave, lovely powerful shower and a great sized living space! Staff on reception were great too, abd instructions were clear for if they werent around. We were so impressed. The location was also amazing! The train station is a 15 to 20 minute walk away and gets to central brussels in 3 minutes or many other destinations. It is also the place the connection bus drops you off from charleroi airport so it is supremely convenient!! We are do pleased we booked here

🌿 Siamo andati in due da Hotel Midi e ci sono pareri discordanti. Posizione e servizi sono stati buoni: le istruzioni per check-in e check-out sono state chiare e veloci, l'appartamento è vicino la stazione (10min) e vicino al centro (10min), nelle immediate vicinanza c'è poco ma camminando si trova tutto (supermercati, lavanderie, tabacchi); la camera era si dotata di comfort ma qualcosa da migliorare c'è come l'istallazione di termosifoni (che non possono essere sostituiti da una semplice stufetta!) E la pulizia da rivedere (qualche muffa qui e li, ripiani vari sporchi e macchiati, lenzuola gialle); molto soddisfatti del conto

Good price in the center of the city

No sirve la calefacción en diciembre , la repararon al día siguiente de mi llegada , no había luz en la mitad del departamento , no hay wifi, la TV . No tiene canales solo está la TV. Cafetera no sirve , muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo .

Des points à améliorer

La personne à l’accueil était gentil. Nous avons croisé une femme de chambre au 2eme très désagréable et qui ne parlait ni français ni anglais et qui plus est ne voulait faire aucun effort pour nous comprendre. Les appartements sont très propres mais beaucoup de détails sont défectueux. Absence de fermeture pour la salle de bain et les toilettes. Pas de porte ni même un simple rideau pour la douche, donc de l’eau partout inévitablement. La TV ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Nous avons loué 2 appartements (grande famille) au 8 eme et au 2 eme. Les 2 appartements ont les même problèmes mais la wifi ne fonctionne pas au 8eme, juste au 2eme car moins haut j’imagine. Dehors c’est la zone aux alentours, beaucoup de drogués et d’alcoolique traînent sur le parking d’en fasse et le parking de l’hôtel est trop cher donc pas le choix de rester garé dehors. Je pense que l’hôtel augmente sont prix du parking en raison de la situation extérieur environnante. C’est un peu du racket !!!!

Juste bien situé

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Bruxelles. On peut tout faire à pied. On peut arriver a l heure qu'on veut avec le système de coffre fort pour la clé Les draps et les serviettes sont propres Mais le bâtiment est mal entretenu. Les meubles de l appartement sont vétustes, la literie est très inconfortable. Il y a du moisi dans la douche. Pas de télécommande pour la télé malgré ma réclamation. Il y a une odeur bizarre quand on rentre

Adecuado al precio

En nuestra estancia de 4 días esta fue nuestra experiencia. En general todo el edificio necesita mantenimiento. Aspectos negativos: -No tienen wifi, -la cocina no tiene casi accesorios , ni utensilios -el calentador de la recámara principal no funcionaba -el mobiliario y equipamiento es barato, de bajo costo. -limpieza en general deficiente. -colchones y almohadas muy incómodas Puntos positivos: -muy buena ubicación - fácil movilidad a puntos de interés turístico - espacios muy amplios dentro del departamento. En resumen y al leer las otras evaluaciones es lo mismo y las mismas quejas. Al parecer a los encargados no les interesa mejorar las condiciones del hotel.

Me encantó hospedarme ahí

Interphone per i codici per entrare nel palazzo non funzionante. Devi schiacciare il dito infinitamente, se ti va bene entri, se ti va male devi chiamare e ti dicono di mandare email e risponderanno entro 24 ore. Struttura sporca dentro e fuori. Doccia che perde acqua sul pavimento, chiamato e scritto varie volte, mai sistemata. Pulizia zero. Assistenza zero. Devi essere bravo col fai da te per entrare e soggiornare nel Midi 33. Sconsiglio

Ho molto apprezzato la posizione della stanza e la bellissima visuale sulla città. Abbiamo avuto la camera con balcone al decimo piano, una meraviglia! Non secondaria la comodità, la presenza di un piano cottura attrezzato, della tisaniera e della macchinetta per l'espresso, nonché di tutte le stoviglie necessarie per un pasto frugale. Importante nella camera è stata la presenza del riscaldamento. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale. E' stato veramente un ottimo soggiorno.

The Spaces of the apartaments are great. But they are not well cleaned. Curtain were really messy, bathdroom not well cleaned. Bedshits and towels were clean We found a spider rope and screws on the floor. Neighbourhood is not the best area even though we were at 15 min from downtown

It was a nice place to stay if you only need a place to sleep. Very spacious but if you have OCD as me you better stay away.😟 curtain is not fixed, 3 of 6 lights are not working. No one is cleaning everyday and the TV is not working.

En general ha sido una buena experiencia, lo malo era la limpieza ya que nos encontramos pelos en la cama y ambos tenemos el pelo corto. Parte de las instalaciones estaban rotas.

En general todo bien! Algunos fallos como que no hay cortinas opacas y las que hay, están rotas o caídas. Éramos 6 personas y solo un baño y el que hay un poco sucia la bañera-ducha, el contacto con el hotel antes del viaje deja mucho que desear, no contestan. Pero aun así el hotel está bastante bien, buena ubicación y muy amplio y comodo. En la recepción nos atendieron muy bien.

El apartamento cumplió las expectativas, aclarando que solo lo queríamos para dormir , desayunar y alguna noche cenar. Funcionaba todo, no hacia nada de frío, no hizo falta encender las estufas y si hubiera hecho falta, si que funcionaban. nar

No funcionaba la calefacción del salón, faltaba un cristal de la mampara de la ducha. No funcionaba bien el lavavajillas. Las cortinas arrancadas y en los cajones del salón. No había mando de la televisión.

Durante toda la estancia la wifi no funcionó, pedidos soluciones porque mi marido necesitaba trabajar por la noches y no lo han solucionado así que le tocó trabajar cuando parábamos a comer o a tomar algo donde si había wifi. La tele no estaba incluida, cuando vas con niños necesitan un poco de tranquilidad y si no hay tele ni wifi para que puedan ver dibujos los padres que trabajaba online cuando tiene un ratito para adelantar un poco el trabajado pues es tarea complicada. Cortinas rotas entraba la luz desde bien temprano. No había cafetera para el café. Cubertería justita. 4 toallas justas para 4 personas y durante toda la estancia que han sido 5 días no ha habido cambio de toallas. Zona muy fea y hay mucho ruido en la calle de coche de policía, ambulancies, si es verdad que podíamos ir caminando al centro y alrededores (excepto Atomium que estaba muy lejos) pero hemos descubierto casi todo Bruselas andando. Si llegas después de las 18h puedes tener problemas para conseguir la llave del apartamento como le pasó por los menos a dos parejas, porque no hay recepción, hablas online con alguien que no se sabe dónde está y no te da soluciones. No repetiríamos y no recomendaríamos este establecimiento por ahora un poco te puede salir caro, que actualicen las fotos (porque nuestro apartamento no tenía nd que ver con las fotos que están colgadas) y mejoren la atención al cliente.

Limpieza deja mucho que desear. Habitacione descuidada. Los ascensores no funcionaban. El televisor no funciona Buena conexión del transporte publico. LA APP NO CARGAR LAS FOTOS.

Très bon accueil

No recomiendo este hotel a nadie ni volvería, ha sido una mala experiencia, que cada vez ha ido a peor. Nos hemos alojado en dos habitaciones diferentes, una en la suite de la planta ocho y la otra en la planta dos. En la suite de la planta ocho estaba todo limpio pero no teníamos luces en los baños y teníamos que entrar con la linterna del móvil. El ascensor no funcionó en ningún momento así que tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras para subir y bajar todos los días y bajar las maletas. La experiencia de la habitación de la planta dos horrorosa, el colchón estaba roto y no nos solucionaron nada, tuvimos que dormir en la otra dirección de la cama, con los pies colgando, toda la estancia sin poder descansar y con dolores de espalda. El último día se rompió la puerta del baño y tras pedir ayuda en numerosas ocasiones no nos dieron ninguna solución ni alternativa, estuvimos un día entero sin baño ya que tampoco hay baños públicos en el hotel. (O no nos los proporcionaron) Por las noches no hay personal en recepción y nadie te ayuda, simplemente hablas con un chat en el que te dicen que al día siguiente se comunicarán contigo. El personal de recepción nos comunicó que no podían cambiarnos de habitación porque no había ninguna disponible, pero intentamos reservar otra y había habitaciones libres. No vuelvo más

No recomiendo este hotel a nadie ni volvería, ha sido una mala experiencia, que cada vez ha ido a peor. Nos hemos alojado en dos habitaciones diferentes, una en la suite de la planta ocho y la otra en la planta dos. En la suite de la planta ocho estaba todo limpio pero no teníamos luces en los baños y teníamos que entrar con la linterna del móvil. El ascensor no funcionó en ningún momento así que tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras para subir y bajar todos los días y bajar las maletas. La experiencia de la habitación de la planta dos horrorosa, el colchón estaba roto y no nos solucionaron nada, tuvimos que dormir en la otra dirección de la cama, con los pies colgando, toda la estancia sin poder descansar y con dolores de espalda. Riscaldamento non funziona,TV non funziona,Frigorifero non funziona, microunde non funziona, per fortuna che avevamo solo 2 notti!!! Con 2° fori,e solo un piccolissimo termo elettrico in bagno!!! Siete veramente di tutt'a vergogna!!!

Muy buena experiencia ahí, pasamos 5 días con mi familia y todo estuvo muy bien. Excelente ubicación, la vista muy buena. Uno que otro detalle de los equipos de ducha pero de resto todo excelente.

No funcionaba el ascensor y tuvimos que subir 8 pisos a pie con las maletas y un bebe

Mi esposa tuvo una urgencia medica y no pudimos viajar y no tuvieron la mas minima consideracion en cambio de fecha ni reembolso. Pesima actitud

le séjour c’est globalement bien passée sauf que sur le site il y’a marqué pour 4 personne arrive là-bas on nous dit que c’est que pour 2 personne et la propreté est à revoir vraiment pas propre on retrouve de la saleté dans la salle de bain les toilette la brosse toute sale de la moisissure sur les joint de la salle de bain
