Such an amazing vibe, felt super connected to the island. Remember you’re super close with nature so there will be some bugs but honestly worth the stay
Wonderful stay!
We have had a wonderful stay at Reef View! We spent 3 nights in the Turtle Back pavilion upon arrival and then in a beautiful room later in our trip. Both were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess Sharon is super friendly and very helpful as she had great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. We would definitely recommend staying there and will do so again!
The architecture of the property was interesting- unique in fact. I also liked the vibrant colours. With respect to transportation, you really need a car to get about. Or taxi, of course.
Our family, had a wonderful stay, love this villa. Very spacious. Area very quiet. Very clean. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Communicated well and promptly.
The owner Sharon, was very helpful in showing us around and assisting us with getting a taxi. Room was perfect for our short stay. Loved the style of the hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the ability to cook our own meals and have a full kitchen accessible to us.
Beautiful views from rooftop pool terrace, quiet and safe area. Only a 2 minute walk to a nice private beach with some nice snorkelling. Sharon is welcoming and great to communicate with! Spacious rooms and living space, but the beds weren't the most comfortable. Restaurants and grocery were about 10 minute walk away, but quite the hills along the walk. Our family of 8 had a great visit to Grenada while staying at Reef View Pavillion.
Owner and staff were extremely accommodating! Highly recommend and will certainly book again in the future!
I had an amazing experience at Reef View in Grenada! I stayed in the Pavillion and it was beautiful. Comfy, clean, and intimate setting. At reef view the views are gorgeous, especially from the roof top pool. The staff was so tentative and made my short stay very meaningful. The location is close to Junction and the brewery and a short cab or bus ride to the beach. Grenada itself is a beautiful island with the people to match and sunsets are llike no other . I highly reccomend visiting Grenada and staying at Reef view and I will be coming back!
The property has potential but more work needs to be done. The group was disgusted with the amount of roaches. The towels also need replacing
This was our family’s first trip to Grenada and the Reef View Pavilion is an establishment that represents upper middle-class living in the Caribbean. All the amenities we needed were provided: swimming pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen for cooking when we chose to eat-in, spacious living room Netflix for lazy time, a large private upper balcony with great views and plenty of sun bathing. Sharon and Anthon were responsive to us when any issues arose with the property so their responsiveness was like have family members as our hosts. We fully enjoyed the time and experiences we got in Grenada. The facility made it a truly special island experience. Thanks again!
Had an overall great experience and would definitely return!
Continental breakfast was not provided as advertised. We were given bread and eggs and were expected to prepare them ourselves. A scraping of butter and jam, a small amount of sugar and a tin of milk were provided upon request. There was an ant infestation in the room and kitchen. There was no hot water in the bathroom.
good
It was the best time I ever had definitely coming back
This is my third stay at Reef View and I love it! As an SGU alumni and solo female traveler it’s great coming back to the island and staying in the Lance Aux Épines neighborhood because it’s safe to walk and an easy bus or car ride down to Grand Anse and restaurants. The hostess Sharon always has the property spotless and the pool is fabulous! Will continue to use this place in the future!
The property does not match the photos online. The "road" to the property is a long, dark, uneven dirt track, I would hate to drive there when rain falls, especially at night. At 1st the owner Sharon was pleasant, she guided us to property, showed us room and toured hotel & gave us advice on where to visit & where to get food. The 1st red flag was the stench emanating from the patio area directly outside the room, 2nd there were mosquitoes biting in the room, cob webs, spiders and felt like the place wasn't cleaned properly. This was told to Sharon who advised that there was another room available but only for 2 nights, after which we would have to return to this. What sense would that make? Even after deep cleaning the place still wouldn't resemble what was advertised and the feeling of doom that surrounds the dark, dismissal backyard (where the room was) While brainstorming how to salvage our vacation, we saw a cockroach on ground. Tried to get Sharon's help via message and call, to no avail. Got rid of it and filled with anger we left the property for dinner (& to calm our anxiety) We picked up some bug spray to deal with it ourselves. I sprayed behind the kitchen counter & multiple cockroaches started to walk & FLY around the room. We packed our rental & tried to contact Sharon to no avail, i search the hotel for 30 mins to find her & eventually found her room & she said she couldn't help. No refund. The other room wasn't an option then. Nothing. Had to sleep elsewhere.
Spent a week here and host Sharon made my 1st time visit feel so welcoming! The shared living concept is excellent 👌
The rooms and property are very special and unique. The owners are in personal contact with you. They are friendly, professional, helpful, caring. They explain the rooms, the property, the local area. I can’t say enough positive feedback in every regard about the way Reef View Pavilions is operated and how beautiful unique and special this place is. And I would expect a property like this to be very expensive. But is is actually budget priced for a boutique special experience ! I will always stay there when I am in St George’s Grenada !
We really loved this place. It’s a very unique property. Very peaceful with a lot of beautiful trees. Sharon the owner is such a great host. I really enjoyed our stay. Will be back!!
A hidden gem full of character and great hospitality. I’ll be back!
I stayed with my husband there for a period of 4 days and we liked how quiet the place was. Overall we think breakfast was limited and there was a lot of ants in our room. Mrs. Sharon was really nice to us and she communicated well. There weren’t much to do nearby and the things that were available to do was not at a fair walking distance. Overall we give the stay a solid 7.5/10.
Early check in.
Disappointing
Definitely more of a hostel than villas and condos. Owner lacks people skills.
Sharon was an awesome host. She reached out to us before our arrival to make sure that we had all the information we needed to get to the Villa and during our stay she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. 👍👍👍👍👍
It is cute different structure. Sharon the owner is really great! As well as the maintenance person. The structure needs more light around outside and I suggest include transportation at least a fee since is a bit far from campus It is located in a safe exclusive place !!
Perfection
Sharon and her partner keep this facility in extraordinary condition. It is like a home away from home. Super clean, lots of green space, tons of secluded spots that make it feel like a private resort, even when other guests are present. What is the best execution of a continental breakfast experience. After my arrival, the fridge was stocked with just the right volume of supplies for me to compose my own breakfast, precisely when I was ready for it. It was so refreshing to not feel the need to keep a schedule to be able to enjoy breakfast. I am so looking forward to the next experience when I am blessed to visit the island once again. Thank You So Much
Sharon is a wonderful host. The penthouse area is spectacular. The place is superbly designed and decorated in a beautiful area. Highly recommend!
The Reef View Pavilions is an enchanting villa located in Lance Aux Epines in St. George’s Parish on the island of Grenada. We were greeted warmly by the owner, Sharon, who gave us a tour and showed us all the amenities. She was very helpful in suggesting restaurants, take out spots, grocery stores that deliver, and beautiful beaches. Sharon also helped us arrange transportation from the airport and graciously provided pre-ordered groceries that were waiting in our fridge for us. The resort was a blend of Southwest/Mexican architecture, built by the owners and beautifully landscaped, with at least three swimming pools. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private. Each room is equipped with a TV, small fridge, sink and cabinets for food. We stayed in the largest condo which had 5 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large common area with a kitchen and eating area. Plenty of room for our family of 13. They also offer room service, and the food was delicious and very reasonable. The property is located within close drivable distances to many attractions, including beautiful Grand Anse Beach and the city of St. George. It was a wonderful experience all around, and we wish we could have stayed longer!
Great location for persons visiting the island on marine vessels and staying at the Secret Harbour Marina. 2 mins drive or 6 mins walk.
Ant infestation crawling all over bathroom and in the bed could not be fixed. Broken air conditioner and no way to contact owner at midnight. Water supply to kitchen and bathroom was broken for several hours. Owners refused to acknowledge our complaints after we moved out. They would not return phone calls to address the issues. They would not provide an invoice or receipt for full prepayment upon arrival. Booked for 15 days and endured for 6 before moving elsewhere. There is no on site office to where issues could be discussed.
Great property for great price. No room or tour credit because not applicable. We had biggest room they had but host was available for anything we needed and helped us get COVId tests to return home too.
Beautiful setting and idyllic experience. Loved the pools, beautiful trees and foliage, short walk to a small but lovely beach. Hostess was friendly, helpful and quick to provide assistance and useful information. Would stay again
What a beautiful oasis. Sharan was the sweetest hostess. The pools were so refreshing and the rooms were comfortable. Walking distance to the beach area.
Reef View is definitely in my top 5 places I've stayed in all my years of travel. The property is beautiful and unique with gorgeous views but the real treasure lies in the lovely and welcoming owners and staff, especially the incomparable Sharon. I'm only sorry that my stay this time is so short, but I know I'll be back again and again!
The property was just amazing. From the roof top pool to the handwashing stations set up all over the property. My stay was perfect. Comfy bed, running hot water and top notch hospitality.
I had a great stay here and Sharon was a great host!
The host was kid and supportive but there was no where to get food at 7:00 pm. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning.
Sharon was an amazing host! Place is beautiful! We are sure to book this place again.
Chose to stay here for our last night in Grenada and very much wish we could have stayed more. The shared living space was worrying initially but the rooms are roomy and had plenty of space for privacy, and the shared living space made the room feel much bigger. Highly recommended and very enjoyable overall!
This was paradise! I was very pleased with my villa and the staff were awesome. Everything was clean and my privacy was respected. I had a wonderful stay!
The rooms look and feel like caves. Claustrophobic feeling, very depressing.
The whole design of the property was beautiful and breathtaking. The colours and all it’s different shapes and curves made it feel like you where somewhere magical Mong the jungle.
Beautiful place with some flaws. I booked a "Deluxe" room intentionally for qyaranteen. I was put in a standard room. I asked about it and reply was it was a quarantine room. I asked then why did I pay and book for a deluxe. Then I was unable to get a simple thing as a bottle of water. You can't stop anywhere enroute from airport to the hotel. The manager said maybe they'll have water tomorrow. I told her water wasn't just a luxury but a necessity in life and it's been 24 hours plus I was taking medicine that eliminates water in the system. Still no water and told to have some delivered. Second night AC stopped working. I sent several messages reporting it was very hot and the AC stopped. Windows in room don't open. No response so I spent the night awake and sweating perfiusly. Finally changed rooms the next day, check out day. And the new room was smaller and the shower did not work. Response was " thank you for letting me know" ok couldn't complain because I was in government mandated quarantine . Glad to have changed hotels and actually get the type of room I paid for .
I loved working with Sharon Antoine. She was attentive, helpful and professional. The property is a wonderful getaway, and is walking distance to Secret Harbor and Prickly Bay.
I would recommend staying here at the Reef. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you Sharon for helping me and being very reliable. Anytime I come Grenada I will stay here or recommend others from the United States to book here.
Well the place definitely does not look how it does in the pictures posted on line... online one would assume the place is completed, however there are plenty of reconstruction taking place, as far as the breakfast being provided .... its self made breakfast and there is a limit on the amount of food provided ... when speaking to the owner she seemed pleasant but aas denyig the fact of the renovations being done ... the place has potential for beauty ... its very serene....the rooms are very petite and there were paint chippings on the walls thats stained some clothes ... i brought thay to her attention as well and she was dismissive...and when i asked her on the 2 day what was the policy of early check out ... ( needless to say this was occurring during the corona outbreak) she informed me that i was not getting any refunds and I reserved the place for 7 days ... so yeah the owner is different and my experience with her was not pleasant... but the place has great potential...
One could stay here for a week and don’t feel like anything is missing, pool, grill, jacuzzi, roof top lounge and beach access. Wish I was living there.
Family weekend St George University
The property was somewhat difficult to locate at first and we had to arrange our own transportation. The area is beautiful and in a good section of town. It is only accessible to groceries, shopping and etc. by cab. Our area was newly built and they are still working out the kinks. We had a problem with hot water. Sharon was very sweet and supplied fresh breakfast food each morning. Eggs, bread, butter, jam and fresh juice. The staff were excellent and the grounds were very clean. It is amazing they have built this all by hand. Wander around, as there are more pools, pavilions and areas to discover. If you choose to walk bring good shoes as the hills are steep and a challenge. The top of the hill is on the St. George University bus route. We loved our stay here.
Relaxed, and comfortable. Owner, Sharon took care of our extra needs quickly and with a smile. She introduced us to the others sharing our common space, making us more comfortable. Wonderfull in every way.
We really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property. The room was very spacious well laid out. The living area and kitchen were stocked with everything you could need
This is a very unique property as you can see from the pictures. It was a great set to have several couples stay for the night as there are several communal spaces, the highlight of which is the rooftop pool with seating and cooking area.
Most unique architecture, multiple pools, rooftop pools with ocean view. Very friendly helpful owner and staff. Very secluded And relaxing area. Just beautiful.
Sharon was amazing! She communicated with me before I arrived and was very pleasant and my room was awesome! Thank you so much!
It was different and unique but some of the basic amenities were not working well ie. the toilet. The back door would not lock and when we informed the manager she still did not get it to lock. Breakfast everyday will only consist of 2 eggs, toast but you do get bananas as well although we shared a kitchen with others and they had eaten them all. Overall the stay was ok, not great but ok
The room was spacious. The amenities were excellent. the shared area was excellent gave us a chance to meet other patrons at breakfast. 10 minutes away from the shops and the center of St Georges.
Excellent place to stay at excellent value. All staff members were incredibly nice and helpful!
It was ok but my improvement with the breakfast can be done
The building construction and colour of the property made it unique and outstanding.
It's a very unique place to stay AND I highly recommend this lovely pavilion! I was a little nervous at first booking without a reception, however, those nerves quickly dissipated when I was contacted within a day about complimentary pickup from the airport. This was extremely helpful because it's off the beaten track, truly, a one of a kind accommodation. We selected a room with a shared common space, which includes a fully stocked kitchen (with complimentary breakfast items), two dining areas, and lounging spaces. Not to mention two wonderfully sculpted and thought through pool areas. You won't find another pool area like the one at Reef View around Grenada at this price. Might I add-they were both exceptionally clean. To wrap things up, I was extremely satisfied with the amenities and services provided. Sharone was warm and friendly upon our arrival and took the time to give us a personal tour of our accommodations.
The property was lovely.Beautiful location, with access to the beach. The facilities were great, with access to the rooftop a bonus.
The property is far from every where. Getting to the nice beaches or a tow of store is a US$ 15 taxi ride. It is impossible to walk. It's very steep up and down hills and truly very remote. Unless you are there in the own car, it's an expensive location since no food or a store is at the hotel and for absolutely everything you'll have to take a taxi.
Short trip
Anthon is a nice guy Lots of bugs though few roaches in my drink got bitten in the eye but other than that it was a beautiful condo to stay in lots of hard work gone into it. it’s a nice place definitely overpriced a tad
Great overnight stay
Helpful owner and great atmosphere, loved the quirky individual style of the rooms Perfect last night before flying home
Fun place
The host was very nice ,the place very cute I like the sharing of the kitchen ,you meet other guest.it was a little bit far from the Saint George University.
The property was unique, cute, and cozy. Reminded me of Fred Flintstone cartoon where counters, shelf, couches, and bed frame were all made out of concrete. Painted and decor into a theme. A pretty neat concept. Bed was comfy!! Sharon and staff were very friendly. Sharon made sure that my stay was pleasant. Checks up on me. Sadly it was short lived as my time here flew by. Next time I’m in Grenada, I’ll surely return and stay here!! And hopefully make it to the pool. Thank you Sharon for your hospitality. You’ve made me feel like this is a home away from home.
We were scheduled to stay 3 nights in the Armonia Villa but left after an hour of arrival due to excessive heat (poor A/C) in the living area, mosquitos infestation we had to zap with a property provided tennis zapper, the bedding looked old and dirty and access to the property was on a up hill dirt road. Totally disappointing to say least.
Thank you Sharon and Anton for an amazing experience at Reef View! Everything was phenomenal - my wife and I were sad to go back home! Grenadians are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met, and Reef View is absolutely magical. We loved the beauty of the property, the way you took care of us, the ease of communicating with you, and the privacy we were afforded by all the staff! One of the best vacations we’ve ever had!
This ia a very beautiful and artsy property. Very beautiful to wake up to during my stay. The beach is within close proximity. The host was excellent.
We absolutely loved our stay here! I was a little worried when I booked because it was new/didn’t have a lot of reviews but was not disappointed. We received complimentary pick up from the airport. The grounds are beautiful - really colorful, lush vegetation, two pools (including one rooftop!), and a view of the ocean. Sharon, the owner, gave us (and every other guest we saw arrive), a personal tour. Last time I was in Grenada, we had an issue with mosquitos in the room - absolutely not a problem here, which I was so grateful for. The living room/kitchen is shared with other guests and you’re provided some essentials for a DIY breakfast. When we had a hiccup in our plans and needed to stay an extra night, the owners were very accommodating. It is such an excellent deal - you get way more than you expect for the price! The only downside is that it’s not walking distance to the main parts of the city. All in all, we had a great time here, will be recommending it to anyone wanting to visit St. George and will definitely be staying here again.
Private pool for our villa and main pool were closed for the week due to tile work. Loud construction noise daily as villa across from us was under construction. I believe this information should have been communicated to us prior to our arrival. It would have lowered our expectations. Beach is quite a trek from the villa. Rooms themselves would be a nice family retreat. Hostess, Sharon was apologetic
Loved the design if the villas. Room was spacious. Common area was very accommidating. Felt at home. Will surely return for another stay.
Great Boutique Hotel in Grenada
This is one of those boutique hotels where when you see the pictures online you cannot believe the dedication of the owners to the design and concept. The positives include the layout, the view, the amenities and the hostess who is excellent. The only negative I could find and it was hard to find was that the pool for my villa needed attention in that their were some dead bugs and leaves which needed clearing out but no pool net seen to do it myself and no running pool pump observed to filter but this is just nitpicking at a great place to stay and would stay again. Breakfast is self serve but items provided by hostess. My only tip for visitors with big heavy suitcases is that there are stairs down to the villas and a spiral staircase down to the bedrooms on the lower floor. Second tip is take photos. The owners have put their hearts into some of the decor and details which are fun.
The Pavillon was nice a quite. We did not have a TV , but there was a boom box where you play music.
The location is great, quiet and peaceful. The hostess was lovely. What we did not like was what appeared to be a bait and switch. We paid for a premium room but ended up staying in what was like a commune with a shared kitchen, dining and living area. This room was quite different to what wanted and booked, therefore that was disappointing. More so it was cheaper than the room we actually expected to get however we were charged the rate of the premium room. That was a damper! Besides this it's good area for someone on a budget who is looking for decent accommodation.

Super nice staff. Cute room, place was clean, pools were quiet. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I was caught by suprise about the lack of hot water but that was my fault for not thinking to look into it. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, no bugs were seen besides mosquitoes that snuck in with the door opening.
