Hotel limpio y el buffet estuvo rico. Lo que no nos pareció es las tarjetas de llave para entrar a la habitación, no funcionaron varias veces durante la visita. También, pedimos unas cosas al cuarto una noche, tres veces, y nunca llegó. Aparte de esto, la plancha en nuestra habitación, no funcionó bien. Se apagaba rápido y no le podías controlar la temperatura, entonces quemó una ropa.

The place is nice mexican stile, good roomservice, amazing food and friendly employees.

Place is clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious with great water pressure when showering. I will definitely stay here again.

El personal es exelente y la limpieza es exelente lo que realmente es terrible es la privacidad. yo rente una junior suite y podia escuchar todo lo q hacian y decian las personas en la habitation siguiente.. eso es algo que tendrian que mejorara

Staff is not organized, we came for a wedding and they weren’t ready to service us

I was there for a wedding. Rooms are very dated, towels old, lamps in the room were broken, hall going to the room the windows dirty. Room service opens at 7am, i would expect 6am for coffee, food is good. Staff is excellent. 8min away from downtown

Good location

The room we were given was old and outdated. Apparently we got the old se ruin of the hotel where rooms have not been updated. Lin of sucks, since we have stayed there plenty of times before, at much better rooms, since we got a great rate we got the worst rooms available

Key will not work so having to go back constantly to reprogram and staff and not very friendly I was traveling with 2 kids website said free rolling bed and I was charge an extra fee for the rolling bed Again I was traveling with kids and family and was given a room next to a group of men partying knocking on my room asking for cigarettes and loud music thru the day and night I asked politely to the staff to change rooms or to ask the party to stop going to my room or turn the music down but they laughed and refused to move my family to another room it was not safe and uncomfortable traveling with two girls and a wife when staff can’t control they’re guest

El la tarde en los pasillos empieza un olor a caño y está el olor toda la noche en le cierto de baño se concentra el olor, pedimos un poco de hielo y me dijeron que tenían un costo

Not recommended

Management is offering room reservations for rooms they do not have available. We prepaid for two junior suites with king size beds, only to be told on arrival that they were oversold. They then tried to put us in a nearby hotel. Really? Then, after letting them know that was not ok, they put us in a larger suite with adjoined room with two beds. Not at all what we planned for but at least we were on the same property.

We used Expedia to make the reservation and got a very old room. The bathroom had a bad smell. I had family staying in rooms that were reserved directly with the hotel and there was a world of difference with ours.

The hotel is a bit old. Rooms need remodeling. The A/C of our rooms wasn't working.

Unfortunately we found a lot of mosquitoes inside the room, there are a lot of spiderwebs in the ceiling, the toilet tank kept running after flushing and there was a water leak in the shower with mosquitoes everywhere. The hotel looked nice in the website but unfortunately was not as clean as we expected.

Bad - I was forced to PAY an extra fee for my dog that I was never informed nor was describe in the property details. The Manager was not helpful at all. She said that if I don't pay I have leave (it was midnight in Mexico). This is not about money but to be righteous..

La habitación olía bastante mal. El baño para la regadera estaba tapado y se inundó el baño. Las llaves de agua no cierran bien. Y el teléfono no servía

Definitely an older hotel the gym was the biggest letdown old apparatus that don’t work forget about the tennis courts and swimming pool way too warm. Very family oriented hotel. Not for adults who wanna get away from the children.

When I arrived very impressed with checkin. I told them I would be staying until Monday........I was told no problem. Ihad no water in my sink. They fixed. Tv All Spanish.. Dog Potty area right outside but needs lights. Food was not the greatest for the price. Internet very sketchy. Sunday I went to my room and was told there was a problem (at 1 am when returning from dinner).. I told them I had told lady i would stay until Monday...... I had to go get payments and come back to front desk at 1 am! BUT beautiful place, would stay again. Great for dog show!

Very close to the Plaza de Toros Santa María where we had an event. The best location ever... Thank you very much.

The worst part is the beds......is like sleeping on a wooden table, we had 4 rooms and we all complained about how horrible the beds are.. The front desk staff is not friendly...they are not mean....but is like it bothers them to work.....the water in the pool is not clear...(in their defense, the pool is in the middle of a beautiful garden full of threes so you cannot stop debris falling into the pool, and there is staff cleaning all the time...is just that the water is not clear)....

Location is good, it is clean and people is friendly

The location was great, on one of the main roads and a short drive to the city center. The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. Having a swimming pool was ideal as we traveled with kids. Perhaps it would be good if the could raise a little bit the temperature of the pool so that is more enjoyable.

This is an older style hotel with lots of space. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are quite nice. There is a salon and spa on site as well as a few stores. The workout facilities and rec areas (mini golf, tennis) are not well maintained at all. The restaurant is quite good and they serve breakfast until late in the morning.

Location and service was great. The restaurant had great tasting food and the staff was really friendly and helpfull. I would give the rooms a 7 out of 10.

The looks of the place is inviting because of its beautiful lay out, the entrance the garden, the pool. In my opinion it needs to be updated, the fact that they don't keep a microwave in the rooms was bothersome because we had food that we brought into the room and we had to keep throwing it away every time. The air condition, took forever to cool off, we had to call maintenance. I don't know how often they spray but they had lots of mosquitoes, also the beds were comfortable, but they had dust mites, or maybe it was the mosquitoes bitting us. The staff did a great job, especially the ones working at the buffect, but the food stayed cold or barely warm so that was another downfall, we had to ask them to heat up our food longer and our coffee.

A big beautiful property located close to city amenities, secure an comfortable. Pleased with the services 👏👏👏

Awesome! Loved the Hotel. The price is excellent. The staff is the best. Receptionist Teresa went above and beyond in assisting us with getting tours set up, and guidance as to places to see and things to do. The Hotel is beautiful. Def would go bk to it.

The hotel is a little older but it is clean and the service was great. As far as the local area it's not bad, not much night life but there is a casino and a shopping center within walking distance. If I had one complaint it would be because of noise. The hallways are all tile so anybody walking and talking is echoed loudly. Other than that the stay was great.

Very but experience, The first day we check in at 10:15pm, the hotel restaurant supposed close at 11pm at 10:25pm we try to used the restaurant and we was ignored from all the staff after I ask for a table I was told that was close early because they were busy during the day. After that I was upset and went to my room and I place a room service order and this order took 1 hour, and this order was cold and on very but looking. And mention this to the front desk staff and they just don’t care. I have more problems during my stay at the hotel, very but experience. I really don’t recommend this property.

Cama vieja, vencida, imposible descansar. El baño sin toalla de mano,productos de cortesía de pésima calidad, cafetera sin café, cortinas manchadas de pintura y la puerta de acceso no cerró con seguro en general muy decepcionante

No fue tan agradable mi experiencia.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, las camaristas hacen demasiado ruido y mismo con placa de No Molestar se quieren meter a la habitación. Las toallas están en mal estado y huelen a sucias . Realicé 2 reservaciones ya estaba todo pagado y incluso confirme con el recepcionista y me dijo que ya veía mi reservación. El día siguiente me mandarán el personal de seguridad a tocarme y gritarme en la puerta de mi habitación que según no había reservación . Me espante mucho y me sentí incómoda . Baje a la recepción a conferir que estaba sucediendo que estas no son formas de tratar a un huésped porque está todo pago y no era la primera vez que me quedaba en este hotel . Resulta que la recepcionista ya había visto mi otra reservación y que efectivamente estaba todo pago. Llame al gerente y reclame . Me ofreció una disculpa y incluso un desayuno para compensar el mal estar . Y le contesté que era muy amable de su parte pero a mí lo que me importa es el trato no tanto la cortesía del desayuno . Honestamente sinto que ya se rompió la confianza y no se si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel . Esta es mi triste experiencia gracias por leer mi comentario.

Fue una agradable experiencia y el hotel estaba muy cómodo, el único detalle es que no habían toallas en nuestra habitaciones pero las pedimos y nos las dieron sin problema

Esta es mi segunda visita y quedo a deber. La caldera de la alberca pobre a pesar que había más gente y aunque son días soleados uno esperaría una alberca un poco más templada. Las habitaciones bien a pesar de que hubo cierto olor a caño, eso sí limpia y aseada. Otro tema es q nos dan habitaciones bastante alejadas de la recepción pero espero recordarles con un mensaje la próxima vez la ubicación. El restaurante bien aunque nada espectacular, precios algo elevados para el nivel de comida. Por su puesto la parte de bell boys deficiente y recepción regular.

Lo que no me gustó es que la TV muy vieja estaba hasta dañada, muebles ya muy desgastados, el estacionamiento muy lleno prácticamente sin lugar, lo bueno el personal y la atención

TODO MUY BIEN SOLO LA REGADERA ES PESIMA TARDA UNO MUCHO AL BAÑARSE POR LA POCA AGUA QUE SALE POR EL TIPO DE REGADERA QUE SE USA.

Las llaves dejaron de abrir las puertas, fueron a reprogramarla y dos veces su aparato estaba descargado. Estuvimos más de 40 minutos esperando poder entrar. La otra habitación también dejo de reconocer las llaves. Dentro de las habitaciones muchisimos mosquitos. En el bar de la alberca me estaban cobrando alimentos de más y bebidas a precios muy superiores a los de su carta.

Las habitaciones muy viejas , los colchones parecían piedras igual las almohadas, los baños muy viejos , las regaderas con una altura como para enanos , en general espantoso el hotel JAMÁS ME VUELVO A QUEDAR

Me gustó mucho el lugar y servicio, volvería a mismo lugar y gracias a ustedes por preocuparse por el buen trato.

No ofrezcan gimnasio porque está en ruinas. Quiten los “adornos” con velcro de las almohadas, dañan la ropa y el cabello. La persona que me hizo el check out cometió un error, y se puso grosera conmigo como si yo tuviera la culpa. Tuve que darle opciones para solucionarlo, ya que ella solo hacía expresiones de fastidio.
