Good property for a stay, and the staff at front desk with excellent service attitude, congrats! But, do not try to use the restaurant (called the Hub), it was really a bad experience, they dont have enough staff, the menu is very limited, and after 30 mins waiting for our dinner, they came back and said “sorry, we dont have the ingredients for the dish ordered”, what? 30 mins after the order? Unbelievable and absolutely disappointing. Summary: Excellent staff at front desk, Good property and rooms, Worst Restaurant service and food

Great location, lots of things within walking distance. Front desk lady attendant not as friendly but overall nice and clean hotel.

The hotel wasn’t too close or too far away from main downtown but still there was stores and a movie theatre nearby.

It would have been better if the shower was in working conditions... it needs some tune up

Liked everything of the hotel. People, food, cleaning of the rooms and promises. I thought you can get a shuttle from the hotel to Airport, at the time I forgot about that and when I asked to programmed a taxi to picked us up; nobody mentioned or reminded me, I could get a free shuttle to the airport.

What I liked most was that personnel is very well trained and they are all very kind. Location is also very convenient.

Property is super clean love the full bar and restaurant. Customer service great. I had issues with my safe and was replaced in a timely manner definitely a place to keep coming back to.

Good Hotel. Close to major plants in Aguascalientes.

The sofa bed was dirty and and very poor mattress quality, after contacting the manager they change the mattress and provide clean sheets.

Me hospedé en una Suite "relax", el piso estaba un poco flojo, no le presté atención hasta que en la noche me di cuenta que había una fuga en el techo de la habitación del baño, arriba de la tina. Esto no me dejaba dormir y tuve que llamar a recepción. La tina de hidromasaje necesita instrucciones ya que su funcionamiento no es muy deducible. Batallé un buen rato hasta que llamé a alguien de recepción y me fue a ayudar después de un buen rato en la madrugada, fue un momento muy incómodo que no me gustaría pasar de nuevo... La alberca estaba saturada y el desayuno no estuvo tan rico... Creo que conviene cuando no hay nadie en el hotel, pero no fue una muy grata experiencia. La verdad si hay mucho potencial, la habitación sí está bonita.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here for a trip to Feria San Marcos. Very clean and new hotel in a quiete area with a Starbucks next to it. Staff was excellent!! parking is secured in a lot with lots of room for parking.

The property was clean and overall fantastic.

La experiencia fue decepcionante. El servicio deja bastante que desear, las habitaciones son regulares pero no del todo lo que esperas por el precio y el nombre. No recomendaría quedarse, su único pro es la alberca

Very modern and spacious

Each room was spacious and well organized! Very clean!

Staff was rude the day that I checked in. I paid for 2 rooms and expedia was showing only one. The lady at the front desk did not help at all and she just said in rude and cold manner that it was not a hotel issue that I have to call expedia. I asked expedia mexico customer service and she replied and she was not able to assist. Just because of this I will never stay in this hotel. Customer does not deserve to be treated in an un-respectful manner.

The color and art on the walls

The property was well maintained, the staff was excellent, not a fan of no food from 11am til 2 due to end of buffet. The manager Ms Yberri was on top of her location- excellent job.

Excellent Hotel in Aguascalientes

Hotel was very clean, very quiet, wonderful breakfast the only negative is that this hotel is a bit far from center, I recommend is best to take taxi from street corner only $40 pesos one time hotel called for Uber taxi and he charged us double.

I love the convenient area straight drive from airport and many stores close by.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and modern. The free breakfast was amazing! You order off of a menu and there are lots of selections! The location is good and I felt very safe there! You can’t beat the price!!!

I cannot say enough about this hotel, I stayed in the suite and my thoughts were that it could have been a fancy studio apartment in a major city! The shower was huge with rain shower and handheld, standalone bath with jets, huge living area with sectional couch and a dining table, along with a kitchenette, and a full body massage chair in the livingroom! They even give you complimentary snacks and beer in the mini fridge, along with free choice of breakfast, and even a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. The location is perfect for getting to twon or the airport. The only draw back is there is not much around the hotel, but it is a 5 min ride to a mall, and 15 min to the city center. Overall the best hotel in AGU

Great hotel, at a great price.

It was sad to see such a nice, new hotel basically empty, due to Covid. The service from the front desk and the restaurant was perfect, helpful and friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable, and located conveniently on the route to Guadalajara (and with a Starbucks right next door). The breakfast was great. It's a little surprising for a hotel to use red as a color scheme. Normally, red would not be considered a color that engenders rest & relaxation. But, that was the point that stood out in a sort of negative way. Oh, but the incredibly low price more than made up for the color scheme.

The registration was easy and fast. The staff are friendly and accomadating.

Breakfast options were really good! Authentic Mexican food! They had pozole, chilaquiles, frijoles, chorizo con huevo, and a variety of other options. The facility was great, clean and good size rooms. Will definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel! Brand new, clean, great service, amenities are awesome! Great location as well. The only thing is that the hotel is just right outside of the downtown area (between city and airport) and it is not within walking distance of the touristic zone/downtown area.
