Really good breakfast choices.

Expected much better upkeep in the room especially the bathroom. Discolored caulking around tub/shower. The floor was very dirty. Whole room needed to be updated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by how run-down the outside looked. Unfortunately, things didn't get any better once I entered the room. The floors were filthy — I took off my shoes and walked to the bathroom, and by the time I got there, the bottom of my feet were completely black. To make matters worse, there was blood on the shower curtain. This place is in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

Great hotel for those leaving on a cruise out of Fort Canaveral… 20 minutes away. Hotel was recently refurbished and rooms were very clean and modern.

The air conditioner was broken not working properly when I got there The internet is down so you can't connect the TVs to watch Netflix or any of the options that are on the TV cuz you can't hook up to the network yeah

I was so disappointed in Ramada. The pillows were micro and when I responded to the text asking if I needed anything, no response or extra pillows. Also there was blood on the inner pillowcase that was obvious through the top case. There was dried urine on the bathroom door, gross wipe marks on the tv & microwave and a smell of cat urine in the sink. After further inspection, it was clogged with hair. I’m overall disgusted by this property. I had to go to the store & buy pillows and a blanket to sleep on top of the bed since I could not be refunded. The bed creaked loudly anytime we moved and the headboard was metal so it sounded like an explosion with any move made. The floor was so dirty it made my white socks black. I have pictures of all the above issues!!!!

I would not say I’m high maintenance when it comes to a place to stay but for what we paid for what we got was ridiculous. There is no way this hotel should be more than $100/night. To start, the smell of the cleaning solution is way too strong. The room wasn’t even properly cleaned, there was someone’s clothes left behind on the floor. We found that when we were looking for a plug to plug in the A/C. In order to find a plug in the room it is difficult. But 1/2 were functioning by the washroom. The safety lock was broken off the room door. It’s set up like a motel so we were on the ground floor. So you hear any car that drives by. The staff at least were pleasant. Would I stay again? Absolutely not. But for a night before a cruise, we survived.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in :/

When we first walked in it looked fine… then I found the dirt face cloth behind the bathroom door on the floor, the holes in the walls, the mold in the windows… and the yellow patchy stains blankets. My husband and child slept without coverings. We arrived after dark but when my eyes adjusted I realized we’d have to wear our shoes bc the floors were filthy. The tv didn’t work. No channels, would not connect to internet. Couldn’t even hot spot it from our phones. Forgot to take more photos but the ones I have speak for themselves.

We went to desk when we checked in and EVERY MORNING AFTER letting them know we had 1 channel only on tv nothing worked. Night guy said i have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. Las day was said they would fix NEVER did. To pay that much for a room is ridiculous with no tv or PHONE to call front desk. I told them we had no phone either and we were in the far room from office and no cares to them... Unbelievable- no refund no credit no nothing.

The room was in poor condition. The doorknob to the bathroom fell off the moment we touched it. The shower curtain was covered with mold at the bottom. The price was outrageous for the condition of the room.

Bait and Switch

This hotel is offering King rooms knowing that the rooms have plumbing problems and can’t offer you a King room when you check in. They gave me a 2 Queen bedroom. I find this disturbing and illegal.

The walk area was very gross with full garbage bags sitting in the walk way. They sat there for an entire day and stunk terribly. And I don't understand why this place does not provide wash clothes. There were none. Also housekeeping came in while we were gone and threw away important reciepts we needed among other things we were saving. Very disappointed with this Ramada.

Rooms are nice and updated, pool is clean and staff is super kind! We will be back!

We booked this property last minute and were pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful property and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The stay was great for a quick get away to rest and relax aline

Far from beach, but very close to I-95. They provide shuttle to the ocean though. Nice stay for one night

The room looked ok - like it had been refurbished. Bathroom area was old, rundown, had patched walls that need repainting. The outside looked old and rundown. Breakfast was so-so - toaster didn’t work, somewhat limited selection.

Not worth money right now.

Our room was halfway under remodel. The light fixture was upgraded but did not have cover and light switch was exposed and did not work. The microwave did not work or the out let in bathroom(i did try and reset GFI but did nothing). Front desk said they come look at room and microwave and did not. The metal bed frames made loud noises when anyone moved so it woke up room. They beds themselves were good and they cleaned room fine but the rooms don’t have a do not disturb hanger so you can’t stop them from coming in or knocking. It seemed like half the rooms AC units were falling apart on the outside. Saw one being held up by brick. Room two doors down was in middle of remodel. I would spend the extra 10-20$ a night to stay somewhere else.

Avoid this property!

We never stayed. The night clerk seemed very unorganized and there were people and phone calls from guests complaining as we tried to check in. We had reservations and he said he'd find us a room, but we didn't have one. He gave us room 239 and when we approached the room, there was a man laying in the bed! There were also many room doors open with people hanging in and out of them. It was a dangerous situation. I went back to the desk and told the clerk. He didn't seem to care. He seemed upset at me for bringing it up. He just said he'd refund the stay and we could find another place to stay. He also wouldn't print anything out for me. This was a nightmare. Now 2 days later, no one is answering the phone for me to talk to the manager and see if my refund is going through. I have the Hotels.com team working on it. Don't stay here!!!!

The check in was fast, the staff very friendly and the room has a good size.

The walk to breakfast was canopied in case of rain. The rooms were adequate and clean. Some repairs needed to be done(toulet needed to be resealed as it tipped when used, entrance door stuck at floor making it hard to open). Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was adequate and accessible. Locatiton was good. Good value for the cost.

For the price it was ok but the floor in our room was filthy.

The gentleman at the counter was helpful. Room looked liked they are trying to update, but the floors were filthy. My toddlers white socks were black after an hour or two. There was a pungent smell coming from the air unit. I tried spraying the air, but the smell didn't dissipate. Would have been a good 1 night stay if it wasnt for the nasty smell keeping us up.

This is a Motel not a hotel. Mold in the fridge, toilet rocks into the wall, electrical bad, stained sheets, cigarette burns in the blanket, poor cell signal, dirty. Rough neighborhood.

We arrived late evening and were still taken care of promptly. Had a group and we were seperated although we asked to be near each other. Bathroom door would not close.

Everything was great, except for the waffle maker. There should have been some kind of spray so the waffle came out in one piece, instead of both sides stuck to the grids. Came out in pieces

Nice reasonably priced motel close to I-95. Rates went up 2 nights I suppose due to demand but $90 per night seemed fair .

This place was so dirty, bathroom was not cleaned at all. Dirty towels left behind and hair all over. Very outdated, needs a good revamp

We love the place very nice and clean

I just needed a place to sleep for the night after getting off the cruise ship & drive home safely. It was only 10 miles from the port but it is full nightly because it is a great price for the area. The room was updated and clean. The staff was friendly & always called me by my name. Even had breakfast included! I’d stay again.

Budget place before the cruise.

Inexpensive place to stay, but really a budget hotel with few amenities. It looks like an older place that could use some updating. It wasn't bad at all, just a place to stay the night before our cruise.

Floor was dirty. Bathroom had hair in it. Smelled like mold. Walls were patched all over and not painted.

Non smoking hotel but entire sidewalk to get to room is converted in cigarette butts plus grray plastic ashtrays wirh li gering butts burning right next to the hvac eall i take so room teaked all night. Scteaming yelling kids past dark Slamming doors. Then between 1 and 3sm e tire room a d area smelled like Marijuana. 3:30 a potent oil of some kind Made my 84yr old mother and i nauseous. Street parking light pole strobe flickering so bad even with our curtains clised through cracks Adults arguing pounding on doors 3 to 4am So no sleep whatsoever. Sheets and towelswere clean but rough and smelled intense from bleach smell needs another rinse cycle a d softener. Im very disappointed this is not the expectations i had for a Wyndham property. The only thing positive was the young man professionalism checking in at arrival I feel Im due a total refund but im not niave. The ceo should bring their spouse incognito and literrally see how our experience was.

Excellent for the low price

Worst ever

I booked a smoking room and was told they didn’t do smoking rooms . I booked a king size bed and was put on a room with a double bed. I couldn’t sleep because the area apparently was not the best , and was told it was a good area. The people in the room next door kept up so much noise between fighting and whatever else they had going on . It was just a bad experience . The tubs paint wasn’t up to par nor the room . The pictures are very deceiving . I was just not happy with the funds that were spent on this garbage of a hotel .

It is definitely not the Ramada Standards. Highly Disappointing Its a motel. Pictures feel deceiving. Should have a picture of the outside of the hotel to show its exterior.

Room had dirty floors had mold on the ceiling bed sheets were dirty smelled moldy and weed smoke on top of that next to the room was the gas meter and it was leaking definitely not safe. Canceled my stay there.

Don't expect much.

This could be a good hotel, but it is not in a good state of repair. This is our second stay here and it will probably be the last. This room is no better than the one that we had on our first stay. There was no shower curtain or extra toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to get them and put the shower curtain up ourselves. When we did so there was mold on the shower curtain. The toilet felt as if it was not bolted to the floor. Electrical conduit was lain exposed around the baseboards of the room to supply power to the heat/AC unit. Just an overall feeling of a property that is being used with as little money being put back into it as possible. We didn't see any bugs and there was a decent hotel breakfast.

First room we were out in was being renovated and it was filthy and we did not feel safe. Too late at night to change hotels. Next day spoke to front desk they moved us to another room but there was still a smell. They only give you 1 tiny bar of soap for hands and nothing for the shower. Had to ask for more. Only 1 garbage can in the main room, nothing in the washroom. You can tell they are trying but really need to update all the rooms or not put people in them. The manager was really trying and you tell he wanted everything to be okay. The hotel needs to be overhauled completely.

Go elsewhere if you want something clean

Disregard all other reviews…this is hardly exceptional and what a waste of money… go somewhere else. Whilst it is obvious they are trying hard, the place is a dump, rubbish everywhere, rot in the roof and a very poor renovation job. The laundry is a disgrace and someone should teach them how to use a pressure washer as the grime on the walkways is digusting

Very nice place to stay and feel safe. Only thing is they need to do some repairs. It does have easy access to the road and the interstate. Would definitely recommend the hotel if you was just to stay a couple of nights.

First, When we got to the room I put a drink on the counter. Within the next hour it was covered with ants. Then we pulled the covers back to discover the sheets were dirty/stained. Then I went to take a shower and there is mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. When you sit on the toilet, it makes a noise like it's loose or not bolted all the way. We was woken in the middle of the night due to a noise from the refrigerator so we had to unplug it. This is one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The lobby and the breakfast area are nice but the rooms are awful.

Didn't like black stuff falling out of the bathroom fan. Didn't like having the key card not working 1.5 hours before checkout. One desk person seemed to care; the other just wanted to us to go away. It is much better than before it became a "Ramada", but it is the same rundown hotel really.

Comfortable and economic

The hotel was older and dated, with peeling paint outside but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially after the first room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke, they gave me a new room right away.

The customer service was terrible. The hair dryer was not working in my room. I called to the front desk to get it fixed. They said they would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I had to call again. They came up and did not fix it. They gave me a key to a room down the hall to use the hair dryer. The next morning I went to use it again and the key was not working. I called the front desk again they had rented that room and said someone should have notified me but did not.

The rooms were terrible and linen and towels were very dingy and not clean. Microwave didn’t work and fridge was broken, we left the room at 9:44 am👎

Terrible Place

It was a dive. There was no ice, the machines were not working. The place needed a lot of updating. The toilet seat was not attached . There was no ice in the breakfast and the attendant had no shame in telling me to go to the other building for ice. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!

Room was very nice & clean.. everything you need in room such as microwave..mini fridge.. coffee maker.. hair dryer.. Breakfast here is amazing... Staff are great !! Very friendly & accommodating... Will definitely recommend to others...

People are lovely. Space was questionable. It sort of gave me the ick. The floors had black spots all over them and the tub was rusty. I felt dirty being there.

Door left open

I left my room for the day . When I returned the cleaning staff had left the door to my room open . Luckily , nothing was missing . This was very disturbing to me .

The floor was filthy. I took a picture of the bottom of my feet and the towel I use to clean them the first time. I don't think the floor was cleaned in months.

I had to change my room since the room was very dirty and not well kept. The second room was a little more updated, but needed to be better cleaned. Very disappointed with my stay.

The area was very nice and quiet. The hotel itself was very nice, the pool area is also very nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good, but not long enough. But, the main thing we were not happy with is the following. My niece accidentally left a very expensive phone charger plugged in when we left. We were going on a cruise and she did not realize she did not have it until we unpacked in our cabin that night. she was not able to call the hotel until we returned 4 days later. We were told that nothing was found. We have a hard time believing that because that is the only place it would have been. So unfortunately, we believe that someone on the staff took it., because we were told it was not found. All she wants is her item back and she said she would of course pay for the shipping. Still as of right now, no one called her to let her know it was turned in.

The first room that was assigned to us was uninhabitable- looked like it had never been cleaned, sparsely furnished, and messy. We were going to leave, they showed us another "updated" room and it was fine.

I had multiple issues with the property, from multiple loose outlets and other electrical issues, to the key cards having to be reset every single day throughout our stay. There is no elevator at this hotel, which is an ADA violation for anyone with a wheelchair who might think about staying there. I will admit, the inside of the rooms looked better than the outside, but overall, i was not impressed with my stay here.

Don’t walk, run from this place

Did not stay walked in turned around walked out. Room smelled like Fabulouso trying to cover up a smell. Curtains did not close all the way, dirt on the floor dirt in the bathroom, tv leaning up against the desk as it was hung and fell and they left it there. No soap. We were treated by drug dealers living on the first floor

The place was nice and clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive

I arrived very late with just enough time to get some sleep. As I headed to my room, I saw unsanitary situation on the staircase. I immediately turned around and found suitable more cleanier accommodations for the night.

Don’t stay here

There were no towel racks and there were unfinished renovations (holes in the wall for the tissue box and toilet paper). Beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

I had to ask for a change of one of my rooms because the room smell and had mold in celing and walls. My children walk with socks on in the rooms and they finish black, the floor was not clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.
