Nice place

The room was not clean it did have a good view! That’s all I can say really it was right across the street from the beach !

Only breakfast is not so exceptional

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, opposite the beach,let down a little by a small swimming pool that didn't have enough sunbeds ! The area of Recife was a delight!

The Radisson was in a good location, close to a good area for swimming, and near grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

O Hotel é excelente, mas peca nos detalhes como reposição do café que era cortesia, reposição do sabonete liquido no chuveiro, reposição da água. Tudo tinha que ser solicitado e demorava muito para ser atendido.

The hotel is so welcoming, best service and food I’ve ever had! Staff is so lovely and accommodate your every need. Beach and view are dreamlike, safe place to be! There’s all kinds of food, pharmacies, restaurants and a laundromat just outside. Prices are great, the hotel has everything you need, but the pool is a little small and not easy to get a calm spot. Breakfast is like no other, plentiful delicious and all you can eat! LOVE ❤️

Very nice hotel.

Very nice business stay at this hotel. The location was very good, I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. It is right along the beachfront are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was full and the elevators were a little slow, but I was also on a very high floor, so it is expected. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff at check-in were great. The room was very comfortable and the view was excellent. Very happy with the stay.

Great Beach Location

Great beach location. In the middle of it all. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy but that is part of being close to all beach area activities and nighlife.

My husband and I spent a week at this property and we felt safe, comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel is convenient, and the breakfast is great!

By now I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in the Boa Viagem. Hands down the Radisson is by far the best! The views from the balcony, the most friendly & attentive staff, so clean & a tremendous value. Just came back from a weeks stay & it is my number one recommendation while in Recife! Keep up the great work!

Wonderful property. The room was very large and the views magnificent. The bed was enormous and it had a little alcove with a desk and a chair and a view of the ocean. Best hotel I stayed in so fair in Brazil.

Incredible staff, great service in general. Clean rooms, SUCH A COMFORTABLE BED! Two air conditioners in the room so it was nice and cold very fast! I paid for an oceanfront room and the view was great!

The bedroom was not so clean.

The staff were friendly but not efficient, key card access to lift floors did not work and had to keep changing key card, request to make up room ignored, outside room floor never cleaned during 6 day stay, bed was comfortable but general room cleanliness poor.

We stayed in the Suite Superior Queen room which was excellent and I could highly recommend. The room is very spacious and has a very large bed, extra sitting area with a relaxing chair, dining table and the best part is a beautiful view of the beach with excellent sea views and the balcony has enough room to sit out their comfortably. We also had some drinks at the bar and had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which were both excellent.

Reservei esse hotel para minha mãe e irmã e elas só tinham coisas ótimas a falar. O quarto é muito espaçoso, confortável e bem decorado. O café da manhã ê extremamente bem servido e a staff muito educada e prestativa.

The food was so good and there were a lot of options to choose from. The staff was nice, however if you don’t speak Portuguese then some of them don’t want much to do with you. Our room was clean, however the shower wasn’t great. It had been cleaned but there was still hair left over on the walls. It wasn’t the biggest deal but you hope to find everything clean when paying to stay somewhere. Besides those two things, the room had an amazing view, the bed was comfortable, there was a mini bar and that was restocked everyday. They offer valet parking for a low price of 20R a day which was super convenient…and the location itself is very close to a lot of fun things. I would definitely go back to this hotel, it was a great experience overall.

Quarto super sujo

Havia me hospedado no Rsdisson Recige em 2019 e havia gostado muito. Resolvi voltar agora em março de 2022. Recebi um apartamento pequeno e super sujo. Vaso sanitário extremamente sujo..a pia, paredes entre varias outras coisas. Nao quis tricar de quarto por que cheguei extremamente cansada e fui tomar banho....mas me arrependi. Fiquei apenas uma noite e fui para outro hotel. Eu nao consigo entender como conseguem oferecer um quarto sujo para um hospede. Eu acho isto inadmissível. Nunca nais voltarei.

Inefficient team. Only one person to overwatch the entire check-in. A management came and left, leave me hanging. I was already very tired when arrived to the hotel, and the guy was handling some account issue with another guest. They know it would take time and I tried to ask them to call another person to help and was refused with a rude "no." The hotel gives a free drink card. But I couldn't even cash a cup of coconut water. They weren't ready for requests. Elevators feel dirty, and some ceilings were covered with white papers. Very cheap-looking.

Hotel is just ok. They claim on their website they have complimentary coffee in the lobby, but they don’t. They also mention they have coffee and tea in the room, but that’s also not true. Not really good for tourists and family, recommend staying elsewhere.

It needs a phone operator, sometimes you can wait for long minutes.... The restaurant does not pay much attention if you ask for more cheese, or whatever.

Excellent service and fantastic staff.

Fantastic experience. Very cordial and professional staff. Arrived tired after a two day trip and they checked us in very quickly. Moreover, they took care of the bags and the valet parking in no time. The place was clean, comfortable, and we had plenty of rest. The view was incredible and if we had stayed longer, Radisson would be my first choice. The check out process was just as smooth. Dinner was great and breakfast even better. I highly recommend Radisson and will plan on returning soon

Overrated. The name Radisson is The only detail that this hotel shares with other Radisson hotels that I’ve stayed in other countries.

Atendimento precário, poucos funcionários para o numero de hóspedes. Entrada livre de pessoas no hotel, sem controle. As toalhas de banho estavam em mau estado e desfiadas. Ambiente hostil do estacionamento (optamos pelo estacionamento pago, porém sem manobrista).

Comfortable stay in a funny designed hotel, maybe not one of the top Radisson hotel that I’ve stayed at but still a satisfying stay.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and a few of them spoke English. Furnishings in lobby was dated, other then that everything was perfect.

Great beach hotel

Great food. Great area across the street from the beach and boardwalk. The elevators were under repair and slowed things down but great staff and clean new rooms.

...had an evening meal in the hotel...cost 65R$ put it to room. 2 noghts stay was prepaid. In the morning checked out asked to pay 147R$. Contested minibar charge for crisps/drink which I did not have. Bill reduced to 127R$. Included a charge for Expedia tax....never paid a hotel for such a charge...usually it's paid when booking with expedia or hotels.com. Third bill dropped to 97R$.....asked to speak with the manager who could not explain why a 65R$ meal was now 97R$....then just agreed to me paying 65R$.....something not right with all this!!!!

Excellent choice hotel for a stay in Recife

The Radisson Recife is a very nice hotel with lovely large rooms. In our case looking over the beach it could not be faulted. Downstairs the reception/lobby area is very appropriate and the breakfast restaurant and food again cannot be faulted. The hotel in our opinion is a good location for seeing Recife. Boa Viagem is a safe area with access to all areas of Recife via a regular local bus service with a bus stop within easy walking distance of the hotel. We travelled extensively on the bus...it is very cheap, very efficient and easy to use. Alternatively, taxis are also very good value. The only aspect of the hotel that perhaps needs upgrading is the pool and sauna area.....particularly the sauna. The pool is a small pool but needs re-tiling. However, it does not detract from enjoying a swimmer sun-bathing. Perhaps to is worth mentioning that Boa Viagem beach is stunning but you can't swim there as there are warnings for shark attacks. Even the locals do not swim there and so you an only go in to the sea up to your knees. However, we would unquestionably stay at the Radisson again if we were to return to Recife. Overall it was a very, very nice hotel. Just in case the Manager is reading this review, we would recommend that the breakfast waitresses receive some re-training as we were there for five days and on every day they seemingly were miserable in their duties! Please exclude the breakfast receptionist in this criticism as she was delightful.

An OK stay.

Staff was very friendly. The floor above us was being renovated and there was a lot of loud pounding sounds throughout the day. Had to call the front desk multiple times to have housekeeping clean the room. A picture fell off the wall and behind it was an exposed electrical box of some sort. Nice location. Directly across from the beach.

The person that checked us in was very good and helpful.

First stay in the Radisson in Recife

The hotel is in a great location -- across the road from the beach and the rooms facing it have a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. I only stayed one night as I was transiting from Sao Paulo to an island, flying from Recife. The airport is a 20 min taxi ride from Recife airport. I don't speak Portugese so it was helpful that there were English speaking staff at reception. Although there were not always English speaking staff in the restaurant I found them extremely welcoming and helpful and with a bit of goodwill on both sides, communication was fine. The breakfast was great -- a selection of fruit, juices, cakes and pastries, cheese and some cold meats as well as some hot food (including scrambled egg and bacon). Breakfast was served from 6.00am and that's when i had it so I can't comment on how busy it gets later.
