TravellerGreat hotel for the whole family
This is an excellent hotel and one that we will stay in again next time we visit Sochi. It has two outdoor pools, with one being heated, as well as one indoor poor. The spa is superb, there are lots of restaurants and it is in a superb location.

TravellerUpon my check in at midnight, I found my riom extremely hot. The temperature inside according to the thermostat was close to 90 Farenheit. (28 C) Air Conditioning barely functioned. Never gotcany rest

Very nice hotel, staying for second time, best in Adler. We were upgraded and provided late checkout at 6 p.m.! Great spa area, pools, the only problem was that we stayed only 1 night - not enough!

250$ за одну ночь и завтрак ещё платный? Wow! 5 звёзд? Комната (комфорт) без мини бара, почему? Ванные принадлежности (шампунь, гель и тд) по одной штучки, зубную щётку и пасту пришлось попросить, кондиционер долго не хотел работать, глодильная доска с пятнами (5 звезд), фен старый, много раз пользовались, отдельно включается через розетку и кнопку на нём нужно очень сильно нажимать, чтобы включился (300-400 рублей максимум), (5 звёзд). В целом-мы ожидали большего от Radisson.

The hotel is new, has good facilities and excellent location on the embankment and next door to some very nice restaurants. However we find this place is run very much ‘soviet style’: minibar is empty in the room, no proper system of credit card pre-authorisation so you could make charges to the room, room service menu below average, with no breakfast options. The whole service concept is just not there. We moved to Swissotel Kamelia from here - and that one is at a whole different level in terms of service and guest experience (for a comparable price per night).
TravellerWe were disappointed in our 2 night stay because of several things; Our 1 year old couldn’t sleep in the room because it felt hot, and the AC could not be adjusted to a lower temperature than 26 degrees!!!! The only explanation we got was ‘that the AC system in hotel was still on a winter mode, and it was warming, not cooling the air. The only solution-to keep the window open ‘. And that is a five-star hotel!!! The construction noise from the pool side was so loud that again suring daytime ww could not keep the windows open to cool down the room. Qe ordered

TravellerWe stayed here for only 1 day but it was worth every second. First of all, we were allowed to check in at 10 am (thankfully our room was ready earlier). Even though we were not allowed lake checkout, we still could give up the room and stay at the property for the rest of the day. Thank you very much!

TravellerWe stayed here during the world cup. Great location for us. Boardwalk is right out the back. Plenty of choices for food and drink walking either way. Can walk to the Fischt stadium and olympic village in 20 - 30 mins. Spa was nice. # restaurants in the hotel although we didn't end up eating at the buffet because it was expensive - lunch / dinner buffet was around $45 per person. Nice property and we enjoyed the couple days we were there.

Superb hotel fronting the he Black Sea, totally professional but yet warm and welcoming from all staff. This is a resort so the amenities, spa indoor pool facilities are top class. Many good adjoining restaurants along the beachfront. Although the beach is totally different to Australian beaches it is nice in its own way. Would highly recommend

Perfect location on the sea, with views of the mountains, and very close to the Olympic village. It's in Adler, not Sochi, which is an important distinction, but that was an advantage for me.

TravellerVery nice freshly built hotel with beach at the edge of Olympic Village. I consider everything excellent about this hotel with exception of dining. It is ridiculously expensive for the area and does not serve any local vine (French and Italian only). Fortunately, just few steps east there is small authentic town with couple excellent restaurants where food and drinks are explicitly terrific.

An ideal place to relax and enjoy Sochi. On the one hand, can't understand why it is more busy right now. On the other hand, was glad we had so much space to ourselves. The hotel is crammed full of amenities and very well run. Well worth a visit!

Как всегда все замечательно. В этот раз сделали бесплатно поздний выезд. Был предоставлен комплимент от отеля в виде двух бутылок вина , фруктов , сладостей . Очень приятно. В остальном все на пять звезд. Спа шикарный.
TravellerОтдыхали в этом отеле с семьей на Ноябрьские праздники. Нас разместили в двух номерах. Брали номера Collection с видом на море. Номера вполне оправдали ожидание. Хороший матрас, не плохое белье, выбор подушек. Единственная проблема: не очень хорошее кондиционирование, если на данный период времени можно обойтись открытым балконом, то летом в номере будет очень жарко. Выбор блюд на завтрак не плохой, очень порадовали свежевымытые соки. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Рум сервис работает достаточно счетко и быстро.
TravellerВсе хорошо, кроме сервиса, все же он не дотягивает до 5 звёзд. Нам принесли вазы для цветов, они были довольно низкие и одна сразу же упала и разбилась, мы попросили убрать и принести повыше вазу, когда пришли, на ковре остались стёкла, а Цветы даже не поставили в вазу и они просто лежали рядом.

В целом Отель нормальный. Но персонал - такое ощущение, что всем (кроме официантов на завтраках) все равно на тебя. Номер убирали 1 раз в 2 суток. Ресепшен не спешит на помощь. Детскую кроватку принесли только с 3 просьбы. В позднем выезде (на 1 час просил продлить) отказали. Не лояльны к гостям.

Идеальная чистота везде, комната на 5+. Вид на олимпийский парк - просто отпад. Повысили категорию номера бонусом, очень приятно. Бассейн уличный теплый, крытый - намного прохладнее, хотя температура указана 29 градусов в обоих. Очень хорошая СПА-зона, несколько разных саун? даже когда много народу по вечерам, всем хватает места

Замечательный отель и даже в несезон не скучно. СПА зона великолепная, если бы еще родители воспитывали своих детей и не позволяли им баловаться в парных, было бы вообще супер. Номер просторный, хорошо оснащен, кофеварка, капсулы, вода, все пополняется каждый день, вид из окна на миллион, хоть на горы хоть на море. Однако не очень удобная кровать, а подушки вообще никуда не годятся. Белье и туалетные принадлежности великолепные. Были второй раз и с удовольствием приедем еще.

Хороший отель: зоны отдыха, бассейн, пляж, завтрак. Не повезло с номером, хотя был люкс - кондиционер не справлялся, днём в номере было +25-26. Странно для 5 звёзд. Удивило, что никто на телефон обслуживания в номерах не отвечал, но через приложение iOS тут же связались. Персонал старался, есть настоящие профессионалы, но были и случаи, когда обслуживали с неохотой.

Комфортный пляж отеля. Посещала спа-sibo ежедневно - отличный массаж и косметические процедуры. Рекомендую! В следующем году в отель вернемся обязательно.
TravellerSehr gute Lage - direkt am Strand und an der Uferpromenade! Zimmer war kein Kinderbett vorhanden, obwohl wir 2 Personen mit einem 8 Jahre alten Kind angegeben hatten. Wir mussten ein Zusatzbett noch dazukaufen. Man sagte uns das Expedia nicht bekannt gibt ob Kinder dabei sind. Dann mussten wir feststellen, dass das Badezimmer sehr klein war (was ja noch ok wäre) - aber das Badezimmer war auch unsauber(Toilette bei Spülteil extrem ekelig, zwischen Dusche und Glastrennwand Waschtisch lag im Eck 3 Tage lang ein Haarknäuel - welchen man erst dann entfernt hat. Fliesenboden hatte Flecken - würde denken wir nie richtig gereinigt). Frühstücksbüffet groß und viel Auswahl - da es aber ein sehr großes Hotel ist - war auch sehr viel Andrang. Wir hatten nur Frühstück reserviert und gingen Abends außerhalb Essen, was sich als großer Pluspunkt erwies. Denn wir waren einmal im Asiatischen Restaurant im Hotel essen und das war das schlechteste Abendessen der Woche (noch dazu auch noch das teuerste) - können wir aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlen. Lage aber Top und Hotelstrand auch genial. Deshalb würden wir dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal buchen - wenn auch die Mängelpunkte für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht sein sollten.

6 Tage Kurzurlaub; Personal freundlich aber selten english sprechend; Raumservice ok jedoch für 5 Stern ungenügend; Tagsüber sehr laute Animation am grossen Pool; kleiner Pool ruhiger; Strandbereich und Liegebereich mit Sand aufgeschüttet und schön; Service Personal für 5 Stern ungenügend, wollten Cocktail bestellen.....kein Alkohol am Strand wir müssten drinnen etwas trinken :((; Meer schön zu Schwimmen; für Kinder viele Aktivitäten, Achtung kein Erwachsenen Hotel; Alles kostet zusätzlich im Hotel; Restaurants im Hotel 2-3 mal so teuer in Bezug auf Leistung; es gibt ausserhalb am Strand auf der linken Seite 1 sehr gutes Restaurant; die anderen Strandrestaurants die wir versucht haben sind.......naja:(( Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und uns nicht an diesen Punkten stören lassen. Wer jedoch 5 Stern Hotel Service und Ruhe nach World Standard sucht wird dies hier nur sehr bedingt finden. Wer damit leben kann und die Lage schätzt wird sich wohl fühlen.

TravellerAccommodation was super nice and fancy. Only the timing of housekeeping was not really good. They always came around 16:30 and 17:00. That's usually the time when people come back from the beach or the pool to rest and prepare for going out again. Housekeeping should be done by maximum 15:30

Отель в целом понравился, но впечатление было испорчено когда при заезде попросили оплатить завтраки, которые были оплачены через Hotels и дополнительную кровать для ребенка. Мною было сообщено что завтраки уже оплачены, а номер куплен с учетом проживания 3 человек, на что получен ответ что если проблема не решиться, то со мной свяжется сотрудник днем, т.к. заселялись мы ночью, Четыре дня никто не соизволил меня уведомить что проблема не решена, сделали Chek Out, а когда уже поднялись за чемоданами и спустились, то попросили оплатить.... Также расстроило что в начале первого дополнительную кровать для ребенка принесли после четвертого звонка на рецепшн и заняло это больше часа.
