Nice room, clean & quiet

Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived, throughout my stay, until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff there for their graciousness and kindness! Room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome - right off the river - and easily walkable to Old Town Vilnius, where I had the best foods and drinks of my life.

Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Would recommend and very central.

The atmosphere of the hotel was so calming after traveling for 18 hours. When I walked in I was treated respectfully and they answered my questions and gave me ideas of how to spend my time.

Good experience overall. There was a couple of teething issues with the cleanliness of the room but they did put it right once I mentioned it to them. Very good location and the staff were great.

Comfortabke and convenient

Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. In good line with radisson standards. And close to old town, BTW very good looking, friendly and clean town too. You can also find good Michelin guided restaurants.

Stay was great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was only one small issue of shower gel bottle being empty on arrival which the staff sorted out straight away.

This hotel is perfect for one or two nights stay when between flights - room is spacious with beautiful views, very good breakfast and nice area around for pleasant walk (with lots of cafes)

Best in Vilnius

We stay there one night during our road trip. We have been in Vilnius before in a number of Hotel and definitely this is the best one. The kids loved the complementary Hot chocolate and the comfortable bed. The toiletries were of excellent quality, the rooms were clean, the view also is a plus. We definetely will return.

Great visit to Vilnius

I had no experience with Radisson Blu hotels before my stay and I was absolutely delighted. I took an express bus from the airport which had a stop across the street from the hotel. Coming from that direction, the entrance was not intuitive but I quickly was able to find the hotel and make my way to main counter. The room was available and was exactly what I wanted. One great feature is that the room had excellent blackout curtains. At the time of my visit, the skies were bright past 11:00 pm and got bright again around 4:00 am. Good blackout curtains are important for sleeping. The hotel was just north of the old town. It was easy crossing the Neris River and then exploring the city. I arrived on a Saturday when most of the streets were closed so a marathon in honour of the 700th anniversary of Vilnius could be run. While the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the old town has many restaurants to satisfy your craving. The breakfast buffet was first rate and the breakfast room overlooking the Neris River was quite bright. All in all a great visit!

Nice, clean and good service

Nice room and service. The roof top bar and their cocktails are stunning. The shover pressure was too low. The room was confy but the bed a bit small for me

Old style big communist building, rooms are run down. No double glazing so noise is everywhere. Mainly used for big groups. No dining possibilities except of breakfast or lobby bar with limited choices. Nothing to do around. Room facilities are poor. Absolutely not a five-star hotel. Far from the center. Currently around it's a huge building site.

Room is Ok. Breakfast as well but there is not much vegetables in the offer. It is good to have information that the construction started near by. The service cannot print a propoer invoice. I have asked to prepare it in advance but I was told I would get it during check-out. Hotel should consider that it is not good to work on the invoice in the last moment as in the morning a lof of people might be in a hurry. There are big traffic jams near the hotel.

This hotel was just all around great!!! Not one thing to gripe about! I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Vilnius.

Room didn’t comply with our reservation and cold!

I’ve booked a standard room with king size bed. When I got to the hotel, there only separate beds and the only room with king size bed was for handicapped and I’ve refused it. I had to upgrade and add 20€ per night for a bigger room to get a king size bed. The room was clean, but very cold - the air conditioning was sent heating and there was even a slight wind coming from the windows. We complained about this this and hotel representative gave us a heater, the room became more warm but there still was a slight wind with cold air coming from the window. We are totally disappointed from our stay .

Nice hotel for business.

Nice hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food at the bar was very good and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. There was building work next to the hotel which did wake me one morning.

Excellent everything! We travelled from Usa to Belarus & had a stop in Vilnius for two days! The quality for the price cant be beaten. In Usa you would pay 250$ & up for such hotel. Very close yo old town & is right next to river with food court and sport/playground, great if you are travelling with kids. We stayed there on our way back too. Will come again❤️

A very nice hotel with great views, conviently located next to a mall with lots of options for food and drink, including grocery stores and a pharmacy. The breakfast buffet is good and has everything you'd expect to find.

Everything perfect, nice staff, comfortable room with a wonderful view on the old city and cool spa with sauna and jacuzzi.

Vilnius travels

Its a Radisson, consistency across the group is what they do best, always above average. Staff in Vilnius though are exceptional and extremely helpful. If you are looking for old town this is not for you, its a bit out but its close enough not to be a big problem. the roof bar is worth a visit but its only open at the weekends so beware. Overall its a recommend from me.

It was interesting to live in one of the most popular hotels of my childhood (former Lietuva). And I loved the location, room and nice facilities. However, there were two major areas that require improvement. First of all, parking. It clearly said in ad that there is parking on site. However, when we arrive, we were told that parking is going through the cleaning and we were not offered alternative options which is something that should never happen. There were few “disable spaces” available nearby as well as some “taxi spaces” which should be given to clients cars. But there only thing we were advised to do “to park someone else, maybe in front of casino for €12 per day”. Don’t think it is very client-oriented approach. Another major area of improvement is your restaurant staff. Being there was like getting with the time machine to 2000. It was literally the first time in the last 15 years when you are coming to the restaurant for breakfast, see the al carte menu and no one is coming to take your order. Maybe waitresses are busy and you just need to patiently wait? Nope. They were having a very loud chats just standing in two corners of the restaurant, loud, with laughs and basically it was the only loud noise which I guess suppose to entertain guests in early morning. I would honestly prefer them to work and maybe get know the menu. I had the worst eggs benny ever, like two boiled eggs on some white crisp bread. No ham, no poached eggs and disgusting sauce.

Great but not quite as advertised!

Good but not as advertised on the bed - ended up with twin beds rather than a king bed which was what I had paid for. However, hotel was great and service was also really good.

Great stay - loved the facilities and room was very comfortable and clean. We do believe the bed might not have been king size though as originally stated and we did buy for a superior room but found that there was not much difference between the standard room (which I booked for a friend) and the room we stayed in.

I loved the spa and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and extremely clean. There was also amazing views as I was in the 12th floor.

I had problems with my booking when I checked in but was upgraded to a larger room because my booking king bed was not available. Other than that the hotel was amazing. Staff were helpful and very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Hotel was spotless and well maintained.

A brilliant property with a lot of amenities like gym, spa, jacuzzis, massage and beauty treatments, sky bar and a riverside restaurant.

The spa is lovely, best manicure and massage I’ve had! Lovely reception bar and great decor! Only unfortunate thing is that the roof top bar was shut for a private event

Beware of the club

The hotel was great and only a short walk across the river from the old town. My only reservation is that there is a very noisy nightclub nearby and on Friday night the boom-boom from the club could be heard clearly in my room (on the 8th floor) which made sleeping difficult. Saturday night, by contrast, was completely quiet.

Understanding and helpful staff, despite checking out one hour late. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced.

Great lobby, staff and breakfast

I just didn't like the temperature of the room, it was a bit too warm and though the thermostat was on and you could adjust the temperature, it didn't make any apparent difference.

Friendly hotel

I had a small issue with my room on check in. The matter was dealt with in prompt and efficient manner. Staff were professional and courteous in addressing this issue. The hotel is well placed with friendly helpful staff and the breakfast superb.

Walking distance to old town

Lovely old town view from our room on 21st floor. We were offered an upgrade for a fee which we accepted to get this nice view and spacious room with sauna. Great room but it was however a bit disappointing on Friday night and Saturday night when the DJ was playing at the bar on 22nd floor. Could hear the music playing until 2 am. Would have been good to know about this before taking the upgrade. Very nice location, it takes us around 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. The girl at the reception was also helpful with guiding and giving us ideas for activities. Other than the disco during the night, I would highly reccomend. Would prefer a room further away from the Sky Bar.

Quick trip, good stay

Stayed here the last day of my trip in the Baltic countries and turned out to be great. Had the opportunity to go to their Skybar and found it to be a great place to lounge and for drinks. Excellent service from all the staff and at the bar and hotel. Used the sauna and was decent. Highly recommend staying here.
