Good staff and quiet

Nice property that is well looked after. The room was well appointed. The parking areas are not really trailer friendly; however, I was lucky to unhitch mine (6x4) and secure. There is angle street parking out the front

the accomodation was great, comfortable, clean and tidy, good amenities and would happily stay there again, Kalgoorlie is Kalgoorlie, it is what it is, was there for work but the accomodation was great thank you.

Clean, tidy, friendly close to all amenities

The staff were happy to help in any way. Even provided us garaging for our motorcycle. We walked most areas around town.

Property itself is easily one of the best I've stayed in Kalgoorlie. Check-in was nice and easy and the staff were really helpful with recommendations for food etc. Added bonus of free access to the local sports centre, Oasis, so I was able to use the gym on an evening. The only drawbacks for me were 1) a strange smell in the room - it was however, pristine - maybe it was the cleaning product used. And 2) there was no kitchen knife in the kitchenette, only cutlery knives, so this made food prep trickier than it should have been. All-in-all, would recommend!

The property was in excellent condition, clean and quiet exactually what the doctor ordered. It would have been nice to have a late checkout but didn't advise the office quick enough, could have stayed forever.

Great place location and facilities for families. Cleaning was not great, mostly on the kitchen utensils like glasses, plates etc. we would come back anyway but this can improve.

Quest was quiet, clean and comfortable and great location close to pubs, restaurants on main street. No information on the facility or local attractions or recommendations provided on check-in or in the room. Expensive for what you get but all Kalgoorlie accommodation is expensive.

We had a 1 bed apartment that was ample for our stay. Great location to explore the local area.

Excellent staff and comfortable room

The rooms are large and comfortable which makes it a very nice place to stay. However the highlight is definitely the service I received on check-in and check-out. The person behind the counter was so cheerful, it was very refreshing after a long day of driving.

There are signs up next to the sink saying how committed to the environment and getting rid of single-use plastics the business is, encouraging me to go to reception and buy a refillable bottle or a carton of water. I opened the cupboard under the sink to find the dish liquid and the dishwasher detergent were in ... single-use plastic sachets! How about you put a bottle of Morning Fresh in there and practise what you preach? Other than that, I have to say it was a very nice place to stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Queen bed was to hard I had a real bad sleep on it.

Clean & comfortable room, a bit tired and dated in fixtures, fittings, decor. Could do with some renovating. Entry door to the room is extremely weathered, paint peeling; just some simple TLC needed.

Bit old and dated, tv didn’t work been sent to room with wrong key card.

Spacious rooms with spa.

Good place to stay while in Kalgoorlie. We enjoyed our two nights here despite the 40 degree outside temperature we were kept cool by the AC and other modern conveniences. Just a short walk to the Kalgoorlie Hotel with great pub grub.

It was a clean tidy room, had all the amenities you would require if you were self catering. There is also a shopping centre just up the road and many eateries within close walking distance if not self catering.

Had an amazing view if an overhead thunderstorm! Spa rooms were spaceous and quiet.

I don’t normally write a review but this was such a great place to stay that I felt I should -central but quiet. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroomed apartments - it was clean, had everything including full kitchen and washing machine . The staff were very friendly and helpful - will definitely be back

Staff was lovely, room was lovely but there were no towels for a shower and too late to be running around to ask.

Position very handy

Walking distance to town centre. Wouldn't have a spa room again due noise from other guest. Security a worry because of past thefts-told not to leave anything in car but we were ok. Facilities good in room.

Didn't get the room I had book and changed at their request to a smaller bed - big mistake! Bed was way too soft, even though they are quality beds. Management were very polite. Convenient part of town for walking to most things.

I was delighted to find this hotel. Kalgoorlie is a hot and raw town and I found I could escape in a well appointed apartment that had all I wanted for my 24 hour stay. Pool was good too.

The room was good and clean however the parking needs to addressed. Privately owned cars having to park out on the street due to the amount of company cars in the car parks. Then being woken up by the reversing horns at 6am when the workers are leaving to go to work

The Pillows where terrible! How can you put in a comfy bed and shocking pillows!!! Tv needs replacing. What’s the point of having a fridge and no snacks. Breakfast should be a standard. Function room would be used once every 3 months. Turn it into a restaurant that serves 3 meals

A Pleasant Stay in the Goldfields

The room was good. Beds comfortable. Cleaners polite, friendly and efficient. The only concern was that we had very few crockery and utensils. But besides that: wonderful.

gorgeous bed shame about the lack of maintenance

gorgeous bed but a little let down with the tacky coffee table that i had to clean because it was dirty ....silastic peeling in shower and sealant around spa particularly ugly... botton of kitchen cabinets chimed and peeling... this property needs better maintenace men

Great value for families, central location, very clean and had everything we needed.

The location is close by to the town centre. the room was comfortable and clean but be warned that the room doesn't get serviced on Sunday. the TV was verry small however the room has kitchen facilities should you plan a long stay. overall I was pleased with my stay and would consider staying again should the need arive.

Nicely renovated and lots of space for the price. Really comfy beds and great heating/ac. Great range of complimentary toiletries but missing a shower cap! The shower is a rain shower so a shower cap would be a good addition. Overall very happy.

Large space was excellent For the price the room should have been cleaned every day. And clean sheets at least alternate days Mattress was a cheap topper on an old mattress so really uncomfortable
