Fantastic place to stay close by to win stadium

Good service

Central to everything including many great beaches, the headland and harbour, cafes and shops. Comfortable, quiet, friendly staff. A great home away from home.

There were couple of hairs on both of the pillows in a 2nd room. Seemed like the pillow case was never changed. Unable to reach reception via phone, couple of light swtiches not working. 3 star accommodation not really well maintained.

Perfect for our short stay . Extremely clean and very comfortable.

We liked that the staff spoke English 😊 We didn't like the fact that you do not provide bottled water for your guests 😔 Very limited street parking around the property, and $25 per day on site parking is too expensive 😳

The 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms. It's spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Our apartment was on the 7th floor and had view over the rooftops to the beach. Walking distance to the main shopping mall.

Check in and check out process was easy. Property was effectively priced and well located to amenities, beach and shops. Would recommend to family and friends

Great service

Nice spacious room, bit of noise but. Think that was due to one birthday party up the road. Great inclusions in the room and well priced. Staff were very friendly.

A great experience overall

Very easy check-in. Front desk girly was super helpful especially after the long day I had.

The room had lots of amenities, even a washing machine and dryer. It was roomy and clean. A although the location was great, it was quite noisy, combined with the firm mattress I found it quite difficult to sleep

My booking was for one king bed and two single bed, the hotel said they had received a booking for two king beds and could not change as the hotel was booked out. It caused a bit of inconvenience. Please ensure this does not happen in future.

Not the best

No air conditioning in rooms. Only fans. Room was facing the main road traffic light and can hear the beeping sound all Nigh even with window closed.Not a comfortable room.

It was a pleasant stay. Nice, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and on site parking.

Hotel is run down and tired

Property felt tired and run down. The heater turned off after half an hour so we were freezing at night, and the showers ran out of hot water 5 mins in. Our room smelt quite damp and stale. Grout in bathroom mouldy. Hotel is in a great location, and the reception staff were lovely so unfortunate about the condition of it. Not worth the price.

Spacious apartment - clean and tidy - comfortable bed - all necessary kitchen ware and quiet aircon for the warmer days. Handy to walk everywhere downtown and to beach.

Good place to stay, nice and convenient to the shops and beach. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, an extra tv would have been good. The girls at the front desk are lovely and helpful.

Perfect location for our needs. One block from restaurants, two blocks from beach and WIN stadium. Two bedroom/bathroom apartment, able to open windows for fresh air, spacious and well appointed. Will certainly be returning.

Didn’t like that the address took us to a completely different suburb.

Great city location - close to everything we needed. Apartment well appointed and spacious. Parking easy. Mostly quiet even though it was O week at Uni.

Liked how close it was to many things such as the beach and the local centre.

Close proximity to everything. Easy walk to beach and shopping centre. Access to restaurants and coffee shops. Room was not cleaned each day. Short of shampoo and other pieces. Too expensive for lack of inhouse amenities.

Overall a Good Stay

The room was really good but the TV was left over from last century. A bit disappointing as the rest of the room was fairly new. The toaster need replacing as it does everything but toast bread! We wasted 6 slices of bread to find the toaster was not fit for purpose.

There's nothing i didn't like happy with everything available

Were there to attend a family wedding, location great, eerything very handy, full kitchen was great. Staff very helpful, lost a key card and they replaced no probs at all Would like to have seen some moisturiser in the bathrooms supplied

Great location, secure parking, plenty of space in the apartment. Our stay was great for our family of 4.

We stayed in an apartment which faced onto the Main Street which was very noisy, in particular of a Saturday and Sunday night the noise would echo up from the street. Also, the wi- fi was down for 4 out of the 5 days we were there.

Spacious, comfortable accom close to everything

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was spacious and in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly staffs, good location, nice cafe nearby. Just the self-parking a bit troublesome.

No compassion at all. Our travels we interrupted due to circumstances out of our control and lost hundreds of dollars on flights. When we tried to at least re-coup our accommodation we were turned away with no care or compassion - it was basically ‘too hard’ for them to refund our stay. We travel a lot and will not choose to stay at Quest around the country again.

A Wonderful Hotel

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed, very convenient to the city centre and well located for other attractions. Car parking (enter from Market Street, entry at the rear of the hotel) is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel offers everything a hotel guest could wish for. Recommended.

Quest is Best

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff and very clean

Great place except the bed was not gray, really bouncy like a trampoline

No veranda as I am a smoker. A pain to go and smoke in designated area.

We stay here every time we travel to Wollongong. The staff always remember us and have everything ready and waiting for us when we arrive, check in takes about 30 seconds . Excellent place to stay .

awsome location and top accomodation, walking distance to to the heart of the entertainment district.

An easy place to stay.

A spacious, well located Hotel with some of the most polite, friendly staff I have dealt with. The Hotel could use an update but overall perfect for a few days or longer.

We were in room 205 which has a disabled access ensuite. This means the entire bathroom toilet and floor is wet after the first shower. We asked to be moved to another room and were informed that all the rooms have a disabled ensuite. We were informed that they were upgrading, the sooner the better. At the time the front footpath was blocked off and work was being carried out, that was a bit inconvenient.

Family Meeting Place

Fabulous accommodation to meet up with children over the Easter break. All the facilities and space that was required. Super friendly staff, loved the free paper and easy parking. We walked to beaches, harbour restaurants and the football easily. Home away from home.

Nice hotel but no air-con

The place looks recently renovated, clean and tidy. However it is fatal not having air-con in the rooms , we could hardly fall asleep during the stay.

Have stayed a couple of times just for one night. Clean rooms, great parking and central location. Everything you need.

2 bedroom apartment spacious and beds comfortable with an ensuite in each room. Rooms made up each day and reasonably priced. Only disappointments - they had Foxtel but no movie channels. Most restaurants seemed to be closed on Monday

Short stay

Double bedroom room on top floor, only one aircon in the room which meant rooms took a long time to cool down one first night. Some noise from street could be heard from room. Reception staff were all very friendly.

We were very disappointed with our room. We arrived late in the afternoon on a very hot day, to find our room stifling hot, we turned on the air conditioner to try and cool it down. I rang reception to ask for some pedestal fans for the two bedrooms, to find that there phone didn't work. I rang using my own phone and the lady in reception brought a couple of fans up to us, both of them were dirty and dusty and one was partially broken in the base , therefore not holding the pedestal straight and it wobbled about. We went out and grabbed dinner to find the room hot again because the air conditioner had turned itself off. Reception had gone for the night so we were basically on our own. We turned the Air conditioning on again and checked in the settings that no timers were on and went to bed. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were non existent ,no support for your neck and the beds and bases were shocking, too much use and they hadn't been turned regularly enough. Of course the next thing was the air conditioner went off again during the night making the room hot and unpleasant again.Yes I made a complaint to the reception staff that morning and both the ladies I dealt with were very nice and obliging. I also spoke with the manager on the phone and I found him to be unhelpful, he told me I should look at how many people had been happy with there stay and he just couldn't please everyone!!! I did get a partial refund but because of the response I got I wrote this

Great spot short walk to the beach, and shopping centre. Cheap car parking. Plenty of room for our family in the apartment.

Great Hotel! Staff really make you feel welcome. Rooms are basic, clean and quite spacious. Only thing, maybe add some greenery to the room. Artificial plants look quite realistic these days. Adding these will breathe life into the rooms, especially if your room overlooks the car park.

Spacious two bedroom apartments.

The size of the two bedroom apartment can easily accommodate a family of six. Close to everything Wollongong has to offer.

The apartment is in a great area near so many wonderful restaurants and within walking distance of the WIN Entertainment Stadium. ....highly recommend with great staff!

We stayed in the hotel for two weeks. Nothing was a trouble to the staff Rooms were liovely, clean and comfortable and serviced every day and well stocked every day Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay It had everything we were looking for we would highly recommend this hotel

This apartment was so close to the railway station, 10 min walk. Very central to shops, beach and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean - we loved it.

Great central location! Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious and the beds comfortable. Staff were super helpful, including quickly resolving a booking error that was entirely our fault!!

Good basic apartment. Dud wifi.

Whilst the room contains all you need and the staff were all very friendly and helpful,the stay was let down by a couple of small things that should not happen in a property of this standard. The picture on the tv was impossible to watch and the wifi was so limited and slow it was next to useless. The bed was not very comfortable.

Room was damaged

Water damage on the ceiling with drill holes throughout most of the skirting board were also water damaged. Carpet was old and not layer properly with bubbles in places. Bathroom laundry door could not be closed. Tv remote didn't work. Will not be staying here again

You need to be a heavy sleeper!

Unfortunately my room fronted onto Keira St. I asked to be re-located to a room not facing Keira street but this request was denied. I stayed on a Saturday night and the screams and shouts from groups of drunk young males walking along Keira street made sleeping impossible. Added to this was an intermittent internal noise in the building (pipes or an internal air con system). At 3am I eventually gave up the hope of getting any sleep, packed my things and left my room key under the door at reception. Needless to stay I won't be choosing this place again.

Centre of Wollongong

Apartment was nice, clean and enough space for us. Would have loved to have electric blankets. One of the kids said the water was not very hot for shower n the morning. Don't know if that was due to the volume of users in the block or not.

Good size apartment for 4 people, clean and fresh. Well stock kitchen. Would benefit from better fitting curtains in the bedrooms

Convenient location and easy access after hours

We weren't in town for long however the hotel was in a good location and easy to access out of hours

Empathy Required

The hotel itself was great. Good layout and comfortable beds but unfortunately we were woken just after 6am on a Saturday morning with the sounds of construction works nearby. Extremely disappointed in this. When mentioned it upon check out the only response was "well it wasn't there yesterday". Left feeling tired and cranky. A little empathy would of gone a long way.

Friendly and efficient staff. Check in out was very straight forward. Spacious and comfortable room.

Average Stay hotel is in a great location however for the price I expected a cleaner room. Staff were very friendly and bed comfortable along with a large apartment style room.
