Great location with easy access to attractions in Sydney. Did not have car for visit - a zoo in Sydney to drive but convenient public transit close by. Comfortable bed and amenities.

Very clean and location is fantastic. Only 3 minute walk from St Leonards station. Will def stay again. Highly recommended A

We stay here quite a bit…it’s such a great hotel/apartment - it is so convenient for everything we tend to be in Sydney for. Staff in my experience are always very helpful and polite and Train, new Metro, grocery shops and loads of great dining options are all only a short walk for the Quest St Leonards and great value rates as well. Can’t ask for anything else.

Fine hotel for price. Air con was barely working so the room was quite hot. Shower water went everywhere so bathroom was always wet.

North Sydney gem

Clean and well appointed. Bed is a little "long in the tooth" and should be replaced soon. Otherwise, a good stay. Friendly and engaging staff. Site indicated on site parking, and there was - but - at (they wont let me post the rate - but its exorbitant!) per night! Rip off! Did not read fine print before booking!

Quest St Leonards is well located and convenient being close to heavy rail and Metro light rail!

So easy to access Train, shops, and restaurants. Clean and great staff.

Nice size apartment close to local supermarket and trains. Great pubs within 2 minute walk. Good cafe next door. We enjoyed our 2 nights there.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area, grocery store half a block away. Very clean and well equipped.

I/we (wife) try to stay here when we travel to to Sydney for work and pleasure. Location is great, hotel always in good order and the new Metro station nearby is a ripper.

Staff are friendly, rooms spacious, bed really comfortable. Spa was great but the pool was too cold

Fantastic stay at Quest at St Leonard’s

Aparthotel Quest was fantastic - excellent service, huge room, comfortable bed. well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a dryer. All bathroom products were of excellent quality, great coffee and tea replenished daily in the kitchen. Daily cleaning service was great and environment friendly option of planting a tree instead of cleaning the room , was offered, which we were happy to use on several occasions. It’s a short walking distance from Metro and Rail Station, with a great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt like locals and would highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be happy to stay there again when we travel to Sydney.

The staff were very friendly. My tv stopped working at 10pm the lovely receptionist came up straight away to check if she could fix it but unfortunately could not but the next day a new tv was in my room. My only complaint was the cost of parking which was $40.00 a day so I found free parking on the road and the council parking which was just a short walk from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay I will definitely return

Great stay

Easy check in, has big parking, rooms are very clean. Pool and small gym were a plus

Property is new, location wise very convenient and easy to access public transport however the electric adapter in the kitchen area did not work, therefore we could not use the fridge and the boiler. Possibly due to defects in electric system in building. Probs need to investigate and check the electric system.

Convenience

I stay here regularly when I have work commitments in Sydney. The location near the rail line is great and generally street parking is not too difficult to find after 6pm.

The property was lovely.,The room was great - modern, clean and spacious and the location was convenient to everything - transport, shops etc. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa so it was really convenient. The Belrose Hotel was just down the street and the food was delicious. IGA is across the road and super convenient as it the 2 minute walk to the train station so we could take the 10 minute ride into the city. We had a great stay!!!

St Leonards stay close to station

Great location near St Leonard’s station. Fully equipped kitchenette and bonus washing machine and dryer with detergent for two washes. Very comfortable room with access to swimming pool and onsite gym.

No restaurant at this hotel, but several restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was very helpful.

much better value than the Sydney CBD hotels for this stay time. 2 min walk to station about 6 mins to new Metro. will use again as street parking free & easy.

The location was great, short walk to 2 Metro stations. Easy to get to the city centre, Circular Quay, Opera House and airport. The rooms were quite small for the price but had cooking and coffee making facilities and a reasonable sized fridge

Overall very happy! Only stayed 1 night but it was a very comfortable room. It was quiet so I had no problems getting to sleep. It was in walking distance from where I need to go. As it was Saturday afternoon, there was free parking on the street.

Just there for a quick stay but place was great. Quiet!

Great location

Convenient for train, metro and caves and shops nearby. Quick and easy check in an out, friendly staff and nice and quiet. Apartments are comfortable with decent little kitchen facilities. Pool, gym and spa tub looked alright.

The mattress just need updating . I was upgraded which was fantastic because my husband was in the hospital and it was great to have a washing machine. Great service.

Lovel clean premises in great position.

Good place to stay. Mini kitchen allowed for some meal prep. If getting a room with the two beds, be prepared to have some trouble sleeping (they are smaller then advertised).

Service by the super friendly and helpful staff was exceptional, great room layout, comfortable bed, clean, good location, definitely will stay here again.

A lovely property. Beautifully maintained, close to transport, cafes and shops. Our apartment looked at the brick wall of the adjoining building which was not nice. It would be good if a small lounge could be included in that type of apartment. Definitely a great place to stay.

I stayed at Quest for a work conference which was held across the road from the hotel so it was very convenient. It was a pleasure staying at Quest, very quiet and relaxing. I checked out but my flight was later in the afternoon so I had time to spend time by the pool which was lovely, clean and comfortable.

Place has had refurbishment?

We stayed for just 3 nights. Upon arrival, bed sheeting stained, TV remote did not work, Kitchen sink plug did not work, Bathroom was not resupplied with tissues and toilet paper, Coffee & sugar was insufficient. (4 coffee capsules). When issues raised, the manager addressed the issues and accepted feedback, but this experience suggests significant improvement in service quality is required.

Being set back from the Pacific Highway, hotel is in a quiet location yet within easy walking from St Leonards Station. Also many eating places nearby.

Loved the room, everything you needed. A lovely spa and easy parking.

3rd visit. Clean. Modern, self contained, everything required for short stay. Easy walk from transport, food & my daily happenings. Whilst price was higher, and difficulty with WIFI the actual accommodation quality and location means I'll stay again.

Highly recommended. Super friendly front desk staffs. They are always willing to help. Also, big thanks to the cleaning staffs who are doing an impeccable job. Not only the room but the whole Quest Hotel is top notched. Will definitely be back.

The room was fresh and clean, with all necessary equipment for our overnight stay. Reception was friendly and helped us get a taxi. Parking was easy under the building.

great room and very clean. Shower was a better one than usual and there was plenty of room in the shower. small kitchen items but who is cooking when there is so much around to eat out at. very short walk to trains and buses. Close stroll to Crows Nest shops and eateries. Would stay here again.

One of my favourite places to stay. Friendly and efficient customer service from check-in to check out every booking. Great location with public transport literally steps away. And some very good dining options very close .. Kuru Japanese and Rice Den both highly recommended.

I had a great week-long stay at this place. The cleanliness and tidiness really stood out, and I appreciated the daily towel changes provided by the housekeeping team. One of the best aspects is its convenient location; St Leonards train station is just a minute away, and you'll find Coles, IGA, and an Asian grocery store within a 5-minute walk. This made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Being able to feel the ribbed edges digging in to my legs of the joined single beds made the bed most uncomfortable. Unfortunately when I told them they said they did have bed toppers. But why was it not there initially. The Hotels convenience to train was great though.

Good service, handy location and room was good. Detracting was the noise from next room as we had been put in a room with adjoining doors which weren’t soundproof. The queen bed was really 2 singles pushed together which was OK but there was a ridge that was very uncomfortable. Shower was very hard to adjust to required temp.
